Description

一种智能型塑料管成型机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种成型机,尤其涉及一种智能型塑料管成型机。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,塑料管热成型技术也越来越被广泛应用。针对加工不同的塑料管件,厂商们开发了不同的成型机,例如:注塑成型机、泡沫成型机、挤出成型机等等。
现有技术,如公布号为CN 102107520 A,一种塑料管材成型设备,它包括料斗、主电机、横向设置的加热筒体和牵引机,料斗的下端与加热筒体入口端连通,加热筒体的轴向设有一根螺杆,螺杆与主电机的输出轴固定,加热筒体的出口端设有管材成型模具,牵引机包括牵引电动机和被牵引电动机带动的履带,还包括PLC芯片、电机调速器和料斗质量变化值采集装置,电机调速器和料斗质量变化值采集装置均与PLC芯片电连接,电机调速器和牵引电动机电连接。
但现有技术是用于控制管材的米重和厚度;与本发明所要解决的技术问题:工人劳动强度大、加工效率慢的不同。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能型塑料管成型机,该智能型塑料管成型机解决了加工时劳动强度大、加工效率低、智能化程度低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的智能型塑料管成型机包括工作台,工作台一侧设有立杆、控制器,工作台上设有横向可移动的左夹紧座和固定的右夹紧座,立杆一侧连接气缸一,气缸一与左夹紧座上连接,左夹紧座与右夹紧座在同一直线上,立杆上端连接横杆,横杆下端连接气缸二,气缸二下端连接成型头,左夹紧座上设有左半凸台,右夹紧座上设有右半凸台,左半 凸台与右半凸台之间形成夹口,左半凸台内壁设有压力传感器、温度传感器,左半凸台外侧和右半凸台外侧套接加热器,所述夹口、加热器、成型头处于同一条中心线上,所述加热器、气缸一、气缸二、压力传感器、温度传感器均分别与控制器连接。
所述控制器为PLC控制器。
所述工作台上设有滑槽,左夹紧座通过滑槽与工作台滑动连接。
所述加热器上设有加热通孔,加热器通过加热通孔与左半凸台、右半凸台配合连接。
采用这种智能型塑料管成型机,具有以下优点:
1、采用这种结构可以通过气缸一推动左夹紧座移动夹紧工件,再通过加热器加热,然后气缸二推动成型头使塑料管成型,;大大减轻工人的劳动强度,同时也大大提高了加工效率;
2、由于左半凸台内壁设有压力传感器,这样在夹紧时,当压力传感器检测的压力大于设定压力值时,可智能化的通过控制器使气缸一停止工作。
2、由于左半凸台内壁设有温度传感器,这样在加热器在加热时,当温度传感器检测的温度大于设定的温度值时,可智能化的通过控制器使气缸二带动成型头向下运行。

具体实施方式
图1所示智能型塑料管成型机,包括工作台,工作台一侧设有立杆、控制器,工作台上设有横向可移动的左夹紧座和固定的右夹紧座,立杆一侧连 接气缸一,气缸一与左夹紧座上连接,左夹紧座与右夹紧座在同一直线上,立杆上端连接横杆,横杆下端连接气缸二,气缸二下端连接成型头,左夹紧座上设有左半凸台,右夹紧座上设有右半凸台,左半凸台与右半凸台之间形成夹口,左半凸台内壁设有压力传感器、温度传感器,左半凸台外侧和右半凸台外侧套接加热器,所述夹口、加热器、成型头处于同一条中心线上,所述加热器、气缸一、气缸二、压力传感器、温度传感器均分别与控制器连接。
所述控制器为PLC控制器。
所述工作台上设有滑槽,左夹紧座通过滑槽与工作台滑动连接。
所述加热器上设有加热通孔,加热器通过加热通孔与左半凸台、右半凸台配合连接。
成型时,先将工件放置在夹口,通过夹紧气缸推动左夹紧座向右夹紧座方向移动,以缩小夹口夹紧工件,夹紧时,当左夹紧座内壁上的压力传感器感应到的压力值超过设定值时,压力传感器将信号传给控制器,控制器控制气缸一停止运行,然后将加热器套接在左半凸台和右半凸台上,对位于加热通孔内的工件的端部进行加热,加热一定时间后,温度传感器感应到温度值大于设定值时,此时工件端部开始软化,温度传感器将温度信号传给控制器,控制器控制气缸二推动成型头向下伸进加热通孔内对工件端部进行加工,使其成型,工件成型后,升起成型头,取下加热器,打开夹紧装置,取下工件。整个过程智能化程度较高,大大节省了人力。

  1. 一种智能型塑料管成型机,其特征在于:包括工作台,工作台一侧设有立杆、控制器,工作台上设有横向可移动的左夹紧座和固定的右夹紧座,立杆一侧连接气缸一,气缸一与左夹紧座上连接,左夹紧座与右夹紧座在同一直线上,立杆上端连接横杆,横杆下端连接气缸二,气缸二下端连接成型头,左夹紧座上设有左半凸台,右夹紧座上设有右半凸台,左半凸台与右半凸台之间形成夹口,左半凸台内壁设有压力传感器、温度传感器,左半凸台外侧和右半凸台外侧套接加热器,所述夹口、加热器、成型头处于同一条中心线上,所述加热器、气缸一、气缸二、压力传感器、温度传感器均分别与控制器连接。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的智能型塑料管成型机,其特征在于:所述控制器为PLC控制器。
  3. 按照权利要求1所述的智能型塑料管成型机,其特征在于:所述工作台上设有滑槽,左夹紧座通过滑槽与工作台滑动连接。
