收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方,所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触。
本申请技术方案中,该显示面板置放架传送装置,包括机架、可转动的传动轮和用于清洁传动轮的清洁装置,所述传动轮和所述清洁装置均设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触,所述传动轮用于与所述液晶显示面板置放架的底框接触,所述传动轮沿其径向的外围设置清洁层。本申请通过在所述传动轮上设置清洁层,并在所述机架上设置清洁所述传动轮的清洁装置,在传送的过程实现对所述显示面板置放架的底框的清洁,避免了将颗粒、灰尘等杂质带入到传送系统中污染显示面板,净化了整个生产环境,进而提高了显示面板的洁净度。
为了更清楚地说明本申请实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本申请的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图示出的结构获得其他的附图。

本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
另外,本申请各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种显示面板置放架传送装置。
请参照图1至图5,在本申请一实施例中,该显示面板置放架传送装置包括机架、可转动的传动轮2和用于清洁传动轮的清洁装置(未标示),所述传动轮和所述清洁装置均设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮2接触,所述传动轮2与所述液晶显示面板置放架1的底框接触,所述传动轮2沿其径向的外围设置清洁层9。
参照图6,采用上述的显示面板置放架传送装置对所述显示面板置放架进
行清洁的工作流程包括:
步骤S10,所述传动轮在所述控制系统的控制下转动,并在其转动的过程中实现对其上的显示面板置放架进行清洁;
步骤S20,所述控制系统控制与所述传动轮接触的清洁装置对所述转动轮进行清洁。
本实施例中,通过在所述传动轮2的沿其径向的外围上设置清洁层9,通过这一层清洁层9,将与所述传动轮2接触的显示面板置放架1的底框上的灰尘和颗粒等杂质粘附掉,从而使得显示面板置放架1在传送的过程中,能够减少自身携带的灰尘等杂质,进而在显示面板置放架1进入自动物料传送系统(AMHS,Automatic Material Handling System)中时,不会带入更多杂质进入,从而保证了整个传送的环境,降低了显示面板粘附到灰尘杂质的可能性。其中,所述传动轮2的个数为多个,多个所述传动轮2等间隔地设置在所述机架上。
进一步地,所述显示面板置放架传送装置还设置有用于清洁所述传动轮2的清洁装置,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮2接触。当所述传动轮2吸附掉所述液晶显示面板置放架1上的颗粒、灰尘等杂质时,所述传动轮2上的杂质可以通过所述清洁装置清洁掉。通过这样的设计,所述传动轮2可以反复粘附所述显示面板置放架上的灰尘或颗粒等杂质,同时能保证自身的洁净,保证了传动轮2粘附所述显示面板置放架底框的灰尘或颗粒的功能,从而减少了所述显示面板置放架上的杂质对面板质量的影响。
可选地,所述清洁层9采用橡胶材料制成。采用橡胶材料制备所述传动轮2的清洁层9,橡胶材料可以粘附掉所述显示面板置放架1上的杂质,且橡胶材料不会产生灰尘。进一步地,所述清洁层可拆卸的设置在所述传动轮2沿其径向的外围。如此,每当所述传动轮2上粘附的灰尘或者颗粒累积过多时,可将所述传动轮2上的清洁层9更换掉,延长所述传动轮2的使用。需要说明的是,所述传动轮2采用与所述清洁层9不相同的材料制成,所述传动轮2主要用于承受所述显示面板置放架1,因此所述传动轮2一般采用比较坚固的材料制成,具体可以根据生产预算等选择业内常用的传动轮2。
进一步地,所述清洁装置包括胶带轮5和用于回收胶带的收卷器6,所述胶带轮5和所述收卷器6置于所述传动轮2下方,所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6配
合使胶带4与所述传动轮2接触。具体地,所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6将胶带4拉成一条直线,置于所述传动轮2的下方,并且保证胶带4能与所述传动轮2接触。当所述传动轮2吸附到所述显示面板置放架1上杂质后,所述胶带4能将所述传动轮2上的杂质粘附掉。进一步地,所述收卷器6将粘附到所述传动轮2上的杂质的胶带4回收,从而使新的胶带4能够继续粘附所述传动轮2上的杂质,使用方便。
为了将胶带4在工作过程中处于绷紧的状态,在所述胶带轮5和/或所述收卷器6上设置压带轮7。所述压带轮7可以将所述胶带轮5和所述收卷器6拉直的胶带4压紧,使胶带4处于绷紧的状态,不会阻碍所述传动轮2的转动,同时能更有效的将所述传动轮2上的杂质吸附掉。可选地,所述压带轮7的个数为两个,两个所述压带轮7分别设置于所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6上。
进一步地,所述清洁装置还包括中间轮3,所述中间轮3设置于所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6之间且高于所述胶带轮5和所述收卷器6,所述中间轮3用于搭接所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6拉直的胶带4,所述中间轮3与所述传动轮2接触。
本实施例中,通过设置所述中间轮3,将所述胶带轮5与所述收卷器6拉直的胶带4搭接在所述中间轮3上,使得所述传动轮2从所述中间轮3上滚过时,所述中间轮3上的胶带4将所述传动轮2上的脏污粘附掉,实现清洁的作用。可以理解的是,所述压带轮5上包裹有多层胶带4,所述收卷器6的作用是用来将已经使用过的胶带4收卷起来。所述压带轮5与所述收卷器6配合工作,所述压带轮5用于释放胶带4,所述收卷器6用于回收使用过的胶带4,从而实现不断提高干净的胶带4对所述传动轮2进行清洁。
为了实现需要使用所述清洁装置时将所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触的动作,在所述清洁装置上还设置一个与之相连的升降装置8。具体地,所述清洁装置还包括用于使所述中间轮3上下移动的升降装置8,所述升降装置8与所述中间轮3相连。所述升降装置8可以实现所述中间轮3的升降,当需要对所述传动轮2进行清洁时,则将所述中间轮3升到与所述传动轮2接触的合适位置,清洁完毕后,则将所述中间轮3下降到不妨碍所述传动轮2转动的位置。通过设置所述升降装置8,使得所述清洁装置的位置可以根据需要进行设置,使用方便。可选地,所述清洁装置可设置多组,且多组所述清洁装置等间隔的并
排设置于所述传动轮2下方,具体地,所述清洁装置的数量和位置的设置可以根据实际需要进行设置。
进一步地,所述中间轮3、所述胶带轮5和所述收卷器6的圆心的连线形成等腰三角形。通过这种设计,使得所述中间轮3在通过所述升降装置8的升降的过程中,左右两边的胶带4能保持平衡,同时使所述中间轮3、胶带轮5和收卷器6处于更加平衡的状态。
进一步地,所述机架上设置有供所述传动轮2转动的轨道,所述轨道为两条平行设置的轨道,两条所述轨道上设置有容纳槽,所述容纳槽用于容纳安装所述传动轮,所述传动轮2在所述轨道上等间隔设置。
需要说明的是,上述显示面板置放架传送装置中所述的显示面板可以是LCD显示面板、OLED显示面板、QLED显示面板、曲面显示面板或其他显示面板的生产。
其中,上述显示面板置放架传送装置不限于只用于显示面板的置放,还可以应用于其他电子装置亦或非电子装置的置放。
另外,参照图5,本申请还提供一种显示面板置放架传送装置,包括:
机架;以及
传动轮,设置在所述机架上,所述传动轮可转动,所述传动轮用于与所述显示面板置放架的底框接触,所述传动轮沿其径向的外围设置有清洁层;
清洁装置,设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触,且用于清洁所述传动轮;
其中,所述清洁装置包括:
胶带轮,用于提供胶带;
收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方,所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触。

Claims (19)
- 一种显示面板置放架传送装置,包括;机架;传动轮,设置在所述机架上,所述传动轮可转动,所述传动轮用于与所述显示面板置放架的底框接触,所述传动轮沿其径向的外围设置有清洁层;以及清洁装置,设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触,且用于清洁所述传动轮;其中,所述清洁装置包括:胶带轮,用于提供胶带;以及收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方,所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触;压带轮,用于压紧胶带,所述压带轮设置于靠近所述胶带轮和/或所述收卷器的位置;中间轮,所述中间轮设置于所述胶带轮与所述收卷器之间且高于所述胶带轮和所述收卷器,所述胶带搭接于所述中间轮上;升降装置,用于使所述中间轮上下移动,所述升降装置与所述中间轮相连。
- 一种显示面板置放架传送装置,包括;机架;传动轮,设置在所述机架上,所述传动轮可转动,所述传动轮用于与所述显示面板置放架的底框接触,所述传动轮沿其径向的外围设置有清洁层;以及清洁装置,设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触,且用于清洁所述传动轮。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置包括:胶带轮,用于提供胶带;以及收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方, 所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触;压带轮,用于压紧胶带,所述压带轮设置于靠近所述胶带轮和/或所述收卷器的位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置包括:胶带轮,用于提供胶带;以及收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方,所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触;中间轮,所述中间轮设置于所述胶带轮与所述收卷器之间且高于所述胶带轮和所述收卷器,所述胶带搭接于所述中间轮上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置还包括:升降装置,用于使所述中间轮上下移动,所述升降装置与所述中间轮相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述中间轮、所述胶带轮和所述收卷器的圆心的连线形成等腰三角形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁层设置在所述传动轮沿所述传动轮径向的外围,所述清洁层可拆卸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁层设置在所述传动轮沿所述传动轮径向的外围,所述清洁层可拆卸。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁层设置在所述传动轮沿所述传动轮径向的外围,所述清洁层可拆卸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁层设置在所述传动轮沿所述传动轮径向的外围,所述清洁层可拆卸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置为多组,多组所述清洁装置设置于所述传动轮下方。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置为多组,多组所述清洁装置设置于所述传动轮下方。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置为多组,多组所述清洁装置设置于所述传动轮下方。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述清洁装置为多组,多组所述清洁装置设置于所述传动轮下方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述传动轮为多个,多个所述传动轮等间隔地设置于所述机架上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述传动轮为多个,多个所述传动轮等间隔地设置于所述机架上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述传动轮为多个,多个所述传动轮等间隔地设置于所述机架上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,所述传动轮为多个,多个所述传动轮等间隔地设置于所述机架上。
- 一种显示面板置放架传送装置,其中,包括:机架;以及传动轮,设置在所述机架上,所述传动轮可转动,所述传动轮用于与所述显示面板置放架的底框接触,所述传动轮沿其径向的外围设置有清洁层;清洁装置,设置于所述机架上,所述清洁装置与所述传动轮接触,且用 于清洁所述传动轮;其中,所述清洁装置包括:胶带轮,用于提供胶带;收卷器,用于回收胶带,所述胶带轮和所述收卷器置于所述传动轮下方,所述胶带轮与所述收卷器配合使胶带与所述传动轮接触。
