电子烟一般包括雾化组件、电源组件和外壳,所述雾化组件通电后加热存储于所述雾化组件内的雾化液,从而产生可供用户直接抽吸的气溶胶;所述电池组件给所述雾化组件提供电能;所述外壳用于收容所述雾化组件和所述电池组件。
传统结构雾化器存内的液体存在与外部空气接触,时间太久会导致口感的流失和变化,同时会出现雾化器漏油的现象,现在市场上有的雾化器采用防止漏油结构,但是烟油还是会浸泡着雾化芯内的导油棉,长时间的烟油浸泡导油棉,会影响导油棉的导油性能,且市场上现有的防止漏油结构,组装复杂,成本高。
技术问题
现有市场上的密封结构,都是由几个件组装合成,甚至有些需要打胶才能密封不漏液;这样作业工序繁琐而且容易受到人工情绪和作业手法影响,成本高且有不稳定因素增加。
针对现有技术的不足,本申请提供了一种电子烟,将烟油液体和外部空气完全隔离,保证烟油的纯正口感,可以更好的解决漏油;同时更好的保护产品的品质,让电池不受到漏液的影响,利用电子烟组装所必需的雾化芯管配合导电套管,即可实现断电开关功能,减少了购买电子开关的成本,简化了组装工艺。
技术解决方案
本申请的具体技术方案如下:

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本申请提供了一种电子烟,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本申请,雾化芯管的进油孔被顶部硅胶密封圈密封住;烟油不能进入进油孔,雾化罩内的烟油液体与外部空气完全隔离;同时起到密封不漏液的作用,更好的保护产品的品质,让电池不受到漏液的影响,大大保证了产品的性能。
(2)、本申请,因采用顶部密封圈和底部密封圈,组装时候只要将雾化芯管装上去,顶部密封圈就密封住进油孔;就能达到将烟油液体与外部空气完全隔离;这样组装件数少,材料成本和人工组装成本低,产品性能稳定。
(3)、本申请,通过采用相互配合的嵌固部和固定件、卡槽和卡条,实现雾化罩与外壳的组装的稳定性。

组装过程中,将卡条17卡进卡槽15内,嵌固部18与阶梯槽16对位嵌合,完成雾化罩6与外壳1对接,此时固定件3与底部密封圈8之间预留有间隙,雾化组件组装时候只要将雾化芯管9顶端装在顶部密封圈7上,雾化芯管9底端插设在底部密封圈8的开槽内,非工作状态下,顶部密封圈7就密封住雾化芯管9的进油口;就能达到将烟油液体与外部空气完全隔离;同时,将烟油隔离密封在导油棉之外,保证了产品的品质和杜绝了漏油的发生,这样组装件数少,材料成本和人工组装成本低,组装完成后,非使用状态下的电子烟,雾化芯管9底端不与导电套管5接触,同时雾化芯管9的进油孔被顶部密封圈7密封住;烟油不能进入进油孔,雾化罩6内的烟油液体与外部空气完全隔离;因采用顶部密封圈7和底部密封圈8,产品性能稳定,同时起到密封不漏液的作用,更好的保护产品的品质,让电池2不受到漏液的影响,使用时,下压雾化芯管9使得雾化芯管9进入导电套管5,雾化罩6内储存的烟油通过雾化芯管9上的进油孔进入雾化芯管9内腔,同时雾化芯管9往下移动进入五金材质的导电套管5,此时,电池2的正负极能导通,此时发热丝11通过工作,将雾化芯管9内的烟油加热,烟气通过雾化芯管9的吸嘴冒出,利用电子烟组装所必需的雾化芯管9配合导电套管5,即可实现断电开关功能,减少了购买电子开关的成本,简化了组装工艺,雾化芯管9实现断电开关的功能,避免了产品自动工作现象的发生,可以解决电池本身自耗电和PCB板本身自耗电的问题,大大保证了产品的性能,即使是长期的运输存放也不会对这产品造成电量损耗;很大程度的保证了产品的性能和品质,让消费者可以更好的体验产品的高性能,即使是短期和长期的运输存放也不会对这产品造成电量损耗,即使是短期和长期的运输存放也不会对这产品造成电量损耗,有助于提高使用寿命,使用结束后,上拉雾化芯管9,使其与导电套管5分离,电池断电,实现断电的功能,同时顶部密封圈7包裹进油孔,有效的避免了烟油与外部空气接触,防止漏液,保证了烟油的纯正品质。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外壳(1)和电池(2),所述电池(2)设置在外壳(1)内,其特征在于,还包括
    固定件(3),设置在外壳(1)内,且置于电池(2)的上方;
    阶梯槽(16),设置在固定件(3)上;
    咪头板(4),连接在固定件(3)靠近电池(2)的一侧,且与电池(2)的正极端电性相连;
    导电套管(5),连接在固定件(3)的远离咪头板(4)的一侧;
    卡条(17),一体成型在外壳(1)的顶端;
    雾化罩(6),与外壳(1)的顶部开口对位卡合;
    嵌固部(18),一体成型在雾化罩(6)的底部,且与固定件(3)上的阶梯槽(16)相配合;
    卡槽(15),开设在雾化罩(6)与嵌固部(18)的交接处,且与卡条(17)相配合;
    顶部密封圈(7),设置在雾化罩(6)的顶部;
    底部密封圈(8),设置在嵌固部(18)内壁,所述底部密封圈(8)上开设有开槽;
    雾化芯管(9),顶端穿过顶部密封圈(7)向外延伸,底端插设在底部密封圈(8)的开槽内,且所述雾化芯管(9)的底端正对导电套管(5),所述雾化芯管(9)上开设有进油口;
    硅胶垫(10),设置在雾化芯管(9)的底部,且与底部密封圈(8)上的开槽相配合;
    发热丝(11),设置在雾化芯管(9)内,所述发热丝(11)的正极引脚与负极引脚均穿过硅胶垫(10)向外延伸,所述发热丝(11)的负极引脚与咪头板(4)的输出负极线电性相连,且所述发热丝(11)的负极引脚与雾化芯管(9)管壳电性相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯管(9)与导电套管(5)相抵时电池(2)的正、负极导通,所述雾化芯管(9)与导电套管(5)分离时顶部密封圈(7)包裹进油孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定件(3)具体为塑胶材质。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的底部开设有透气孔(12)
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化罩(6)的顶部开设置有与雾化芯管(9)相配合的硅胶套(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,还包括导光柱(14),所述导光柱(14)嵌设在外壳(1)上。
