本发明涉及汽车停车计费领域,尤其涉及一种停车位预约计费方法及系统。
背景技术
目前的公共停车场管理比较混乱,需要投入的人工量非常大,提高了运营成本,针对此问题,现有技术中已经涉及到许多停车场智能管理系统,其中就包括了停车位预约和智能计费的系统,但是在实际场景中,即便车主已经预约了该停车位,由于其他车主可能不知道该停车位已经被预约,就将该停车位占用,导致正常预约的车主无法停车。
针对以上问题,在目前的许多已经公开的专利申请中都没有涉及到如果有停车位被占用的情况下如何处理的机制,另外一些虽然考虑到了该问题,但是需要提醒停车场的管理人员进行人工确认,或者向预约的车主发送消息进行确认,中间过程非常浪费时间,在信息确认的过程中,占用车位的车主可能就已经停车完毕离开了,效率很低。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在至少解决上述技术问题。
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种停车位预约计费方法,能够在车主预约停车位后对停车位进行锁定,以提醒其他车主该车位已被预约占用,免去了现实生活中预约混乱的困扰。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种停车位预约计费系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明第一方面提出的一种停车位预约计费方法,所述方法包括:
接收到用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开始预约计费;
识别待停入车辆信息,与预约车辆发送的车辆信息进行对照;
对照成功后开启车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,允许所述待停入车辆停靠;
车辆停入车位后结束预约计费并开始停车计费;
车辆离开车位后将预约计费账单、停车计费账单和扣款信息发送给用户终端,并将车位的状态更新为空闲。
根据本发明实施例的停车位预约计费方法,当接收到车主的预约请求后通过车位锁定装置将车位进行锁定,从直观上就能够提醒其他车主该车位已经被预约占用,并在车辆停入时对照预约车主的车辆信息,达到完全一致的情况下才会通过验证,起到了双重保障的效果。同时,采用分段计费规则,明确车辆进入停车位前后的费用明细,使扣费信息更加清楚明了。
在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明所述的停车位预约计费方法还包括:接收用户终端在预计到达时间之前发送的取消预约请求,并生成预约成功至取消预约期间所产生的费用账单发送给用户终端,同时接收任意用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息。
由于交通状况和个人原因的影响,车主在预约车位之后可能无法及时到达预约车位,车主可以随时取消预约,只需支付当前已经统计的费用即可,减少车主损失。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,本发明所述的停车位预约计费方法还包括:接收用户终端发送的预约转让请求,并将需要转让的车位信息发送给有停车需求的任意用户终端,并通过预设规则对产生的费用进行合理分配。
为了避免造成车位资源浪费,在预约成功但无法按时到达的情况下,可以通过转让的方式将车位转让给其他车主,产生的费用可以自行商定或按照系统预设规则进行合理化的分配。
本发明第二方面的提出了一种停车位预约计费系统,所述系统包括:
用户终端,用于向服务器发送车位预约请求以及车辆信息,并接收服务器发送的计费账单和扣款信息;
服务器,用于接收用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开始预约计费;

以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
由于目前土地面积有限,车辆日益增多,加之停车位或停车库的售价持 续偏高,停车问题日益突显。一些公司或厂家意识到了这点,开发推出了许多有关于车位预约的方法和产品。目的都是为了能够对车位资源进行合理化的运用来实现智能车位管制的结果。但是这些方法和产品在实际实施应用时还是会存在预约混乱,导致车主之间存在误会等问题,在背景技术中也详细提到过。因此,为了能够更加稳定、智能的对车位进行管理,本发明提出了以下方案。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提出一种停车位预约计费方法,所述方法包括:
S1、接收到用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开始预约计费。
具体的,本实施例所述的用户终端可以为智能手机、平板、电脑等一切智能终端,也可以是放置在车辆上的车载终端,车主在进行车位预约之前可以先获取周围车位的状态,车位状态获取的方式多种多样,最直接的就是接收服务器发送的车位状态信息。为了能够方便车主有效率的、快速的预约车位,可以对周围车位状态获取的距离范围进行限制,距离太远的话会使得车主所要去的目的地与车位距离过长,车主则需要步行很远才能到达目的地,严重影响了车主停车的体验度。
优选的,为了既能够满足大范围搜索车位的目的,还能够减少车主的步行距离,将最大的搜寻距离范围设置在200m至300m以内即可满足绝大部分车主的停车需求。如果在极其繁华的商业圈或停车需求很大的场所,可以根据实际情况对距离范围进行调节,调节的依据可以为通过大数据分析该地区停车状况的结果,具体为:
采集一定时期内的停车数据;
将所有停车数据按照时间段进行分组,例如将早六点至早九点的停车数据作为一组,将早九点至中午十二点的停车数据作为一组,依次类推,将一天分为若干组;根据数据统计对分组后的停车数据进行整理和分析,获得可供参考的不同时间段内相对平稳的停车数据;车主可通过查询当前时间段内停车情况对车位的搜寻范围进行适当的调节。
通过以上过程车主可以查询到在搜寻距离范围内所存在的处于空余状态的车位,通过用户终端发送与该车位相对应的车位预约请求,伴随着所述车位预约请求的同时,还发送预约车辆的车辆信息。
目前现有技术中车位预约所存在的一个重要缺陷就是其他车主不知道该车位已经被预约出去了而将车停在车位中。而本实施例可通过车位锁定装置将车位进行锁定,并将该车位在服务器中的状态更新为已占用状态。车位锁定装置可以为栏杆、挡板或突起障碍等一切阻碍停车的装置,且该装置为 电动控制,一旦预约车辆要进入车位时,该装置能够将阻碍自动清除,顺利停车。另外,为了能够更好的起到提醒作用,可以在车位锁定装置上安装显示屏等用于显示的装置,显示内容可以为“已占用”、“已被预约”等字样,以告知其他车主该车位已经被预约占用。而在服务器中对车位状态进行更新的目的则是告知其他想要预约车位的车主该车位已经被预约或占用,以节省车主预约过程和时间。
另外,由于车位预约过程也是占据了车位资源,因此,有必要在预约成功后就开始计费,以免有人恶意预约情况的出现。
S2、识别待停入车辆信息,与预约车辆发送的车辆信息进行对照,对照成功后开启车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,允许所述待停入车辆停靠。
对于一些占地面积有限或空间狭小的停车位而言,设置大体积的车位锁定装置可能不太实际,可能仅仅采用显示屏或简易结构的方式对其他车主进行提醒,但是车辆还是有可能会停入到车位中。因此,有可能还是会出现误停的情况。为此,本实施例采用了如下方式。
具体的,在之前用户终端发送车位预约请求时伴随着车辆信息,所述车辆信息包括但不限于车牌信息和车型信息,当车位前方出现想要停到该车位的车辆时,通过信息采集设备对该车辆的信息进行采集。例如,采用摄像头对车辆整体信息进行采集,包括车牌和车型,摄像头采集到的信息上传至服务器,将其与服务器中已经上传的预约车辆所对应的车辆信息进行对比,一旦车牌和车型完全相符后,方可认定该车辆即为预约车辆。在对照成功后,通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,预约车辆安全平稳停靠在所述车位中。
以上是针对车位锁定装置不是很健全的角度而言的,其实换个角度来看,无论车位锁定装置是否健全,都可以采用这种方式作为开启车位锁定装置的一个信号来源,相当于一把停车位的钥匙,而车位锁定装置则相当于一把锁。钥匙与锁匹配了之后,接下来的一切都是顺理成章的。
S3、车辆停入车位后结束预约计费并开始停车计费。
具体的,本实施例与现有技术不同点在于采用分段计费,即从预约成功到停入车位这段期间作为一个计费段,而停入车位到驶出车位这段期间作为另一个计费段。
车辆预约成功在实质上而言也是对车位实施占有的开始,既然是对车位资源的占有,那么在占有之初就开始计费也是相对必然的,当然,具体计费规则是如何制定的也可以因实际情况而调整。而采用分段计费的方式也能够方便适应计费规则的调整,哪怕取消或调整预约成功到停入车位之间的费用,对后续费用的计费也没有任何影响。能够给车主以最清晰明了的账目显示。
S4、车辆离开车位后将预约计费账单、停车计费账单和扣款信息发送给用户终端,并将车位的状态更新为空闲。

如图2所示,车辆在预约成功后开始预约计费,直至车辆在预计到达时间前到达预约车位并驶入车位中停止预约计费并开始停车计费,车辆在预计离开时间前驶出车位时停止停车计费,并将预约计费和停车计费的账单和扣款信息发送给车主,其中,账单包括车位位置信息、车辆驶入和驶出车位的时间、车辆停留时间以及在停留时间内所产生的费用;扣款信息包括折扣信息、实际应收款费用以及收款方式。所述账单和扣款信息所包括的内容在以下情况中通用。
情况二:
车辆在预计到达时间前到达(包括预计到达时间时刻),在预计离开时间之后离开。
如图3所示,车辆在预约成功后开始预约计费,直至车辆在预计到达时间前到达预约车位并驶入车位中停止预约计费并开始第一次停车计费,车辆在预计离开时间到达时仍未驶出车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息。在向用户终端发送提示信息的同时,让车主重新录入预计离开时间,同时保持车位锁定装置的锁定状态和车位的已占用状态,停止第一次停车计费并开始第二次停车计费,如果出现多次延续停车时间,则在每一次预计离开时间到达时 停止当前计费并开始下一次停车计费,直至车辆驶出车位时停止所有计费。将所有次数的计费账单和扣费信息发送给用户终端,以便车主进行付款。
情况三
车辆在预计到达时间后到达,在预计离开时间之前离开(包括预计离开时间时刻)。
如图4所示,车辆在预约成功后开始预约计费,当车辆在预计到达时间到达时仍未驶入停车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,并询问是否延续预约时间。
如果车主通过用户终端选择延续预约时间,则让车主重新录入预计到达时间,同时保持车位锁定装置的锁定状态和车位的已占用状态停止第一次预约计费并开始第二次预约计费;如果出现多次延续预约情况,则在每一次预计到达时间到达时停止当前计费并开始下一次预约计费,直至车辆驶入停车位时停止当前预约计费从而进入停车计费,车辆在预计离开时间前驶出车位时停止停车计费,并将多次预约计费和停车计费的账单和扣款信息发送给车主。
如果车主通过用户终端选择不再延续预约时间时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中距离所预约车位越近或预约到达车位的预计达到时间越早的车辆优先级越高。
通过此种方式以提高车位预约的效率,也更方便车主对车位的选择。
情况四:
车辆在预计到达时间后到达,在预计离开时间之后离开。
如图5所示,车辆在预约成功后开始预约计费,当车辆在预计到达时间到达时仍未驶入停车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,并询问是否延续预约时间。
如果车主通过用户终端选择延续预约时间,则让车主重新录入预计到达时间,同时保持车位锁定装置的锁定状态和车位的已占用状态停止第一次预约计费并开始第二次预约计费;如果出现多次延续预约情况,则在每一次预计到达时间到达时停止当前计费并开始下一次预约计费,直至车辆驶入停车位时停止当前预约计费从而进入停车计费。
如果车主通过用户终端选择不再延续预约时间时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中距离所预约车位越近或预约到达车位的预计达到时间越早的车辆优先级越高。
车辆在预计离开时间到达仍未驶出车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息。在向用户终端发送提示信息的同时,让车主重新录入预计离开时间,同时保持车位锁定装置的锁定状态和车位的已占用状态,停止第一次停车计费并开始第二次停车计费,如果出现多次延续停车时间,则在每一次预计离开时间 到达时停止当前计费并开始下一次停车计费,直至车辆驶出车位时停止所有计费。将所有次数的计费账单和扣费信息发送给用户终端,以便车主进行付款。
上述情况一至情况四中所设定的发送提示信息的时间点均为预计到达时间或预计离开时间,但为了能够使车主拥有足够时间去操作车位预约,可以设定时间段,例如,当在预计到达时间前5分钟车辆仍为到达所预约的车位时,就开始向用户终端发送提示信息,同时,当预计离开时间前5分钟车辆仍未离开所预约的车位时向用户终端发送提示信息。这样可以使车主提前获得提醒,以使车主能够有充裕的时间安排自己剩余时间内的活动,更为人性化。当然,具体提前多长时间进行提示也可以进行适应性的调整,本发明不做限定。
实施例2
如图1所示,本实施例与实施例1所述的方法的区别点在于,所述方法还包括:
S5、如果待停入车辆信息与用户终端发送的车辆信息对照未成功,向车位锁定装置发送提示指令,使车位锁定装置维持锁定状态并向待停入车辆发送提示音,同时向用户终端发送警示信息。
实施例1中只介绍了对照成功后的后续执行过程,当待停入车辆信息与用户终端发送的车辆信息对照未成功,也就是待停入车辆信息的车牌信息或车型信息中的任意一个与预约车辆信息不相符的,则表明待停入车辆与预约车辆不一致,或待停入车辆的车牌与车型不一致存在问题,无论出于何种原因,只要对照未成功就不允许待停入车辆驶入停车位中,并以声音或灯光的方式对待停入车辆给予警示。在警示待停入车辆的同时,也有必要让预约车辆的车主知晓。可通过短信或电话方式提醒预约车辆的车主。
对于拥有管理机构的停车场或停车区域,可以将提示信息同时发送给管理机构中的相关管理人员或执勤人员,一旦出现强行停车的情况,能够准确告知具体情况发生的停车位,使相关管理人员或执勤人员及时赶到现场进行协调。
实施例3
如图1所示,本实施例与实施例1和实施例2所述的方法的区别点在于,所述方法还包括:
S6、接收用户终端在预计到达时间之前发送的取消预约请求,并生成预约成功至取消预约期间所产生的费用账单发送给用户终端,同时接收其他用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息。
由于交通状况和个人原因的影响,车主在预约车位之后可能无法及时到达预约车位,车主可以随时取消预约,只需支付当前已经统计的预约费用即 可,减少车主损失。
在车主通过用户终端取消预约请求的同时,车位锁定装置同时对车位进行解锁,服务器将该车位的状态更新为空闲状态,以便其他车主及时发现该停车位进行停车。
实施例4
如图1所示,本实施例与实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所述的方法的区别点在于,所述方法还包括:
S7、接收用户终端发送的预约转让请求,并将需要转让的车位信息发送给有停车需求的其他用户终端,并通过预设规则对产生的费用进行合理分配。
具体的,为了避免造成车位资源浪费,在预约成功但无法按时到达的情况下,可以通过转让的方式将车位转让给其他车主,产生的费用可以自行商定或按照系统预设规则进行合理化的分配。
在所述实施例中,为了避免出现恶意占有车位从中转让而获取不正当利益的情况,可以对费用分配的规则进行合理化设计,例如,可以通过预约时长来确认分配比例,也可以通过往期付费积累所获得的信用度确认分配比例等,对于信用度较高的车主可以安排规则使其自由进行协商。
实施例5
如图1所示,本实施例与实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4所述的方法的区别点在于,所述方法还包括:
S8、当未获得预约的车位中驶入车辆时,车位锁定装置对车位进行锁定,同时将车位的状态更新为已占用状态,并开始停车计费。
具体的,实施例1至4所述方案的前提均是在车位接收预约请求后的执行过程,但是还存在有该车位未被预约但是同样可以停车的情况。当前车位是否有车辆驶入的过程可以由磁感应传感器来识别,将磁感应传感器放置在车位中间,当车辆驶入车位时,磁感应传感器感应到车辆驶入,将信号发送至服务器中,服务器控制车位锁定装置对该车位进行锁定,同时将车位的状态更新为已占用状态,并开始停车计费。以防其他车主误约。
值得注意的是,图1所示的实施例2至5所述的S5至S8只是为了布局方便,其实际流程走向以文字部分表示为参考。
实施例6
如图6所示,对应的,本实施例还提出一种停车位预约计费系统,所述系统包括:
用户终端,用于向服务器发送车位预约请求以及车辆信息,并接收服务器发送的计费账单和扣款信息;
服务器,用于接收用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开 始预约计费;
还用于接收待停入车辆信息,并与预约车辆发送的车辆信息进行对照,对照成功后开启车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,允许所述待停入车辆停靠,车辆停入车位后结束预约计费并开始停车计费,车辆离开车位后将预约计费账单、停车计费账单和扣款信息发送给用户终端,并将车位的状态更新为空闲;
车辆识别装置,用于识别待停入车辆信息以及所述待停入车辆是否停入车位,并将所述待停入车辆信息以及所述待停入车辆是否停入车位的状态发送至服务器;
车位锁定装置,用于锁定车位。
具体的,本实施例所述的用户终端可以为智能手机、平板、电脑等一切智能终端,也可以是放置在车辆上的车载终端,车主在进行车位预约之前可以先获取周围车位的状态,车位状态获取的方式多种多样,最直接的就是接收服务器发送的车位状态信息。为了能够方便车主有效率的、快速的预约车位,可以对周围车位状态获取的距离范围进行限制,距离太远的话会使得车主所要去的目的地与车位距离过长,车主则需要步行很远才能到达目的地,严重影响了车主停车的体验度。
优选的,为了既能够满足大范围搜索车位的目的,还能够减少车主的步行距离,将最大的搜寻距离范围设置在200m至300m以内即可满足绝大部分车主的停车需求。如果在极其繁华的商业圈或停车需求很大的场所,可以根据实际情况对距离范围进行调节,调节的依据可以为通过大数据分析该地区停车状况的结果,具体为:
采集一定时期内的停车数据;
将所有停车数据按照时间段进行分组,例如将早六点至早九点的停车数据作为一组,将早九点至中午十二点的停车数据作为一组,依次类推,将一天分为若干组;
根据数据统计对分组后的停车数据进行整理和分析,获得可供参考的不同时间段内相对平稳的停车数据;
车主可通过查询当前时间段内停车情况对车位的搜寻范围进行适当的调节。
通过以上过程车主可以查询到在搜寻距离范围内所存在的处于空余状态的车位,通过用户终端发送与该车位相对应的车位预约请求,伴随着所述车位预约请求的同时,还发送预约车辆的车辆信息。
目前现有技术中车位预约所存在的一个重要缺陷就是其他车主不知道该车位已经被预约出去了而将车停在车位中。而本实施例可通过车位锁定装置将车位进行锁定,并将该车位在服务器中的状态更新为已占用状态。车位 锁定装置可以为栏杆、挡板或突起障碍等一切阻碍停车的装置,且该装置为电动控制,一旦预约车辆要进入车位时,该装置能够将阻碍自动清除,顺利停车。另外,为了能够更好的起到提醒作用,可以在车位锁定装置上安装显示屏等用于显示的装置,显示内容可以为“已占用”、“已被预约”等字样,以告知其他车主该车位已经被预约占用。而在服务器中对车位状态进行更新的目的则是告知其他想要预约车位的车主该车位已经被预约或占用,以节省车主预约过程和时间。
另外,由于车位预约过程也是占据了车位资源,因此,有必要在预约成功后就开始计费,以免有人恶意预约情况的出现。
同时,对于一些占地面积有限或空间狭小的停车位而言,设置大体积的车位锁定装置可能不太实际,可能仅仅采用显示屏或简易结构的方式对其他车主进行提醒,但是车辆还是有可能会停入到车位中。因此,有可能还是会出现误停的情况。为此,本实施例采用了如下方式。
具体的,在之前用户终端发送车位预约请求时伴随着车辆信息,所述车辆信息包括但不限于车牌信息和车型信息,当车位前方出现想要停到该车位的车辆时,通过信息采集设备对该车辆的信息进行采集。例如,采用摄像头对车辆整体信息进行采集,包括车牌和车型,摄像头采集到的信息上传至服务器,将其与服务器中已经上传的预约车辆所对应的车辆信息进行对比,一旦车牌和车型完全相符后,方可认定该车辆即为预约车辆。在对照成功后,通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,预约车辆安全平稳停靠在所述车位中。
以上是针对车位锁定装置不是很健全的角度而言的,其实换个角度来看,无论车位锁定装置是否健全,都可以采用这种方式作为开启车位锁定装置的一个信号来源,相当于一把停车位的钥匙,而车位锁定装置则相当于一把锁。钥匙与锁匹配了之后,接下来的一切都是顺理成章的。
对于车位来说,尤其是收费车位来说,计费是必不可少的环节。本实施例与现有技术不同点在于采用分段计费,即从预约成功到停入车位这段期间作为一个计费段,而停入车位到驶出车位这段期间作为另一个计费段。
车辆预约成功在实质上而言也是对车位实施占有的开始,既然是对车位资源的占有,那么在占有之初就开始计费也是相对必然的,当然,具体计费规则是如何制定的也可以因实际情况而调整。而采用分段计费的方式也能够方便适应计费规则的调整,哪怕取消或调整预约成功到停入车位之间的费用,对后续费用的计费也没有任何影响。能够给车主以最清晰明了的账目显示。
车辆离开车位则表示一个占有周期的结束,待车辆离开车位后,将所有的账单发送给用户终端,车主可通过用户终端的支付软件进行支付。同时将车位的状态更新为空闲,方便其他车主进行预约。
在费用支付的基础上可以延伸出许多应用,例如,可以将费用支付与社会公信度联系起来,由于在预约车位过程中清楚了车辆信息,根据车辆信息也可以通过车辆管理所的网络对应到该车辆的车主,如果一时忘记了支付费用,可以通过短信或电话的方式提醒车主及时进行缴费,如果多次提醒后仍未支付,则可认为该车主存在蓄意拒绝缴费的意向,可以将这一不良记录记录在案,降低该车主的社会公信度。甚至在必要时可以通过法律途径使其补缴费用或承担其他相应责任。相反,如果车主的缴费记录一直保持良好,则相应的可以增加其社会公信度,对于以后车主处理其他事务也有一定的帮助。
通过以上方式可以促进车主及时进行缴费,不仅有利于车主本身的利益,也有利于车位管理的稳定执行。
在车辆预约开始到车辆驶出车位过程中,会出现很多不同的情况,以下逐一说明:
情况一:
车辆在预计到达时间前到达(包括预计到达时间时刻),在预计离开时间之前离开(包括预计离开时间时刻)。
车辆在预约成功后开始预约计费,直至车辆在预计到达时间前到达预约车位并驶入车位中停止预约计费并开始停车计费,车辆在预计离开时间前驶出车位时停止停车计费,并将预约计费和停车计费的账单和扣款信息发送给车主,其中,账单包括车位位置信息、车辆驶入和驶出车位的时间、车辆停留时间以及在停留时间内所产生的费用;扣款信息包括折扣信息、实际应收款费用以及收款方式。所述账单和扣款信息所包括的内容在以下情况中通用。
情况二:
车辆在预计到达时间前到达(包括预计到达时间时刻),在预计离开时间之后离开。

情况三

本实施例与实施例6、实施例7、实施例8和实施例9所述的系统的区别点在于,所述服务器还用于当未获得预约的车位中驶入车辆时,车位锁定装置对车位进行锁定,同时将车位的状态更新为已占用状态,并开始停车计费。
具体的,实施例6至9所述方案的前提均是在车位接收预约请求后的执行过程,但是还存在有该车位未被预约但是同样可以停车的情况。当前车位是否有车辆驶入的过程可以由磁感应传感器来识别,将磁感应传感器放置在车位中间,当车辆驶入车位时,磁感应传感器感应到车辆驶入,将信号发送至服务器中,服务器控制车位锁定装置对该车位进行锁定,同时将车位的状态更新为已占用状态,并开始停车计费。以防其他车主误约。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种停车位预约计费方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收到用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开始预约计费;
    识别待停入车辆信息,与预约车辆发送的车辆信息进行对照,对照成功后开启车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,允许所述待停入车辆停靠;
    车辆停入车位后结束预约计费并开始停车计费;
    车辆离开车位后将预约计费账单、停车计费账单和扣款信息发送给用户终端,并将车位的状态更新为空闲。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车位预约计费方法,其特征在于,如果待停入车辆信息与用户终端发送的车辆信息对照未成功,向车位锁定装置发送提示指令,使车位锁定装置维持锁定状态并向待停入车辆发送提示音,同时向用户终端发送警示信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种停车位预约计费方法,其特征在于,所述车位预约请求中包括预计到达时间和预计离开时间,
    当车辆在预计到达时间之前的预设时间段内,仍未到达所预约的车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,并询问是否延续预约时间;
    当用户终端确认延续预约时间并重新确认预计到达时间和预计离开时间后,车位锁定装置维持锁定状态,预约车位维持已占用状态,结束第一次预约计费并开始第二次预约计费;
    当车辆驶入车位时,结束第二次预约计费并开始第一次停车计费;
    当车辆在预计离开时间之前的预设时间段内,仍未离开所预约的车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,车位锁定装置维持锁定状态,预约车位维持已占用状态,结束第一次停车计费并开始第二次停车计费;
    车辆离开车位后,将第一次预约计费、第二次预约计费、第一次停车计费、第二次停车计费的账单和扣费信息发送给用户终端,并开启车位锁定装置,将车位的状态更新为空闲。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种停车位预约计费方法,其特征在于,当车辆在预计到达时间之前未到达所预约的车位,且确认不再延续预约时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中距离所预约车位越近,优先级越高。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种停车位预约计费方法,其特征在于,当车辆在预计到达时间之前未到达所预约的车位,且确认不再延续预约时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中预约到达车位的预计到达时间越早,优先级越高。
  6. 一种停车位预约计费系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    用户终端,用于向服务器发送车位预约请求以及车辆信息,并接收服务器发送的计费账单和扣款信息;
    服务器,用于接收用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息后通过车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行锁定,将所述车位的状态更新为已占用并开始预约计费;
    还用于接收待停入车辆信息,并与预约车辆发送的车辆信息进行对照,对照成功后开启车位锁定装置将所预约的车位进行解锁,允许所述待停入车辆停靠,车辆停入车位后结束预约计费并开始停车计费,车辆离开车位后将预约计费账单、停车计费账单和扣款信息发送给用户终端,并将车位的状态更新为空闲;
    车辆识别装置,用于识别待停入车辆信息以及所述待停入车辆是否停入车位,并将所述待停入车辆信息以及所述待停入车辆是否停入车位的状态发送至服务器;
    车位锁定装置,用于锁定车位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种停车位预约计费系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于如果待停入车辆信息与用户终端发送的车辆信息对照未成功,向车位锁定装置发送提示指令,使车位锁定装置维持锁定状态并向待停入车辆发送提示音,同时向用户终端发送警示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种停车位预约计费系统,其特征在于,所述车位预约请求中包括预计到达时间和预计离开时间;
    所述服务器还用于:
    当车辆在预计到达时间之前未到达所预约的车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,并询问是否延续预约时间;
    当用户终端确认延续预约时间并重新确认预计到达时间和预计离开时间后,车位锁定装置维持锁定状态,预约车位维持已占用状态,结束第一次预约计费并开始第二次预约计费;
    当车辆驶入车位时,结束第二次预约计费并开始第一次停车计费;
    当车辆在预计离开时间之前未离开所预约的车位时,向用户终端发送提示信息,车位锁定装置维持锁定状态,预约车位维持已占用状态,结束第一次停车计费并开始第二次停车计费;
    车辆离开车位后,将第一次预约计费、第二次预约计费、第一次停车计费、第二次停车计费的账单和扣费信息发送给用户终端,并开启车位锁定装置,将车位的状态更新为空闲。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种停车位预约计费系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于当车辆在预计到达时间之前未到达所预约的车位,且确认不 再延续预约时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中距离所预约车位越近,优先级越高。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种停车位预约计费系统,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于当车辆在预计到达时间之前未到达所预约的车位,且确认不再延续预约时,接收优先级最高的用户终端发送的车位预约请求以及车辆信息,其中预约到达车位的预计到达时间越早,优先级越高。
