また、前記窓部20に貫通孔を設けて当該貫通孔を介して前記内部空間Sのソックライナ3の一部を視認できるようにしてもよい。前記貫通孔の形状は種々の形状を採用してもよく、たとえば、多角形状、くの字状または格子状などに形成されていてもよい。この場合、前記アウトソール部材2の軽量化が実現され、また、通気性が向上するだろう。
ここで、透明度(transparency)とは、物質または材料の透明性を表す尺度で、例えば透明性の度合は光線透過率で表示されてもよい。透明度の測定方法としては、ヘーズメータなどを用いて測定することができる。具体的には、アウトソール部材から試験片を切り出し、必要であれば再成型するなどして、JIS K 7136(プラスチックー透明材料のヘーズの求め方)を参考に測定することができる。
前記開口10がアッパー部材1の底面4にも設けられている場合、前記開口10において前記ソックライナ3の厚さをアッパー部材1の底面4の分だけ厚くすることができる。そのため、ソックライナ3による緩衝性の向上が期待できる。
前記欠損している開口10はアッパー部材1を編む際に履き口の開口のように予め形成されてもよいが、一旦アッパー部材を形成した後に一部が切り抜かれてもよい。
なお、「主体」とは、アッパー部材1を構成する材料のうち、最も大きな割合を占める材料を意味する。
図3Bおよび図10Bにおいて、アッパー部材の一部を構成する編物の露出した表面は不規則な繰り返し模様が描かれている。
前記アウトソール部材2は前記環状縁部Eよりも前方Fおよび上方Z2に延び、
前記環状縁部E以外のアッパー部材1の部位において前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェス(外表面:outer surface)に前記アウトソール部材2が入り込んで前記アウトソール部材2がアンカーされた溶着構造により、前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が付着されている。
一方、前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が呈する明度と前記窓部20に配置されたソックライナ3の少なくとも一部のアウターサーフェスS3が呈する明度とが互いに異なっていてもよい。
たとえば、ソックライナ3のアウターサーフェスS3が呈する明度が部分的にアッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が呈する明度よりも小さくてもよい。すなわち、ソックライナ3のアウターサーフェスS3にロゴや模様が暗い色で表示されている場合、当該ロゴや模様が呈する明度がアッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が呈する明度よりも小さくでもよい。この場合、ソックライナ3のアウターサーフェスS3における色のコントラストが強くなり美観が向上するだろう。
この場合、接触状態の環状縁部Eにおいて、アウトソール部材2のインナーサーフェスは平滑に成型することができる。その場合、環状縁部Eのアウトソール部材2は、アッパー部材1に付着されたアウトソール部材2と異なる色合いとなる。したがって、更なる美観の多様性を発揮することが可能となる。
前記溶着構造により前記アッパー部材1に付着された前記アウトソール部材2の前記アッパー部材1との前記界面F1の表面粗さよりも、前記アッパー部材1と接触状態の前記アウトソール部材2の前記インナーサーフェスF2の部位の表面粗さの方が小さい。そのため、靴の側面視において、前記アウトソール部材2のうち、溶着構造により前記アッパー部材1に付着された部位よりも前記アッパー部材1と接触状態の部位の方が前記アッパー部材1が透けて見える。
この場合、アウトソール部材2を介してアッパー部材1の模様を視認でき、更なる美観の多様性を発揮することが可能となる。
この場合、前記背面13まで窓部20が連なっており、前記背面13においても美観の多様性を発揮することができる。
この場合、複数層のソックライナ3の表面を窓部20から見ることができ、美観の更なる多様性を発揮することができる。
この場合、厚肉部25と薄肉部26とは厚さの相違により同一の樹脂であっても透明度が互いに相違する。そのため、窓部20を介して見えるソックライナ3の色合いも厚肉部25と薄肉部26とで異なって見える。
なお、厚肉部25や薄肉部26の形状は六角形や円形などの他に種々の形状が採用される。
靴の幅方向Wに互いに歯合される複数の外型61,62の間に前記中子50を装填する装填工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型締めする工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62と前記アッパー部材1との間に前記アウトソール部材2となる溶融樹脂71を供給する工程と、
前記溶融樹脂71を硬化させて前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が一体に形成される工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型開きする工程と、
前記中子の前記装填工程前に、前記アッパー部材1の開口10を閉塞する樹脂パート8を前記中子50に嵌める工程とを備える。
図1A~図7Cは実施例1を示す。
ここで、図15Aに示すように、前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1(図3A)が呈する明度よりも前記窓部20に配置されたソックライナ3のアウターサーフェスS2(図3A)が呈する明度の方が高い。そのため、溶着領域α2のアッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1で反射された反射光の光量よりも、窓領域α4のソックライナ3で反射された反射光の光量が大きくなって、窓部20を介してソックライナ3の色合い等を更に視認し易くなるだろう。
まず、図4Cに示すアッパーの一部を形成するソック状のアッパー部材1を用意する。図4Cに示すように、前記ソック状のアッパー部材1の踵部分には開口10が予め形成される。前述のように、前記開口10は図2A~図2Dの前記両側面11,12、背面13および底面14にわたって前記アッパー部材1に形成されている。
前記樹脂パート8が抜き取られた中間品には、前記窓部20と前記環状縁部Eとが表れる。前記環状縁部Eはアウトソール部材2に接着されていない。
この実施例2については前記実施例1と相違する部分について主に説明する。
本例においては、中子50となるラストの踵部分にポリオレフィン系樹脂が塗布された非付着部54が設けられ、この部分に溶融樹脂71が溶着しないようになっている。
本例においては、図14Aに示すように、予め開口を有していないソック状のアッパー部材1と、図14Bの樹脂パート8を用いる。
本例において、開口10は中足部において前記内足の側面11の一部、前記外足の側面12の一部および前記底面4の一部が欠損して開口10が設けられている。前記開口10を定義する前記環状縁部Eは、第1~第4縁部E1~E4を有し、ループを形成する。
なお、前記本例のその他の構成および製造工程は図1A~図7Cの前記実施例1と同様であり、その詳しい図示および説明が省略される。
本例において、開口10は中足部に設けられており、前記内足Meの側面11には設けられておらず、外足Laの側面12の一部および底面4の一部にのみ設けられている。
たとえば、アッパー部材1に腰裏や舌片を予め縫い付けた後に、アウトソール部材2を成形することも可能である。
また、アウトソール部材2は強化繊維が含まれたFRPであってもよい。
なお、成型後に、所定の部位に紐通し孔が機械加工等より形成されてもよい。更に、アウトソール部材2が成形される際に、たとえば中足のアーチを補強する別の補強部材がインサート成形されてもよい。
したがって、以上のような変更および修正は、請求の範囲から定まる本発明の範囲内のものと解釈される。

Claims (20)
- 編み物、編状物および/または織物を主体とし、内足および外足の側面11,12の一部と背面13の一部を構成するアッパー部材1と、
熱可塑性の樹脂で形成され、接地面2Fを含む底部24と、前記アッパー部材1の前記内外の側面11,12の下部および背面13の下部の各々について少なくとも一部に付着され前記底部24に連なった周囲部21とを形成するアウトソール部材2と、
前記アッパー部材1およびアウトソール部材2で定義された内部空間Sに挿入されたソックライナ3とを備え、
前記アッパー部材1は少なくとも前記外足の側面12の一部が欠損している開口10を定義し、
前記アウトソール部材2は前記開口10を覆う窓部20を有し、
前記開口10を覆う窓部20を介して前記内部空間Sのソックライナ3の少なくとも外足の側面32の一部が視認される半透明の部材で前記窓部20が形成されている、靴。 - 請求項1において、前記アッパー部材1の少なくとも前記外足の側面12の一部および前記アッパー部材1の底面4の一部が欠損している前記開口10を前記アッパー部材1の環状縁部Eが定義し、
前記アウトソール部材2は前記環状縁部Eよりも前方Fおよび上方Z2に延び、
前記環状縁部E以外のアッパー部材1の部位において前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスに前記アウトソール部材2が入り込んで前記アウトソール部材2がアンカーされた溶着構造により、前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が付着されている、靴。 - 請求項2において、前記アッパー部材1に付着された前記アウトソール部材2の前記アッパー部材1との界面F1の表面粗さよりも、前記アウトソール部材2の窓部20のインナーサーフェスF2の表面粗さの方が小さい、靴。
- 請求項1,2もしくは3において、前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が呈する明度と前記窓部20に配置されたソックライナ3の少なくとも一部のアウターサーフェスS3が呈する明度とが互いに異なる、靴。
- 請求項2もしくは3において、前記環状縁部Eにおいて、前記アウトソール部材2の少なくとも一部に前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が付着されずに接触した接触状態である、靴。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項において、前記開口10が前記アッパー部材1の少なくとも前記外足の側面12から前記アッパー部材1の底面4に連なっている、靴。
- 請求項6において、前記開口10が前記アッパー部材1の少なくとも前記外足の側面12および底面4から前記背面13に連なっている、靴。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項において、
前記アウトソール部材2の少なくとも外足の側面12における前記窓部20には、厚肉部25と前記厚肉部25よりも薄い薄肉部26とが設けられている、靴。 - 編み物、編状物および/または織物を主体とし、底面4、内足の側面11、外足の側面12および背面13を有するソック状のアッパー部材1と、
熱可塑性の樹脂で形成され、前記底面4に付着され接地面2Fを含む底部24と、前記アッパー部材1の側面11,12の下部および背面13の下部に付着され前記底部24に連なった周囲部21とを形成するアウトソール部材2と、
前記アッパー部材1およびアウトソール部材2で定義された内部空間Sに挿入されたソックライナ3とを備え、
少なくとも前記外足の側面12の一部、前記背面13の一部および前記底面4の一部が欠損している開口10を前記アッパー部材1の環状縁部Eが定義し、
前記環状縁部Eは前記背面13において横方向に延びる第1縁部E1と、前記背面13から前記外足の側面12に沿って前記外足の側面12において前方Fおよび下方Z1に向って前記底面4の第1部41まで延びる第2縁部E2と、前記底面4の第1部41から前記底面4において幅方向Wの内側に向かって前記底面4の第2部42まで延びる第3縁部E3と、前記底面4の第2部42から前記内足の側面11または前記底面4において後方Bに向って前記背面13まで延びる第4縁部E4とがループを形成し、
前記アウトソール部材2は前記底部24から前記アッパー部材1の前記背面13および各側面11,12に沿って前記環状縁部Eよりも上方Z2に延び、前記開口10を覆う窓部20を有し、
前記開口10を覆う窓部20を介して前記内部空間Sのソックライナ3の少なくとも外足の側面32、背面33および底面34の各々の一部が視認される半透明の部材で前記窓部20が形成されている、靴。 - 編み物、編状物および/または織物を主体とし、底面4、内足の側面11、外足の側面12および背面13を有するソック状のアッパー部材1と、
熱可塑性の樹脂で形成され、前記底面4に付着され接地面2Fを含む底部24と、前記アッパー部材1の側面11,12の下部に付着され前記底部24に連なった周囲部21とを形成するアウトソール部材2と、
前記アッパー部材1およびアウトソール部材2で定義された内部空間Sに挿入されたソックライナ3とを備え、
少なくとも前記外足の側面12の一部および前記底面4の一部が欠損している開口10を前記アッパー部材1の環状縁部Eが定義し、
前記環状縁部Eは前記底面4において底面4の第3部43から底面の外足側の第4部44まで横方向に延びる第1縁部E1と、前記第4部44から前記外足の側面12に向かって立ち上がり前記外足の側面12に沿って前記外足の側面12において前方Fに向って延び更に前記外足の側面12から下方の前記底面4の外足側の第5部45まで延びる第2縁部E2と、前記底面4の第5部45から前記底面4において幅方向Wの内足側に向かって前記底面4の第6部46まで延びる第3縁部E3と、前記底面4の第6部46から前記内足の側面11または前記底面4において後方Bに向って前記底面4の前記第3部43まで延びる第4縁部E4とがループを形成し、
前記アウトソール部材2は前記底部24から前記アッパー部材1の各側面11,12に沿って前記環状縁部Eよりも上方Z2に延び、前記開口10を覆う窓部20を有し、
前記開口10を覆う窓部20を介して前記内部空間Sのソックライナ3の少なくとも外足の側面32および底面34の各々の一部が視認される半透明の部材で前記窓部20が形成されている、靴。 - 請求項9もしくは10において、
前記アウトソール部材2は前記環状縁部Eよりも前方Fおよび上方Z2に延び、
前記環状縁部E以外のアッパー部材1の部位において前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1に前記アウトソール部材2が入り込んで前記アウトソール部材2がアンカーされた溶着構造により、前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が付着されている、靴。 - 請求項11において、前記アッパー部材1に付着された前記アウトソール部材2の前記アッパー部材1との界面F1の表面粗さよりも、前記アウトソール部材2の窓部20のインナーサーフェスF2の表面粗さの方が小さい、靴。
- 請求項9~12のいずれか1項において、前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が呈する明度と前記窓部20に配置されたソックライナ3の少なくとも一部のアウターサーフェスS3が呈する明度とが互いに異なる、靴。
- 請求項9、10、11、12もしくは13において、前記環状縁部Eにおいて、前記アウトソール部材2の少なくとも一部に前記アッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1が付着されずに接触した接触状態である、靴。
- 請求項1の靴の製造方法であって、
前記開口10を定義するアッパー部材1を足型部分52を有する中子50の前記足型部分52に装着する装着工程と、
靴の幅方向Wに互いに歯合される複数の外型61,62の間に前記中子50を装填する装填工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型締めする工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62と前記アッパー部材1との間に前記アウトソール部材2となる溶融樹脂71を供給する工程と、
前記溶融樹脂71を硬化させて前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が一体に形成される工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型開きする工程と、
前記中子の前記装填工程前に、前記アッパー部材1の開口10を閉塞する樹脂パート8を前記中子50に嵌める工程とを備える、製造方法。 - 請求項15において、前記嵌める工程が前記中子50の前記装填工程前に、かつ、前記アッパー部材1の前記装着工程後に実行される、製造方法。
- 請求項9の靴の製造方法であって、
前記開口10を定義するアッパー部材1を足型部分52を有する中子50の前記足型部分52に装着する装着工程と、
前記幅方向Wに互いに歯合される複数の外型61,62の間に前記中子50を装填する装填工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型締めする工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62と前記アッパー部材1との間に前記アウトソール部材2となる溶融樹脂71を供給する工程と、
前記溶融樹脂71を硬化させて前記アッパー部材1に前記アウトソール部材2が一体に形成される工程と、
前記複数の外型61,62を型開きする工程と、
前記中子50の前記装填工程前に、前記アッパー部材1の開口10を閉塞する樹脂パート8を前記中子50に嵌める工程とを備える、製造方法。 - 請求項17において、前記嵌める工程が前記中子50の前記装填工程前に、かつ、前記アッパー部材1の前記装着工程後に実行される、製造方法。
- 請求項17もしくは18の前記嵌める工程において、前記樹脂パート8が前記足型部分52の踵部53にフィットするように、かつ、前記樹脂パート8の外周囲80が前記アッパー部材1のループの前記環状縁部Eにおいてアッパー部材1のアウターサーフェスS1に重なるように、前記樹脂パート8を前記中子50に嵌める、製造方法。
- 請求項19の方法において、
前記樹脂パート8は前記アウトソール部材2とは異なる樹脂で構成され、
前記型開き工程後に、前記樹脂パート8を取り除く工程を更に備える、製造方法。
