- the fifth edge 325 may be bent after extending in the direction of the outer case side 112 and extended in the direction of the inner case 110. Therefore, when viewed from the front portion becomes a c-shaped flange can be inserted and coupled to the first outer case flange 1111.
- the strength reinforcing part may include a first bracket 510 and a second bracket 520 to be installed at both sides.
- the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 have the same shape and size.
- it will be described here with the first bracket 510.
- FIG. 6 (a) shows the first bracket 510 before bending. After bending the metal sheet having a rectangular shape (LB) longer than the width of bar (WB) in the width direction three times in the width direction and bending it once in the length direction, Fig. 6 (b) Make it like
- the rectangular sheet metal may be cut out by the first cutout 518 and the second cutout 519 having a predetermined size. However, this is only one embodiment and may be used as it is without cutting.
- the rectangular sheet metal may be bent three times in the width direction to form a first bent surface 513, a second bent surface 514, a third bent surface 515, and a fourth bent surface 516. This is because bending may have greater rigidity than simply using a rectangular sheet metal.
- the outer case side 112 which will be described later, the outer space of the case 110 and the first rear panel 141, the outer case 111 and the machine room forming unit 300 is required, to avoid this To form an evasion space.
- the first cutout 518 and the second cutout 519 cut portions of the third bent surface 515 and the fourth bent surface 516. Accordingly, the length LB2 of the third bent surface 515 and the fourth bent surface 516 may be shorter than the length LB1 of the first bent surface 513 and the second bent surface 515.
- Fig. 6 (c) shows a cross section cut using the plane indicated by C in Fig. 6 (b).
- the width W1 of the first bent surface 513 may be longer than the widths W2, W3, and W4 of the other bent surface. This is to widen the contact surface with the side 112 of the outer case to sufficiently compensate for the rigidity of the outer case (110).
- first member 511 and the second member 512 may be provided in one bending.
- first member 511 and the second member 512 may be provided with an overlapping portion 517 overlapping. The overlap can be caulked.
- the bracket may be provided on the side surface 112 of the outer case.
- the first member 511 is coupled to the direction of the second opening 114 at the side 112 of the outer case
- the second member 512 is the third opening 115 at the side 112 of the outer case.
- Can be coupled to a direction. Therefore, the overlapping portion 517 may be coupled to a corner where the second opening portion and the third opening portion meet at the side surface 112 of the outer case.
- the first bent surface 513 is provided on the side surface 112 of the outer case, and the fourth bent surface 516 is the first outer case flange 1111 or the second outer case. It may be combined with the flange 1121.
- the length L 1 of the first member and the length L 2 of the second member may be the same. Therefore, as described above, the first bracket 510 may be assembled on both sides 112 of the outer case. In addition, the first bracket 510 may have a symmetrical shape with respect to the mirror of the second bracket 520. Accordingly, the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 may be installed at both sides 112 of the outer case.
- FIG. 6 (b) shows the first bracket 510 after bending.
- Figure (c) shows one cross section of the first bracket 510.
- the second bent surface 514 and the third bent surface 515 form the avoidance space (D). This is to avoid the coupling portion of the outer case 110 and the first rear panel 141, the outer case 111 and the machine room forming unit 300 when coupled to the outer case side 112.
- first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 may be simply assembled using double-sided tape when temporarily assembled to both side surfaces 112 of the outer case.
- the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 may be installed in the second foaming space 922 and the third foaming space 923 formed on the side surfaces of the outer case 112. Since the second foam space 922 and the third foam space 923 are filled by the foamed plastic and the foamed plastic is cured, the second foam space 922 and the third foam space 923 can be preassembled and fixed only by double-sided tape without the help of other fastening members.
- brackets 510 and 520 include screw fastening holes (not shown), and screw fastening holes (not shown) communicating with the first outer case flange 1111 and the second outer case flange 1121. It can be combined with screws after temporary assembly or during temporary assembly.
- FIG. 7 (a) and 7 (b) illustrate a cross section in which the first bracket 510 is coupled to the outer case side 112, the second outer case flange 1121, and the machine room forming unit 300.
- FIG. 7C illustrates a cross section in which the first bracket 510 is coupled to the outer case side 112 and the first outer case flange 1111.
- the length of the first member 511 of the first bracket 510 may be longer than the height of the machine room forming part. Therefore, when the first bracket 510 is installed on the side surface 112 of the outer case, the first bracket 510 may be installed in the second foam space 922 and the third foam space 923. In other words, a portion in which the first rear panel 141 and the machine room forming unit 300 are coupled to the second outer case flange 1121 should be considered. However, this is only one embodiment, and the length of the first member 511 and the second member 512 may be provided shorter than the height of the machine room forming unit 300.
- Foamed plastics are injected into the foaming spaces 921 to 925 through the injection holes 1411 to 1416. Therefore, the foaming spaces 921 to 925 should be sealed, and the foamed plastic should prevent leakage during foaming.
- the second opening 114 of the outer case 110 is combined with the first rear panel 141 and the machine room forming part 300 so that the foamed plastic injected into the foam spaces 921 to 925 should not leak.
- the term "sealing” does not mean airtightness, which is not completely in communication with air, and the foamed plastic does not leak or leaks only at the joints between the preassembled components to form the foam space, and falls into other spaces. This means that the foamed plastic is not visible to the naked eye unless it is artificially disassembled after temporary assembly.
- the second outer case flange 1121 and the first rear panel 141 are coupled to prevent leakage of the foamed plastic, and a fourth forming part flange of the machine-shaped hung portion 300 is disposed below the first rear panel 141. 3244 may be coupled to the second outer case flange 1121. This can prevent leakage in the direction of the second opening 114.
- first outer case flange 1111 and the fifth forming portion flange 3255 of the machine room forming unit 300 may be coupled to prevent leakage in the direction of the third opening 115.
- Figure 7 (a) is a cross-sectional view of the second coupling portion (11211) to which the first rear panel 141 and the flange 1121 of the second outer case is coupled after preliminary assembly and the first bracket (510) coupled to avoid this. It is shown.
- the lengths of the first member 511 and the second member 512 are the same, so that the first member 511 and the second member 512 may be installed on both side surfaces 112 of the outer case. The length may be longer than the height of the machine room forming part 300 to partially overlap the portion where the first rear panel 141 is coupled.
- the second outer case flange 1121 extending from one side 112 of the outer case to the opposite side is recessed in the direction of the first opening 113 to form a second coupling part 11211.
- the second coupling part may be fixed by inserting flanges bent at both sides of the first rear panel 141 to the second outer case flange 1121.
- the illustrated embodiment shows that there is a protruding groove in the bent flange of the first rear panel 141, which is inserted into the second coupling part 1121 and hooked. This is to facilitate temporary assembly.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and a bonding method capable of preventing leakage of the foamed plastic may have another bonding method.
- the first bent surface 513 of the first bracket 510 is coupled to one side 112 of the outer case, and the fourth bent surface 516 forms the second coupling part 11211 and then the second outer case. Coupling with the flange 1121. More specifically, after the second outer case flange 1121 forms the second coupling portion, the portion further extended to the opposite side and the fourth bent surface 516 are coupled.
- the second coupling part may be avoided by the avoiding space formed by the second bent surface 513 and the third bent surface 515. Since the second coupling parts 11211 are respectively provided on the second outer case flanges 1121 provided on both sides, the second brackets 520 may be similarly coupled.
- FIG. 7 (b) shows a second coupling part in which the fourth forming part flange 3244 of the machine-shaped hung part 300 is coupled with the second outer case flange 1121 at the lower part of the first rear panel 141 after provisional assembly. 11211) and a cross section of the first bracket 510 coupled to avoid it.
- the second outer case flange 1121 extending from the one side 112 of the outer case to the opposite side is recessed in the direction of the first opening 113 so that the second coupling part 11211 Is formed. Therefore, the second coupling part extends from a corner located in the direction of the second opening of one side 112 of the outer case to be coupled to the first rear panel 141, and the other part is the fourth formation of the machine room forming part 300. It is combined with the subflange 3244.
- FIG. 7B illustrates a cross section in which the first bracket 510 is coupled to the fourth forming portion flange 3244 under the first rear panel 141 instead of the first rear panel 141.
- the fourth forming portion flange 3244 bent and extended to the L-shape may have a protruding groove. Therefore, the fourth forming portion flange 3245 may be inserted into the second coupling part 11211 and hooked. This is to facilitate temporary assembly.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and a bonding method capable of preventing leakage of the foamed plastic may have another bonding method.
- first bracket 510, the fourth forming portion flange 3244, and the second outer case flange 1121 may include screw fastening grooves at corresponding positions, respectively. In this case, after the temporary assembly, the coupling portions of the first bracket 510, the fourth forming portion flange 3244 and the second outer case flange 1121 may be firmly fixed.
- the first bent surface 513 of the first bracket 510 is coupled to one side 112 of the outer case, and the fourth bent surface 516 is the second coupling part 11211.
- the second outer case flange 1121 forms the second coupling part 1121, the portion extending further to the opposite side and the fourth bent surface 516 are coupled.
- the second coupling part 11211 may be avoided by the avoiding space formed by the second bent surface 513 and the third bent surface 515. Since the second coupling parts 11211 are respectively provided on the second outer case flanges 1121 provided on both sides, the second brackets 520 may be similarly coupled.
- FIG. 7 (c) shows the first coupling part 11111 of the fifth forming part flange 3255 and the first outer case flange 1111 as viewed from the direction of the second opening 114 to the first opening 113.
- the cross section of the second bracket 520 which avoids and engages the first coupling part 11111 is shown.
- the first bracket 510 and the second bracket 520 may be designed to have the same length bent to allow the outer case to be installed on one side 112. Therefore, there may be an advantage that the administrative cost is reduced in terms of economical parts.
- the second bracket 520 also has the same shape and size as the first bracket 510, the first bent surface 523, the second bent surface 524, the third bent surface 525 and the fourth bent surface ( 526 is provided.
- the fifth forming portion flange 3255 that is bent and extended in an L shape may have a protruding groove. Therefore, the fifth forming part flange 3255 positioned below the machine room forming part 300 may be inserted into the first coupling part 11111 to be hooked together. This is to facilitate temporary assembly.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and a bonding method capable of preventing leakage of the foamed plastic may have another bonding method.
- the third bending surface 525 and the fourth bending surface 526 of the second bracket 520 may avoid the first coupling portion 11111. Since the first coupling parts 11111 are respectively provided on the first outer case flanges 1111 provided on both sides, the first brackets 510 may be similarly coupled.
