背景技术
在手机组装的工序中辅料的贴合无法避免,但目前市场上辅料的贴合多采用人工取料然后手工粘贴或使用环形自动贴标线,均需要使用多数人工和空间支持作业。
1、人工辅料贴合:人工从传送带取来一个手机壳料,然后从辅料带中取下一片辅料,在手机壳料上手工对位粘贴,再放回传送带,一片辅料贴合完成,人工再继续重复辅料贴合的动作,此种加工方式不仅生产效率低,而且需要消耗大量人力。
2、环形自动贴标线:产品有人工放置在自动线治具上,然后产品围绕线体流动至每个岗位进行作业,最终产品以平面围绕线体旋转作业一周,回至原点取下,完成一个产品的作业。此线体比较浪费空间,且对平面度要求较高,大面积的调试平面度比较困难,优良率较差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手机辅料自动贴合机及其运行方法,能够实现手机自动贴辅料,节省人力,贴合精准,并且自动化程度高,能够提高生产效率以及生产质量,此外,整体占用空间小,使用安全性高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种手机用自动贴辅料装置,包括:机架、上下料机构、辅料剥离机构以及辅料贴合机构;
所述辅料贴合机构固定安装在所述机架表面的中部,用于对产品进行辅料贴合处理,且所述辅料贴合机构包括相互配合的执行机构、吸取机构以及定位机构;

本发明还提供了一种手机辅料自动贴合机的运行方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)上料:启动运输机构,并将产品逐个放入上料平台的载具内,使得装有产品的载具逐步向下料平台方向运输;
2)辅料剥离:在放料卷内放置辅料带,并在控制箱内设置好驱动步进电机35的驱动程序,随后在驱动步进电机的驱动下,第一收料卷和第二收料卷开始运作,将辅料带从放料卷内逐步抽离,从而剥离平台将辅料带上的上层辅料、下层辅料以及被剥离剩下的中层辅料分别输送至辅料贴合机构中;

5)贴合定位:当装有产品的载具运输至贴合工位时,定位机构中的相机对产品要贴合的位置进行贴合定位,并根据该贴合定位信号对执行机构所在位置进行校正;
6)辅料贴合:当执行机构校正至产品所需贴合位置后,控制器控制气缸下压,将吸取的各辅料逐步贴合至产品表面,贴合完成后,通过快速卸载手柄松 开辅料;
7)下料:将贴合后的产品继续运输至下料平台处,操作人员取下贴合有辅料的产品,即可完成一个产品的辅料贴合。

1)在结构上,通过在一个机架上集成上下料机构、辅料剥离机构、辅料贴合机构,能够在同一平台上即可实现对手机辅料的自动贴合;并且采用执行机构、吸取机构以及定位机构组合构成辅料贴合机构,能够在定位精准的情况下,完成辅料吸取、辅料贴合的处理,有效地提高了辅料贴合的精准性;
2)在运行方法上,依次通过全自动执行的上料、辅料剥离、吸取定位、辅料吸取、贴合定位、辅料贴合及下料的方法流程,相比于传统的人工帖辅料以及环形自动流水线,不仅能够提高生产效率以及生产质量,而且整体占用空间小,使用安全性高。

参考图4,为本发明中吸取机构的结构示意图,所述吸取机构42可拆卸地 安装在所述机架1的左侧,便于针对不同种辅料来跟换不同的吸取机构,且所述吸取机构42包括:安装轴421以及若干吸取架,各所述吸取架均匀地固定在所述安装轴421的外表面,且所述吸取架包括气缸422、快速卸载手柄424以及吸盘423,所述吸盘423连接在所述气缸422的输出端,用于将吸取的辅料下压至产品贴合处,所述快速卸载手柄424与所述吸盘423相连,用于卸载吸盘上的辅料,能够通过多个吸取架对多种辅料进行吸取,从而一次完成多种辅料的贴合,同时采用气缸422推动吸盘423,能够使得辅料吸取与辅料贴合同步完成,生产效率大幅提高。
参考图5,为本发明中的定位机构的结构示意图,所述定位机构43与所述执行机构41相连,且所述定位机构43包括:相机431以及镜头432,所述相机431与所述镜头432相连,通过所述镜头432实现所述相机431对辅料吸取位置及辅料贴合位置的图像采集,且所述镜头432上方为给所述相机431和所述镜头432拍照提供光线的光源,能够无需提供额外光线即可进行拍照,提高了图像采集的质量,有助于执行机构的准确定位。
在另一实施例中,本发明揭示了一种手机辅料自动贴合机的运行方法,具体步骤如下:
1)上料:启动运输机构22,并将产品逐个放入上料平台21的载具内,使得装有产品的载具逐步向下料平台23方向运输;
2)辅料剥离:在放料卷31内放置辅料带,并在控制箱36内设置好驱动步 进电机35的驱动程序,随后在驱动步进电机35的驱动下,第一收料卷32和第二收料卷33开始运作,将辅料带从放料卷31内逐步抽离,从而剥离平台34将辅料带上的上层辅料、下层辅料以及被剥离剩下的中层辅料分别输送至辅料贴合机构4中;
3)吸取定位:当上述剥离的辅料运输至贴合工位时,定位机构43中的相机431对辅料所在位置进行吸取定位;
4)辅料吸取:根据上述吸取定位信号控制器控制吸取机构42中的气缸422伸缩,并通过吸盘423将辅料逐个吸取;
5)贴合定位:当装有产品的载具运输至贴合工位时,定位机构43中的相机431对产品要贴合的位置进行贴合定位,并根据该贴合定位信号对执行机构41所在位置进行校正;
6)辅料贴合:当执行机构41校正至产品所需贴合位置后,控制器控制气缸422下压,将吸取的各辅料逐步贴合至产品表面,贴合完成后,通过快速卸载手柄424松开辅料;
7)下料:将贴合后的产品继续运输至下料平台23处,操作人员取下贴合有辅料的产品,即可完成一个产品的辅料贴合。
区别与现有技术,本发明一种手机辅料自动贴合机,通过在一个机架上集成上下料机构、辅料剥离机构、辅料贴合机构,能够在同一平台上即可实现对 手机辅料的自动贴合;并且采用执行机构、吸取机构以及定位机构组合构成辅料贴合机构,能够在定位精准的情况下,完成辅料吸取、辅料贴合的处理,有效地提高了辅料贴合的精准性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,或者是该发明产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,包括:机架、上下料机构、辅料剥离机构以及辅料贴合机构;
    所述辅料贴合机构固定安装在所述机架表面的中部,用于对产品进行辅料贴合处理,且所述辅料贴合机构包括相互配合的执行机构、吸取机构以及定位机构;
    所述辅料剥离机构固定安装在所述机架表面的后方,用于从辅料带上的辅料进行剥离,以供所述吸取机构吸取剥离所得的辅料;
    所述上下料机构贯穿安装在所述机架表面的前方,用于将带贴辅料的产品运输至所述执行机构的执行工位处,并将贴好辅料的产品运输至所述机架外;
    所述辅料贴合机构、辅料剥离机构以及所述上下料机构均通过控制器编程控制处理,实现手机辅料的自动贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述上下料机构包括:运输机构、上料平台、下料平台,所述运输机构固定安装在所述机架的表面,所述上料平台安装在所述运输机构的左侧,所述下料平台安装在所述运输机构的右侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述运输机构为上下层循环输送线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述辅料剥 离机构包括:放料卷、第一收料卷、第二收料卷、驱动步进电机、控制箱以及剥离平台,所述放料卷的辅料带与所述剥离平台的输入口相连,所述剥离平台的上输出口与所述第一收料卷相连,所述剥离平台的下输出口与所述第二收料卷相连,且所述放料卷、第一收料卷以及第二收料卷均通过所述驱动步进电机进行驱动,所述驱动步进电机由所述控制箱进行控制。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述剥离平台采用火焰喷涂的方式进行辅料剥离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述吸取机构可拆卸地安装在所述机架的左侧,且所述吸取机构包括:安装轴以及若干吸取架,各所述吸取架均匀地固定在所述安装轴的外表面,且所述吸取架包括气缸、快速卸载手柄以及吸盘,所述吸盘连接在所述气缸的输出端,用于将吸取的辅料下压至产品贴合处,所述快速卸载手柄与所述吸盘相连,用于卸载吸盘上的辅料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手机辅料自动贴合机,其特征在于,所述定位机构与所述执行机构相连,且所述定位机构包括:相机以及镜头,所述相机与所述镜头相连,通过所述镜头实现所述相机对辅料吸取位置及辅料贴合位置的图像采集,且所述镜头上方为给所述相机和所述镜头拍照提供光线的光源。
  8. 一种手机辅料自动贴合机的运行方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
    1)上料:启动运输机构,并将产品逐个放入上料平台的载具内,使得装有 产品的载具逐步向下料平台方向运输;
    2)辅料剥离:在放料卷内放置辅料带,并在控制箱内设置好驱动步进电机35的驱动程序,随后在驱动步进电机的驱动下,第一收料卷和第二收料卷开始运作,将辅料带从放料卷内逐步抽离,从而剥离平台将辅料带上的上层辅料、下层辅料以及被剥离剩下的中层辅料分别输送至辅料贴合机构中;
    3)吸取定位:当上述剥离的辅料运输至贴合工位时,定位机构中的相机对辅料所在位置进行吸取定位;
    4)辅料吸取:根据上述吸取定位信号控制器控制吸取机构中的气缸伸缩,并通过吸盘将辅料逐个吸取;
    5)贴合定位:当装有产品的载具运输至贴合工位时,定位机构中的相机对产品要贴合的位置进行贴合定位,并根据该贴合定位信号对执行机构所在位置进行校正;
    6)辅料贴合:当执行机构校正至产品所需贴合位置后,控制器控制气缸下压,将吸取的各辅料逐步贴合至产品表面,贴合完成后,通过快速卸载手柄松开辅料;
    7)下料:将贴合后的产品继续运输至下料平台处,操作人员取下贴合有辅料的产品,即可完成一个产品的辅料贴合。
