若当前时间未超出退房日期,则提示用户退回房卡,在检测到房卡退回成功的情况下,完成酒店退房业务办理;
若当前时间已超出退房日期,则根据预设的超出时间规则计算超出金额,在检测到所述超出金额支付成功后,提示用户退回房卡,并在检测到房卡退回成功的情况下,完成酒店退房业务办理。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例还提供了一种快递柜,所述快递柜包括:
至少一个处理器;以及,
与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;
其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行上述的方法。
在一实施例中,所述快递柜还包括:
显示屏,设置为显示操作界面,并接收用户基于所述操作界面的操作指令;
身份证读取区,设置为获取用户的身份信息;
房卡卡槽,设置为存储酒店房间的房卡;
酒店房卡出入口,设置为当用户入住时下发房卡,当用户退房时回收房卡。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,可使得所述一个或多个处理器执行上述的方法。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行上述的方法。

具体实施方式
此处所描述的实施例用于解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。以下结合附图对本公开实施例进行介绍。
本公开实施例中将酒店业务与快递业务进行融合,因此,酒店运营人员要预先对快递柜中的酒店业务进行管理设置,其中,包括但不限于酒店及房卡管理、房卡入柜管理、自助预约/续约管理、自助入住管理、自助退房管理、发票管理、会员管理和房卡不足提醒。其中,酒店及房卡管理是指酒店运营人员维护和管理房间号及房卡,查询房间状态及房卡状态。房卡入柜管理是指给派送入柜管理员开通账号并维护账号。自助预约/续约管理是指查看用户预约和/或续约订单及房卡状态。自助入住管理指查看用户自助入住的订单及房卡状态。自助退房管理是指查看用户自助退房的订单及房卡状态。发票管理是指审核用户发票申请;会员管理是指查询酒店自助入住和退房的用户信息。房卡不足提醒是指房卡数量低于阈值,提醒酒店人员是否要放置更多房卡。在一实施例中,如果酒店房源紧张则可以忽略该房卡不足提醒,或者关闭该房卡不足提醒。在一实施例中,阈值可以设置为10个。
请参阅图1,图1为本公开实施例提供的一种酒店业务的办理方法的流程图,应用于快递柜。如图1所示,包括:
步骤100、接收酒店业务自助办理指令,读取用户的身份信息;
步骤200、根据所述身份信息获取所述用户的业务办理信息;
步骤300、获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例中的快递柜设置在酒店大厅或与酒店的距离小于预定距离的位置。在一实施例中,预定距离为100米。在一实施例中,在相关快递柜中增加身份证读取区、酒店房卡出入口及房卡卡槽。其中,身份证读取区设置为对用户的身份信息进行提取,房卡卡槽设置为存储酒店房间的房 卡,酒店房卡出入口设置为在用户入住时下发房卡,在用户退房时回收房卡。
快递柜的操作界面上显示寄快递、取快递、暂存、酒店业务办理等业务,其中,酒店业务办理包括但不限于酒店入住、酒店退房、酒店预约和酒店续约等业务。若用户在操作界面上选择了酒店业务自助办理指令后,提示用户开始验证身份信息。在一实施例中,身份信息可以是用户的身份证信息,可以通过读取用户身份证的形式获取用户的身份证信息或是用户通过在操作界面上输入自己的姓名和身份证号的形式完成身份信息的录入。
在快递柜获取用户的身份信息后,获取用户的预约订单信息、办理入住信息、续约信息等业务办理信息。在获取了用户输入的办理确认指令后,根据获取的业务办理信息及办理确认指令,自动执行酒店入住、酒店退房、酒店预约和酒店续约等酒店业务的办理。
通过使用快递柜融合酒店业务,有利于节约酒店人力成本,实现24小时自助预约、续约、入住和退房手续办理;有利于提升入住酒店用户的服务体验,满足入住、退房、寄存、取件等多场景结合产生的多重业务需求。
在一实施例中,步骤100包括:
通过快递柜显示屏显示的操作界面(例如显示屏首页)接收用户输入的操作指令,并解析该操作指令;
若该操作指令为酒店业务自助办理指令,则读取用户的身份信息。
在一实施例中,在快递柜显示屏的首页上接收用户输入的操作指令,并解析该操作指令,若操作指令为存快递或取快递指令,则与普通快递柜的存快递/取快递的方法相同,此处不再赘述。
若解析后的操作指令为酒店业务自助办理指令,则开始读取用户的身份信 息,例如读取用户的身份证信息。若读取失败,则提示用户身份信息读取失败,若读取成功,则执行步骤200的操作。
在一实施例中,用户还可以在快递柜显示屏的首页上选择暂存业务,用户入住酒店前可以办理行李托运到酒店,用户退房时可以暂时寄存行李或者将行李直接邮寄到目的地,极大地提升用户体验和满意度。
在一实施例中,步骤200包括:
根据所述身份信息获取所述用户在酒店的以下至少一种信息:预约订单信息、办理入住信息、续约信息。
在一实施例中,酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店预约指令,在用户的身份信息读取成功后,则获取用户在酒店的预约订单信息、办理入住信息、续约信息。预约订单信息包括在酒店是否存在预约订单,办理入住信息包括是否在当前酒店已办理入住,续约信息为是否已选择续约。
在一实施例中,还可以通过身份信息获取用户在酒店的会员信息,若用户是酒店的会员,则用户预订酒店的价格可以享有预定的会员折扣,若用户不是酒店会员,则预订的价格是没有折扣的。
在一实施例中,步骤300包括:
获取基于酒店预约指令的办理确认指令;
若根据预约订单信息获取不到与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单,则根据用户指令选择的酒店房间信息,完成预约订单;
根据已完成的预约订单向后台服务器查询房间使用状况,在存在空余房间且检测到所述已完成的预约订单付款成功的情况下,完成酒店房间的预约。
在一实施例中,用户点击快递柜首页“酒店预约/续约”,快递柜的屏幕提示: 请刷身份证,在快递柜读取用户的身份证成功的情况下,如果存在与该身份证匹配的酒店的预约订单或者未退房的入住订单,则提示用户可以选择入住、续约、退房,或重新预订;
如果不存在与该身份证匹配的酒店的预约订单,也没有未退房的入住订单,则读取用户的身份证,如果读取用户的身份证成功,用户可以使用微信扫码下单手机预订,选择入住时间、退房时间、房型、人数后,提交订单,后台系统核对该订单是否有房,在有房间的情况下生成待付款订单,提醒用户付款;在没有房间的情况下,提示用户无房。
在用户付款成功后,快递柜显示预约成功,如果是当天入住则可以直接取房卡入住,如果用户预约的非当天日期,则提示预约日期当日办理入住后取房卡。
在一实施例中,当酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店入住指令,步骤300包括:
获取基于酒店入住指令的办理确认指令,并根据业务办理信息判断是否已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单;
若已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单且已付款,则判断当前时间是否为入住日期,若当前时间为入住日期,则下发房卡,完成酒店入住业务办理;
若不存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单,则提示用户预约,并在预约订单完成且已付款后,判断当前时间是否为入住日期,若当前时间为入住日期,则从酒店房卡出入口下发房卡,完成酒店入住业务办理。
在一实施例中,用户预订好酒店,可以通过与快递柜合作的酒店预订平台预订或者在酒店预订好后入住当日办理入住手续。
用户前往快递柜,点击屏幕首页酒店入住的选项。
屏幕显示:请刷身份证,用户在快递柜(也称柜机)刷身份证位置刷身份证,快递柜读取用户的身份证信息,后台服务器比对该身份证信息是否有预约酒店,如果没有预约,提示用户在预约酒店平台预约;如果有预约,后台服务器核对该用户是否需付款,如需付款,屏幕显示预约酒店付款二维码,以使用户使用手机扫码付款。
在不需付款或者付款成功后,后台服务器判断当前时间是否在入住日期范围内,如果当前时间在入住日期的范围内,则柜机屏幕显示:欢迎入住,请取您的房卡;如果当前时间未在入住日期的范围内,则柜机端显示达到入住日期后前来办理入住;
用户从酒店房卡出入口拿取房卡,入住办理成功。
在一实施例中,酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店续约指令,步骤300包括:
获取酒店续约指令的办理确认指令,根据业务办理信息判断是否已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单;
若已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单且已付款,则接收用户选择的续约天数;根据续约天数向后台服务器查询房间使用情况,若有空余房间,则在检测到付款成功后,完成酒店续约业务办理。
在一实施例中,用户刷身份证后,已有与该用户身份信息匹配的酒店订单,如果没办理入住,则提示用户选择入住或继续预约;如果已办理入住,则提示用户选择续约、退房或继续预约。
如果用户已办理入住,选择续约,则弹出扫码下单页面,以使用户扫码后在手机端确认订单,并选择续约天数,房型不可修改,提交订单后付款,付款 完成根据时间判断是否取卡(预约当天可立即取卡,预约其他日期则在入住日期取卡入住)。
在一实施例中,酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店退房指令,步骤300包括:
获取酒店退房指令的办理确认指令,根据业务办理信息判断当前时间是否超出退房日期;
若当前时间未超出退房日期,则提示用户退回房卡,在检测到房卡退回成功后,完成酒店退房业务办理;
若当前时间已超出退房日期,则获取预设的超出时间规则,并根据预设的超出时间规则计算超出金额,在检测到用户支付超出金额后,提示用户退回房卡,并在检测到房卡退回成功后,完成酒店退房业务办理。
在一实施例中,检测确认退房指令,判断当前时间是否超出退房日期;若当前时间未超出退房日期,则提示用户退回房卡,检测到房卡退回成功后,完成酒店退房业务办理;若当前时间已超出退房日期,则获取预设的超出时间规则,并根据预设的超出时间规则计算超出金额,在检测到用户支付超出金额后,提示用户退回房卡,并在检测到房卡退回成功后,完成酒店退房业务办理。
其中,酒店退房业务办理过程为:用户前往柜机,点击退房;柜机屏幕显示:请刷身份证;快递柜读取用户的身份证后提示用户:请插入房卡;用户将卡插入房卡出入槽,后台系统比对房卡是否正确,如果房卡正确则退房成功,如果房卡有误,则退卡并提示用户请插入正确的房卡。
在用户退房成功后,快递柜屏幕提示用户是否要电子发票;如果接收到用户选择要电子发票,柜机端提示用户扫描二维码,以使用户手机扫码后提交电子发票信息内容,并选择个人或企业发票,如果选企业发票要填写企业抬头, 输入/确认电子发票接收的电子邮箱;如果用户不选择开具发票,则直接完成退房;后台服务器对电子发票审核通过后,用户获取电子发票开具成功通知,可在预留的电子邮箱查看发票。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例提供一种快递柜,如图2所示,快递柜10包括:
一个或多个处理器110以及存储器120,图2中以一个处理器110为例进行介绍,处理器110和存储器120可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图2中以通过总线连接为例。
处理器110设置为完成电子设备10的一种或多种控制逻辑,处理器110可以为通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、单片机、进阶精简指令集机器(Acorn Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machine,ARM)或其它可编程逻辑器件、分立门或晶体管逻辑、分立的硬件组件或者这些部件的任何组合。处理器110还可以是任何传统处理器、微处理器或状态机。处理器110也可以被实现为计算设备的组合,例如,DSP和微处理器的组合、多个微处理器、一个或多个微处理器结合DSP和/或任何其它这种配置。
存储器120作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可设置为存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本公开实施例中的酒店业务的办理方法对应的程序指令。处理器110通过运行存储在存储器120中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及单元,从而执行电子设备10的一种或多种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的酒店业务的办理方法。
存储器120可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可以存储操作电子设备、至少一个功能的应用程序;存储数据区可以存储根据电子设备10使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器120可以包括相对于处理器110远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子设备10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
一个或者多个单元存储在存储器120中,当被一个或者多个处理器110执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的酒店业务的办理方法,例如,执行上述方法中的步骤100至步骤300。
上述快递柜10可以执行本公开实施例所述的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和效果。未在快递柜10实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本公开实施例提供的酒店业务的办理方法。
在一实施例中,本公开实施例提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行,例如,执行上述方法中的步骤100至步骤300。
在一实施例中,本公开的实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,计算机程序包括程序指令,当程序指令被处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行上述方法实施例所述的方法。例如,执行以上方法中的步骤100至步骤300。
本公开提供了一种酒店业务的办理方法及快递柜,可以实现将酒店业务与 快递柜结合,在有效的识别和校验用户身份后,实现用户24小时自助办理酒店的业务,而且将快递柜放置在酒店附近,还可以方便入住用户行李暂存、邮寄特产等需求,为用户办理酒店业务提供了方便。
以上所描述的快递柜实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际需求选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
通过以上的实施例的描述,本领域的技术人员可以了解到一个或多个实施例可以借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件实现。上述技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存在于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)/随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟、光盘等,包括多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行一个或多个实施例或者实施例的部分内容。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种酒店业务的办理方法,应用于快递柜,包括:
    接收酒店业务自助办理指令,读取用户的身份信息;
    根据所述身份信息获取所述用户的业务办理信息;
    获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收酒店业务自助办理指令,读取用户的身份信息,包括:
    通过所述快递柜的显示屏显示的操作界面接收操作指令,并解析所述操作指令;
    若所述操作指令为所述酒店业务自助办理指令,则读取用户的身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述身份信息获取所述用户的业务办理信息,包括:
    根据所述身份信息获取所述用户在酒店的以下至少一种信息:预约订单信息、办理入住信息、续约信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店预约指令;
    所述获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作,包括:
    获取基于所述酒店预约指令的办理确认指令;
    若根据所述预约订单信息获取不到与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单,则根据用户指令选择的酒店房间信息,完成预约订单;
    根据已完成的预约订单向后台服务器查询房间使用状况,在存在空余房间,且检测到所述已完成的预约订单付款成功的情况下,完成酒店房间的预约。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店入住指令;
    所述获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息 以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作,包括:
    获取基于所述酒店入住指令的办理确认指令,并根据所述业务办理信息判断是否已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单;
    若已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单且已付款,则在确定当前时间为入住日期的情况下,从酒店房卡出入口下发房卡,完成酒店入住业务办理;
    若不存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单,则提示用户预约,并在预约订单完成且已付款后,以及在确定当前时间为入住日期的情况下,从酒店房卡出入口下发房卡,完成酒店入住业务办理。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店续约指令;
    所述获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作,包括:
    获取基于所述酒店续约指令的办理确认指令;
    若根据所述业务办理信息确定已存在与所述用户的身份信息匹配的预约订单且已付款,则接收所述用户选择的续约天数;
    根据所述续约天数向后台服务器查询房间使用情况,在存在空余房间且检测到所述预约订单付款成功的情况下,完成酒店续约业务办理。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,所述酒店业务自助办理指令为酒店退房指令;
    所述获取基于所述业务办理信息的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息以及所述办理确认指令,执行酒店业务办理的操作,包括:
    获取基于所述酒店退房指令的办理确认指令,根据所述业务办理信息判断当前时间是否超出退房日期;
    若当前时间未超出退房日期,则提示用户退回房卡,在检测到房卡退回成功的情况下,完成酒店退房业务办理;
    若当前时间已超出退房日期,则根据预设的超出时间规则计算超出金额, 在检测到所述超出金额支付成功后,提示用户退回房卡,并在检测到房卡退回成功的情况下,完成酒店退房业务办理。
  8. 一种快递柜,包括:至少一个处理器;以及与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中:
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的快递柜,还包括:
    显示屏,设置为显示操作界面,并接收用户基于所述操作界面的操作指令;
    身份证读取区,设置为获取用户的身份信息;
    房卡卡槽,设置为存储酒店房间的房卡;
    酒店房卡出入口,设置为当用户入住时下发房卡,当用户退房时回收房卡。
  10. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,可使得所述一个或多个处理器执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  11. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
