Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de commande d'appareil de cuisson, et un appareil de cuisson, le procédé de commande étant utilisé pour obtenir une croûte de riz et consistant à : acquérir une première instruction de commande utilisée pour caractériser la formation de croûte de riz (S10) ; réguler la température interne de l'appareil de cuisson pour qu'elle soit dans une première plage de températures prédéterminée, et maintenir la température pendant une première durée prédéterminée (S20). Lorsqu'il y a du riz cuit dans l'appareil de cuisson, le riz pouvant être cuit à nouveau, ou étant un reste de riz, le riz peut être chauffé pendant une certaine période de temps, transformant le riz en pot d'argile en croûte de riz ; la présente invention peut surmonter la dissipation de chaleur rapide d'un récipient interne dans l'état de la technique, et les difficultés à fabriquer une croûte de riz ou un riz en pot d'argile comportant une croûte de riz après la cuisson du riz, et peut amener la croûte de riz ou la croûte de riz du riz en pot d'argile ayant une croûte de riz à ne pas absorber l'eau et devenir à nouveau humide, rendant le goût agréable, et conférant de bonnes qualités alimentaires.
