Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : à préparer des matières premières, à introduire des fibres, à teiller, à mélanger, à peigner et à éliminer les impuretés, à mélanger, à peigner et à créer une nappe de filet, à étirer le filet, à hydrolier, à blanchir, à déshydrater, à sécher, à bobiner et à découper. Le produit non-tissé doux hydrolié en mélange coton-lin préparé par le procédé de préparation est propre et soigné, doux et confortable, présente de bonnes propriétés bactériostatiques, et convient parfaitement à une utilisation dans des matières hygiéniques. De plus, les fibres de chanvre de Chine et les fibres de coton sélectionnées sont des fibres naturelles, qui sont dégradables naturellement, sûres et écologiques. Au moyen du procédé de préparation, non seulement la qualité des produits est améliorée, mais le coût est également réduit.
