        一种旋转式供袋机构及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转式供袋机构及其使用方法。
背景技术
现有国内的包装机械供袋机构大多储袋量少,在机器运转过程中人工补给包装袋的频率高。
技术问题
补给包装袋的频率高,增加了工人的劳动强度。而对于部分储袋量大的供袋机构大多结构复杂,机构庞大,在运转过程中的维护和检修工作较为复杂,且生产成本高。
技术解决方案
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种旋转式供袋机构及其使用方法,不仅结构简单,而且便捷高效。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种旋转式供袋机构,包括机座,所述机座的上方竖直设有经电动机构驱动旋转的主轴,所述主轴上设有水平的转盘,所述转盘的周部沿着圆周均布有若干根挂袋杆,所述挂袋杆的中后段均与转盘的上表面铰接,所述转盘的上方设有水平的限位盘,所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接,所述限位盘的下表面设有一道上凸的用于与挂袋杆的后端相顶接的凹部。
优选的,所述机座上竖直设有主轴安装座,所述主轴同轴安装在主轴安装座上,所述电动机构包括电机,所述电机的输出轴朝上并连接有主动齿轮,所述主轴上同轴固连有从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,所述转盘固连在从动齿轮的端面。
优选的,所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态。
优选的,所述限位盘上螺接有限位块,所述限位盘上开设有用于嵌设限位块的缺口,所述限位块的两端对称设有用于与限位盘的上表面接触并螺接的连接凸部,,所述凹部为弧形凹部并设于限位块的下表面。
优选的,所述限位盘的形状为圆形,所述限位块的一周部为与限位盘的外轮廓重叠的弧形,所述弧形凹部的两端均与限位盘的下表面无缝衔接。
优选的,所述转盘的周部圆周固连有若干个穿杆块,所述穿杆块上设有穿杆孔,每个穿杆块的穿杆孔上穿设有一根挂袋杆,所述穿杆孔的底部在挂袋杆处于水平状态时与挂袋杆之间具有间隙。
优选的,所述凹部为弧形凹部,所述限位盘下表面的上凸部位于弧形凹部的中间,所述弧形凹部的两端沿着弧形凹部的中间呈弧线形下斜并与限位盘的下表面无缝衔接。

一种旋转式供袋机构的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)工作人员将袋子挂在挂袋杆的前端;(2)主轴带动转盘旋转,转盘带动挂袋杆与袋子旋转,挂袋杆后端与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态;(3)当其中一根挂袋杆后端旋转到弧形凹部时,挂袋杆后端先从弧形凹部一端顶接着进入弧形凹部的中部,在挂袋杆前端袋子重力作用下,挂袋杆沿着铰接点呈后端上翘、前端下降状态,进行供袋;(4)供袋后主轴继续旋转,挂袋杆后端从弧形凹部中部逐渐下降并旋转到弧形凹部另一端,再旋转到与限位盘的下表面顶接,挂袋杆又回到水平状态进行补袋,而后一个挂袋杆则可以进入弧形凹部进行下一轮供袋,若干根挂袋杆如此循环往复。
有益效果
该旋转式供袋机构的结构简单,若干根挂袋杆可以同时挂袋,储袋量大,随着转盘的旋转每根挂袋杆可以依次旋转到供袋工位进行供袋,操作简单便捷,效率高。

如图1~4所示,一种旋转式供袋机构,包括机座1,所述机座的上方竖直设有经电动机构驱动旋转的主轴2,所述主轴上设有水平的转盘3,所述转盘的周部沿着圆周均布有若干根挂袋杆4,所述挂袋杆的中后段均与转盘的上表面铰接,所述转盘的上方设有水平的限位盘5,所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接,所述限位盘的下表面设有一道上凸的用于与挂袋杆的后端相顶接的凹部6。
在本发明实施例中,所述机座上竖直设有主轴安装座7,所述主轴同轴安装在主轴安装座上,所述电动机构包括电机8,所述电机的输出轴朝上并连接有主动齿轮9,所述主轴上同轴固连有从动齿轮10,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,所述转盘固连在从动齿轮的端面。
在本发明实施例中,所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态。
在本发明实施例中,所述限位盘上螺接有限位块11,所述限位盘上开设有用于嵌设限位块的缺口,所述限位块的两端对称设有用于与限位盘的上表面接触并螺接的连接凸部12,所述凹部为弧形凹部并设于限位块的下表面。

一种旋转式供袋机构的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:(1)工作人员将袋子挂在挂袋杆的前端;(2)主轴带动转盘旋转,转盘带动挂袋杆与袋子旋转,挂袋杆后端与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态;(3)当其中一根挂袋杆后端旋转到弧形凹部时,挂袋杆后端先从弧形凹部一端顶接着进入弧形凹部的中部,在挂袋杆前端袋子重力作用下,挂袋杆沿着铰接点呈后端上翘、前端下降状态,进行供袋;(4)供袋后主轴继续旋转,挂袋杆后端从弧形凹部中部逐渐下降并旋转到弧形凹部另一端,再旋转到与限位盘的下表面顶接,挂袋杆又回到水平状态进行补袋,而后一个挂袋杆则可以进入弧形凹部进行下一轮供袋,若干根挂袋杆如此循环往复。
该旋转式供袋机构的结构简单,若干根挂袋杆可以同时挂袋,储袋量大,随着转盘的旋转每根挂袋杆可以依次旋转到供袋工位进行供袋,操作简单便捷,效率高。

  1. 一种旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:包括机座,所述机座的上方竖直设有经电动机构驱动旋转的主轴,所述主轴上设有水平的转盘,所述转盘的周部沿着圆周均布有若干根挂袋杆,所述挂袋杆的中后段均与转盘的上表面铰接,所述转盘的上方设有水平的限位盘,所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接,所述限位盘的下表面设有一道上凸的用于与挂袋杆的后端相顶接的凹部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述机座上竖直设有主轴安装座,所述主轴同轴安装在主轴安装座上,所述电动机构包括电机,所述电机的输出轴朝上并连接有主动齿轮,所述主轴上同轴固连有从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,所述转盘固连在从动齿轮的端面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述挂袋杆的后端均与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述限位盘上螺接有限位块,所述限位盘上开设有用于嵌设限位块的缺口,所述限位块的两端对称设有用于与限位盘的上表面接触并螺接的连接凸部,所述凹部为弧形凹部并设于限位块的下表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述限位盘的形状为圆形,所述限位块的一周部为与限位盘的外轮廓重叠的弧形,所述弧形凹部的两端均与限位盘的下表面无缝衔接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述转盘的周部圆周固连有若干个穿杆块,所述穿杆块上设有穿杆孔,每个穿杆块的穿杆孔上穿设有一根挂袋杆,所述穿杆孔的底部在挂袋杆处于水平状态时与挂袋杆之间具有间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式供袋机构,其特征在于:所述凹部为弧形凹部,所述限位盘下表面的上凸部位于弧形凹部的中间,所述弧形凹部的两端沿着弧形凹部的中间呈弧线形下斜并与限位盘的下表面无缝衔接。

  9. 一种旋转式供袋机构的使用方法,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-8所述的任一种旋转式供袋机构,并按以下步骤进行:(1)工作人员将袋子挂在挂袋杆的前端;(2)主轴带动转盘旋转,转盘带动挂袋杆与袋子旋转,挂袋杆后端与限位盘的下表面顶接呈水平状态;(3)当其中一根挂袋杆后端旋转到弧形凹部时,挂袋杆后端先从弧形凹部一端顶接着进入弧形凹部的中部,在挂袋杆前端袋子重力作用下,挂袋杆沿着铰接点呈后端上翘、前端下降状态,进行供袋;(4)供袋后主轴继续旋转,挂袋杆后端从弧形凹部中部逐渐下降并旋转到弧形凹部另一端,再旋转到与限位盘的下表面顶接,挂袋杆又回到水平状态进行补袋,而后一个挂袋杆则可以进入弧形凹部进行下一轮供袋,若干根挂袋杆如此循环往复。
