Abstract

[0002] 料带上的自粘性零件在驱动装置的牵引到吸料装置下面的剥料板上,自粘性领引下,通过一系列张紧导向装置被送件剥离后,再自动机械手校正后,被自动贴装到用治具定位的工件上。平面类贴膜机实现在工件的上平面、上弧面的贴标签和贴膜,有滚贴和吸贴两种方法,主要根据效率、精度和气泡要求进行选型。圆瓶类贴膜机实现在圆柱形、圆锥形产品的圆周面上贴标签或贴膜,如玻璃瓶、塑料瓶等,可实现圆周、半圆周、圆周双面、圆周定位贴标等功能,主要有立式贴标和卧式贴标两种方式。侧面类贴标机实现在工件的侧平面、侧弧面贴标或贴膜,如化妆品扁瓶、方盒等,可配套圆瓶覆标设备,同时实现圆瓶贴标。但一般的产品贴膜和手机贴膜是不相同的,一般产品的贴膜,对于贴膜的精确度而言,可能并非十分苛刻,但对于手机这种电子产品而言,其对于贴膜精度的要求十分高。随着现在智能触屏机的不断普及,对于手机屏幕贴膜技术的要求也越来越高,保护膜主要是贴在手机屏幕上,用于对手机进行保护,每台手机在出厂时都会进行贴膜,以保护手机屏幕,传统的贴膜技术是通过手工进行的,但是通过人工方式进行贴膜,其工作效率低,在手机自动化生产中其明显拉低了生产效率,并且劳力成本高,再者,手动贴膜其精确度角度,产生的成品不符合生产标准。

[0006] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:(XD定位贴膜机,包括:一机箱,该机箱作为整个设备的载体;一膜送料机构,包括:膜架、废料收卷机构以及膜分离机构,所述的膜分离机构包括:固定轨道、安装于固定轨道上的移动平台以及安装于移动平台上的剥离板,膜料安装于膜架上并穿过剥离板进行膜片和废料分离,废料通过废料收卷盘进行收纳;一循环式轨道,其包括:上移动轨道、下移动轨道以及衔接于上下移动轨道、两则的上升机构,于循环式轨道上设置有膜盘;所述的上下移动轨道、内部设置有皮带传输机构,通过皮带传输机构带动膜盘移动;一机械手,该机械手包括:本体、安装于本体上的第一转轴、安装于第一转轴上的第二转轴以及安装于第二转轴上的可上下移动的第三转轴,第三转轴的末端设置有吸盘;机械手上还设置有CCD摄像系统;上述的机械手在膜送料机构和膜盘之间往复移动,通过CCD摄像系统拍摄确定膜片的位置,并在吸盘吸取膜片运输的过程中通过机械手调整膜片的角度,以令膜片精确地贴合于放置于膜盘上的手机部件上。

[0030]首先,在膜架21上安装有卷膜,卷膜拉出依次经过第一转辊222、移动平台232、第二转辊组223、第三转辊224和第四转辊组225张紧拉直,爱普生机械手的CCD摄像系统对移动平台232上的膜片进行拍摄,并将膜盘的位置数据进行分析,通过吸盘45下移并吸取膜盘,通过CCD摄像系统计算后,由爱普生机械手的第一转轴42和第二转轴43进行转动,将膜片送到膜盘30上方,并通过爱普生机械手微调膜片的角度,使膜片能够正确地贴合在手机零部件上。并且,通过CCD摄像系统的计算,进一步提高膜盘和手机零部件贴合的精确度。
[0031] 上移动轨道31和下移动轨道32构成的是循环式的轨道,则上移动轨道31和下移动轨道32之间整体是顺时针转动的,并且在上移动轨道31和下移动轨道32上设置有至少两组膜盘30,以使自动化贴膜工序能够高效进行。膜盘30经过上升机构送入上移动轨道31上,膜盘30沿上移动轨道31移动,当传感器33检测到膜盘30的到来,驱动上移动轨道31停止移动,此时,机械手4按时上述的方式对膜盘30上的手机零部件进行贴膜动作,贴膜完成后,上移动轨道31再次移动,同时下一个膜盘30将前移一个工位,等待贴膜。已经完成贴膜的手机零部件移动一个工位后经机械手或者手动取出,再将未经贴膜的手机零部件安装于膜盘30中,膜盘30移动到下移动轨道32等待下次贴膜动作。如此不断循环贴膜工作,且在本实施例中,膜盘30是双工位设置的,于机械手4的左右侧均设置有膜送料机构2,以对双工位膜盘30进行贴膜,效率高,且贴膜精度更加精准。

Claims (9)
1.CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:包括: 一机箱(I),该机箱(I)作为整个设备的载体; 一膜送料机构⑵,包括:膜架(21)、废料收卷机构(22)以及膜分离机构(23),所述的膜分离机构(23)包括:固定轨道(231)、安装于固定轨道(231)上的移动平台(232)以及安装于移动平台(232)上的剥离板(233),膜料安装于膜架(21)上并穿过剥离板(233)进行膜片和废料分离,废料通过废料收卷盘(221)进行收纳; 一循环式轨道(3),其包括:上移动轨道(31)、下移动轨道(32)以及衔接于上下移动轨道(31、32)两则的上升机构,于循环式轨道(3)上设置有膜盘(30);所述的上下移动轨道(31、32)内部设置有皮带传输机构,通过皮带传输机构带动膜盘(30)移动; 一机械手(4),该机械手(4)包括:本体(41)、安装于本体(41)上的第一转轴(42)、安装于第一转轴(42)上的第二转轴(43)以及安装于第二转轴(43)上的可上下移动的第三转轴(44),第三转轴(44)的末端设置有吸盘(45);机械手上还设置有CCD摄像系统; 上述的机械手(4)在膜送料机构(2)和膜盘(30)之间往复移动,通过CCD摄像系统拍摄确定膜片的位置,并在吸盘(45)吸取膜片运输的过程中通过机械手⑷调整膜片的角度,以令膜片精确地贴合于放置于膜盘(30)上的手机部件上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的上移动轨道(31)、下移动轨道(32)均包括:水平设置的轨道支架(311、321)以及安装于轨道支架(311、321)内的皮带传输机构(312、322);所述的皮带传输机构(312、322)包括:前后转轮、张紧轮以及皮带;所述的前后转轮设置于轨道支架的前后两端,前后转轮通过马达驱动运动,并带动皮带转动,膜盘设置于皮带上并随皮带移动传输。
3.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的膜盘(30)具有一本体,于本体上设置有用于放置手机部件的膜腔(301),本体的边缘支撑于皮带的上表面并随皮带转动;所述的循环式轨道⑶上设置有传感器(33),通过该传感器检测膜盘(30)的位置并控制皮带的转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的膜送料机构(2)安装于机箱⑴上,膜送料机构⑵具有一固定架(20),固定轨道(231)安装于固定架(20)上,固定轨道(231)垂直于上移动轨道(31)设置;移动平台(232)安装于固定轨道(231)上并通过驱动装置驱动沿固定轨道(231)往复移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的废料收卷机构(22)包括:废料收卷盘(221)、设置于膜盘(30)下方的第一转辊(222)、设置于固定轨道(231)前端的第二转辊组(223)、第三转辊(224)以及第四转辊组(225),第二转辊组(223)由两转辊构成,且两转辊纵向设置;所述的废料收卷盘(221)通过马达(226)驱动运转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的机械手(4)设置于循环式轨道(3)旁侧,将移动平台(232)上的膜片贴合于膜盘(30)上的手机部件上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的机箱(I)内部通过大面板(11)分隔形成上下层,且机箱(I)上设置有机箱门(12);所述的膜送料机构(2)和机械手(4)安装于大面板(11)上位于机箱(I)的上层;所述的上移动轨道(31)设置于机箱(I)上层,下移动轨道(32)设置于机箱⑴下层,所述的上升机构设置于机箱⑴外并衔接上移动轨道(31)和下移动轨道(31)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的固定轨道(231)的前端设置有光纤校位装置(234)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的CCD定位贴膜机,其特征在于:所述的机箱(I)上设置有整设备的控制系统(13)。
