Description

一种雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
目前已有的超声波高频雾化电子烟,其一般通过导油棉将油腔中的烟油传导至雾化片上,然后开设与雾化片的雾化表面相连通的进气通道和出气通道,通过高频振荡雾化烟油。
现有的电子烟点火按键一般是在PCB板上设一个开关按键,在开关按键上方设一个按键帽。用手按下按键帽挤压开关按键,当开关按键变形一定程度后电子烟通电工作(开关按键一般行程为0.20-0.35mm)。
但现有的产品在实际应用过程中存在如下缺陷:
1.在注油过程中容易出现漏油情况,而且需拆卸雾化器的吸嘴或底座等部件,非常麻烦,不方便。
2.雾化片表面容易出现积油现象,特别是长时间不使用时,烟油会不断往下渗透,容易造成积油。积油会导致烟油难以雾化,出烟量少。
3.由于电子烟本身体积有限,设置按键的体积一般较小,用户操作时不容易按到按键。
4.电子烟点火按键行程短,只有开关提供变形的行程和弹力,按键手感差,用户体验差。
5.不具有儿童锁的功能,不能防止各种误操作。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种注油方便、无积油、可防止误操作的雾化器及其电子烟。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体,所述雾化器本体包括壳体、安装在壳体顶部的吸嘴组件、设置于壳体内的油腔及雾化芯,所述雾化芯包括雾化片,壳体内设有可将油腔中的烟油导入雾化片的雾化棉,壳体内设有一端与外界连通、另一端与雾化片的雾化表面相连通的进气通道,以及一端与雾化片的雾化表面相连通、另一端与吸嘴组件连通的出气通道,所述油腔与 雾化棉衔接处设有可同步控制烟油流入雾化棉及气流进入进气通道的启闭装置。
具体的,所述吸嘴组件包括用于密封壳体顶部的吸嘴座、与吸嘴座固定连接的嘴头;
所述雾化器本体还包括安装在壳体底部的连接电极,所述雾化片与连接电极之间电连接。
所述启闭装置包括与吸嘴座固定连接的中空连接套管,所述进气通道包括在连接套管上设置的第一进气孔,吸嘴座上与第一进气孔等高位置处设有进气口,且所述进气口与第一进气孔对齐连通,所述连接套管下部设有底端敞开的容置腔;
所述雾化芯还包括设置于油腔底部且将油腔密封的中空隔油座,所述雾化片设置于隔油座下部空腔中,所述隔油座中空腔的上部设有内套,在内套外壁与隔油座内壁之间设置雾化棉,雾化棉与雾化片的雾化面相抵接;
所述连接套管内腔设有中空的进气管,在该进气管上与第一进气孔等高位置处设有第二进气孔,进气管下端与内套固定连接,进气管内的空气可通至雾化片的雾化表面;
所述隔油座上部套接于连接套管的容置腔内,且连接套管可相对隔油座外壁旋转;在连接套管上对应油腔底部位置处开有第一进油孔,在隔油座上部与第一进油孔等高位置处开有第二进油孔,所述雾化棉的侧壁紧贴第二进油孔区域;
第一进气孔与第二进气孔之间的连通或隔断状态,与第一进油孔与第二进油孔之间的连通或隔断状态同步;
所述出气通道与嘴头连通。
上述方案中,通过旋转吸嘴座,从而带动连接套管旋转,连接套管上的第一进气孔绕固定的进气管旋转,当第一进气孔与第二进气孔对齐连通时,开始进气;连接套管上的第一进油孔绕固定的隔油座旋转,当第一进油孔与第二进油孔对齐连通时,开始进油并渗透至雾化棉。当第一进气孔与第二进气孔对齐连通时,第一进油孔与第二进油孔也对齐连通。当第一进气孔与第二进气孔隔断时,第一进油孔与第二进油孔也隔断。通过这种设计可以使得需要抽吸时,旋转即可抽吸,不要抽吸时,可将进气和进油通道关闭,一方面可防止未成年人误吸,另一方面可防止长时间静置导致的积油。
进一步的,所述雾化棉为中空柱状结构,所述出气通道包括套接在进气管内 腔中的出气管,该出气管下端延伸至雾化棉的中空腔中,上端延伸至与嘴头内腔对接,所述进气管内壁与出气管外壁之间留有第一间隙,该第一间隙与第二进气孔连通,形成第一进气道;
所述内套下端设有敞开的导气空腔,该导气空腔与雾化棉的中空腔连通,所述第一进气道与导气空腔连通。
外界空气从进气口依次进入第一进气孔、第二进气孔、第一进气道、导气空腔,最后直达雾化棉中空腔的底部。油腔中的烟油依次从第一进油孔、第二进油孔导入雾化棉。雾化后的烟雾从出气管到达嘴头,这样的进气顺序可以使得超声雾化出来的烟雾更快更充分的被空气带至用户口腔,满足用户吸烟需求。
为使得雾化棉与雾化片接触更紧密,所述内套的导气空腔下部套接有第一弹簧,该第一弹簧下端与雾化棉底部内表面抵接,出气管穿过内套并插入第一弹簧的中心孔中。
进一步的,所述吸嘴座上设有第一注油孔,壳体顶部设有第二注油孔,第二注油孔与油腔连通;
吸嘴座下表面与壳体顶部之间设有密封垫,在密封垫上对应第二注油孔位置处设有可被向油腔内顶开的单向阀片。
上述方案中,第二注油孔固定不动,第一注油孔可相对第二注油孔转动,注油时只需要将二者对齐,顶开单向阀片即可向油腔内注油。
优选的,所述第一进气孔和第一进油孔环绕连接套管均布设有多个,且上下一一对应设置,第一进气孔与其对应的第一进油孔之间的连线与连接套管的轴线平行。
相应的,本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括供电模块,供电模块包括外壳;
还包括上述雾化器,所述供电模块与雾化器的连接电极电连接,外壳与壳体通过连接结构卡接。
连接结构的样式可以有多种形式:
一种具体的方案中,所述连接结构包括位于壳体侧壁的第一凸起、位于外壳上的弹性卡爪、设置于外壳上的磁铁、设置于壳体底部可被磁化的金属片;
所述磁铁与金属片紧贴,第一凸起与弹性卡爪扣合,从而将雾化器与供电模块相对固定。
另一种具体的方案中,所述连接结构包括位于壳体侧壁的条状滑块、位于外壳上的滑槽、设置于外壳上的磁铁、设置于壳体底部可被磁化的金属片;
所述滑块插入滑槽中卡合,且磁铁与金属片紧贴,从而将雾化器与供电模块相对固定。
进一步的,还包括控制电路通断的触碰开关;
在外壳侧面设有可旋转的按键,其旋转轴垂直于外壳;所述按键包括转轴部、与转轴部连接的按压部,通过转轴部的转动,所述按压部可与触碰开关抵接或脱离。
上述形式的开关按键,比传统的按钮更大,更易操作,可设置具有较大的行程,增强按键的压手手感,提高用户体验。
一种优选的方案中,所述按压部下表面设有用于按压触碰开关的第二凸起,该第二凸起位于触碰开关上方;
在按压部与触碰开关之间设有第二弹簧,该第二弹簧一端与按压部的第二凸起固定套接、另一端与触碰开关外壳固定连接。
第二弹簧的设置使得常态下自动回位。
所述外壳内设有电池支架,电池支架内安装有电池,电池支架一侧安装有电路主板,所述触碰开关设置于电池支架顶部,触碰开关与电路主板电连接。
更进一步的,所述外壳上正对按压部位置处开设有腰形限位孔,按压部的第二凸起伸入限位孔中,该限位孔的长度大于按压部的行程。

进一步的,所述按压部及转轴部横跨外壳两侧,按键靠转轴部的一端设有缺口,所述雾化器及外壳顶部可穿过该缺口。该种设计使得按键具有更好的强度,整体结构具有更好的对称性。
进一步的,在外壳上、位于按压部下方处设有可转动的顶杆,该顶杆的旋转轴与转轴部的旋转轴平行,该顶杆可与按压部抵接或分离。
当电子烟不使用时,将顶杆旋转并顶住按压部,这样可以有效避免在包装运输或者不使用时误挤压到按压部引起的误操作。
限位孔是为了保护按压部,其长度只是稍大于按压部的行程,防止用力过猛导致触碰开关或按压部损坏。
本发明的显著效果是:
1.旋转吸嘴组件的设计,可防止未成年人误吸,也可防止长时间静置导致的积油。
2.在注油过程中不会出现漏油情况,无需拆卸雾化器的吸嘴或底座等部件,注油方便。
3.开关按键比传统的按钮更大,更易操作,可设置具有较大的行程,增强按键的压手手感,提高用户体验。
4.设有儿童锁功能,当电子烟不使用时,将顶杆旋转并顶住按压部,可以有效避免在包装运输或者不使用时误挤压到按压部引起的误操作。

所述雾化芯包括雾化片5。雾化片5与连接电极6之间电连接。壳体1内设有可将油腔4中的烟油导入雾化片5的雾化棉7。壳体1内设有一端与外界连通、另一端与雾化片5的雾化表面相连通的进气通道,以及一端与雾化片5的雾化表面相连通、另一端与吸嘴组件3连通的出气通道。
所述吸嘴组件3包括用于密封壳体1顶部的吸嘴座31、与吸嘴座31固定连接的嘴头32。
所述油腔4与雾化棉7衔接处设有可同步控制烟油流入雾化棉7及气流进入进气通道的启闭装置。

所述连接结构包括位于壳体1侧壁的第一凸起17、位于外壳161上的弹性卡爪162、设置于外壳161上的磁铁163、设置于壳体1底部可被磁化的金属片164。所述磁铁163与金属片164紧贴,第一凸起17与弹性卡爪162扣合,从而将雾化器与供电模块16相对固定。
在外壳161侧面设有可旋转的按键202,其旋转轴2021垂直于外壳161。
所述按键202包括转轴部2022、与转轴部2022连接的按压部2023。所述按压部2023及转轴部2022横跨外壳161两侧。按键202靠转轴部2022的一端设有缺口。所述雾化器及外壳161顶部可穿过该缺口。
内螺纹套208和外螺纹套209将转轴部2022与外壳161连接,且内螺纹套 208和外螺纹套209装配后形成转轴部2022的旋转轴2021。
通过转轴部2022的转动,所述按压部2023可与触碰开关2012抵接或脱离。
所述外壳161内设有电池支架205。电池支架205内安装有电池206。电池支架205一侧安装有电路主板207。所述触碰开关2012设置于电池支架205顶部,触碰开关2012与电路主板207电连接。
所述按压部2023下表面设有用于按压触碰开关2012的第二凸起203。所述外壳161上正对按压部2023位置处开设有腰形限位孔2016。按压部2023的第二凸起203伸入限位孔2016中。该限位孔2016的长度大于按压部2023的行程。该第二凸起203位于触碰开关2012上方。
在按压部2023与触碰开关2012之间设有第二弹簧204。该第二弹簧204一端与按压部2023的第二凸起203固定套接、另一端与触碰开关2012外壳固定连接。
在外壳161上、位于按压部2023下方处设有可转动的顶杆2015。该顶杆2015的旋转轴与转轴部2022的旋转轴21平行。该顶杆2015可与按压部2023抵接或分离。
使用时,将顶杆2015旋转并与按压部2023分离,将按压部2023向下压,第二凸起203抵接触发触碰开关2012,电子烟工作。如果继续用力按压,限位孔2016会限制按压部2023继续往下转,起保护作用。不使用时,松开按压部2023,在第二弹簧204的作用下,按压部2023弹起,脱离触碰开关2012,电子烟停止工作。将顶杆2015旋转并顶住按压部2023,这样可以有效避免在包装运输或者不使用时误挤压到按压部2023引起的误操作。
实施例2
如图7所示,重复实施例1,所不同的是:连接结构的形式不同。本实施例的连接结构包括位于壳体1侧壁的条状滑块18、位于外壳161上的滑槽19、设置于外壳161上的磁铁163、设置于壳体1底部可被磁化的金属片164。
所述滑块18插入滑槽19中卡合,且磁铁163与金属片164紧贴,从而将雾化器与供电模块16相对固定。
实施例3
如图8所示,重复实施例1,所不同的是:去掉按压部2023与触碰开关2012 之间的弹簧4。
在转轴部2022设有容置腔2024。容置腔2024中心设有作为旋转轴2021的内螺纹套208和外螺纹套209。内螺纹套208和外螺纹套209将转轴部2022与外壳161连接,且内螺纹套208和外螺纹套209装配后形成转轴部2022的旋转轴2021。
所述容置腔2024靠近外壳161的一侧壁上设有弧形槽2025。外壳161上设有定位销2010。定位销2010从弧形槽2025中穿过。
容置腔2024内设有挡销2026。在旋转轴2021处套接有扭簧2013。所述扭簧2013的扭转臂卡固于挡销2026和定位销2010之间。
所述容置腔2024内固定有开关座2014。该开关座2014与转轴部2022同步运动。所述触碰开关2012设置于开关座2014上朝向外壳161的一侧,且触碰开关2012正对弧形槽2025设置。定位销2010可与触碰开关2012抵接或脱离。
触碰开关2012与电路主板207电连接。
使用时,将顶杆2015旋转并与按压部2023分离,将按压部2023向下压,开关座2014随转轴部2022同步转动,转动过程中触碰开关2012与定位销2010抵接,触发电路连通,电子烟工作。松开按压部2023,在扭簧2013作用下,转轴部2022反向转动,定位销2010与触碰开关2012脱离,电路断开,电子烟停止工作。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括雾化器本体,所述雾化器本体包括壳体(1)、安装在壳体(1)顶部的吸嘴组件(3)、设置于壳体(1)内的油腔(4)及雾化芯,所述雾化芯包括雾化片(5),壳体(1)内设有可将油腔(4)中的烟油导入雾化片(5)的雾化棉(7),壳体(1)内设有一端与外界连通、另一端与雾化片(5)的雾化表面相连通的进气通道,以及一端与雾化片(5)的雾化表面相连通、另一端与吸嘴组件(3)连通的出气通道,其特征在于:所述油腔(4)与雾化棉(7)衔接处设有可同步控制烟油流入雾化棉(7)及气流进入进气通道的启闭装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴组件(3)包括用于密封壳体(1)顶部的吸嘴座(31)、与吸嘴座(31)固定连接的嘴头(32);
    所述雾化器本体还包括安装在壳体(1)底部的连接电极(6),所述雾化片(5)与连接电极(6)之间电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述启闭装置包括与吸嘴座(31)固定连接的中空连接套管(2),所述进气通道包括在连接套管(2)上设置的第一进气孔(21),吸嘴座(31)上与第一进气孔(21)等高位置处设有进气口(311),且所述进气口(311)与第一进气孔(21)对齐连通,所述连接套管(2)下部设有底端敞开的容置腔;
    所述雾化芯还包括设置于油腔(4)底部且将油腔(4)密封的中空隔油座(10),所述雾化片(5)设置于隔油座(10)下部空腔中,所述隔油座(10)中空腔的上部设有内套(11),在内套(11)外壁与隔油座(10)内壁之间设置雾化棉(7),雾化棉与雾化片(5)的雾化面相抵接;
    所述连接套管(2)内腔设有中空的进气管(12),在该进气管(12)上与第一进气孔(21)等高位置处设有第二进气孔(121),进气管(12)下端与内套(11)固定连接,进气管(12)内的空气可通至雾化片(5)的雾化表面;
    所述隔油座(10)上部套接于连接套管(2)的容置腔内,且连接套管(2)可相对隔油座(10)外壁旋转;在连接套管(2)上对应油腔(4)底部位置处开有第一进油孔(22),在隔油座(10)上部与第一进油孔(22)等高位置处开有第二进油孔(101),所述雾化棉(7)的侧壁紧贴第二进油孔(101)区域;
    第一进气孔(21)与第二进气孔(121)之间的连通或隔断状态,与第一进 油孔(22)与第二进油孔(101)之间的连通或隔断状态同步;
    所述出气通道与嘴头(32)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化棉(7)为中空柱状结构,所述出气通道包括套接在进气管(12)内腔中的出气管(13),该出气管(13)下端延伸至雾化棉(7)的中空腔中,上端延伸至与嘴头(32)内腔对接,所述进气管(12)内壁与出气管(13)外壁之间留有第一间隙,该第一间隙与第二进气孔(121)连通,形成第一进气道(9);
    所述内套(11)下端设有敞开的导气空腔,该导气空腔与雾化棉(7)的中空腔连通,所述第一进气道(9)与导气空腔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述内套(11)的导气空腔下部套接有第一弹簧(8),该第一弹簧(8)下端与雾化棉(7)底部内表面抵接,出气管(13)穿过内套(11)并插入第一弹簧(8)的中心孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴座(31)上设有第一注油孔(312),壳体(1)顶部设有第二注油孔(313),第二注油孔(313)与油腔(4)连通;
    吸嘴座(31)下表面与壳体(1)顶部之间设有密封垫(14),在密封垫(14)上对应第二注油孔(313)位置处设有可被向油腔(4)内顶开的单向阀片(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一进气孔(21)和第一进油孔(22)环绕连接套管(2)均布设有多个,且上下一一对应设置,第一进气孔(21)与其对应的第一进油孔(22)之间的连线与连接套管(2)的轴线平行。
  8. 一种电子烟,包括供电模块(16),供电模块(16)包括外壳(161),其特征在于:还包括上述权利要求1~7任一项所述的雾化器,所述供电模块(16)与雾化器的连接电极(6)电连接,外壳(161)与壳体(1)通过连接结构卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括位于壳体(1)侧壁的第一凸起(17)、位于外壳(161)上的弹性卡爪(162)、设置于外壳(161)上的磁铁(163)、设置于壳体(1)底部可被磁化的金属片(164);
    所述磁铁(163)与金属片(164)紧贴,第一凸起(17)与弹性卡爪(162)扣合,从而将雾化器与供电模块(16)相对固定。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括位于壳体(1)侧壁的条状滑块(18)、位于外壳(161)上的滑槽(19)、设置于外壳(161)上的磁铁(163)、设置于壳体(1)底部可被磁化的金属片(164);
    所述滑块(18)插入滑槽(19)中卡合,且磁铁(163)与金属片(164)紧贴,从而将雾化器与供电模块(16)相对固定。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括控制电路通断的触碰开关(2012);
    在外壳(161)侧面设有可旋转的按键(202),其旋转轴(2021)垂直于外壳(161);所述按键(202)包括转轴部(2022)、与转轴部(2022)连接的按压部(2023),通过转轴部(2022)的转动,所述按压部(2023)可与触碰开关(2012)抵接或脱离。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述按压部(2023)下表面设有用于按压触碰开关(2012)的第二凸起(203),该第二凸起(203)位于触碰开关(2012)上方;
    在按压部(2023)与触碰开关(2012)之间设有第二弹簧(204),该第二弹簧(204)一端与按压部(2023)的第二凸起(203)固定套接、另一端与触碰开关(2012)外壳固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳(161)内设有电池支架(205),电池支架(205)内安装有电池(206),电池支架(205)一侧安装有电路主板(207),所述触碰开关(2012)设置于电池支架(205)顶部,触碰开关(2012)与电路主板(207)电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求11~13任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳(161)上正对按压部(2023)位置处开设有腰形限位孔(2016),按压部(2023)的第二凸起(203)伸入限位孔(2016)中,该限位孔(2016)的长度大于按压部(2023)的行程。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述转轴部(2022)设有容置腔(2024),容置腔(2024)中心设有作为旋转轴(2021)的内螺纹套(208)和外螺纹套(209),内螺纹套(208)和外螺纹套(209)将转轴部(2022)与外壳(161)连接,且内螺纹套(208)和外螺纹套(209)装配后形成转轴部(2022) 的旋转轴(2021);
    所述容置腔(2024)靠近外壳(161)的一侧壁上设有弧形槽(2025),外壳(161)上设有定位销(2010),定位销(2010)从弧形槽(2025)中穿过;
    容置腔(2024)内设有挡销(2026),在旋转轴(2021)处套接有扭簧(2013),所述扭簧(2013)的扭转臂卡固于挡销(2026)和定位销(2010)之间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳(161)内设有电池支架(205),电池支架(205)内安装有电池(206),电池支架(205)一侧安装有电路主板(207);
    所述容置腔(2024)内固定有开关座(2014),该开关座(2014)与转轴部(2022)同步运动,所述触碰开关(2012)设置于开关座(2014)上朝向外壳(161)的一侧,且触碰开关(2012)正对弧形槽(2025)设置,定位销(2010)可与触碰开关(2012)抵接或脱离;
    触碰开关(2012)与电路主板(207)电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求11~13或15~16任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述按压部(2023)及转轴部(2022)横跨外壳(161)两侧,按键(202)靠转轴部(2022)的一端设有缺口,所述雾化器及外壳(161)顶部可穿过该缺口。
  18. 根据权利要求11~13或15~16任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:在外壳(161)上、位于按压部(2023)下方处设有可转动的顶杆(2015),该顶杆(2015)的旋转轴与转轴部(2022)的旋转轴(21)平行,该顶杆(2015)可与按压部(2023)抵接或分离。
