Abstract
Description
そのため、車体のフレームの長手方向と交差する方向の剛性を高めることが求められている。
マウント部材を介して車体のフレームに支持されたケース部材を有し、
前記ケース部材のボス部と、前記マウント部材における前記ケース部材側のメンバと、を懸架するステー部材を有し、
前記ステー部材の長手方向は前記フレームの長手方向と交差し、
前記ボス部の根元に、前記ステー部材の長手方向に延在する方向に延びるリブを有する構成の車両とした。
図2は、車両VのエンジンルームRを説明する図である。(a)は、エンジンルームRの平面図である。車両Vの輪郭を仮想線で示してある。(b)は、図2(a)に示す領域Aの斜視図である。
なお、図面中の前後方向、左右方向、上下方向とは、それぞれ車両Vに搭乗する運転者から見た方向を示しているものとして説明する。また、説明の便宜上、ワイヤハーネスHは省略してある。
なお、図示は省略するが、サイドメンバ6(6L、6R)の後側端部は、ダッシュパネルで連結されている。
エンジンルームRは、これらサイドメンバ6(6L、6R)と、フロントクロスメンバ7と、ダッシュパネルと、で囲まれた空間である。
車両Vの左右方向において、サイドメンバ6(6L、6R)のエンジンENG及び変速機ケース2とのそれぞれの対向部には、マウント部材8(8L、8R)が設けられている。エンジンENG及び変速機ケース2は、マウント部材8(8L、8R)を介して、サイドメンバ6(6L、6R)に支持されている。
図4は、変速機ケース2のケース4を説明する図である。(a)は、図2(b)におけるケース4のリブ413周りの斜視図である。(b)は、図4(a)の平面図である。なお、説明の便宜上、ステー部材9は省略してある。
図5は、マウントブラケット82を説明する図である。(a)は、図3(b)におけるマウントブラケット82のみを示した図である。(b)は、マウントブラケット82の斜視図である。
図6は、ステー部材9を説明する図である。(a)は、ステー部材9の斜視図である。(b)は、ステー部材9の平面図である。
図3(a)に示すように、前記した変速機構及び摩擦締結要素などの回転体は、ケース4内の収容空間Kに収容されている。収容空間Kは、ケース4の環状壁部41で囲まれている。ケース4の環状壁部41で囲まれた領域は、車両Vの左右方向におけるサイドメンバ6L側に開口している。この開口は、サイドカバー3により封止されている。
フランジ部42は、環状壁部41の厚み方向(図3(a)中の上下方向)において、環状壁部41から外側に延出している。フランジ部42は、環状壁部41の周方向の全周に亘って設けられている(図1参照)。フランジ部42には、サイドカバー3側からボルトBを挿通させるボス部43が、周方向に所定間隔で複数設けられている(図1参照)。
ボス部411の根元411cには、リブ413が形成されている。リブ413は、ボス部411におけるサイドカバー3と反対の側面と環状壁部41とに跨って設けられている。リブ413は、車両Vの左右方向に平行な直線Ln2に沿って、環状壁部41の略全長に亘って設けられている(図4(b)参照)。ボス部411には、後記するステー部材9が先端面411aに当接した状態で、ボルトBで締結されている(図3参照)。
図3(a)に示すように、サイドカバー3は、底壁部30と、当該底壁部30を囲む周壁部31と、当該周壁部31の開口端縁に全周に亘って設けられたフランジ部32と、から構成されている。フランジ部32は、底壁部30に平行な方向(図3(a)中の上下方向)において、周壁部31から外側に延出して設けられている。
これらボルト穴351b、352b、353bは、それぞれ車両Vの前後方向に平行な直線Lm3と交差する位置に設けられている。
サイドカバー3の突起部35には、マウント部材8Lのマウントブラケット82が、ボルトBによって連結されている(図3参照)。
図3(a)、図3(b)に示すように、マウント部材8Lは、サイドメンバ6Lに取り付けられている。
マウント部材8Lは、円筒状の基部80と、基部80の内径側に嵌入された弾性部材81と、弾性部材81に挿嵌されたマウントブラケット82と、から構成される。
この状態において、車両Vの前後方向に平行な基部80の直径線Cyは、サイドメンバ6Lの長手方向(直線Lm1)に平行である。
図2(b)、図3(b)に示すように、支持片801、802は、中心線Cxを挟んだ基部80の前側(図中の下側)と後側(図中の上側)に設けられている。
支持片801、802は、それぞれ直径線Cy方向において、基部80から離れる方向に延びている。
なお、支持片801と支持片802は、同一形状である。以下の説明では、支持片801を例に挙げて説明する。
基部80は、平面部801aをサイドメンバ6Lの上面6aに配置した状態で、ボルトBによりサイドメンバ6Lに固定されている。
弾性部材81は、中心線Cx方向における基部80の全長L1より僅かに長い全長L2を有している(L1<L2)。また、弾性部材81は、当該弾性部材81を基部80に嵌入した状態において、中心線Cx方向のサイドカバー3側の端部81aが、エンジンルームR内に露出している。
図3(a)、図5に示すように、マウントブラケット82は、中心線Cx方向において、一方側が第1ブラケット部83となっており、他方側が第2ブラケット部84となっている。第1ブラケット部83と第2ブラケット部84は、一体に形成されている。
側壁831と底壁832には、リブ838、839が跨って設けられている。
(i)サイドカバー3の突起部35の上部に、第1ブラケット部83の底壁832が重なる(図2、3参照)。
(ii)ケース4のボス部411の先端面411aと、第1ブラケット部83の座ぐり部836の座面836aとが、面一である(図3(a)参照)。
(iii)ボス部411のボルト穴411bの中心と、座ぐり部836のボルト穴836bの中心と、リブ839とは、同一の直線Lx上に位置する(図3(b)参照)。
ステー部材9は、ボルト穴411b、836bに螺入したボルトBを介して、ケース4とマウントブラケット82に懸架されている。
図6(a)に示すように、帯状のステー部材9は、長手方向の全長に亘って、同じ厚みTを有している。ステー部材9の厚み方向における一方側と他方側は、厚み方向に直交する平坦面となっている。
直線Lp方向における貫通孔98と貫通孔99の間隔L3は、直線Lx方向におけるボス部411のボルト穴411b(図3(b)参照)と、座面836aのボルト穴836b(図3(b)参照)の間隔と同じ間隔である。
これにより、ステー部材9は、ボルト穴411b、836bに螺入したボルトBを介して、ケース4とマウントブラケット82に懸架されている。
また、中心線Cx方向における他方側の第2ブラケット部84は、マウント部材8Lの円筒状の基部80内に収容された弾性部材81内に挿嵌されており、第2ブラケット部84は、マウント部材8Lを介してサイドメンバ6Lに取り付けられている。
また、ステー部材9は、中心線Cxに平行な直線Lx方向において、第1ブラケット部83とケース4とを懸架している。すなわち、ステー部材9の長手方向は、サイドメンバ6Lの長手方向(直線Lm1)と直交している。
そして、本実施形態では、マウントブラケット82は、ステー部材9を介してケース4にも固定されており、マウントブラケット82とケース4とのボルトBによる締結点は、1点である。
そして、サイドカバー3との締結点(3点)とケース4との締結点(1点)が、直線Lx方向(本実施形態では、車幅方向)に間隔をあけて設定されている。
(a)異なる固有振動数を持つサイドカバー3とケース4が、マウントブラケット82に一体的に連結されたことにより、変速機ケース2全体で固有振動数が上昇する。
(b)サイドカバー3との締結点(3点)とケース4との締結点(1点)とが、車幅方向に間隔をあけて設定されていることにより、車幅方向の振動(車両の左右方向に倒れる振動)に対する剛性が向上する。
ここで、直線Lx方向におけるボス部411を挟んだステー部材9と反対側には、リブ413が位置している。リブ413は、直線Ln2方向に沿って設けられている(図4(b)参照)。この状態において、直線Ln2と直線Lxとは、上下方向から見て一直線上に並んでいる(図3(b)参照)。
よって、リブ413は、ステー部材9の長手方向に延在する方向に延びている(図5の(b)参照)。
これにより、ステー部材9の長手方向における剛性を更に高め、当該方向の振動に対して強固なものとなっている。
図7は、ワイヤハーネスHの配置を説明する図である。(a)は、図2(a)で示す変速機ケース2上にワイヤハーネスHを這わせた状態を説明する図である。(b)は、図7(a)のD-D断面を模式的に示す図である。
本実施形態では、図7(b)に示すように、リブ413は、ボス部411側の領域の突出高さh2が、他の領域の突出高さh1よりも低く設定されている(h1>h2)。
(1)マウント部材8Lを介して車体のサイドメンバ6L(フレーム)に支持された変速機ケース2(ケース部材)を有する。
変速機ケース2のケース4のボス部411と、マウント部材8Lにおけるマウントブラケット82(ケース部材側のメンバ)と、を懸架するステー部材9を有する。
ステー部材9の長手方向に沿う直線Lxは、サイドメンバ6Lの長手方向に沿う直線Lm1と交差する。
ボス部411の根元411cに、ステー部材9の長手方向に延在する方向に延びるリブ413を有する。
(2)変速機ケース2は、ケース4(ケース本体部材)と、ケース4と連結するサイドカバー3(カバー部材)と、を含む。
マウント部材8Lにおけるマウントブラケット82は、サイドカバー3に支持され、且つ、ボス部411及びリブ413は、ケース4に形成されている。
そのため、上記のように構成して、ボス部411及びリブ413を、スペースのとれるケース4に形成すると共に、マウントブラケット82をサイドカバー3に支持させることで、マウント部材8Lを大型化せずに高い支持剛性を確保できる。
(3)マウントブラケット82は、変速機ケース2に複数のボルトB(締結具)を用いて連結される。
複数のボルトBは、直線Ly方向(ステー部材9の長手方向と交差する方向)に沿って互いにオーバーラップする配置とされている。
(4)リブ413上を通過する位置にワイヤハーネスHが配置される。
ワイヤハーネスHとオーバーラップする領域のリブ413の高さh2は、ワイヤハーネスHとオーバーラップする領域の隣の領域のリブの高さh1よりも低く設定されている。
Claims (4)
- マウント部材を介して車体のフレームに支持されたケース部材を有し、
前記ケース部材のボス部と、前記マウント部材における前記ケース部材側のメンバと、を懸架するステー部材を有し、
前記ステー部材の長手方向は前記フレームの長手方向と交差し、
前記ボス部の根元に、前記ステー部材の長手方向に延在する方向に延びるリブを有する、車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
前記ケース部材は、ケース本体部材と、前記ケース本体部材と連結するカバー部材と、を含み、
前記マウント部材における前記ケース部材側のメンバは前記カバー部材に支持され、且つ、前記ボス部及び前記リブは前記ケース本体部材に形成されている、車両。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の車両において、
前記ケース部材側のメンバは、前記ケース部材に複数の締結具を用いて連結され、
前記複数の締結具は、前記ステー部材の長手方向と交差する方向に沿って互いにオーバーラップする配置とされている、車両。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の車両において、
前記リブ上を通過する位置にワイヤハーネスが配置され、
前記ワイヤハーネスとオーバーラップする領域の前記リブの高さは、前記ワイヤハーネスとオーバーラップする領域の隣の領域の前記リブの高さよりも低く設定されている、車両。
