一种大型一体化注塑机,其包括上框架(1)和下框架(2),密封缸(4)内侧安装有加热板(5),密封缸(4)顶部连接进料口(3)右侧安装抽气阀(7)和压力阀(8),进料口(3)的顶部安装有密封盖(21),压力阀(8)在抽气阀(7)下方由支架(6)固定支撑,后模具(12)内安装有射嘴(9),射嘴(9)尾端连接密封缸(4),前模具(11)安装在固定架(10)上,前模具(11)与固定架(10)之间安装有活塞杆(13)和弹簧(14);下框架(2)内安装有控制面板(15)、加热机构(16)、气缸(17)和导管(18)。注塑机内置了控制面板(15),在生产模具的时候能够随时控制温度和气压力度,从而提高生产的质量。注塑机采用了可拆卸的前后模具固定架(10),能够随时更换先要注塑的模具,这样可以加快生产效率并且降低了生产的成本。

Description

大型一体化注塑机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具生产装置,特别是涉及一种大型一体化注塑机。
背景技术
注塑模具工业发展概况和应用背景塑料模具工业近20年来发展十分迅速,早在7年前塑料的年产量按体积计算已经超过钢铁和有色金属年产量的总和,塑料制品在汽车、机电、仪表、航天航空等国家支柱产业及与人民日常生活相关的各个领域中得到了广泛的应用。塑料制品成形的方法虽然很多,但最主要的方法是注塑成形,世界塑料模具市场中塑料成形模具产量中约半数以上是注塑模具。市场上的注塑机注塑的模具单一,复杂的产品往往需要多个零件组成,如何让注塑机能多样式注塑成了一大问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种大型一体化注塑机。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种大型一体化注塑机其包括:上框架和下框架,所述上框架和下框架相互连接,
所述上框架由进料口、密封缸、加热板、支架、抽气阀、压力阀、射嘴、固定架、前模具、后模具、活塞杆和弹簧组成,所述密封缸内侧安装有加热板,密封缸顶部连接进料口右侧安装抽气阀和压力阀,所述进料口的顶部安装有密封盖,所述压力阀在抽气阀下方由支架固定支撑,所述后模具内安装有射嘴,射嘴尾端连接密封缸,所述前模具安装在固定架上,前模具与固定架之间安装有活塞杆和弹簧;
所述下框架内安装有控制面板、加热机构、气缸和导管,所述控制面板嵌入在下框架左侧,所述加热机构安装在密封缸下方与加热板配合,所述气缸安装在控制面板下方,气缸由导管连接压力阀和活塞杆。
优选地,所述进料口上安装有防尘圈。
优选地,所述前模具和后模具可拆卸。
优选地,所述控制面板内安装有紧急制动按钮。
本发明的优点是:本发明内置了控制面板,在生产模具的时候能够随时控制温度和气压力度,从而提高生产的质量。本装置用了可拆卸的前后模具固定架,能够随时更换先要注塑的模具,这样可以加快生产效率并且降低了生产的成本。

下框架2内安装有控制面板15、加热机构16、气缸17和导管18,控制面板15嵌入在下框架2左侧,加热机构16安装在密封缸4下方与加热板5配合,气缸17安装在控制面板15下方,气缸17由导管18连接压力阀8和活塞杆13。
在本实施例中,进料口3上安装有防尘圈19。
在本实施例中,前模具11和后模具12可拆卸。
在本实施例中,控制面板15内安装有紧急制动按钮20。
本发明的工作原理如下:把材料送入进料口,从进料口进入的材料通过加热机构加温溶解,同一时间后模具通过活塞杆和弹簧向前模具吸和。最后抽风阀把多余的空气排出后通过气缸把融化的材料通过射嘴打入前后模具内形成模具注塑。
本发明内置了控制面板,在生产模具的时候能够随时控制温度和气压力度,从而提高生产的质量。本装置用了可拆卸的前后模具固定架,能够随时更换先要注塑的模具,这样可以加快生产效率并且降低了生产的成本。

  1. 一种大型一体化注塑机,其特征在于,其包括:上框架和下框架,所述上框架和下框架相互连接,
    所述上框架由进料口、密封缸、加热板、支架、抽气阀、压力阀、射嘴、固定架、前模具、后模具、活塞杆和弹簧组成,所述密封缸内侧安装有加热板,密封缸顶部连接进料口右侧安装抽气阀和压力阀,所述进料口的顶部安装有密封盖,所述压力阀在抽气阀下方由支架固定支撑,所述后模具内安装有射嘴,射嘴尾端连接密封缸,所述前模具安装在固定架上,前模具与固定架之间安装有活塞杆和弹簧;
    所述下框架内安装有控制面板、加热机构、气缸和导管,所述控制面板嵌入在下框架左侧,所述加热机构安装在密封缸下方与加热板配合,所述气缸安装在控制面板下方,气缸由导管连接压力阀和活塞杆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述大型一体化注塑机,其特征在于,所述进料口上安装有防尘圈。
  3. 如权利要求1所述大型一体化注塑机,其特征在于,所述前模具和后模具可拆卸。
