薄膜卷粘接时,设备需要停止运行,人工将更换的卷状薄膜安装到工作位上,薄膜的裁切通过人工完成,薄膜的粘接用胶带或加热方式。这种方式降低了设备使用效率,更换薄膜卷料的时间较长,不利于自动化生产。
为了实现不停机自动续接薄膜,现有技术中,通过引入接料杆,接料杆连接薄膜的料头,接料杆移动使薄膜的料头接触另一薄膜的料尾实现薄膜的续接。通过这种方法对薄膜续接具有以下缺点:另一薄膜的料尾在离开放料卷时,薄膜本身不存在张力,不可控,容易变形,不容易贴紧,续接处存在较长或较厚的变形,严重影响卷绕后产品的质量;薄膜续接时,两张薄膜仅仅通过压力贴合不容易相互贴紧,容易对后续加工造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种薄膜卷接料装置,更换薄膜卷不需要停机,两段薄膜分别张紧后贴合,并通过加热续接,接料处平整不变形,接料效果较好。

  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种薄膜卷接料装置,其特征在于:所述放料机构还包括可沿靠近或远离所述隔板的方向运动的设于所述机架上的用于将所述薄膜抵紧在所述隔板上的保护板,所述第一抵模块、所述裁刀位于所述保护板背离所述隔板的一侧,所述保护板上开设有用于被所述裁刀穿过的通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种薄膜卷接料装置,其特征在于:所述保护板平行于所述隔板。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种薄膜卷接料装置,其特征在于:所述放料机构还包括设于所述第二抵模块上的用于固定所述薄膜一端的固定机构。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种薄膜卷接料装置,其特征在于:所述放料机构还包括至少一个可绕自身轴心线方向转动的设于所述机架上的用于配合张紧所述薄膜的第二轴。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种薄膜卷接料装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括设于所述机架上的工作台、设于所述机架上的用于将经过所述第二抵模块的所述薄膜传送至所述工作台上的传送机构。
