所述压簧组件14包括斜块30、固定在斜块30上的压簧座31、以及设置在压簧座31内的压簧32,所述压簧32的上端部顶在锁壳9上。
当车座锁处于解锁状态时,棘爪的支撑臂6的端部恰好卡在压簧座31和减震块33之间。当需锁定车座锁时,通过外部压力使棘轮5逆时针转动(即可通过车座上的锁扣按压棘轮,使棘轮转动),棘轮5与减震块33接触后,减震块33会在棘轮5的推动下向左移动,减震压簧34压缩,这样棘爪12会回位(即逆时针转动),棘爪12与棘轮5相啮合,车座锁锁定。
当需解锁车座锁时,扳动手柄10,手柄10通过警示板扭簧15带动警示板27向上移动,同时手柄10会带动棘爪12顺时针转动,棘爪12运动过程中,其支撑臂6与棘轮5之间的啮合部分脱开,支撑臂6的端部顶压着压簧座31,使压簧座31内的压簧32压缩,压簧座31向上移动,支撑臂6的端部卡在压簧座31和减震块33之间,减震块33回位,棘轮5回位,从而使车座锁解锁。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种棘爪,其特征在于,包括金属部分(1)、包覆在金属部分(1)外侧的塑料部分(2),所述金属部分(1)的中央开设有一个固定孔(3),金属部分(1)上延出用于与棘轮(5)配合的啮合臂(7),所述塑料部分(2)的边缘朝第一方向延伸出用于与手柄配合卡接臂(4)、朝第二方向延伸出用于与减震块配合的支撑臂(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的棘爪,其特征在于,所述啮合臂(7)为三角形,且其两侧边呈外凸的弧形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的棘爪,其特征在于,所述卡接臂(4)上设置有一个卡接槽(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的棘爪,其特征在于,所述卡接槽(8)为U形卡槽。
  5. 一种整体式车用座椅靠背锁,其特征在于,包括锁壳(9)、手柄(10)、警示板组件(11)、棘爪(12)、棘轮(5)、减震组件(13)和压簧组件(14),所述手柄(10)、警示板组件(11)、压簧组件(14)和减震组件(13)均设置在锁壳(9)内,
    所述手柄(10)通过卡设在锁壳(9)内的警示板扭簧(15)与警示板组件(11)相连接,手柄(10)的下端部与所述棘爪的卡接臂(4)相连接,棘爪的啮合臂(7)与棘轮(5)相啮合或分离;
    所述棘轮(5)上固定有棘轮扭簧(16),棘轮扭簧(16)的一个扭臂固定在所述锁壳(9)上、另一扭臂固定在棘轮(5)上,所述棘轮(5)位于减震组件(13)的右侧;
    所述减震组件(13)位于压簧组件(14)的下方,压簧组件(14)的一端部顶在锁壳(9)上;所述手柄(10)与棘爪(12)联动,处于解锁 状态时,手柄(10)处于解锁位置,棘爪的支撑臂(6)的端部卡在压簧组件(14)和减震组件(13)之间;锁止整体式车用座椅靠背锁时,减震组件(13)在棘轮(5)的推动下向左移动,从而使所述棘爪(12)逆时针转动以与棘轮(5)相啮合,手柄(10)处于锁止位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的整体式车用座椅靠背锁,其特征在于,所述锁壳(9)包括锁底(17)、与锁底(17)相扣合的锁盖(18),所述锁底(17)的上部设置有用以设置手柄(10)的第一凹槽(19)和手柄固定孔(A)、用以设置警示板组件(11)的第二凹槽(20),锁底(17)的下部设置有用以放置减震组件(13)的第三凹槽(21)、用以放置压簧组件(14)的第四凹槽(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的整体式车用座椅靠背锁,其特征在于,所述手柄(10)的下部设置有第一固定轴(23)、第二固定轴(24)以及扭簧孔(25),所述第一固定轴(23)上套设有手柄扭簧(26),手柄扭簧(26)的扭臂设置在所述锁壳(9)内,所述第二固定轴(24)卡在所述棘爪的卡接槽(8)内,警示板扭簧(15)的一个扭臂卡在所述扭簧孔(25)内;
    所述警示板组件(11)包括警示板(27)、设置在警示板(27)上端的警示板嵌件(28),所述警示板(27)卡在锁壳(9)内,警示板(27)的下端部开设有一个用以使警示板扭簧(15)的另一扭臂穿过的槽孔(29)。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6所述的整体式车用座椅靠背锁,其特征在于,所述压簧组件(14)包括斜块(30)、固定在斜块上的压簧座(31)、以及设置在压簧座内的压簧(32),所述压簧(32)的上端部顶在锁壳(9)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的整体式车用座椅靠背锁,其特征在于,减震组件(13)包括减震块(33)、减震压簧(34),所述减震块(33)位于压 簧座(31)的下方,减震压簧(34)固定在减震块(33)上且其端部顶压在锁壳(9)的内侧壁上。
