- the surface unevenness may be large, and the reference plane may not be determined during magnified observation.
- the amount of ion-exchanged water droplets is changed from 3 ⁇ L to 0.1 mL, and the droplet attachment method is stationary attachment using a Komagome pipette, and the image is not enlarged (1/1). take in.
- the measurement can be performed in the same manner as described above.
- a “water-repellent angle” measured by the following method can be used instead of the “contact angle with water”.
- the term “water repellent angle” herein may be rephrased as “falling angle”.
- the water repellency angle is measured in a mode closer to the actual condition than the contact angle with water depending on the type of the fiber article having the non-skin side water repellency region. It can better represent the hydrophobicity of the surface of the water region.
- a rectangular shape in plan view of 150 mm in the vertical direction (MD direction) and 70 mm in the horizontal direction (CD direction) is cut out from the fiber article to be measured, and used as a measurement sample.
- the measurement environment is an air temperature of 23 ⁇ 2 ° C. and a relative humidity of 50 ⁇ 5% RH.
- a measurement sample is fixed to one surface of a 1 mm thick acrylic plate having a smooth surface. The measurement sample is preferably fixed to the acrylic plate by extending the four sides of the measurement sample with an adhesive tape or the like so that the measurement sample is not wrinkled.
- the acrylic plate on which the measurement sample is fixed is fixed in a state where the measurement sample is fixed with the fixing surface on the upper side and inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, and ion exchange water 0 is applied to the measurement sample from a position 10 mm above the measurement sample. Gently drop a 1 mL drop. Such a droplet dropping operation is performed a plurality of times while appropriately changing the angle between the acrylic plate and the horizontal plane, that is, the “measurement sample inclination angle”, and the dropped droplet is absorbed by the measurement sample at the dropping position.
- the measurement sample inclination angle when rolling down the slope of the measurement sample over 30 mm or more is the water repellent angle (falling angle) of the measured surface (surface of the non-skin-side water-repellent region) of the fiber article to be measured. ).
- the water repellent angle (fall angle) is in the range of more than 0 degree and less than 90 degrees, and the smaller the water repellent angle value, the more water repellent the measured surface (the surface of the non-skin side water repellent area). Therefore, it can be determined that the dropped liquid droplets are easily repelled. Therefore, if the surface of the non-skin-side water-repellent region according to the present invention is a water-repellent surface having a relatively small water-repellent angle, the liquid can be effectively prevented from exuding to the outer clothing side such as pants. .
- the water repellency angle of the surface of the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 of the non-skin facing surface 1b needs to be 45 degrees or less, preferably 40 degrees or less, more preferably Is 30 degrees or less.
- the skin facing surface 1a of the pants 1 is a portion that overlaps with the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 in a plan view and closer to the user's skin than the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2; It is necessary to have the fiber sheet 11 as the water absorbing layer in which the water absorbing property (the water absorbing time by the dropping method of JIS L-1907 is 30 seconds or less) is maintained, and the non-skin facing surface 1b In contrast, excessive water repellency is not preferable considering that a comfortable feeling of use without a feeling of wetness is required.

- the water absorption speed used here is represented by the time (water absorption time) required to absorb a predetermined amount of water. The larger the water absorption speed value (the longer the water absorption time), the higher the water absorption speed. Judged to be slow.
- the non-skin facing surface 1b side of the pants 1 provided with the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 is located on the opposite side. Since the amount of water absorption is relatively small in comparison with the skin facing surface 1a side, the liquid absorbed on the skin facing surface 1a side is effectively suppressed from moving to the non-skin facing surface 1b side. As a result, the pants 20 It is possible to prevent the liquid from leaking into the water more effectively.

- the contact angle with water on the surface of the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 and the water absorption speed are adjusted by appropriately adjusting the type of water-repellent imparting agent that forms the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2, the amount of adhesion, the range of adhesion, etc. Is possible. Further, as will be described later, the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 is formed by applying a water-repellent imparting agent to the non-skin facing surface 1b of the pant 1 (textile article) serving as the base of the water-repellent imparting pant 10. However, the contact angle with water on the surface of the non-skin-side water-repellent region 2 and the water absorption speed can also be adjusted by devising an application method such as the viscosity of the water-repellent agent and the application pressure during application.

Abstract
