Claims (9)
- 一种模块化烘箱结构,包括机架和风道结构(1),其特征在于,所述机架内设置有隧道进风室(15)、隧道回风室(12)以及位于所述隧道进风室(15)和所述隧道回风室(12)之间的隧道烘干室(11),所述隧道进风室(15)与所述隧道烘干室(11)之间设置有隧道进风板(16),所述隧道回风室(12)与所述隧道烘干室(11)之间设置有隧道回风板(17);所述隧道进风板(16)和所述隧道回风板(17)上均设置有若干通孔;所述隧道烘干室(11)的上方设置有风机进风室(13),所述风机进风室(13)内设置有加热器(2);所述风机进风室(13)与所述机架的顶部之间设置有风机出风室(14);所述机架的顶部设置有循环风机(3),所述循环风机(3)的进风口与所述风机进风室(13)的顶部相连通;所述模块化烘箱结构还包括温度控制系统(5)和控制装置,所述温度控制系统(5)包括若干个温度传感器(51),所述温度传感器(51)设置在所述隧道进风室(15)和/或所述隧道回风室(12)和/或所述隧道烘干室(11)内;所述温度传感器(51)的输出端连接控制装置,所述控制装置的输出端与所述加热器(2)的控制信号输入端和所述循环风机(3)的控制信号输入端连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构,其特征在于,所述隧道回风室(12)与所述风机进风室(13)之间设置有循环风过滤器(18)。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构,其特征在于,所述加热器(2)采用电加热、蒸汽加热、燃气燃烧加热或热风加热形式。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构,其特征在于,所述循环风机(3)采用无蜗壳风机,所述循环风机(3)从所述机架的顶部埋入所述烘箱结构内部。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构,其特征在于,所述机架的内壁上设有保温层(4)。
- 如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构,其特征在于,所述隧道进风板(16)的上部通孔分布密度高于下部通孔分布密度,所述隧道回风板(17)的上部通孔分布密度小于下部通孔分布密度。
- 一种隧道式烘箱,其特征在于,所述隧道式烘箱包括若干依次拼接、且相互连通的如权利要求1所述的模块化烘箱结构。
- 如权利要求7所述的隧道式烘箱,其特征在于,相邻所述模块化烘箱结构的所述隧道烘干室(11)内的循环风的方向相反。
- 如权利要求7所述的隧道式烘箱,其特征在于,所述隧道式烘箱的两端分别设置有可上下移动的烘箱门。
