エタノールの含有量は、本実施形態に係る皮膚外用剤100質量%に対して、50.0質量%以上が好ましく、55.0質量%以上がより好ましく、60.0質量%以上がさらに好ましい。エタノールの含有量を50.0質量%以上とすることにより、速乾性および使用感が向上する。一方、カチオン性ポリマーの析出防止の観点から、エタノールの含有量は、80.0質量%以下が好ましく、75.0質量%以下がより好ましい。
粉体としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、例えば、無機粉体や有機粉体が挙げられる。また、粉体は、天然物、造粒物、複合粉体等いずれの由来であってもよい。粉体の形状は、特に限定されず、例えば、球状、燐片状、板状、粉末状等が挙げられる。

表1および表2に示した組成(配合量)に従い、各成分を混合し、皮膚外用剤を調製した。得られた各皮膚外用剤について、下記評価を行った。
容量120mLのガラス瓶(マヨネーズ瓶)に前記試料を100mL入れ、1000rpmで2分間遠心分離して粉体を沈降させた後、15cmの振り幅で縦に振盪(1往復/秒)を繰り返し、底面の粉体が完全に分散するまでの振盪回数を計測した。計測結果は、下記の基準に従って評価した。
[評価基準]
3点(優れる):10回以内に底面の残留がなくなり、均一分散する。
2点(良好):11回以上、20回以内に底面の残留がなくなり、均一分散する。
1点(不十分):21回以上、50回以内に底面の残留がなくなり、均一分散する。
0点(不良):51回以上振盪しても底面に残留が確認できる、または均一分散できない。
各皮膚外用剤約0.2gを塗布し、1分後の肌を掌でなでた際の感触から、速乾性を下記の基準で評価した。なお、評価は、専門評価員3名により、25℃、湿度50%RHの恒温恒湿の条件下で実施した。
[評価基準]
3点(優れる):液がまったく残っていない。
2点(良好):少し液が残っているが乾いていると感じる。
1点(使用可能):液が残っているが使用上問題ない。
0点(不良):液が残っており、使用上不快。
各皮膚外用剤約0.2gを塗布して乾いた後の肌を掌でなでた際の感触から、滑り性を下記の基準で評価した。なお、評価は、専門評価員3名により、25℃、湿度50%RHの恒温恒湿の条件下で実施した。
[評価基準]
3点(優れる):極めて高いさらさら感を感じる。
2点(良好):塗布前よりも滑りが高く、さらさら感を感じる。
1点(使用可能):わずかに引っ掛かりを感じる。
0点(不良):強い引っ掛かりを感じる。
各皮膚外用剤約0.2gを塗布して乾いた後の肌の白浮きの有無を下記の基準で評価した。なお、評価は、専門評価員3名により、25℃、湿度50%RHの恒温恒湿の条件下で実施した。
[評価基準]
3点(優れる):使用後の肌に白浮きがない。
2点(良好):使用後の肌にわずかな白浮きを生じるが、実用上全く気にならない。
1点(使用可能):使用後の肌に白浮きを生じるが、使用可能である。
0点(不良):使用後の肌に白浮きが顕著に生じ、使用に適さない。

ポリクオタニウム-7 0.04質量%
ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース 0.3質量%
シメン-5-オール 0.1質量%
エタノール 70.0質量%
精製水 残部

Claims (4)
- エタノールと、粉体と、カチオン性ポリマーと、水とを含有し、
エタノールの含有量が50.0~80.0質量%であることを特徴とする皮膚外用剤。 - 粉体の含有量が1.0~10.0質量%である、請求項1記載の皮膚外用剤。
- カチオン性ポリマーの含有量が0.005~0.060質量%である、請求項1または2記載の皮膚外用剤。
- ノニオン性界面活性剤の含有量が0.05質量%未満である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の皮膚外用剤。
