Claims (10)
- 車体に取り付けられ、インフレータから供給されるガスによって膨張展開し、一面及び他面を有するカーテンエアバッグであって、
下縁に沿った第1領域と、
第1折り線を境界にして、前記第1領域の上方に隣り合う第2領域と、
該第2領域を挟んで前記第1折り線の反対側に形成された第2折り線を境界にして、前記第2領域の上方に隣り合う第3領域と
を備え、
前記第2領域の前記一面側に対向するように、前記第1領域は前記第1折り線にて折り返された状態とされており、
折り返された前記第1領域が前記第2領域と前記第3領域との間に挟まれるように、前記第2領域は前記第2折り線にて折り返された状態とされており、
前記第2折り線を巻始めにして、前記第3領域は前記他面側で上方に向かって巻き上げられた状態とされており、
車体に取り付けられて収納された状態において、前記第1領域及び第2領域は前記第3領域の内側に設けられている

請求項2に記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 前記車体の前後方向に引っ張るために、一端部が前記車体に固定され、他端部が前後方向端部に取り付けられたストラップを備え、
前記ストラップは、前記車体の上下方向における前記第2折り線の上方且つ折り返された前記第2領域の上下幅の範囲内に配置されている
請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 前記第1領域、第2領域及び第3領域は非膨張部を有し、
前記第2折り線にて折り返された前記第1領域及び第2領域と、前記第3領域とを前記非膨張部にて仮止めする仮縫製部を備える
請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 前記仮縫製部は、前記車体の前後方向における端部及び中間部に設けられる
請求項5に記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - シームによって区切られた膨張部を備え、
前記非膨張部は前記シームの間に配されている
請求項5又は6に記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 前記車体の上下方向における前記第1領域及び第2領域の幅は同じである
請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 巻き装置に係止する為の係止孔が前記第2領域の上側に配されている
請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載のカーテンエアバッグ。 - 車体に取り付けられ、インフレータから供給されるガスによって膨張展開し、一面及び他面を有するカーテンエアバッグの製造方法であって、
展開されたカーテンエアバッグの下縁に沿った第1領域を、第1折り線を境界にして前記第1領域の上方に隣り合う第2領域の前記一面側に前記第1領域が対向するように、前記第1折り線にて折り返し、
前記第2領域と、第2折り線を境界にして前記第2領域の上方に隣り合う第3領域との間に、折り返された前記第1領域が挟まれるように、前記第2折り線にて前記第2領域を折り返し、
折り返された前記第1領域及び第2領域と、前記第3領域とを仮止めし、
前記第2折り線を巻始めにして、前記第3領域を他面側で上方に向かって巻き上げる
