如图1、2所示的一种横编织机,包括主机架1,主机架1上设有左基座11和右基座12,左基座11与右基座12之间设有选针系统2,选针系统2的上方设有滑轨组件13,滑轨组件13安装于左基座11与右基座12上,滑轨组件13上设有机头部件3,机头部件3包括前机头组件31和后机头组件32,前机头组件31和后机头组件32前后对称或非对称设置,右基座12的右侧下端设有马达座122,结合图12,马达座122的前侧设有控制操作面板124,马达座122上设有固定调节板123,固定调节板123上设有驱动装置14,左基座11与右基座12的后侧设有平行设置的同步带传动装置321,驱动装置14驱动连接同步带传动装置321,通过固定调节板123上的调节螺杆调节驱动装置上同步带传动装置321的张力,后机头组件32通过夹块322与同步带传动装置321的同步带固定连接,驱动装置14通过同步带传动装置321带动后机头组件32进行往复运动,前机头组件31通过机头连接装置33连接后机头组件32,实现前、后机头组件的同步往复运动,机头部件3的上端安装有梭子组件4,梭子组件4通过机头部件3间歇带动,实现梭子组件停止或往复运动,左基座11的右侧下方设有剪纱装置5,左基座11的左侧下端设有接油盘111,接油盘111的左侧为U形槽结构,该U形槽结构是为橡筋线过线使用,接油盘111上方的左基座11上设有分指系统6,分指系统6包括叉刀部件61和剪刀部件62,叉刀部件61与剪刀部件62上下设置,叉刀部件61设于剪刀部件62上方,叉刀部件61和剪刀部件62各自连接设有独立的驱动装置14进行驱动,叉刀部件61和剪刀部件62相互独立,相互配合,叉刀部件61先完成分指动作,剪刀配合完成剪纱动作,接油盘111上设有第一防护罩1111,马达座122上设有第二防护罩1222,主机架1后侧设有线架17。该设计结构更加简单,轻便灵活,运行负载轻,能源消耗大大降低,传动效率和编织效率得到极大的提高,维修调试简单方便,极大的提升了企业的经济效 益。
结合图3和图4所示,选针系统2包括滚筒机构和针床24,针床24设于滚筒机构上端,针床24与滚筒机构配合安装,滚筒机构包括驱动装置14、丝杆21和前后对称设置的两滚筒22,两滚筒22设于左基座11和右基座12之间下端相对称的两转轴16上,滚筒22两端设有限位块18,限位块18用于调节滚筒22轴向的安装位置,驱动装置14设于右基座12的左侧下端,驱动装置14通过齿轮组23连接丝杆21,丝杆21两端分别连接前后对称设置的两滚筒22,驱动装置14通过丝杆21带动两滚筒22旋转;结合图14所示,滚筒22上设有均匀分布的横向槽221和环形槽222,横向槽221内根据实际需要安装插入长短不定的高选针棒或低选针棒,针床24上均匀分布若干与环形槽222对应的针槽241,针槽241内分布有针脚243和织针,针槽241下端旋转固定设有若干与环形槽对应分布的挺针片242,当横向槽221内无选针棒插入时,挺针片242被压入环形槽222内,此时挺针片242处于不工作状态,限位块18的设置能够帮助调节,保证挺针片242顺利的压入环形槽222内,当横向槽221内设有选针棒时,选针棒将挺针片242轴向旋转顶起,挺针片242带动针脚243,实现钩针动作。滚筒选针传动的方式更加简单、直接,运行负载轻,能源消耗大大降低,选针效率得到极大的提高。
结合图5所示,剪纱装置5包括驱动装置14和主动轴51,主动轴51上设有减速齿轮52,驱动装置14通过减速齿轮52驱动主动轴51,与主动轴51平行方向的一侧设有固定轴53,固定轴53上轴向活动连接有勾纱用的第一摆臂54和剪纱用的第二摆臂55,第一摆臂54和第二摆臂55为树杈形结构,减速齿轮52一侧设有离心轮56,离心轮56与第一摆臂54分杈端配合,实现第一摆臂54的上下摆动,在主动轴51上减速齿轮52的一侧设有凸轮57,凸轮57与第二摆臂55分杈端配合,实现第二摆臂55的上下摆动,工作时,第一摆臂54勾纱时,第二摆臂55张开准备剪纱,当第一摆臂54完成勾纱时,第二摆臂55进行剪纱。
结合图6所示,叉刀部件61包括驱动装置14、齿条63和叉刀,驱动装置14通过齿轮连接驱动齿条63,实现齿条63水平往复运动,齿条63的一端连接叉刀,齿条63带动叉刀完成移动至目标位置的动作。
剪刀部件62包括驱动装置14、齿条63和剪刀,驱动装置14通过齿轮连接驱动齿条63,实现齿条63水平往复运动,齿条63的一端连接剪刀,齿条63带动剪刀完成移动至目标位置的动作。
结合图4所示,滑轨组件13包括前后对称的两上滑杆131与两下滑轨132,上滑杆131与下滑轨132分别上下安装于左基座11与右基座12的支撑槽121上,上滑杆131与下滑轨132之间设有机头部件3,上滑杆131与下滑轨132用于定位其机头部件3平行于针床24往复运动的方向,防止机头部件3发生偏移。
结合图7所示,前机头组件31包括前盖板311,前盖板311内侧设有前固定板312,前固定板312上沿进线方向依次配合安装设有起针三角313、中山三角314、缝口三角315、密度三角316和分指三角317,起针三角313、中山三角314和缝口三角315的上方设有上固定三角318,上固定三角318的上方设有橡筋三角319,分指三角317设置位置高度低于其他三角,缝口三角315设置位置高度与分指三角317相同,中山三角314与缝口三角315为一体结构,缝口三角315厚度小于中山三角314厚度,一般状态下从起针三角313处单向起针,此时织针与缝口三角315不起作用,当需要缝口动作时,用高的选针棒将针脚提高,织线同时沿缝口三角315的轨道运行,实现双向起针,完成缝口动作;分指三角317通过螺丝调节固定于前固定板312上,分指三角317与缝口三角315原理相同,当需要分指动作时用高的选针棒将织针提高,进行分指工作;结合图8,橡筋三角319后侧设有弹簧3191,起针三角313后侧同橡筋三角319一样也设有弹簧3191,起针三角313和橡筋三角319在垂直于固定板的卡腔内上下活动,其余三角均为固定设置在固定板上,橡筋三角319表面依次设有斜坡3192、第一平面3193和第二平面3194,第一平面3193与第二平面3194之间还设有过渡的斜坡3192,当针脚通过时,斜坡3192可以为针脚起到缓冲过渡的作用,防止针脚弯折损坏,第二平面3194高度低于第一平面3193,当针脚压住第一平面3193时,橡筋三角319处于非工作状态,第二平面3194的设置是为了防止由于针脚有细微的高低不平导致橡筋三角319错误启动,当针脚完全通过橡筋三角319时,针脚不压住橡筋三角319,橡筋三角319向上弹起,处于工作状态,完成手套、袜子等物品罗口的橡筋编制工作。
结合图9所示,后机头组件32包括后盖板321,后盖板321内侧设有后固定板322,后固定板322上沿进线方向依次配合安装设有分指三角317、起针三角313、中山三角314和密度三角316,起针三角313和中山三角314的上方设有上固定三角318,上固定三角318的上方设有橡筋三角319,后机头组件32上无缝口三角315,后机头组件32的其余三角与前机头组件31对应的相同三角其结构和安装方式都相同。
结合图7、图9所示,机头连接装置33包括前机头连接杆331、后机头连接杆332和固定连接块333,前机头连接杆331和后机头连接杆332的一端通过固定连接块333固定,前机头连接杆331的另一端与前盖板311连接,后机头连接杆332的另一端与后盖板321连接,实现后机头组件32带动前机头组件31一起同步往复运动。
结合图4所示,前盖板311和后盖板321的上端设有眉板34,眉板34一端与前、后盖板321连接,眉板34的另一端设有高度变化的沉降轨道341,针床24的顶端设有沉降座25,沉降座25内设有若干均与分布的沉降片251,沉降片251通过高度变化的沉降轨道341实现沉降功能。
如图4所示,左基座11和右基座12上方的前后两端,各设有一组左右对应的支撑块41,每组左右对应的支撑块41之间设有导杆42,导杆42上设有梭子组件4,结合图10所示,梭子组件4包括主纱嘴43,主纱嘴43位于前端的导杆42上,主纱嘴43包括主纱嘴座431,主纱嘴座431上设有转杆432,转杆432中间通过螺丝与主纱嘴43座旋转连接,转杆432的一端与一主动杆433旋转连接,转杆432的另一端与一离合刀头434旋转连接,主动杆433的另一端连接设有电磁铁装置435,电磁铁装置435吸引主动杆433,进而联动离合刀头434,使离合刀头434与机头部件3契合,实现机头部件3带动主纱嘴43平行往复运动,通过启停电磁铁装置435实现主纱嘴43与机头部件3的间歇联动。
结合图11所示,左基座11上后端的支撑块41上设有橡筋线控制装置7,橡筋线控制装置7包括橡筋架71,橡筋架71上一侧设有驱动装置14,橡筋架71的另一侧设有主动轮72,驱动装置14连接驱动主动轮72,主动轮72上端设有从动轮73,从动轮73上设有弹簧张紧装置74,弹簧张紧装置74使从动轮73压紧于主动轮72上,主动轮72联动从动轮73转动,主动轮72与从动轮73压紧处的一侧设有过线夹一75,另一侧设有过线夹二76,橡筋线通过过线夹一75后,进入主动轮72与从动轮73之间,再通过过线夹二76,通过主动轮72的转速控制来实现橡筋线的输送控制。
结合图12、13所示,选针系统2下方设有倾斜的落料板8,落料板8下端设有落料装置81,落料装置81包括前固定盖板811,前固定盖板811设于主机架1前侧,前固定盖板811上设有预留槽812,预留槽812内设有可活动的收料框813,收料框813与前固定盖板811内侧通过一连接杆814连接,收料框813通过连接杆814在前固定盖板811上旋转活动实现落料装置81的开合,连接杆 814侧边设有限位板815,限位板815为了防止落料装置81活动超过限定范围发生掉落。
以编织全指手套为例,本发明的编织过程为纱线先通过梭子组件(导纱装置)导纱,然后进入机头部件,机头部件移动至所需编织的针床针板位置,开始编织手套的小拇指,首先通过高选针棒进行双向起针缝口,然后通过低选针棒进行单向起针编织小拇指,小拇指编织完成后,通过分指系统和剪纱装置配合进行分指,之后与小拇指编织的过程相同,依次完成编织无名指,中指,食指,四指掌部,大拇指,五指掌部,然后使用橡筋线编织手套罗口部,最后如果该产品手套需要进行锁边,则进行单向起针手套锁边,再通过剪纱装置剪断线头,如果该产品手套不需要进行锁边,则直接通过剪纱装置剪断线头,完成一只手套的编织,手套通过落料板掉入落料装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种横编织机,包括主机架、选针系统、滑轨组件、机头部件、梭子部件、剪纱装置和分指系统,其特征在于:选针系统包括滚筒机构,滚筒机构的两滚筒是通过丝杆连接独立的驱动装置进行传动,选针系统的上方设有滑轨组件,滑轨组件上设有机头部件,机头部件包括前机头组件和后机头组件,前机头组件和后机头组件前后设置,后机头组件连接一独立的驱动装置实现水平往复运动,前机头组件通过机头连接装置连接后机头组件,机头连接装置用于实现前机头组件与后机头组件同步运动,机头部件的上端安装有梭子组件,梭子组件通过机头部件间歇带动,实现梭子组件停止或往复运动,剪纱装置连接独立的驱动装置进行驱动,分指系统包括叉刀部件和剪刀部件,叉刀部件与剪刀部件上下设置,叉刀部件通过齿轮齿条连接独立的驱动装置进行叉刀的移动,剪刀部件通过齿轮齿条连接独立的驱动装置进行剪刀的移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:主机架上设有左基座和右基座,左基座与右基座之间设有选针系统,滑轨组件安装于左基座与右基座上,前机头组件和后机头组件前后对称或非对称设置,右基座的右侧下端设有马达座,马达座的前侧设有控制操作面板,马达座上设有固定调节板,固定调节板上设有驱动后机头组件的驱动装置,左基座与右基座的后侧设有平行设置的同步带传动装置,驱动装置驱动连接同步带传动装置,通过固定调节板上的调节螺杆调节驱动装置上同步带传动装置的张力,后机头组件通过夹块与同步带传动装置的同步带固定连接,驱动装置通过同步带传动装置带动后机头组件进行往复运动,左基座的右侧下方设有剪纱装置,左基座的左侧下端设有接油盘,接油盘的左侧为U形槽结构,该U形槽结构用于橡筋线过线使用,接油盘上方的左基座上设有分指系统,叉刀部件设于剪刀部件上方,接油盘上设有第一防护罩,马达座上设有第二防护罩,主机架后侧设有线架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:选针系统包括滚筒机构和针床,针床设于滚筒机构上端,针床与滚筒机构配合安装,滚筒机构包括驱动装置、丝杆和前后对称设置的两滚筒,两滚筒设于左基座和右基座之间下端相对称的两转轴上,滚筒两端设有限位块,限位块用于调节滚筒轴向的安装位置,驱动装置设于右基座的左侧下端,驱动装置通过齿轮组连接丝杆,丝杆两端分别连接前后对称设置的两滚筒,驱动装置通过丝杆带动两滚筒旋转;滚筒上设有均匀分布的横向槽和环形槽,横向槽用于安装插入高选针棒或低选针棒,针床上均匀分布若干与环形槽对应的针槽,针槽内分布有针脚和织针,针槽下端旋转固定 设有若干与环形槽对应分布的挺针片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:剪纱装置包括驱动装置和主动轴,主动轴上设有减速齿轮,驱动装置通过减速齿轮驱动主动轴,与主动轴平行方向的一侧设有固定轴,固定轴上轴向活动连接有勾纱用的第一摆臂和剪纱用的第二摆臂,第一摆臂和第二摆臂为树杈形结构,减速齿轮一侧设有离心轮,离心轮与第一摆臂分杈端配合,实现第一摆臂的上下摆动,在主动轴上减速齿轮的一侧设有凸轮,凸轮与第二摆臂分杈端配合,实现第二摆臂的上下摆动;叉刀部件包括驱动装置、齿条和叉刀,驱动装置通过齿轮连接驱动齿条,实现齿条水平往复运动,齿条的一端连接叉刀,齿条带动叉刀完成移动动作;剪刀部件包括驱动装置、齿条和剪刀,驱动装置通过齿轮连接驱动齿条,实现齿条水平往复运动,齿条的一端连接剪刀,齿条带动剪刀完成移动动作。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:滑轨组件包括前后对称的两上滑杆与两下滑轨,上滑杆与下滑轨分别上下安装于左基座与右基座的支撑槽上,上滑杆与下滑轨之间设有机头部件,上滑杆与下滑轨用于定位其机头部件平行于针床往复运动的方向。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:前机头组件包括前盖板,前盖板内侧设有前固定板,前固定板上沿进线方向依次配合安装设有起针三角、中山三角、缝口三角、密度三角和分指三角,起针三角、中山三角和缝口三角的上方设有上固定三角,上固定三角的上方设有橡筋三角,分指三角设置位置高度低于其他三角,缝口三角设置位置高度与分指三角相同,中山三角与缝口三角为一体结构,缝口三角厚度小于中山三角厚度;分指三角通过螺丝调节固定于前固定板上;橡筋三角后侧设有弹簧,起针三角后侧同橡筋三角一样也设有弹簧,起针三角和橡筋三角在垂直于固定板的卡腔内上下活动,其余三角均为固定设置在固定板上,橡筋三角表面依次设有斜坡、第一平面和第二平面,第一平面与第二平面之间还设有过渡的斜坡,第二平面高度低于第一平面;后机头组件包括后盖板,后盖板内侧设有后固定板,后固定板上沿进线方向依次配合安装设有分指三角、起针三角、中山三角和密度三角,起针三角和中山三角的上方设有上固定三角,上固定三角的上方设有橡筋三角,后机头组件上无缝口三角,后机头组件的其余三角与前机头组件对应的相同三角其结构和安装方式都相同;前盖板和后盖板的上端设有眉板,眉板一端与前、后盖板连接,眉板的另一端设有高度变化的沉降轨道,针床的顶端设有沉降座,沉降座内设有若干均与分布的沉降片。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:机头连接装置包括前机头连接杆、后机头连接杆和固定连接块,前机头连接杆和后机头连接杆的一端通过固定连接块固定,前机头连接杆的另一端与前盖板连接,后机头连接杆的另一端与后盖板连接,机头连接装置用于后机头组件带动前机头组件一起同步往复运动。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:左基座和右基座上方的前后两端,各设有一组左右对应的支撑块,每组左右对应的支撑块之间设有导杆,导杆上设有梭子组件,梭子组件包括主纱嘴,主纱嘴位于前端的导杆上,主纱嘴包括主纱嘴座,主纱嘴座上设有转杆,转杆中间通过螺丝与主纱嘴座旋转连接,转杆的一端与一主动杆旋转连接,转杆的另一端与一离合刀头旋转连接,主动杆的另一端连接设有电磁铁装置,电磁铁装置吸引主动杆,进而联动离合刀头与机头部件契合。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:左基座上后端的支撑块上设有橡筋线控制装置,橡筋线控制装置包括橡筋架,橡筋架上一侧设有驱动装置,橡筋架的另一侧设有主动轮,驱动装置连接驱动主动轮,主动轮上端设有从动轮,从动轮上设有弹簧张紧装置,弹簧张紧装置使从动轮压紧于主动轮上,主动轮联动从动轮转动,主动轮与从动轮压紧处的一侧设有过线夹一,另一侧设有过线夹二,橡筋线通过过线夹一后,进入主动轮与从动轮之间,再通过过线夹二,通过主动轮的转速控制来实现橡筋线的输送控制。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种横编织机,其特征在于:选针系统下方设有倾斜的落料板,落料板下端设有落料装置,落料装置包括前固定盖板,前固定盖板设于主机架前侧,前固定盖板上设有预留槽,预留槽内设有可活动的收料框,收料框与前固定盖板内侧通过一连接杆连接,连接杆侧边设有限位板。
