上記投入部から投入された上記物品を上記処理装置に向かって搬入する搬入機構と、
上記搬入機構で搬入されてきた上記物品が所定位置を通過していることを検出する通過確認センサと、
上記物品の進行方向を塞いで停止させておく物品ストッパと、
先行の上記物品が上記処理装置で処理されるタイミングに合わせ、後続の上記物品を一時的に停止させる一時停止機構と、
上記通過確認センサよりもさらに上流側に設けた物品確認センサと、
上記先行の物品の先端を上記通過確認センサが検知した後、該先行の物品が通過する時間を経過後も上記物品確認センサが物品を検知しているときには、後続の物品が連続して流れてきていると判断し、上記一時停止機構を作動させて後続の物品を一時停止させて上記先行の物品と切り離す制御部とを備えている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。 - 請求項1に記載の物品搬送装置において、
上記制御部は、上記通過確認センサが上記先行の物品が通過が完了したのを確認すると、上記物品ストッパを作動させて上記後続の物品の進行を停止させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。 - 請求項2に記載の物品搬送装置において、
上記物品ストッパは、伸縮可能なシリンダロッドと、該シリンダロッドの先端に取り付けられた薄板とを有し、上記通過確認センサと上記物品確認センサとの間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の物品搬送装置において、
上記一時停止機構は、上記先行の物品が上記処理装置で処理されている間、後続の物品の側方を押圧して該物品を一時的に停止させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の物品搬送装置において、
上記搬入機構は、上記物品ストッパよりも下流側の下流側ベルトコンベアと、該物品ストッパよりも上流側の上流側コンベアとを備え、
上記一時停止機構は、上記先行の物品が上記処理装置で処理されている間、上記上流側コンベアを停止させて後続の物品を一時的に停止させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の物品搬送装置において、
上記搬入機構は、ベルトコンベアであり、
駆動されるベルトの上面は、上記物品ストッパで上記物品の進行方向を塞いだときに、該物品の底面が滑るような摩擦係数に設定されている
ことを特徴とする物品搬送装置。
