本发明涉及香烟替代品技术领域,特别是涉及一种雾化器及使用该雾化器的电子烟。
吸烟是烟草消费者最常用的方法,而烟草中的有毒成分会随着吸烟进入使用者体内,对使用者的身体健康造成不良影响;而且,二手烟还会影响身边人的身体健康,所以,主要用于戒烟和替代香烟的电子烟得到迅速的推广使用。电子烟是一种模仿香烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉。
传统的电子烟包括电池主机和烟弹两部分,可通过电子气流传感器启动烟弹内的发热丝,加热雾化烟油,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后让用户吸食。具体的,电子烟的进气道与电池主体底部相连通,吸气即可启动发热丝发热雾化烟油;在烟弹的底部设置进气口和注油孔,在注油孔设置注油塞密封注油孔,使用时取下注油塞、往注油孔内注油、再将注油塞塞上,吸气即可使用。但是,如果对烟弹吹气或其他误操作时,易使发热丝持续工作,导致导油部件烧坏,雾化器损坏、发烫;使用电子烟形成的冷凝液会通过进气孔渗出,引发电路板短路。而且,为使注油塞不易掉落,注油塞设置有定位柱,使注油塞固定于烟弹,但这种结构会占用较多的空间,不利于缩小电子烟的体积。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种雾化器,包括壳体,所述壳体内部分隔为储油仓和雾化仓;所述壳体上设置有出气口;雾化组件,所述雾化组件与所述壳体插接,所述雾化组件设置于所述雾化仓内、且与所述储油仓连通;及底座,所述底座与所述壳体插接;所述底座开设有进气口和注油孔;所述进气口、雾化仓和出气口形成第一气流通道;所述底座还固定有一体成型的注油塞式瓣膜,所述注油塞式瓣膜的注油塞封堵所述注油孔、且注油塞式瓣膜的瓣膜控制所述进气口单向通气。
一种电子烟,包括主机和上述的雾化器,所述雾化器与主机之间为插拔式装配,所述主机设置有第二气流通道,所述第一气流通道、第二气流通道接通及注油塞式瓣膜接通形成进气通道。

请参阅图1,为一实施方式的电子烟的结构示意图。本实施例中的电子烟为注烟油式电子烟,烟油可根据使用者的需求与爱好自行添加。本实施例中的电子烟包括主机10与雾化器20。当然,为了更好的密封性,主机10与雾化器20之间可设置密封圈进行密封。

雾化器20是电子烟的烟雾发生结构,雾化器20与主机10之间为插拔式装配;雾化器20设置有第一气流通道,主机10设置有第二气流通道,第一气流通道、第二气流通道接通形成进气通道。主机10内的气动开关与第一气流通道相配合,不会阻碍气流通畅;优选的,气动开关正对第一气流通道。主机10与雾化器20之间还可设置凹凸结构,主机10的外壳内壁和雾化器20外壁之间的凹凸结构可增加插拔式装配的紧固性,使雾化器20不会轻易被拔出主机10,避免误操作。
本实施例中,雾化器20的底座和主机10可设置导正机构,导正机构包括分别设置于底座和主机10、且相互吸引的第一磁铁和第二磁铁。导正机构一方面可在主机10与雾化器20插接时起到引导对准、方便插接的作用,另 一方面可在插接完毕后形成一定的吸力,雾化器20不易被拔出,避免儿童误操作拔出雾化器20吸食烟油等。
请参阅图2、图3,雾化器20包括壳体22、与壳体22插接的底座24及雾化组件,壳体22内部分隔为储油仓和雾化仓222,雾化组件设置于雾化仓222内、且与储油仓连通,底座24开设有进气口242和注油孔244,壳体22设置有出气口224,进气口242、雾化仓222和出气口224形成第一气流通道;底座24还固定有一体成型的注油塞式瓣膜246,注油塞式瓣膜246的注油塞2462封堵注油孔244、且注油塞式瓣膜246的瓣膜2464控制进气口242单向通气。
使用电子烟时,向储油仓中注烟油后,嘴衔住出气口224吸气,气流经第二气流通道、第一气流通道流通,吸气时触发气动开关打开,雾化组件通电工作,雾化储油仓中的烟油,形成烟雾供使用者吸食。此处,出气口224即电子烟的吸嘴。
在进气口242设置有瓣膜2464,吸气时瓣膜2464因吸力打开,进气口242进气;若误操作在出气口224吹气,瓣膜2464密封进气口242,切断进气口242与气动开关之间的气流,气动开关关闭,避免了误操作使得雾化组件烧糊报废,甚至烫伤使用者;也减少了雾化器20内的冷凝液经进气口242反流至电路板,造成电路板短路、损坏。
本实施例中,注油塞式瓣膜246的瓣膜2464为翻开结构,且在翻开结构的边缘设置有凸缘。翻开结构可在吸气时瓣膜2464翻开,加大进气面积,可在吸食时产生较大烟雾量,优化使用体验感;在误操作向出气口224吹气时,翻开结构的边缘的凸缘可加强瓣膜2464的密封性能,气流反向通过的可能性大大降低,使安全性得到提高。
请参阅图2,雾化组件包括导油元件、发热元件和电极柱262,电极柱262插设固定于底座24,电极柱262与发热元件连接,导油元件与发热元件接触。具体的,导油元件可以是导油棉、导油绳、导油陶瓷棒等,发热元件可以是发热丝、发热棒等,电极柱262包括正、负两根电极柱262;本实施例以发热丝缠绕导油棉的方案为最佳。两根电极柱262均从底座24的底部插设进入雾化仓222,且分别与发热丝的两端连接,导油棉一端延伸至储油仓中导油。
本实施例中,底座24的底部还设置压片248,压片248压设注油塞式瓣膜246并固定于底座24,压片248在与进气口242、瓣膜2464开口对应处开设有通气孔2482。压片248增加了注油塞式瓣膜246在底座24的稳固性,同时使得瓣膜2464与底座24之间的间隙更小,贴合性更强,烟油与冷凝液从瓣膜2464反流的可能性更小,使得雾化器20的密封性能得到提高。
注油塞式瓣膜246为软胶材质制成,优选为硅胶材质。
本实施例中,两根电极柱262依次穿过压片248、注油塞式瓣膜246套和底座24并固定于底座24,即注油塞式瓣膜246与压片248均套设于电极柱262。此处,电极柱262不仅起到导电的作用,还起到固定压片248与注油塞式瓣膜246的作用,省去了单独固定压片248与注油塞式瓣膜246的固定元件与定位空间,节省了成本和空间,有利于雾化器20往更精巧、轻便的方向发展。
当然,在另外的实施例中,注油塞式瓣膜246可粘贴固定于底座24。压片248同样可压设注油塞式瓣膜246,电极柱262可穿过压片248与注油塞式瓣膜246固定于底座24。
本实施例中,底座24设置有两个注油孔244,注油塞式瓣膜246的瓣膜2464设置于与注油孔244匹配的两个注油塞2462之间。向储油仓中注烟油时,打开两个注油孔244的注油塞2462,向其中一个注油孔244注烟油,另一个注油孔244起到当排气的作用,使储油仓内的气体循环顺畅,注油的过程也更顺畅。当然,另外的实施例中,也可仅有一个注油孔244,该注油孔244同时注油和排气。
上述雾化器20及使用该雾化器20的电子烟至少包括以下优点:

- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述注油塞式瓣膜粘贴固定于所述底座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述注油塞式瓣膜的材质为硅胶材质。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述瓣膜为翻开结构, 且在翻开结构的边缘设置有凸缘。
- 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座设置有一个注油孔,所述注油塞式瓣膜的注油塞和瓣膜分别与所述注油孔和进气口的位置匹配;或所述底座设置有两个注油孔,所述注油塞式瓣膜的瓣膜设置于与所述注油孔匹配的两个注油塞之间。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括主机和权利要求11所述的雾化器,所述雾化器与主机之间为插拔式装配,所述主机设置有第二气流通道,所述第一气流通道、第二气流通道接通及注油塞式瓣膜接通形成进气通道。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器的底座和主机设置有导正机构。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述导正机构包括分别设置于所述底座和主机、且相互吸引的第一磁铁和第二磁铁。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述主机包括外壳、设置于所述外壳内的支架、电池、电路板和气动开关。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池、电路板和气动开关之间电连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池设置于所述支架的电池槽内。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述气动开关设置于所述支架的气动开关装配槽中,且与所述进气口相配合。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电路板固定于所述支架,所述电路板设置有导电柱和电路板控制开关。
