上述实施例中,在洗车场的指定区域内,优选的,设置在洗车场入口处,所述车牌识别模块包括车牌识别系统(Vehicle License Plate Recognition,VLPR),将车牌识别系统设置在指定区域内,车牌识别系统的硬件包括用于捕捉及定位车牌的摄像设备、照明设备、图像采集设备、识别车牌号码的处理机(如计算机)等,其软件核心包括车牌定位算法、车牌字符分割算法和光学字符识别算法等;利用车牌识别技术,能够将运动中的汽车牌照从复杂背景中提取并识别出来,通过车牌提取、图像预处理、特征提取、车牌字符识别等技术,来识别出待洗车辆的车牌号。
上述实施例中,当车辆进入指定区域内时,识别出车牌号信息,以此作为启动洗车程序的信号,当查询到有空洗车位时自动将待洗车辆引导泊入空闲洗车车位,并向工作人员终端发送待洗车辆的接单请求,这样不至于让客户过长时间等待而不悦,工作人员通过工作人员终端接单后,直接过来洗车即可,省下了人工引导车辆入库的时间,从而提高工作效率及经济效益。

如图2所示,下面说明一下网关设备101(物联网终端)和第一显示设备103(物联网终端)、第二显示设备104(物联网终端)、摄像设备105(物联网终端)、各个冲洗设备(物联网终端)、各个地磁设备102(物联网终端)之间如何实现无线连接的其中一种形式;假设当前的情景是在一个较小范围的洗车区域,网关设备101和第一显示设备103、第二显示设备104、摄像设备105、各个冲洗设备、各个地磁设备102可通过短距离无线通讯技术来实现数据连接,从而组成一个局域网;目前常用的短距离无线通讯技术包括WiFi无线通讯技术、蓝牙无线通讯技术、ZigBee无线通讯技术、可见光无线通讯技术和WiMAX全球微波互联无线接入技术,其对应的通讯协议分别为:IEEE802.11CSMA/CA (WiFi)、IEEE802.15.4(ZigBee)、IEEE802.15.7(可见光无线通信)以及IEEE802.16(WiMAX),本发明可采用其中一种或多种短距离无线通讯技术来实现网关设备101、第一显示设备103、第二显示设备104、摄像设备105、各个冲洗设备和各个地磁设备102等物联网终端的数据互联。
下面再说明一下,网关设备101、第一显示设备103、第二显示设备104、各个冲洗设备和各个地磁设备102如何实现无线连接的另一种形式,假设当前的情景是在一个较大范围的洗车区域,网关设备101和第一显示设备103、第二显示设备104、摄像设备105、各个冲洗设备、各个地磁设备102可通过无线通讯技术来实现数据连接,从而组成一个广域网;
需要建立Internet网络,网关设备101通过Internet网络与工作人员终端107、服务器端106等物联网终端连接,Internet网络包括物理层、介质访问控制层、逻辑链路控制层、网络层和传输层;
对于各网络层的构建,物理层的要求是:采用4GFSK调制方式、DSSS展频技术、小范围FHSS调整频偏,保证高信噪比信道,将误码率(BER)控制在最低程度;
介质访问控制层的要求是:采用FHSS+FDMA抗干扰技术,TDMA保证信道独占的要求;
逻辑链路控制层的要求是:采用差错控制编码,强应答算法技术;
网络层的要求是:对流量的控制,对业务优先级控制,以及对时延的控制;
传输层的要求是:采用通讯状态轮询和通讯数据补救的方式。
图3为本发明实施例提供的各物联网终端之间网络连接方式二的示意图;
图4为本发明实施例提供的各物联网终端之间网络连接方式三的示意图;具体的,如图3-4所示,网关设备101、第一显示设备103、第二显示设备104、各个冲洗设备和各个地磁设备102(图中用物联网终端表示)等物联网终端需要通过AP即无线访问接入点(WirelessAccessPoint)进行连接,网络中还需要通过多个中继器来实现两两局域网之间的互连。
具体的,如图4所示,接着说明工作人员终端107、网关设备101以及服务器端106的另一网络构建,工作人员终端107、网关设备101以及服务器端106之间的数据传输范围较广,因此需要建立一个或多个通讯基站来实现;本发明可采用其中一种或多种无线通讯技术来实现工作人员终端、网关设备以及服务器端的数据互联。
以上是从网络构建层面对本发明涉及的各终端和设备的数据互联进行详细说明,能够满足通讯层面可靠性、安全性、海量终端接入、自组织、低时延、低功耗、低成本等要求,以及应用层面实时感知、数据共享、自主决策和控制、快速查询、海量终端数据分析等要求。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种洗车场数据处理方法。
图5为本发明实施例提供的对引导车辆至空闲洗车车位处理的方法流程图;
如图5所示,一种洗车场数据处理方法,包括:
步骤A:识别进入洗车场指定区域内待洗车辆的车牌,并根据所述车牌提取车牌号;
具体的,在洗车场的指定区域内,优选的,设置在洗车场入口处,所述车牌识别模块 包括车牌识别系统(Vehicle License Plate Recognition,VLPR),将车牌识别系统设置在指定区域内,车牌识别系统的硬件包括用于捕捉及定位车牌的摄像设备、照明设备、图像采集设备、识别车牌号码的处理机(如计算机)等,其软件核心包括车牌定位算法、车牌字符分割算法和光学字符识别算法等;利用车牌识别技术,能够将运动中的汽车牌照从复杂背景中提取并识别出来,通过车牌提取、图像预处理、特征提取、车牌字符识别等技术,来识别出待洗车辆的车牌号;
步骤B:查询是否存在空闲洗车车位,如果有,则同步执行步骤C和E;否则执行步骤F;
步骤C:选定一空闲洗车车位,根据选定的空闲洗车车位的车位编号生成从所述指定区域至所述车位编号对应车位的引导路线,将所述引导路线投影在预先生成的洗车场电子地图中,执行步骤D;
步骤D:调用安装在洗车场内的第一显示设备将引导路线的电子地图以及待洗车辆的车牌号进行显示;
步骤E:向工作人员终端发送接单请求,当接收到工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送对应的工作人员终端;
步骤F:显示暂无洗车车位的信息。
上述实施例中,当车辆进入指定区域内时,识别出车牌号信息,以此作为启动洗车程序的信号,当查询到有空洗车位时自动将待洗车辆引导泊入空闲洗车车位,并向工作人员终端发送待洗车辆的接单请求,这样不至于让客户过长时间等待而不悦,工作人员通过工作人员终端接单后,直接过来洗车即可,省下了人工引导车辆入库的时间,从而提高工作效率及经济效益。
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,为了方便待洗车辆车主查看路线,还包括如下步骤:将生成的引导路线的电子地图发送至对应的待洗车辆的车载终端中,车主能更直观的查看电子地图对应的行车路线,从而更快速便捷的将车辆驶入洗车车位。
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,还包括如下步骤:实时接收待洗车辆上定位装置的定位信号,根据定位信号生成待洗车辆的运动轨迹,将所述运动轨迹投影在生成的引导路线的电子地图中,并调用第一显示设备将运动轨迹的电子地图进行显示,同时将运动轨迹的电子地图发送至待洗车辆上的车载终端中。
上述实施例中,能够通过待洗车辆的定位信号生成运动轨迹,并生成含有该运动轨迹的电子地图,在安装在洗车场较高位置的第一显示设备中显示,可使洗车场内的工作人员快速了解到待洗车辆驶入洗车车位的情况,同时车主通过第一显示设备或车载终端能够快速便捷的将车辆驶入洗车车位。
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,还包括如下步骤:对待洗车辆的车牌号以及选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号进行语音提醒。
上述实施例中,不仅能够通过画面的形式告知工作人员及顾客洗车信息,还可以通过语音的形式告知,能够提高洗车程序的处理速度。
图6为本发明实施例提供的对洗车车位信息更新处理的方法流程图;
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,如图6所示,还包括如下步骤:接收安装在各洗车车位上的地磁设备获取的车辆驶入信息和驶离信息;当接收到驶入信息时,根据车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由空闲更新为已占用,
或者,当接收到驶离信息时,根据车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由已占用更新为空闲;并将更新后的车位停车信息进行保存。
上述实施例中,能够通过地磁设备获取车辆驶入信息和驶离信息,自动记录各车位的车位信息,便于快速查询得到空闲洗车车位,而不需要人工去统计哪些洗车车位可以使用,提高了工作效率。
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,还包括如下步骤:
当接收到地磁设备获取的待洗车辆已驶入选定空闲洗车车位的信息时,向已接单的工作人员终端发送待洗车辆已到位是否冲洗的信息;
当接收到工作人员终端的冲洗确认信息时开启洗车车位墙面上的冲洗设备,进行车辆冲洗,或者
当接收到工作人员终端的冲洗关闭信息时关闭洗车车位墙面上的冲洗设备。
上述实施例中,可在洗车车位的墙面上设置冲洗装置,冲洗装置的开启通过接单的工作人员终端进行控制,能够预先对车辆进行初步冲洗,再进行人工清洗,从而加快洗车工作的进度,提高效率。
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,所述步骤E具体包括:
当确定有空闲洗车车位时,则向至少一个或多个工作人员终端发送接单请求,当接收到多个工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,则根据反馈时间选择最先反馈的工作人员终端,并将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送至所述最先反馈的工作人员终端;所述的至少一个或多个工作人员终端为,在接收到待洗车辆接单信息前,预先发送接单请求的且为空闲状态的工作人员终端;
优选的,所述步骤E还包括:
将工作人员终端的接单记录进行保存,所述接单记录包括工作人员终端编号、接单时间和工作状态信息,所述工作状态信息为空闲状态或清洗状态;当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,将对应的工作状态信息由清洗状态更改为空闲状态,并保存。
图7为本发明实施例提供的费用结算处理的方法流程图;
优选的,作为本发明的一个实施例,如图7所示,还包括如下步骤:
当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,从所述洗车完毕信息中获取结算车辆的车牌号和各个清洗项目,计算出结算车辆的各个清洗项目的总费用并进行结算处理,并调用第二显示设备将总费用和结算车辆的车牌号进行显示,并将总费用、结算车辆的车牌号和对应的工作人员终端编号一一对应的进行保存。
具体的,可通过至少一个数据库来进行数据存储,所述数据库中可建立数据表:“车位编号—车位停车信息—车牌号”的数据表,如上述表1所示;以及建立数据表“工作人员终端编号—工作状态信息—车牌号—接单时间”,如上述下表2所示。
对于管理层面,还可以在数据库中建立“工作人员终端编号—接单时间—完成时间— 结算车辆—清洗项目”数据表,用于对工作人员的工作效率和业绩进行记录,如下表所示:

而对于工作人员终端,其与管理服务端连接,包括步骤:
洗车操作前,确认接单:
接收管理服务端发送来的待洗车辆接单信息,如果接单,则反馈确认接单信息;
接收待洗车辆的车牌号以及选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号;
接单后:
接收管理服务端发送来的待洗车辆已到位是否冲洗的信息,如果预冲洗车辆,则反馈冲洗确认信息;
预冲洗完成,向管理服务端发送冲洗关闭信息;
完成洗车操作:
向管理服务端发送洗车完毕信息,洗车完毕信息包括获取结算车辆的车牌号和各个清洗项目;
向管理服务端发送接单请求,等待接收管理服务端发送来的待洗车辆接单信息。
本发明能够将待洗车辆引导泊入空闲洗车车位,并向工作人员终端发送待洗车辆的接单请求,这样不至于让客户过长时间等待而不悦,提高客户的满意度,工作人员通过工作人员终端接单后,直接过来洗车即可,省下了人工引导车辆入库的时间,从而提高工作效率及经济效益。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗车场管理服务端,其特征在于,包括:
    车牌识别模块,用于识别进入洗车场指定区域内待洗车辆的车牌,并根据所述车牌提取车牌号,并向处理模块发送洗车信号;
    处理模块,用于根据洗车信号,从数据存储模块中查询是否存在空闲洗车车位,如果有,则选定一空闲洗车车位,并向引导路线生成模块发送开启指令和选定的空闲洗车车位的车位编号,同时向工作人员终端发送待洗车辆接单信息,否则调用第一显示设备显示暂无洗车车位的信息;还用于当接收到工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送至对应的工作人员终端中;
    引导路线生成模块,用于根据开启指令和车位编号,生成从所述指定区域至所述车位编号对应车位的引导路线,并将所述引导路线投影在预先生成的洗车场电子地图中,并调用安装在洗车场内的第一显示设备将引导路线的电子地图以及待洗车辆的车牌号进行显示;
    数据存储模块,用于存储洗车车位信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗车场管理服务端,其特征在于,还包括监控模块,所述监控模块用于接收安装在各洗车车位上的地磁设备获取的车辆驶入信息和驶离信息,将接收的车辆驶入信息、驶离信息及其对应的车位编号发送至数据存储模块中;
    所述数据存储模块还用于根据发送来的车辆驶入信息及其对应的车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由空闲更新为已占用,或者,根据发送来的车辆驶离信息及其对应的车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由已占用更新为空闲;并将更新后的车位停车信息进行保存。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗车场管理服务端,其特征在于,还包括与所述处理模块连接的冲洗控制模块;
    所述处理模块还用于调用监控模块获取待洗车辆是否已驶入所述选定空闲洗车车位内,如果已驶入,则向已接单的工作人员终端发送待洗车辆已到位是否冲洗的信息,当接收到该工作人员终端反馈的冲洗确认信息时,向所述冲洗控制模块发送冲洗指令;
    所述冲洗控制模块,用于根据冲洗指令开启安装在所述选定空闲洗车车位上的冲洗设备进行车辆冲洗;
    所述处理模块还用于,当接收到该工作人员终端反馈的冲洗关闭信息时,向所述冲洗控制模块发送关闭指令;
    所述冲洗控制模块还用于,根据关闭指令关闭安装在所述选定空闲洗车车位上的冲洗设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的洗车场管理服务端,其特征在于,所述处理模块中,当确定有空闲洗车车位时,则向至少一个或多个工作人员终端发送接单请求,当接收到多个工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,则根据反馈时间选择最先反馈的工作人员终端,并将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送至所述最先反馈的工作人员终端;
    所述的至少一个或多个工作人员终端为,在接收到待洗车辆接单信息前,预先向管理服务端发送接单请求的且为空闲状态的工作人员终端;
    所述处理模块还用于,将工作人员终端的接单记录发送数据存储模块保存,所述接单记录包括工作人员终端编号、接单时间和工作状态信息,所述工作状态信息为空闲状态或清洗状态;还用于当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,将对应的工作状态信息由清洗状态更改为空闲状态,并发送数据存储模块保存。
  5. 根据权利要求4任一项所述的洗车场管理服务端,其特征在于,还包括与所述处理模块连接的结算模块;
    所述处理模块还用于当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,从所述洗车完毕信息中获取结算车辆的车牌号和各个清洗项目,并向结算模块发送结算指令、结算车辆的车牌号及车牌号对应的各个车辆清洗项目;
    所述结算模块用于根据结算指令,计算出结算车辆的各个清洗项目的总费用并进行结算处理,并调用第二显示设备将总费用和结算车辆的车牌号进行显示,结算完成后反馈已结算信息至所述处理模块;
    所述处理模块还用于根据已结算信息,将总费用、结算车辆的车牌号和对应的工作人员终端编号发送至数据存储模块中保存。
  6. 一种洗车场数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤A:识别进入洗车场指定区域内待洗车辆的车牌,并根据所述车牌提取车牌号;
    步骤B:查询是否存在空闲洗车车位,如果有,则同步执行步骤C和E;否则执行步骤F;
    步骤C:选定一空闲洗车车位,根据选定的空闲洗车车位的车位编号生成从所述指定区域至所述车位编号对应车位的引导路线,将所述引导路线投影在预先生成的洗车场电子地图中,执行步骤D;
    步骤D:调用安装在洗车场内的第一显示设备将引导路线的电子地图以及待洗车辆的车牌号进行显示;
    步骤E:向工作人员终端发送待洗车辆接单信息,当接收到工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送对应的工作人员终端;
    步骤F:显示暂无洗车车位的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗车场数据处理方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:接收安装在各洗车车位上的地磁设备获取的车辆驶入信息和驶离信息;当接收到驶入信息时,根据车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由空闲更新为已占用,或者,
    当接收到驶离信息时,根据车位编号查找对应的车位停车信息,将车位停车信息由已占用更新为空闲;并将更新后的车位停车信息进行保存。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的洗车场数据处理方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    当接收到地磁设备获取的待洗车辆已驶入选定空闲洗车车位的信息时,向已接单的工作人员终端发送待洗车辆已到位是否冲洗的信息;
    当接收到工作人员终端的冲洗确认信息时开启洗车车位上的冲洗设备,进行车辆冲洗;或者
    当接收到工作人员终端的冲洗关闭信息时关闭洗车车位上的冲洗设备。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的洗车场数据处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤E具体包括:
    当确定有空闲洗车车位时,则向至少一个或多个工作人员终端发送接单请求,当接收到多个工作人员终端反馈的确认接单信息时,则根据反馈时间选择最先反馈的工作人员终端,并将待洗车辆的车牌号以及所述选定空闲洗车车位的车位编号发送至所述最先反馈的工作人员终端;所述的至少一个或多个工作人员终端为,在接收到待洗车辆接单信息前,预先发送接单请求的且为空闲状态的工作人员终端;以及
    将工作人员终端的接单记录进行保存,所述接单记录包括工作人员终端编号、接单时间和工作状态信息,所述工作状态信息为空闲状态或清洗状态;当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,将对应的工作状态信息由清洗状态更改为空闲状态,并保存。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗车场数据处理方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    当接收到工作人员终端发送来的洗车完毕信息时,从所述洗车完毕信息中获取结算车辆的车牌号和各个清洗项目,计算出结算车辆的各个清洗项目的总费用并进行结算处理,并调用第二显示设备将总费用和结算车辆的车牌号进行显示,并将总费用、结算车辆的车牌号和对应的工作人员终端编号一一对应的进行保存。
