Claims (18)
- 一种轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,包括制动阀、集尘器、中间体、风缸、支架组件及连接组件;所述中间体为板式结构,所述制动阀与所述集尘器均设置于所述中间体的同一侧,所述风缸设置于所述中间体的另一侧,所述风缸与所述中间体通过所述连接组件连接,所述支架组件位于所述风缸与所述中间体之间且所述支架组件安装于所述中间体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述中间体包括容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有与所述制动阀、所述集尘器及所述风缸连通的管路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述支架组件安装于所述中间体的远离所述制动阀的一侧,且所述支架组件与所述制动阀分别位于所述中间体的两个相对的工作面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述支架组件与所述中间体固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述支架组件与所述中间体采用铆接的方式固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述支架组件包括至少两个支架,所述至少两个支架沿所述中间体的长度方向并排分布,所述支架沿所述中间体的宽度方向延伸,所述支架设置有两个连接孔,所述两个连接孔沿所述支架的长度方向分别位于所述支架的两端,所述中间体位于所述两个连接孔之间,所述支架与所述中间体铆接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括至少两个U型缸箍,所述U型缸箍的两端设置有螺纹段,所述U型缸箍套设于所述风缸的侧壁外,所述U型缸箍穿设于所述连接孔内并通过第一锁紧螺母与所述支架固定。
- 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述螺纹段包括第一螺纹段和第二螺纹段,所述第一螺纹段穿设于所述连接孔内,所述第二螺纹段相对于所述第一螺纹段远离所述支架,所述第一螺纹段位于所述第二螺纹段与所述风缸之间,所述第一锁紧螺母位于所述第一螺纹段且所述第一锁紧螺母与所述第一螺纹段配合,所述第二螺纹段的局部螺纹破坏。
- 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述 连接组件还包括止退螺母,所述止退螺母与所述第一锁紧螺母配合并配置成防止所述第一锁紧螺母松脱。
- 根据权利要求9所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述止退螺母套设于所述螺纹段外,并与所述螺纹段配合;所述止退螺母位于所述第一锁紧螺母的远离所述支架的一端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括至少两个M型连接件,所述M型连接件包括两个第一连接部、第二连接部及两个第三连接部,两个所述第一连接部位于所述M型连接件的两端且所述第一连接部的端部与所述风缸固定连接,所述第二连接部位于两个所述第一连接部之间,所述第二连接部贴合于所述风缸的外表面且所述第二连接部与所述风缸固定连接,所述第三连接部位于所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间,所述第三连接部与所述中间体可拆卸的连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,第一连接部以及第二连接部分别与风缸的外表面固定连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,所述第三连接部与所述中间体通过连接螺栓连接,所述连接螺栓的端部设置有第二锁紧螺母,所述连接螺栓包括第三螺纹段和第四螺纹段,所述第二锁紧螺母套设于所述第三螺纹段,所述第四螺纹段相对于所述第三螺纹段远离所述中间体,所述第四螺纹段的局部螺纹破坏。
- 根据权利要求13所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构,其特征在于,在所述第二锁紧螺母的远离所述中间体的一端设置有止退螺母,所述止退螺母与所述第二锁紧螺母配合。
- 一种轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-14任意一项所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接结构。
- 根据权利要求15所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接系统,其特征在于,所述轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接系统包括支架安装座,所述支架安装座与所述支架一体成型。
- 根据权利要求16所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接系统,其特征在于,在所述支架安装座与轨道车辆车体或其它连接部件之间设置至少四个防脱吊钩。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的轨道车辆用集成制动装置的连接系统,其特征在于,集成制动装置的重心在所述支架组件中所述支架安装座外围的安装孔顺序连接所围成区域的铅垂方向。
