本発明においては、(B-1)成分と共に、(B-2)成分を配合することで、抗菌性及びその持続性と防臭効果の持続性を相乗的に向上させることができる。(B-2)成分としては、下記一般式(1)
で表されるアルキルトリアルキルアンモニウム塩が好ましい。
(C)成分は、制汗成分等を溶解させるための溶媒として配合する。(C)成分の配合量は、組成物全体の50~85質量%が好ましく、60~80質量%がより好ましい。50質量%未満であると、制汗成分の溶解が劣り、制汗効果が弱くなる場合があり、安定性が低下することがある。85質量%を超えると、皮膚刺激などが生じることがある。
本発明の液体制汗デオドラント組成物には、更に、(D)ポリビニルピロリドン及び/又はビニルピロリドン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を配合することができる。(D)成分を配合することで、塗布後の使用感触、抗菌効果及びその持続性、制汗効果の持続性、防臭効果の持続性をより向上させることができる。
本発明の組成物には、上記成分以外に剤型に応じて、通常、制汗デオドラント組成物に配合される公知成分を配合できる。具体的には、特に制限はなく、本発明の効果を妨げない範囲で目的に応じて適宜選択して配合することができ、例えば、油脂類、ワックス類、シリコーン類、炭化水素油、高級脂肪酸、高級アルコール、合成エステル油、ノニオン界面活性剤、(B)成分を除くカチオン界面活性剤、アニオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、(D)成分を除く高分子化合物、酸化防止剤、色素、乳化安定剤、pH調整剤、(A)成分を除く収斂剤、防腐剤、紫外線吸収剤、キレート剤、保湿剤、増粘剤、清涼剤、抗炎症剤、(B)成分を除く殺菌剤、アミノ酸、ビタミン剤、各種植物抽出エキス等を挙げることができるが、これらに限定されるものではない。
下記表に示す組成の液体制汗デオドラント組成物を、エタノールに任意成分を溶解させた後、(A),(B-1),(B-2)成分を添加し、均一に溶解して調製した。得られた組成物を下記仕様のロールオン容器に40mL充填して、下記方法で評価を行った。結果を表中に併記する。

<評価方法>
男女被験者10名に対し、各々の片方の腋窩部に各液体制汗デオドラント組成物を0.1g塗布し、もう片方の腋窩部には何も処理せず、その後、15分後、4時間後、8時間後の腋窩部の生菌数を下記の手順に従って計測した。被験者10名の生菌数の平均値を求め、下記評価基準に基づいて評価した。
(1)pH7.9のリン酸緩衝液で濡らした滅菌綿棒で腋窩部(直径2.5cm)をこすり、皮膚常在菌を採取する。
(2)皮膚常在菌(Corynebacterium xerosis (IFO12684))を採取した綿棒を2mLのリン酸緩衝液に浸し、1分間、試験管ミキサーで攪拌する。
(3)攪拌後のリン酸緩衝液を10倍、100倍、1,000倍、10,000倍に希釈し、希釈液をSCDLP培地(商品名:DAIGO、日本製薬(株)製)に塗布する。
(4)37℃で2日間培養した後、コロニー数を数え、腋窩部の生菌数を算出する。
◎:無塗布部の生菌数から塗布部の生菌数を引いた対数値が3log cfu/mL以上
○:無塗布部の生菌数から塗布部の生菌数を引いた対数値が2log cfu/mL以上3log cfu/mL未満
△:無塗布部の生菌数から塗布部の生菌数を引いた対数値が1log cfu/mL以上2log cfu/mL未満
×:無塗布部の生菌数から塗布部の生菌数を引いた対数値が1log cfu/mL未満
<評価方法>
被験者10名の前腕内側部2cm×2cmの範囲に、各液体制汗デオドラント組成物を20μL塗布し、乾燥させた。塗布後8時間後に高温条件下(35℃、40%RH環境下)で30分間安静にし、強制発汗させ、皮膚水分蒸散量測定装置(TEWL Tewameter TM210 ck electronic社製)を用いて発汗量を測定した。
下記式で示される制汗効果(%)の10人の平均値を算出し、以下の基準で判断した。
◎ :平均値が60%以上
◎~○:平均値が50%以上60%未満
○ :平均値が30%以上50%未満
△ :平均値が10%以上30%未満
× :平均値が10%未満
<評価方法>
各液体制汗デオドラント組成物を、女性被験者10名の片方の腋下に0.2g塗布した後、予め洗浄したガーゼ(5cm×5cm)を両脇部に縫い付けたシャツを着用させた。8時間着用後のガーゼに付着した体臭を、判定者5名にて、各判定者がそれぞれ被験者10名について下記の評点基準に基づき未塗布部位(未塗布のもう一方の腋下)と比べて官能評価を行い、着用ガーゼ10枚の臭気評価の平均点を求めた結果を、下記の評価基準で判定した。なお、被験者には塗布の3日前から他の制汗デオドラント剤の使用を禁止し、塗布の前日には無香料のボディソープを使用してもらった。
5点:未塗布部位と比べて全く臭わない
4点:未塗布部位と比べてほとんど臭わない
3点:未塗布部位と比べてやや臭わない
2点:未塗布部位と比べてわずかに臭わない
1点:未塗布部位と比べて臭いが同等又はより臭う

◎~○:3.5点以上4点未満
○ :3点以上3.5点未満
△ :2点以上3点未満
× :1点以上2点未満
<評価方法>
各組成物を、フィンチャンバー(大正製薬(株))内のろ紙(直径7.5mm)に20μL滴下し、自分が敏感肌だと感じている成人男性10人の背部(無疹部)に貼り付けた。貼り付けてから48時間後にパッチを除去し、その後24時間経過時に以下に示す評価基準(川村太郎、日皮会誌、80,301,1970)に準じて評価を行った。評価点は10人の点数の平均点より算出した。

Claims (6)
- (A)制汗成分と、
(B-1)塩化ベンザルコニウム、塩化ベンゼトニウム、塩化セチルピリジニウム、塩化デカリニウム及び臭化セチルトリメチルアンモニウムから選ばれる化合物と、
(B-2)アルキル(炭素数8~22)トリアルキルアンモニウム塩(但し、(B-1)成分を除く)と、
(C)エタノールと
を含有し、(B-1)/(B-2)で表される、(B-2)成分に対する(B-1)成分の含有質量比が0.03~35であることを特徴とする液体制汗デオドラント組成物。 - (B-1)成分が、塩化ベンザルコニウムである請求項1記載の液体制汗デオドラント組成物。
- (B-1)成分の配合量が組成物全体の0.01~1.0質量%であり、(B-2)成分の配合量が組成物全体の0.01~1.0質量%である請求項1又は2記載の液体制汗デオドラント組成物。
- (A)制汗成分が、クロルヒドロキシアルミニウムである請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の液体制汗デオドラント組成物。
- 更に、(D)ポリビニルピロリドン及び/又はビニルピロリドン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の液体制汗デオドラント組成物。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の液体制汗デオドラント組成物と、この組成物を充填した塗布ボールを有するロールオン容器とを備えた液体制汗デオドラント製品。
