Description

自动送料装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自动送料装置,特别是一种能自动升降工件的自动送料装置。
背景技术
在自动化生产过程中,经常需要将治具安装到机台上。目前,在装设四轴治具时,通常由人工将四轴治具搬到物流车上,再从物流车上摆放到机台的工作台上。然而,由于四轴治具的重量较重,且工作台的高度较高,人工抬升工件的方式效率较低,人力成本高,并且人工作业危险性大,存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种自动送料装置,以解决上述问题。
一种自动送料装置,用于运送工件,所述自动送料装置包括底板及与所述底板垂直连接的侧板,所述自动送料装置还包括升降驱动件及承载板,所述升降驱动件设于所述侧板上并与所述承载板连接,所述承载板用于承载所述工件,所述承载板在所述升降驱动件的驱动下沿着垂直于所述底板的方向移动,以带动所述工件运动。

请同时参照图2与图3,所述自动送料装置100包括本体10、承载板20、滑轨30及升降驱动件40。
所述本体10包括底板11、侧板12、多个车轮13及多个地脚定位件14。所述底板11与所述侧板12大致为矩形板体,所述侧板12与所述底板11垂直连接。在本实施方式中,所述侧板12上设有扶手,以便于人工推动所述本体10。
所述多个车轮13分别可转动地连接在所述底板11上,在本实施方式中,所述车轮13的数量为四个,但不限于此,在其他实施方式中,所述车轮13的数量也可为一个、两个或多个。
所述多个地脚定位件14设置在所述底板11的底面上,所述多个地脚定位件14能够相对于所述底板11升降,从而在下料时能够将所述自动送料装置100定位。
所述承载板20用于承载所述工件200,其包括垂直连接的支撑部21与连接部22,所述支撑部21与所述底板11平行。
所述滑轨30设于所述侧板12上且沿着与所述底板11垂直的方向延伸。所述滑轨30上设有滑动块31,所述滑动块31与所述滑轨30滑动连接,并与所述连接部22固定连接,因此,所述承载板20可与所述滑轨30滑动连接。
所述升降驱动件40设于所述侧板12上并与所述承载板20连接,升降驱动件40用于驱动所述承载板20沿着垂直于所述底板11的方向移动,以调节所述工件200相对所述底板11的高度。
在本实施方式中,所述升降驱动件40包括电机41、丝杆42及丝杆螺母43。所述电机41设于所述侧板12上并与所述丝杆42连接,以驱动所述丝杆42旋转,所述丝杆螺母43套设在所述丝杆42上,所述连接部22与所述丝杆螺母43相连接。因此,所述电机41能够驱动所述丝杆42旋转,所述丝杆螺母43带动所述承载板20沿着垂直于滑轨30上下移动,从而所述承载板20能够相对所述底板11升降。
所述自动送料装置100还包括滑动板50,所述滑动板50用于将所述工件200传送到所述工作台310上。所述滑动板50滑动地连接在所述承载板20的所述支撑部21上,且所述 滑动板50与所述支撑部21平行。在本实施方式中,所述支撑部21上设有一对导轨23,所述滑动板50沿着所述导轨23滑动。所述自动送料装置100还包括用于驱动滑动板50滑动的驱动件(图未示),所述驱动件可包括电机与丝杆,所述丝杆与所述滑动板连接。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,所述驱动件可为气缸、油缸等驱动结构,也可以取消,采用人工推动滑动板50滑动。

使用时,首先由人工或机械手将所述工件200放置到所述滑动板50上,然后所述自动送料装置100移动至所述机台300处,所述地脚定位件14下降以将所述自动送料装置100定位。接着,所述升降驱动件40驱动承载板20上升,然后,滑动板50相对承载板滑动,以带动工件200滑动至工作台310上。
上述自动送料装置100包括承载板20与升降驱动件40,所述升降驱动件40能够自动将工件200上升至与工作台310平齐的高度,不需人工搬运工件200,提升了生产效率,降低了人力成本,且减少了安全隐患。并且,上述自动送料装置100还包括滑动板50,所述滑动板50能够将工件200滑动至工作台310上,进一步提升了送料的效率。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,所述滑轨30可以取消,所述承载板20通过所述升降驱动件40连接在所述本体10上。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,所述升降驱动件40也可替代为气缸、油缸或其他驱动机构。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,所述滑动板50可以取消,由承载板20来承载工件200即可。

  1. 一种自动送料装置,用于运送工件,所述自动送料装置包括底板及与所述底板垂直连接的侧板,其特征在于:所述自动送料装置还包括升降驱动件及承载板,所述升降驱动件设于所述侧板上并与所述承载板连接,所述承载板用于承载所述工件,所述承载板在所述升降驱动件的驱动下沿着垂直于所述底板的方向移动,以带动所述工件运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动送料装置,其特征在于:所述承载板包括垂直连接的支撑部与连接部,所述支撑部与所述底板平行。
