技术领域
本公开涉及物联网领域,例如涉及一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统。
背景技术
随着物联网的发展,近些年出现了越来越多的智能柜,例如存取快递的快递柜,存放和加热用户便当的食品柜,售卖饮料或者食品的售卖柜,存放货物的存储柜,超市客户取货的自提柜,用户存取生鲜的生鲜冷柜,以及租赁商品的租赁柜等等。
相关技术中,建立智能柜的管理系统难度大、运维成本高,例如对于一些小企业来说,要使用的智能柜数量并不多,若建设一套自有系统,则花费的成本非常高。
发明内容
本公开提供一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统,解决建设智能柜系统技术难度大和建设成本高的问题。
一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统,包括:后台服务器和智能柜;
所述后台服务器与所述智能柜通信连接;
所述智能柜设置为接收用户输入的信息,并将所述用户输入的信息发送至 所述后台服务器;
所述后台服务器设置为根据接收到所述用户输入的信息生成与所述用户输入的信息对应的指令,并将所述指令返回至所述智能柜;
所述智能柜还设置为接收所述指令,并根据所述指令执行动作。

本公开提供一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统,以下对本公开进行说明。此处所描述的实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
在一实施例中,请参照图1a,图1a为本公开提供的一种基于物联网控制智能柜系统的结构框图。该系统包括后台服务器200和智能柜300;
所述后台服务器与所述智能柜通信连接;
所述智能柜设置为接收用户输入的信息,并将所述用户输入的信息发送至所述后台服务器;
所述后台服务器设置为根据接收到的所述用户输入的信息生成与所述用户输入的信息对应的指令,并将所述指令返回至所述智能柜;
所述智能柜还设置为接收所述指令,并根据所述指令执行动作。
在一实施例中,请参照图1b,图1b为本公开提供的另一种基于物联网控制智能柜系统的结构框图。该系统包括:后台服务器200、智能柜300以及用户终端100;
所述用户终端100设置为发送请求至所述后台服务器,并接收所述后台服务器基于所述请求返回的响应,以使用户通过所述响应使用所述智能柜。
结合图2所示,所述智能柜300包括交互模块310、通信模块320和控制模块330;
所述交互模块310设置为接收用户输入的信息;
所述通信模块320设置为将所述信息发送至后台服务器200,以及接收所述后台服务器200发出的指令;
所述控制模块330设置为根据接收到的指令执行动作。
用户通过智能柜300的交互模块310输入信息(例如派件码、取件码等等),智能柜300将接收到的信息通过通信模块320发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200根据接收到的信息生成对应的指令(例如开门指令),后台服务器200发出指令至智能柜300,智能柜300接收到指令后,由控制模块330做出与指令匹配的动作(例如打开智能柜300的格口门等)。
通过本公开提供的一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统,能够大大缩减成本, 企业将自身运营的智能柜,结合本公开提供的系统,就能够正常的运行、管理以及维护智能柜,达到方便管理、降低成本、提高效率的目的,解决自建智能柜管控平台技术复杂度高,建设和运维成本高的问题。
在一实施例中,所述的智能柜300包括下述至少一项:快递柜、售卖柜、自提柜、冷柜、存储柜、生鲜冷柜和租赁柜。
智能柜300的种类非常之多,用户可以根据自身的需求选择合适的智能柜300。例如,若用户有冷冻食品的需求,则选择生鲜冷柜,若用户有存储物品的需求,则选择存储柜等。
在一实施例中,所述执行动作包括:执行开门动作或执行关门动作。
在一实施例中,智能柜300的控制模块330,设置为执行后台服务器200发出的指令。所述的指令包括打开或关闭智能柜300的格口门。例如,当智能柜300为快递柜时,用户通过快递柜的交互模块310输入取件码、派件码或者扫码二维码后,快递柜通过通信模块320发送开门请求至后台服务器200,在后台服务器200核实后,发送开门指令至快递柜,快递柜通过控制模块330根据该开门指令打开与开门指令对应的格口门,用户将快递投放至格口中。
在一实施例中,当智能柜300为食品柜时,所述动作还包括其他类型,例如控制智能柜格口温度,以对食品进行加热或冷藏。例如,当用户在食品柜中加热便当时,用户通过食品柜的交互模块310输入信息(例如按下加热键或者扫码二维码),食品柜接收到用户输入的信息后,通过通信模块320将加热请求(含开门请求)发送至后台服务器200,在后台服务器200核实无误后,后台服务器200将发送加热指令(含开门指令)至食品柜,食品柜接收到指令后,由控制模块330执行操作,例如打开食品柜的格口门,并在检测到格口门关闭后 加热格口里面的食品等。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述智能柜300的通信模块320包括:
心跳单元3210,设置为定时发送智能柜300的运行信息至后台服务器200,以使后台服务器200根据所述运行信息判断所述智能柜300是否有异常情况发生;
告警单元3220,设置为当智能柜300检测到自身备件运行异常时,发送异常信息至后台服务器200。
智能柜300的通信模块320设置为发送请求至后台服务器200以及接收后台服务器200发出的指令。
其中,心跳单元3210定时向后台服务器200上报自身运行的报文信息,后台服务器200根据上报的报文信息进行统计分析,判断智能柜300是否有异常情况发生。
所述的报文信息可以是电压、电流或者功率。后台服务器200可以设定判断阈值,例如,设定一个电压的阈值范围,当心跳单元3210上报的电压值不在阈值范围内,后台服务器200做出智能柜300出现异常的判断。此时,后台服务器200可以发送设备的异常信息至管理员的用户终端100,由管理员决定是否安排相关的工作人员上门维护或者直接由后台服务器200自身修复,后台服务器200的自身修复可以是通过关闭智能柜300的电源,然后重新启动智能柜300,通过智能柜300再次上报报文信息,再次判断智能柜300是否异常。
智能柜300在检测到自身部分备件运行异常时,通过告警单元3220向后台服务器200发送异常信息,后台服务器200可以根据异常信息的类型判断由管理员通过后台服务器200修改配置解决异常,或者指派维护人员现场修复设备。
例如,当智能柜300的格口门发生异常导致无法正常开启或关闭时,告警单元3220发送格口门异常的信息至后台服务器200,但格口门异常无法通过后台服务器200修改配置修复,所以后台服务器200通过推送模块220(结合图5所示),发送待修复的信息至用户终端100,由管理员安排维护人员在现场对其维护。
智能柜的正常运行要通过搭建后台服务器200,后台服务器200发送操作指令至智能柜300和监测智能柜300的心跳是否正常,以及智能柜300是否发生运行故障等。如果智能柜300发生异常,管理员能够通过后台服务器来远程处理故障,必要时通知相关的工作人员进行现场维护。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,所述智能柜300的交互模块310包括:
派件单元3110,设置为接收用户输入的派件码或选择格口的指令,并根据所述派件码或所述选择格口的指令进行派件;
取件单元3120,设置为接收用户输入的取件码,并根据所述取件码为所述用户提供取件服务。
上述交互模块310针对的是使用派件码或取件码的快递柜,或者其他智能柜300,例如图书柜。
交互模块310设置为接收用户输入的信息,所述用户输入的信息可以是取件码、派件码或者寄件码等。
用户(即快递员)可以通过派件单元3110输入派件码,从而打开格口门,并将物品放入格口,以完成派件操作,所述派件操作可以是普通的快递,也可以是其他类型的物品,例如图书。
例如,用户在图书管理机构上借阅了图书,在使用完成后,要将图书归还, 此时,用户通过用户终端100,向后台服务器200发送派件的请求,后台服务器200核实后,通过推送模块220发送一个派件码至用户终端100,用户通过该派件码将图书投放至图书柜中。在图书被图书管理员或者快递员取出后,后台服务器200通过推送模块220将图书已成功归还的信息发送至用户终端100。
快递员或者管理员通过派件码的方式将快递或者其他物品投放至智能柜300中。例如,当快递员在派送快递时,通过派件码,将用户的快递投放至快递柜中,快递柜的通信模块320发送接收到快递的信息至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到该信息后,就会发送取件码等信息至用户终端100,提醒用户及时取出快递。
取件单元3120设置为接收用户输入的取件码,以便用户取出智能柜300的物品。用户在接收他人寄的快递,或者在生鲜冷柜、加热柜完成物品加工后,都要前往智能柜300取出物品,此时,可以通过使用取件码取出。
例如,用户从天猫网站上购买了一件衣服,天猫网站的店家通过快递的方式将衣服发送至用户。在快递员将快递派入快递柜后,用户能在用户终端100上收到后台服务器200发送的一个取件码,用户通过取件码在快递柜上取出相应的快递,当用户取出快递后,将接收到由后台服务器200发出的快递已取出的信息,方便与用户及时核实,防止出现快递在被人意外取走时,用户还处于不知情的情况。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,所述后台服务器200包括:
库存盘点模块210,设置为判断智能柜的实际库存和存储模块中的库存是否一致;
推送模块220,设置为发送取件码或派件码至用户终端100;
存储模块230,设置为存储智能柜300运行过程中的数据信息。
在一实施例中,后台服务器200通过推送模块220与用户终端100相互联系,后台服务器200通过通信模块320接收智能柜300的请求,并发送指令至智能柜300,并由智能柜300的控制模块330执行指令。
其中,后台服务器200的推送模块220设置为推送信息至用户终端100。所述信息包括派件码或取件码。
后台服务器200如何发送信息至用户终端100,上文已详细描述,本步骤不做赘述。
存储模块230设置为保存智能柜300中通信模块320发送至后台服务器200的请求、用户输入的信息(取件码、寄件码以及身份标识(Identity,ID)信息等)。由于缓存器或者寄存器保存的信息并不能持久化,后续要通过后台服务器200核实智能柜所发送的信息,所以将上述的请求、用户输入的信息持久化保存。
库存盘点模块210是管理人员定期通过后台服务器200和智能柜300的实际库存作比较,来判断智能柜300的实际库存是否发生异常。
在一实施例中,管理人员定期将后台服务器200中存储模块230存储的格口信息与实际格口的信息比较,也就是说,在存储模块230里保存格口信息,所述格口信息中记录有存储柜中每个格口的存储状态,例如是否存储有物品,若存储有物品时,由工作人员打开对应的格口门,判断格口是否存储有物品,如果格口存储有物品,则该智能柜300的实际库存状态正常;如果格口没有存储物品,则该智能柜300的实际库存状态异常。
在一实施例中,所述推送模块220还设置为根据预设时间自动更新取件码、派件码、推送派件通知或推送取件通知。
取件码是用户用于取件的唯一有效且合法的信息,当用户在超过有效时间时,例如规定的时间是1天,而用户并没有在这个时间内,取出智能柜300中的物品,那么,后台服务器200将会自动更新这个取件码,并且使原取件码失效。更新完成后,后台服务器200将推送新的取件码至用户终端100,并提醒用户,及时取件。对于派件码,同样可按取件码的方式处理。
在快递员将快递或者其他物品成功派入智能柜300后,后台服务器200将推送快递员派件的信息至用户终端100。
在用户成功取件物品后,后台服务器200将推送取件成功的信息至用户终端100,可以让用户及时的了解物品的状态,避免出现快递等被人取走,自身仍不知情的情况。
在一实施例中,自动更新取件码或派件码的默认时间为48小时。
以取件码为例,自动更新取件码的时间可以是24小时,也可以是48小时等。在一实施例中,本公开中自动更新取件码的时间为48小时。从后台服务器200发送取件码至用户终端100开始计时,如果在48小时后,用户仍未取出智能柜300中的物品,后台服务器200将自动更新取件码,并使原先的取件码失效。更新完成后,将新的取件码通过后台服务器200的推送模块220发送至用户终端100,并提醒用户及时取件。
如图6所示,所述用户终端100包括:
预派单元110,设置为向后台服务器200发送预派件申请;
预取单元120,设置为向后台服务器200发送预取件申请。
当用户要向智能柜300中派入物品时,可通过用户终端100的预派单元110向后台服务器200发出一个预派件申请并获取后台服务器200返回的派件码。 该派件码可以由快递员使用,从而进行派件操作,也可以由普通用户使用,进行寄件操作(即作为寄件码使用)。
此外,预派单元110还可以在用户对物品有需求时,通过用户终端100的预派单元110向后台服务器200发出一个需求申请,由后台服务器200做出判断核实之后返回一个取件码至用户终端100。例如,用户要一个篮球,用户在发出申请后,后台服务器200做出判断,判断某个存储柜的格口中有篮球,由后台服务器200的推送模块220发送一个取件码至用户终端100;如果判断出没有存储柜的格口有篮球,后台服务器200可通过推送模块220推送用户对篮球有需求的信息至存储柜管理人员的用户终端100,管理人员接收到推送信息后将篮球存入存储柜中,用户再通过后台服务器200发送取件码取出。
当用户要从智能柜300中取出物品时,可通过用户终端100的预取单元120向后台服务器200发出一个预取件申请并获取后台服务器200返回的取件码。
下面通过两个实例对本公开的一种基于物联网的智能柜300控制系统进行说明。
实例1
请参阅图7,图7为本公开实例1的流程图。
A1:填写寄件信息
本步骤中,用户通过用户终端100的预派单元110向后台服务器200发送寄件申请,后台服务器200经过核实后,将发送一个寄件码至用户终端100,用户通过寄件码使用快递柜进行寄件的操作。在一实施例中,用户在用户终端100上填写相关的寄件信息,提交寄件的申请,后台服务器200接收到寄件信息后,进行核实,并将寄件信息存储至存储模块230中,方便后续的校对工作。核实 完成后,将寄件码等信息发送至用户终端100,用户根据后台服务器200发送的寄件码进行下一步的操作。所述寄件信息包括收件人的地址、手机号码以及寄件人的地址、手机号码等。
通过本公开的技术方案,用户不用打电话通知快递员上门取件,节约了时间,提高了效率。
A2:使用寄件码寄件
在步骤A1中,在填写完相关信息后,并由后台服务器200核实无误后,后台服务器200通过推送模块220发送寄件码至用户终端100。在一实施例中,这个寄件码是一次性可用的,也就是说,用户在使用这个寄件码寄件后,这个寄件码将会失效。
用户在接收到寄件码后,前往小区快递柜寄件。通过快递柜的交互模块310输入寄件码,此时,快递柜屏幕将会出现一个快递柜格口的可视化展示界面,用户根据快递的大小或者快递的特殊性选择合适的格口。选择完成后,确认提交,快递柜的通信模块320将上述格口以及快递信息上传至后台服务器200,后台服务器200核实后,后台服务器200做出判断,例如发出开门的指令,快递柜接收到该指令后,打开与该指令匹配的格口门,用户将快递放入格口,并关上格口门,完成寄件的操作。当后台服务器200核实信息不成功时,则拒绝本次的开门操作,并且将寄件码错误的信息反馈至快递柜,提醒用户核实后重新输入。
A3:快递员取件
用户完成寄件后,快递柜的通信模块320将发送接收到快递的指令至后台服务器200,后台服务器200根据快递柜所属组织机构,推送相关的信息至所属 组织机构。所属组织机构将待取件的需求发送至快递柜所在片区负责的快递员。快递员在收到通知后,前往快递柜取出快递。
当快递员取件时,先通过自身的ID登录快递柜,由快递柜的通信模块320将快递员的ID信息发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200核实ID信息无误后,发送开门指令至快递柜,快递柜接收到后台服务器200发送的指令后由控制模块330打开相应的格口门,快递员取出,并关上格口门,完成快递员取件的操作。快递员通过自身ID登录快递柜的方式可以是多种多样,例如,可以通过刷卡登录,也可以是通过自身的工号以及密码登录等。
快递员在完成取件后,快递柜将发送快递已被取出的指令至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到所述指令后,将发送快递员取件的信息至用户终端100,完成整个寄件流程。
A4:快递员投放快递
当用户的快递被送到至目的地后,快递员使用快递柜进行派件时,可以使用用户终端100向后台服务器200发送一个预派申请,并且通过后台服务器200发送的派件码登录快递柜,进行投放快递的操作。
快递员通过用户终端100向后台服务器200发送派件的申请,后台服务器200核实无误后,由后台服务器200的推送模块220发送派件码等信息至用户终端100。快递员通过快递柜的交互模块310输入派件码,与用户寄件时一样,快递柜屏幕将出现快递柜格口的可视化展示界面,快递员可以根据快递的大小等选择相应的格口。提交后,快递柜的通信模块320将相应的信息发送至后台服务器200,所述相应的信息包括快递员ID、派件码信息、格口信息等。后台服务器200核实无误后,发送开门的指令至快递柜,快递柜通过控制模块330打 开相应的格口门,快递员将快递投放至格口中,并关上格口门,完成一个投放快递的操作。
在快递员投放快递成功后,快递柜通过通信模块320将快递员的派件数据发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到该信息后,保存至存储模块230中,并通过推送模块220发送取件信息至寄件人在步骤A1中所填写的收件人的用户终端100中。所述的取件信息为取件码、快递柜的位置以及取件码的有效时间,超时后的处理方式等。
A5:使用取件码取件
用户在用户终端100上接收到后台服务器200发送的取件信息后,根据取件信息到指定的快递柜,通过在快递柜交互模块310输入取件码,快递柜接收到取件码信息后,通过通信模块320将取件码信息发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200根据取件码的信息,对其核实,例如核实其合法性,是否为后台服务器200发送至用户终端100的取件码。如果后台服务器200核实无误,将发送开门指令至快递柜,快递柜接收到后台服务器200的开门指令后,由快递柜的控制模块330打开相应的格口门,用户取出快递,完成取件操作;如果后台服务器200核实该取件码,出现异常时,则拒绝本次的开门请求,并反馈取件码错误,请核实后重新输入的信息至快递柜,快递柜将其显示在屏幕上,用户可以选择重新输入取件码。
用户在取件成功后,快递柜通过通信模块320发送取件完成的指令至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到后,通过推送模块220发送相关信息通知步骤A4中的快递员用户取件成功。并且推送取件成功的信息至用户终端100,用户根据信息能够及时的核实是否为本人取件,避免了出现快件被他人取走,用 户却处在不知情的情况。
通过快递柜寄件,用户不用通过电话联系快递员上门收件,提高了办事效率,也节约了时间。用户在使用快递柜取件时,不需要时时在家,可以在收到取件信息后,三天内取出快递,这在一程度上解决了快递员派件时,用户不在家,无法签收的问题,并且,使用快递柜的寄件与取件,能够更安全的保管快递。
实例2
请参阅图8,图8为本公开实例2的流程图。
B1:用户下单
用户登录图书管理机构的官方网站,选择要借阅的图书,在借阅界面中填写个人信息,完成下单操作。所述的个人信息包括,姓名、手机号码、以及居住地址等。
B2:管理员配送
后台服务器200将用户的下单信息通过推送模块220推送至图书管理员的用户终端100。所述的下单信息包括,图书的名称、数目和借书人的个人信息。图书管理员根据下单信息将图书配送到用户在步骤B1中填写的地址附近的图书柜。
图书管理员使用工作卡、或者工号跟密码登录图书柜,图书柜通过通信模块320将登录信息(含开门请求)发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200对其进行核实,核实无误后,发送开门的指令至图书柜,由图书柜的控制模块330执行开门操作的指令。在一实施例中,图书柜采用刷卡的方式进行登录图书柜,图书管理员刷卡后,后台服务器200将会验证图书管理员的身份是否合法,如 果合法,则允许其对图书柜进行操作;如果非法,则拒绝其对图书柜进行操作。
图书管理员登录成功后,图书柜屏幕将出现图书柜格口的可视化展示界面,管理员可以根据图书的数量选择合适的格口。
管理员选择合适的格口后,图书柜将图书的信息以及格口信息上传至后台服务器200。在一实施例中,管理员将图书的条形码在图书柜的扫码区进行扫描,扫码成功后,将图书投放至相应的柜口,关上格口门。图书柜的将图书信息以及图书所在的格口信息通过图书柜的通信模块320发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200将这些信息保存至存储模块230中,方便后续的核实等操作。
B3:用户取书
步骤B2结束后,后台服务器200根据接收到的信息后,即图书信息以及图书所在的格口信息,发送取书信息至用户终端100。所述的取书信息包括取件码,图书柜位置以及取书的时效等。
用户在接收到取书信息后,到达指定的图书柜,在图书柜的交互模块310输入取件码,图书柜接收到取件码后,将取件码信息(含开门请求)通过通信模块320发送至后台服务器200,后台服务器200对取件码信息进行核实,如果取件码有效,后台服务器200发送开门指令至图书柜,图书柜接收到开门指令后,由图书柜的控制模块330打开相应的格口,用户取出图书,并关上格口门,完成取书操作;如果后台服务器200判断出取件码有误,则推送取件码有误的信息至图书柜,图书柜将错误信息显示在图书柜屏幕上,提醒用户核实后重新输入取件码。
用户取书完成后,图书柜通过通信模块320发送图书已被取出的信息至后台服务器200,所述的信息包括取件码、用户取书的时间等,后台服务器200将 这些信息保存在存储模块230中,方便后续的调用与核实操作。在一实施例中,后台服务器200通过推送模块220发送用户已成功取件的信息至图书管理机构的用户终端100,能够及时有效的通知图书管理机构。
B4:用户还书
用户在使用完图书后,在图书管理机构的官方网站上下单还书。下单成功后,用户会收到一个由后台服务器200的推送模块220发送的派件信息。所述的派件信息包括派件码、派件图书柜位置等。用户根据该派件码在指定的图书柜上进行还书。
用户在图书柜的交互模块310输入派件码后,图书柜屏幕将出现图书柜格口的可视化展示界面,用户根据自身的需求选择合适的格口。用户在输入派件码后,图书柜通过通信模块320发送派件码信息(含开门请求)指令至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到图书柜发送的信息后,会对派件码信息的合法性进行校验,若校验成功则发送开门指令至图书柜,图书柜接收到开门指令后,由控制模块330打开相应的格口,用户将图书放置格口中,并关上格口门,并点击屏幕上还书完成按钮;如果派件码不合法,即校验失败,则反馈派件码错误信息至图书柜,图书柜将该信息显示在屏幕上,提醒用户检验派件码后重新输入。
用户完成还书的操作后,图书柜通过通信模块320发送接收到图书的信息至后台服务器200,后台服务器200将接收到信息保存至存储模块230中,并由推送模块220发送用户还书的信息至图书管理员用户终端100,图书管理员根据接收到信息到相应的图书柜,取出用户所还的图书,并关闭对应的格口。
图书管理员完成取书的操作后,图书柜通过通信模块320发送图书已归还 的信息至后台服务器200,后台服务器200接收到上述信息后,由推送模块220推送图书已被图书管理员取走的信息至用户终端100,完成整个的图书借还流程。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于物联网的智能柜控制系统,包括后台服务器和智能柜;
    所述后台服务器与所述智能柜通信连接;
    所述智能柜设置为接收用户输入的信息,并将所述用户输入的信息发送至所述后台服务器;所述后台服务器设置为根据接收到的所述用户输入的信息生成与所述用户输入的信息对应的指令,并将所述指令返回至所述智能柜;
    所述智能柜还设置为接收所述指令,并根据所述指令执行动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括用户终端;
    所述用户终端设置为发送请求至所述后台服务器,并接收所述后台服务器基于所述请求返回的响应,以使用户通过所述响应使用所述智能柜。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其中,所述智能柜包括交互模块、通信模块以及控制模块:
    所述交互模块设置为接收用户输入的信息;
    所述通信模块设置为将所述用户输入的信息发送至所述后台服务器,以及接收所述后台服务器发出的指令;
    所述控制模块设置为根据所述指令执行动作。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的系统,其中,所述用户终端包括:
    预派单元,设置向所述后台服务器发送预派件请求;
    预取单元,设置为向所述后台服务器发送预取件请求。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述交互模块包括:
    派件单元,设置为接收用户输入的派件码或选择格口的指令,并根据所述派件码或所述选择格口的指令进行派件;
    取件单元,设置为接收用户输入的取件码,并根据所述取件码为所述用户 提供取件服务。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其中,所述后台服务器包括:
    推送模块,设置为发送取件码或派件码至所述用户终端;
    存储模块,设置为存储智能柜运行过程中的数据信息;
    库存盘点模块,设置为判断智能柜的实际库存和存储模块中的库存是否一致。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述推送模块还设置为根据预设时间自动更新取件码、派件码、推送派件通知或推送取件通知。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制系统,其中,自动更新取件码或派件码的预设时间为48小时。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的系统,其中,所述的智能柜包括下述至少一项:快递柜、售卖柜、自提柜、冷柜、存储柜、生鲜冷柜和租赁柜。
  10. 根据权利要求1或3所述的系统,其中,所述执行动作包括:执行开门动作或执行关门动作。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述通信模块包括:
    心跳单元,设置为定时发送所述智能柜的运行信息至所述后台服务器,以使所述后台服务器根据所述运行信息判断所述智能柜是否有异常情况发生;
    告警单元,设置为当所述智能柜检测到自身备件运行异常时,发送异常信息至所述后台服务器。
