连接组件20包括连接套管21以及安装在连接套管21下端内的连接件22,连接套管21大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状结构,连接套管21套设在储液管11下端的外部。安装储液组件10时,只需将储液管11的下端插入连接套管21内即可。另外,连接套管11的内壁与储液管11的外壁二者中的一个上设置有卡合凸起(图未标出),另外一个上设置有与所述卡合凸起配合的卡槽(图未标出),通过所述卡合凸起与所述卡合槽的卡合关系,进一步提升连接组件20与储液组件10之间的连接稳定性。
另外,储液管11由透明或半透明材料制成,以方便用户透过储液管11观察储液腔111内的烟液余量,方便用户及时更换储液管11。储液管11的外周面上凸设有限位部(图未标出),连接套管21的上端与所述限位部相配合,当连接套管11安装到位时,所述限位部与连接套管21的上端相抵持,从而对储液 管11的安装起到限位作用。本实施方式中,所述限位部的下端设置为波浪曲线形,从而随储液管11起到定位作用,防止储液管11与连接套管21之间发生相互转动。所述卡合凸起设置在所述限位部的下端,所述卡槽设置在连接套管21的内壁上。
连接件22通过过盈配合安装在连接套管21的下端内,且与端盖12相抵持。连接件22大致呈板状结构,连接件22的下端与电源装置102的上端螺纹配合,从而实现连接组件20与电源装置102之间的固定连接关系。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,连接件22与电源装置102之间还可以通过卡接、插接或磁性连接等可拆卸的方式连接,此处不作限制。
请再次参阅图4,连接件22的下端面上向上凹陷形成有收容槽220,雾化组件30收容于收容槽220内。请再次参阅图5,连接件22的上端面对应连接管121开设有两个相对设置的通孔221,通孔221构成与储液腔110连通的出液通孔,连接管121的下端穿过通孔221后与雾化组件30相抵持,从而使得储液腔110内的烟液能够经由连接管121流入至雾化组件30内,从而被加热生成烟雾。为了避免烟液泄漏,通孔221的孔壁与连接管121的外壁之间夹设有密封圈222,可以理解地,密封圈222的材质包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
另外,请再次参阅图4,连接件22上开设有U形的连通通道223,连通通道223的一端与进气通道111相连通,连通通道223的另一端与出气通道112相连通,连通通道223的下端与收容槽220相连通,连接件22上被连通通道223包围的部分遮挡部分进气通道111及部分出气通道112,从而能够对炸油时溅起的细小烟液颗粒起到阻挡作用,避免烫伤用户,提高了使用安全性。为了方便气流通过端盖12,端盖12上开设有第一穿孔122和第二穿孔123,其中,第一穿孔122与连通通道223的一端及进气通道111均连通,第二穿孔123与连通 通道223的另一端及出气通道112均连通。图4中虚线箭头所指方向即为气流方向。
请参阅图3、图4,雾化组件30包括雾化底座31、收容于雾化底座31内的吸液元件32以及安装在雾化底座31上的发热元件33。
雾化底座31大致呈圆形板状结构,雾化底座31的上端面向下凹陷形成有安装槽310,吸液元件32收容在安装槽310内,发热元件33对应吸液元件32盖设在雾化底座31的安装槽310上,并将吸液元件32压紧固定在安装槽310内。雾化底座31上位于安装槽310相对的两侧开设有安装孔311,发热元件33的两端连接有两个引脚331,其中一个引脚331与一个安装孔311相对应,两个引脚331穿过对应的安装孔311后朝相对方向折弯设置,并且与雾化底座31相贴合,此时,由于引脚331的折弯作用,发热元件33不易抽出,从而将发热元件33固定在雾化底座31上,可有效避免发热元件33松脱,操作简单,使用方便,同时,保证了吸液元件32与发热元件33能够充分接触,提升了烟液的雾化效率。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,安装孔311还可以只有一个,对应地,引脚331只有一个,此时,发热元件33的一个引脚331穿过安装孔311后折弯,同样能够对发热元件33起到固定作用。
在其中一个未示出的实施方式当中,连接管121的下端用密封件(图未示出)进行预密封处理。也就是说,当储液组件10尚未与雾化组件30完成安装之前,储液组件10内的烟液是与外界所隔绝的。密封件可以为铝箔或者其他类似金属薄膜,也可以为塑料薄膜等。当将储液组件10安装到雾化组件30上之后,设置在雾化底座31上的穿刺件(图未示出)刺穿密封件,使密封作用被破坏,将储液组件10内的烟液引入到雾化组件30当中,方便当雾化组件30通电启用之后对烟液进行持续加热雾化。当使用完储液组件10内的烟液之后,直接 将储液组件10从雾化组件30上移除即可,而不需要整体抛弃,降低了用户的使用成本。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,所述穿刺件安装在所述出液通孔内,当所述储液组件10与连接组件20安装到位后,连接管121做为所述穿刺件将所述密封件刺穿,从而使得烟液流出储液腔110。
当用户使用时,电源装置102向发热元件33供电,发热元件33发热后加热吸液元件32上吸收的烟液,进而使烟液生成烟雾。此外,发热元件33上开设有至少一个透烟孔(图未标出),所述透烟孔为通孔,并与连通通道223相连通,方便烟雾通过所述透烟孔后流入用户口中。当用户需要更换发热元件33和吸液元件32时,只需将引脚331拉直,然后拔出发热元件33,进一步从安装槽310内取出吸液元件32即可。
具体地,连接管121的下端穿过连接件22的通孔221后与吸液元件32相抵持,从而保证了烟液能够及时被吸液元件32吸收,增加了吸收烟液的速度,避免了烟液泄漏。图5中实线箭头所指方向即为烟液流动方向。
吸液元件32具有吸收烟液的功能,可以理解地,吸液元件32为多孔状的吸液件,吸液元件32可以是棉花、多孔陶瓷、纤维绳、泡沫金属、泡沫石墨中的一种、两种或两种以上的组合。本实施方式中,吸液元件32为棉花。发热元件33为片状结构,发热元件33为可通电产热的发热体,本实施方式中,发热元件33为金属发热片,且发热元件33与引脚331为一体成型结构。
本实施方式中,雾化底座31的材质为吸液陶瓷,吸液陶瓷具有吸液能力,能够吸收并存储部分烟液,可有效防止干烧的情况发生。此时,雾化底座31不但具有供吸液元件32安装的作用,也起到了吸液的作用。可以理解地,当雾化底座31为吸液陶瓷时,由于引脚331与雾化底座31相贴合,使得引脚331能 够对吸液陶瓷上的烟液进行加热,进一步提高了雾化效率。
请再次参阅图4,电源装置102包括外壳1021、收容于外壳1021内的电池1022、安装在外壳1021一端的烟弹连接座1023以及安装在烟弹连接座1023上的第一电极1024,其中,烟弹连接座1023与连接件22可拆卸连接,第一电极1024与电池1022的正、负极中的一个电性连接,烟弹连接座1023与电池1022的正、负极中的另一个电性连接,具体地,连接件22与烟弹连接座1023可拆卸地连接。本实施方式中,连接件22与烟弹连接座1023螺纹连接,可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,连接件21与烟弹连接座1023之间还可以通过卡接、插接或磁性连接等方式可拆卸地连接,此处不作限制。当连接组件20、雾化组件30以及电源装置102安装到位时,雾化组件30至少部分放置于由连接件22的下端与烟弹连接座1023的上端之间的空间内,且发热元件33的一个引脚331与第一电极1024接触并电性连接,发热元件33的另一个引脚331与烟弹连接座1023接触并电性连接,从而实现发热元件33与电源装置102之间的电性连接关系。另外,第一电极1024与烟弹连接座1023之间夹设有绝缘件(图未标出),所述绝缘件起到电性隔离作用,避免短路。可以理解地,所述绝缘件的材质为橡胶或硅胶等绝缘材料。
本发明实施例一提供的电子烟100,需要更换雾化组件30时,解除连接组件20与电源装置102之间的连接即可取出雾化组件30,而且,雾化组件30上的吸液元件32及发热元件33方便单独拆卸更换,减少了材料浪费,节约了成本。另外,当储液件10内的烟液使用完毕后,用户拔出储液件10后可于吸液元件32上滴加烟液,从而能够继续使用电子烟100,可分别实现储液电子烟及滴液电子烟功能,提升了用户的使用体验。
实施例二
请参阅图6、图7,本发明实施例二提供了一种电子烟200,该电子烟200包括烟弹101以及与烟弹101电性连接的电源装置102,烟弹101包括储液组件10、套设在储液组件10外部的连接组件20以及收容于连接组件20内的雾化组件30,其中,电源装置102与连接组件20连接,使用时,储液组件10内存储的烟液流入雾化组件30内,电源装置102向雾化组件30供电,使得烟液被雾化组件30加热进而生成烟雾,烟雾供用户吸食。其中,连接组件20、雾化组件30及电源装置102共同构成雾化设备(图未标出)。
请参阅图6、8、9,本实施例当中,用于电子烟的雾化设备的连接组件20包括内设空腔的连接套管21以及连接于电源装置102一端的烟弹连接座1023,连接套管21与烟弹连接座1023可拆卸连接,例如通过卡接或者螺纹连接的方式等等,连接套管21的上端与烟弹连接座1023的上端沿电源装置102的纵长轴向间距设置,雾化组件30至少部分放置于连接套管21的上端与烟弹连接座1023的上端之间的空间内。此处所说的上端、下端等等,是指电子烟的常规使用状态下,例如放置在桌面上、被用户手持使用时的参考方向,而非绝对定义。
请参阅图8,储液组件10包括储液管11以及设于储液管11下端的尾帽13。
请参阅图9、图10,储液管11大致呈筒状结构,储液管11的下端面的中心处沿储液管11的轴向向上凹陷形成有用于存储烟液的储液腔110,储液腔110的上端封闭,储液腔110的下端开口设置。储液管11内沿储液管11的轴向还开设有进气通道111和出气通道112,进气通道111和出气通道112均与储液腔110间隔设置,储液管11的侧壁上沿储液管11的径向开设有进气孔113,储液管11的上端面上开设有出气孔114,其中,进气孔113与外界大气及进气通道111的上端相连通,进气通道111的下端贯通储液管11的下端面,出气通道112的下端贯通储液管11的下端面,出气通道112的上端与出气孔114相连通。用 户抽吸时,外部空气由进气孔113进入,然后依次经由进气通道111及出气通道112,最终通过出气孔114将生成的烟雾带入至用户口中。
可以理解地,在用户抽吸过程中,出气通道112内的热气流能够对储液腔110内的烟液起到预热作用,使得烟液能够进入至雾化组件30内之前便已经具有了较高的温度,可加快烟液雾化效率,同时降低了能够消耗。
尾帽13大致呈圆形板状结构,尾帽13上开设有与储液腔110连通的出液通孔131、与进气通道111连通的进气通孔132以及与出气通道112连通的出气通孔133,出液通孔131内安装有密封件(图未示出),所述密封件沿出液通孔131的径向设置,且能够关闭储液腔110的下端开口,当在外力作用下刺穿所述密封件时,储液腔110内的烟液能够经由出液通孔131流出。
本实施方式中,连接组件20包括连接套管21以及均收容于连接套管21内的连接件22和端盖23,其中,端盖23与连接件22连接并位于连接件22的上方。
连接套管21大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状结构,连接套管21套设在储液管11下端的外部。安装储液组件10时,只需将储液管11的下端插入连接套管21内即可。另外,连接套管11的内壁与储液管11的外壁二者中的一个上设置有卡合凸起(图未标出),另外一个上设置有与所述卡合凸起配合的卡槽(图未标出),通过所述卡合凸起与所述卡合槽的卡合关系,进一步提升连接组件20与储液组件10之间的连接稳定性。
请参阅图9,端盖23通过过盈配合安装在连接套管21的下端内,端盖23大致呈圆形板状结构,端盖23的中心处穿插有连接管231,连接管231两端贯通并与出液通孔131相对应。另外,端盖23上开设有第一穿孔122和第二穿孔123,其中,第一穿孔122与进气通孔132相连通,第二穿孔123与出气通孔133 相连通。
连接件22大致呈两端贯通的筒状结构,连接件22的空腔形成收容槽220,雾化组件33收容于收容槽220内。端盖23的下端插接在连接件22内,且连接管231与雾化组件30相抵持,从而使得储液腔110内的烟液能够经由连接管231流入至雾化组件30内,从而被加热生成烟雾。为了提升了连接件22与端盖23的连接稳定性,连接件22与端盖23之间卡接。
另外,连接件22的下端与电源装置102的上端卡接,从而实现连接组件20与电源装置102之间的固定连接关系。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,连接件22与电源装置102之间还可以通过螺纹连接、插接或磁性连接等可拆卸的方式连接,此处不作限制。
请参阅图7,连接套管21设有缺口211,缺口211沿连接套管21的上端向连接套管21的下端延伸,当储液组件10安装到连接组件20上后,透过缺口211,可观察到储液组件20内的烟液。例如,储液组件10上设置有视窗115,储液组件10上只有视窗115为透明或者为半透明材质制成,而其他部分为无法透视,例如黑色或者其他深色系。当储液组件10安装到连接组件20上后,由于缺口211的存在,储液组件10上的视窗115与缺口211相适配,从外侧可透过缺口211以及视窗115观察到储液组件10内的烟液情况,判断是否需要抛弃储液组件10,更换新的储液组件10。
当储液组件10与连接组件20连接时,连接管231插入至出液通孔131内,并刺穿所述密封件,此时,储液腔110内的烟液经由出液通孔131流入雾化组件30内。本实施方式中,所述密封件为塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜刺破后不可修复,当烟液使用完毕后,再更换新的储液组件10即可。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,所述密封件为橡胶,所述密封件上开设有切槽,自然状态下, 所述切槽自动关闭以密封储液腔110,而当连接管231穿过所述切槽后,所述切槽被顶开,从而打开储液腔110,由此,在烟液未使用完毕后,用户可随时将储液组件10卸除,避免烟液持续与雾化组件30接触,进而损坏雾化组件30。另外,为了避免烟液从尾帽13与端盖23之间泄漏,出液通孔131的孔壁与连接管231的外壁之间夹设有密封圈222。密封圈222的材质包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
雾化组件30包括雾化底座31、收容于雾化底座31内的吸液元件32以及安装在雾化底座31上的发热元件33,其中,雾化底座31、吸液元件32及发热元件33三者的结构及其连接关系与实施例一相同,此处不再赘述,只要区别就在于,本实施方式中,雾化组件30与电源装置102可拆卸连接。
请再次参阅图9,电源装置102包括外壳1021、收容于外壳1021内的电池1022、安装在外壳1021一端的烟弹连接座1023以及安装在烟弹连接座1023上的第一电极1024和第二电极1025,其中,连接件22卡接在烟弹连接座1023的外部,雾化组件30的雾化底座31卡接在烟弹连接座1023的内部。第一电极1024与电池1022的正、负极中的一个电性连接,第二电极1025与电池1022的正、负极中的另一个电性连接。当连接组件20、雾化组件30以及电源装置102安装到位时,发热元件33的一个引脚与第一电极1024接触并电性连接,发热元件33的另一个引脚331与第二电极1025接触并电性连接,从而实现发热元件33与电源装置102之间的电性连接关系。另外,第一电极1024及第二电极1025与烟弹连接座1023之间均夹设有绝缘件(图未标出),所述绝缘件起到电性隔离作用,避免短路。可以理解地,所述绝缘件的材质为橡胶或硅胶等绝缘材料。
另外,请再次参阅图8、图9,端盖22与雾化底座31之间夹设有密封垫24,密封垫24对应吸液元件32开设有通槽(图未标出),所述通槽与第一穿孔122 及第二穿孔123均连通,连接管231穿过所述通槽后与吸液元件32相抵持,以实现储液腔110与吸液元件32液体连通。通过设置密封垫24,可防止气体泄漏。密封垫24的材质包括但不限于硅胶或橡胶。
用户使用时,储液腔110内的烟液经由连接管231被吸液元件32吸收,在加热元件33的加热下生成烟雾,外部气体经由进气孔113进入,依次通过进气通道111、进气通孔132及第一穿孔122后由吸液元件32的上端面流过,然后依次通过第二穿孔123、出气通孔133及出气通道112后由出气孔114进入至用户口中。图9中虚线箭头所指方向即为气流方向,图9中实线箭头所指方向即为烟液流动方向。
本发明实施例二提供的电子烟200,需要更换雾化组件30时,解除连接组件20与电源装置102之间的连接即可取出雾化组件30,而且,雾化组件30上的吸液元件32及发热元件33方便单独拆卸更换,减少了材料浪费,节约了成本。另外,当储液件10内的烟液使用完毕后,用户拔出储液件10后可于吸液元件32上滴加烟液,从而能够继续使用电子烟200,可分别实现储液电子烟及滴液电子烟功能,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹包括连接组件、雾化组件及设有储液腔的储液组件,所述连接组件连接在所述储液组件的下端,所述雾化组件收容于在所述连接组件内,所述雾化组件包括雾化底座、吸液元件及发热元件,所述雾化底座的上端面向下凹陷形成有安装槽,所述吸液元件收容于所述安装槽内,所述发热元件对应所述吸液元件盖设在所述安装槽上,并将所述吸液元件压紧在所述安装槽内,所述储液腔与所述吸液元件液体连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述雾化底座上位于所述安装槽的侧部开设有安装孔,所述发热元件上对应所述安装孔连接有引脚,所述引脚穿的一端穿过所述安装孔后折弯设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括连接套管以及收容于所述连接套管内的连接件,所述连接套管套设在所述储液组件的外部,所述连接件上设置有收容槽,所述雾化底座收容于所述收容槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括端盖,所述端盖上设置有连接管,所述连接管的一端与所述储液腔连通,所述连接管的另一端穿过所述连接件后与所述吸液元件相抵持。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括尾帽,所述连接组件还包括与所述连接件连接的端盖,所述端盖上设置有连接管,所述连接管的一端插入所述尾帽内并与所述储液腔连通,所述连接管的另一端与所述吸液元件相抵持。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述尾帽上开设有出液通孔,所述出液通孔内安装有能够密封所述储液腔的密封件,所述连接管的一端插入所述出液通孔内并穿过所述密封件后,所述储液腔与所述连接管相连通。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括储液管,所 述连接套管套设在所述储液管的外部,所述储液管内设有进气通道及出气通道,所述进气通道与所述出气通道均与所述储液腔间隔设置,所述储液管上还设置有进气孔和出气孔,所述进气通道与所述进气孔及所述收容槽均连通,所述出气通道与所述收容槽及所述出气孔均连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述连接件上开设有U形的连通通道,所述连通通道的两端分别与所述进气通道及所述出气通道连通,所述连通通道的下端与所述收容槽连通,所述连接件上被所述连通通道包围的部分遮挡部分所述进气通道及部分所述出气通道。
  9. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的烟弹。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括电源装置,所述电源装置与所述雾化组件电性连接,所述连接组件与所述电源装置可拆卸地连接。
  11. 一种用于电子烟的雾化设备,其特征在于:所述雾化设备包括电源装置、雾化组件以及连接组件,所述连接组件包括内设空腔的连接套管以及连接于所述电源装置一端的烟弹连接座,所述连接套管与所述烟弹连接座可拆卸连接,所述连接套管的上端与所述烟弹连接座的上端沿所述电源装置的纵长轴向间距设置,所述雾化组件至少部分放置于所述连接套管的上端与所述烟弹连接座的上端之间的空间内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的用于电子烟的雾化设备,其特征在于:所述连接组件还包括收容于所述连接套管内的连接件,所述连接件与所述烟弹连接座可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件至少部分放置于所述连接件的下端与所述烟弹连接座的上端之间的空间内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的用于电子烟的雾化设备,其特征在于:所述连接件的下端面上向上凹陷形成有收容槽,所述雾化组件收容于所述收容槽内,所述连接件与所述烟弹连接座螺纹连接。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的用于电子烟的雾化设备,其特征在于:所述连接件的空腔形成收容槽,所述雾化组件卡接在所述烟弹连接座的内部,所述连接件卡接在所述烟弹连接座的外部。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的用于电子烟的雾化设备,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括设于所述连接件的下端与所述烟弹连接座的上端之间的空间内的雾化底座以及安装在所述雾化底座上的发热元件,所述电源装置还包括电池,所述发热元件的两端分别与所述电池的正、负极电性连接。
  16. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求11-15任一项所述的用于电子烟的雾化设备。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括可拆卸地与所述连接组件相连接的储液组件,所述储液组件包括储液管,所述储液管的外周面上凸设有限位部,所述连接套管的上端与所述限位部相配合,所述连接套管套设在所述储液管的外部,且所述连接套管的上端与所述限位部相抵持。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述连接套管的内壁与所述储液管的外壁二者中的一个上设置有卡合凸起,另一个上设置有与所述卡合凸起配合的卡槽。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液管内设置有储液腔,所述雾化组件包括吸液元件,所述储液管与所述雾化组件之间设置有连接管,所述连接管的一端与所述储液管连通,所述连接管的另一端与所述吸液元件相抵持。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储液组件上设置有与所述储液腔连通的出液通孔,所述出液通孔内安装有用于密封所述储液腔的密封件,当所述储液组件与所述连接组件安装到位时,所述连接管插入所述出液通孔内并穿过所述密封件后,所述储液腔与所述连接管相连通。
