分子接着剤を用いた例としては、例えば、特許文献1には、2つの基板の間に、エントロピー弾性分子接着層を形成してなる積層体であって、該エントロピー弾性分子接着層が、エントロピー弾性体層及び分子接着剤層からなることを特徴とするものが記載されている。
特許文献1には、積層体の製造方法として、基板1上に分子接着剤層1を形成し、該分子接着剤層1上にエントロピー弾性体層1を積層し、該エントロピー弾性体層1上にさらに分子接着剤層2を積層し、さらに、基板2を積層して積層体を形成する方法(積み上げ方式)が記載されている。
また、特許文献2には、固体表面に分子接着剤を反応させ、反応性固体表面を形成し、樹脂との溶融接着により材料間を共有結合で結ぶことを特徴とする樹脂複合体の製造方法が記載されている。
しかしながら、分子接着剤層の厚さは従来の接着剤層や粘着剤層と比べて極めて薄いものであるため、分子接着剤を用いる接合方法は対象物の表面の凹凸の影響を受けやすく、対象物を十分に接合することができない場合があった。
しかしながら、特許文献1の実施例で開示する積み上げ方式の例は、基板2をめっき法により形成するもののみであり、基板1、分子接着剤層1、エントロピー弾性体層1及び分子接着剤層2からなる積層体を接着シートとして使用する態様は、具体的には開示されていない。
しかしながら、この方法を用いることができるのは被着体が樹脂である場合に限られる。また、この方法においては、被着面だけでなくその他の部分も熱変形するおそれがあるため、これを防ぐために特別に条件検討をする必要がある。
したがって、分子接着剤層を有し、かつ、常温であっても被着体に容易に貼着できる接着シートが要望されていた。
(2)前記分子接着剤層は、前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)と前記粘着性樹脂(P)が有する反応性部分構造(Zγ)との化学結合により、前記分子接着剤が、前記粘着剤層に化学的に固定されてなるものであることを特徴とする(1)に記載の接着シート。

本発明の接着シートは、粘着性樹脂(P)を含む粘着剤層上に、アミノ基、アジド基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zα)と、シラノール基、及び加水分解反応によりシラノール基を生成させる基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zβ)とを有する分子接着剤を含む分子接着剤層が直接積層されてなるものである。
前記粘着性樹脂(P)は、前記分子接着剤の反応性基(Zα)と化学結合を形成し得る反応性部分構造(Zγ)を有する。
前記粘着剤層の23℃における剪断貯蔵弾性率は、0.10~3.30MPaであり、前記粘着剤層の厚さは、0.1~100μmである。
本発明において、「分子接着剤を含む分子接着剤層」の「分子接着剤を含む」とは、「分子接着剤及び/又は分子接着剤由来の化合物(例えば、反応を経て、反応性基の構造が変化した化合物)を含む」を意味するものである。
また、「粘着性樹脂(P)は、前記分子接着剤の反応性基(Zα)と化学結合を形成し得る反応性部分構造(Zγ)を有する」とは、粘着剤層上に分子接着剤層が形成される前の状態を表したものである。分子接着剤層が形成された後の粘着剤層においては、粘着性樹脂(P)は、反応性部分構造(Zγ)及び/又は反応性部分構造(Zγ)由来の構造を有する。
本発明の接着シートを構成する粘着剤層は、粘着性樹脂(P)を含有する層である。
本発明の接着シートにおいて、粘着剤層は、分子接着剤を固定する役割、及び、接着シートを使用する際に、分子接着剤層と被着体との密着性を高める役割を担う。
粘着剤層は、少なくとも被着体と貼着する際に粘着性を有するものであればよい。したがって、粘着剤層には、常温で粘着性を有するもののほか、加熱することで粘着性を発現するもの(いわゆるヒートシール性の粘着剤層)も含まれるが、常温で粘着性を有するものが特に好ましい。
粘着性樹脂(P)が反応性部分構造(Zγ)を有することで、分子接着剤層を効率よく形成することができる。
例えば、前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)が、アミノ基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である場合、反応性部分構造(Zγ)としては、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、アルデヒド基、及びアミノ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく用いられる。
また、前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)が、アジド基である場合、反応性部分構造(Zγ)としては、炭素-炭素単結合、炭素-炭素二重結合、及び炭素-水素単結合からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく用いられる。
これらの中でも、剪断貯蔵弾性率を容易に調整でき、常温下においても被着体との接着性に優れる接着シートが得られ易いことから、アクリル系粘着剤が好ましい。また、水蒸気透過性が低い粘着剤層を形成することができ、封止材等として特に有用な接着シートが得られ易いことから、ゴム系粘着剤が好ましい。
アクリル系重合体とは、(メタ)アクリル酸又は(メタ)アクリル酸エステル由来の繰り返し単位を有する重合体である。
「(メタ)アクリル酸」とは、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸を意味し、「(メタ)アクリル酸エステル」とは、アクリル酸エステル又はメタクリル酸エステルを意味する。
また、アクリル系重合体は、本発明の効果を阻害しない限り、上記以外の繰り返し単位を有するものであってもよい。
官能基含有アクリル系重合体は、官能基含有アクリル系単量体を用いて重合反応を行うことで得ることができる。
これらは1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
官能基を有しないアクリル系単量体としては、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、デシル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ミリスチル(メタ)アクリレート、パルミチル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート等のアルキル基を有するアクリル系単量体;シクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート等のシクロアルキル基を有するアクリル系単量体;等が挙げられる。
これらのなかでも、粘着性により優れる粘着剤層を形成し得ることから、官能基を有しないアクリル系単量体としては、炭素数4~10の炭化水素基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルが好ましく、ブチル(メタ)アクリレートがより好ましい。
これらの単量体は、1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
重合反応に用いる開始剤は特に制限されず、ベンゾイルパーオキサイド、ラウロイルパーオキサイド、メチルエチルケトンパーオキサイド等の過酸化物系開始剤、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、アゾビスシアノバレリン酸、アゾビスシアノペンタン等のアゾ系開始剤等が挙げられる。
重合反応の温度や反応時間等の反応条件は、公知の条件を採用することができる。
質量平均分子量(Mw)は、重合開始剤の量や連鎖移動剤を添加することによって調節することができる。
官能基含有アクリル系重合体の質量平均分子量(Mw)は、テトラヒドロフランを溶媒として用いてゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーを行い、標準ポリスチレン換算値として求めることができる。
官能基含有アクリル系重合体中の、官能基を有する単量体由来の繰り返し単位の割合は、全繰り返し単位に対して、通常1~40質量%、好ましくは3~15質量%である。
架橋剤は、1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
ゴム系樹脂としては、例えば、天然ゴム、天然ゴムに(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル、スチレン、(メタ)アクリロニトリルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の単量体をグラフト重合させた変性天然ゴム、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、ポリクロロプレン、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体、スチレン-イソプレン共重合体、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合体、メタクリル酸メチル-ブタジエン共重合体、ウレタンゴム、ポリイソブチレン系樹脂、ポリブテン系樹脂等が挙げられる。
これらのゴム系化合物は1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
これらのゴム系化合物は、通常、炭素-炭素二重結合を有する。この炭素-炭素二重結合は、反応性部分構造(Zγ)として機能し得るものである。
これらのゴム系化合物は、市販品を用いてもよい。
かかる市販品としては、イソブチレンとイソプレンの共重合体(Exxon Butyl 268(日本ブチル株式会社製))が挙げられる。
変性処理を施したゴム系化合物としては、無水マレイン酸変性ポリイソブチレン、無水フタル酸変性ポリイソブチレン、無水マレイン酸変性ポリイソプレン、ヒドロキシ基変性ポリイソプレン、アリル変性ポリイソプレン、無水マレイン酸変性ポリブタジエン、ヒドロキシ基変性ポリブタジエン等が挙げられる。
変性処理は公知の方法に従って行うことができる。
かかる市販品としては、無水マレイン酸変性ポリイソブチレン(HV-100M、HV-300M(以上、新日本石油株式会社製))、無水マレイン酸変性ポリイソプレン(クラプレンLIR-403、LIR-410(以上、株式会社クラレ製))、ヒドロキシ基変性ポリイソプレン(クラプレンLIR-506(株式会社クラレ製))、アリル変性ポリイソプレン(クラプレンUC-203、UC-102(以上、株式会社クラレ製))、無水マレイン酸変性ブタジエン(Ricon130MA8、Ricon131MA5(以上、クレイバレー社製))、無水マレイン酸変性ブタジエン-スチレン共重合ポリマー(Ricon184MA6(クレイバレー社製))、エポキシ変性ポリブタジエン(Ricon657(クレイバレー社製))等が挙げられる。
ポリイソブチレン系樹脂としては、イソブチレンの単独重合体(ポリイソブチレン)、イソブチレンとイソプレンの共重合体(ブチルゴム)、イソブチレンとn-ブテンの共重合体、イソブチレンとブタジエンの共重合体、及びこれら重合体を臭素化又は塩素化して得られるハロゲン化重合体等のイソブチレン系重合体、等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、イソブチレンとイソプレンの共重合体(ブチルゴム)が好ましい。
ポリイソブチレン系樹脂は、1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、2種以上のゴム系樹脂を用いる場合、質量平均分子量(Mw)が10,000未満のゴム系樹脂の含有割合が、ゴム系樹脂全体の10質量%以下であることが好ましく、含まないことがより好ましい。質量平均分子量(Mw)が10,000未満のゴム系樹脂の含有割合をゴム系樹脂全体の10質量%以下とすることで、低分子成分のブリードによる接着力の低下を抑制できる。
ゴム系樹脂の質量平均分子量(Mw)は、テトラヒドロフランを溶媒として用いてゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィーを行い、標準ポリスチレン換算値として求めることができる。
アジリジン系架橋剤はとしては、ジフェニルメタン-4,4’-ビス(1-アジリジンカーボキサミド)、トリメチロールプロパントリ-β-アジリジニルプロピオネート、テトラメチロールメタントリ-β-アジリジニルプロピオネート、トルエン-2,4-ビス(1-アジリジンカーボキサミド)、トリエチレンメラミン、ビスイソフタロイル-1-(2-メチルアジリジン)、トリス-1-(2-メチルアジリジン)フォスフィン、トリメチロールプロパントリ-β-(2-メチルアジリジン)プロピオネート等が挙げられる。

例えば、用いる粘着剤を適当な有機溶媒で希釈して塗布液を調製し、これを、支持体、工程シート、剥離シート等の表面に塗布し、得られた塗膜に対して乾燥処理や硬化処理を施すことにより、粘着剤層を形成することができる。
粘着剤層の形成方法としては、浸漬法、塗布法、噴霧法等が挙げられるが、これらの中でも、生産性の観点から塗布法が好ましい。塗布方法としては、例えば、スピンコート法、スプレーコート法、バーコート法、ナイフコート法、ロールナイフコート法、ロールコート法、ブレードコート法、ディップコート法、カーテンコート法、ダイコート法、グラビアコート法等が挙げられるが、バーコート法、ロールナイフコート法、グラビアコート法が好ましい。
23℃における剪断貯蔵弾性率が0.10MPa未満のときは、粘着剤層の凝集力が下がり、粘着剤層の形状が保たれないという問題が生じる。また3.30MPaを超えると、粘着剤層が硬くなるため被着体への追従性が低下する結果、接着性に劣る接着シートになる傾向がある。
23℃における剪断貯蔵弾性率は、実施例に記載の方法に従って測定することができる。
粘着剤層の厚さが0.1μm未満のときは、弾性体として機能することが困難であり、常温下においても被着体と分子接着剤層との接着性を維持できない。また100μmを超えると、生産性が落ちることに加え、封止材として用いた場合は端部からの水蒸気の入り込みを抑制することが困難である。
従来、分子接着剤を使用する際、接着面に樹脂成分を含む被着体に対してこれらの処理を施すことがあった。これらの処理を施すことで、被着体中の樹脂にヒドロキシ基やカルボキシ基等が生じるため、分子接着剤の性能がより高められる。
しかしながら、本発明の接着シートの粘着剤層においては、これらの表面処理は、剪断貯蔵弾性率を変化させたり、その粘着性を大きく低下させたりするおそれがある。
したがって、粘着剤層は、上記の表面処理が施されていないものが好ましい。
本発明の接着シートを構成する分子接着剤層は、アミノ基、アジド基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zα)と、シラノール基、及び加水分解反応によりシラノール基を生成させる基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zβ)とを有する分子接着剤を含むものである。
本発明の接着シートにおいては、この化学結合により、分子接着剤は粘着剤層表面に化学的に固定されると考えられる。このときの化学結合としては、共有結合、水素結合、イオン結合、分子間力等が挙げられるが、共有結合が好ましい。
R2は、炭素数1~10の2価の炭化水素基、好ましくは炭素数2~6の2価の炭化水素基を表す。R2の2価の炭化水素基としては、エチレン基、トリメチレン基、プロピレン基等のアルキレン基;o-フェニレン基、m-フェニレン基、p-フェニレン基等のアリーレン基;が挙げられる。
R3、R4の炭化水素基としては、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、n-ブチル基、sec-ブチル基、イソブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、n-ヘキシル基、n-ヘプチル基、n-オクチル基、n-ノニル基、n-デシル基等のアルキル基;ビニル基、1-プロペニル基、2-プロペニル基、イソプロペニル基、3-ブテニル基、4-ペンテニル基、5-ヘキセニル基等のアルケニル基;エチニル基、プロパルギル基、ブチニル基等のアルキニル基;フェニル基、1-ナフチル基、2-ナフチル基等のアリール基;等が挙げられる。
R5、R6は、それぞれ独立に、反応性基(Zα)又は前記式(2)で示される基を表す。
Aの炭素数2~20のアルケニレン基としては、ビニレン基、プロペニレン基、ブテニレン基、ペンテニレン基等が挙げられる。
Aの炭素数2~20のアルキニレン基としては、エチニレン基、プロピニレン基等が挙げられる。
Aの炭素数6~20のアリーレン基としては、o-フェニレン基、m-フェニレン基、p-フェニレン基、2,6-ナフチレン基、1,5-ナフチレン基等が挙げられる。
これらの置換基は、アルキレン基、アルケニレン基、アルキニレン基及びアリーレン基等の基において任意の位置に結合していてよく、同一若しくは相異なって複数個が結合していてもよい。
Xのハロゲン原子としては、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子等が挙げられる。
Yの炭素数1~20の炭化水素基としては、R3、R4の炭化水素基として示したものと同様のものが挙げられる。
これらの化合物は、R1にトリアジン環を有する。トリアジン環を有する分子接着剤は、粘着剤層上により効率よく固定される傾向がある。
例えば、反応性基(Zα)が、アミノ基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である場合、反応性部分構造(Zγ)としては、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、アルデヒド基、及びアミノ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が好ましく用いられる。
なかでも反応性基(Zα)と反応性部分構造(Zγ)の好ましい組み合わせ〔反応性基(Zα)/反応性部分構造(Zγ)〕としては、(アミノ基/ヒドロキシ基)、(アミノ基/カルボキシ基)、(イソシアネート基/ヒドロキシ基)、(イソシアネート基/カルボキシ基)、(ヒドロキシ基/カルボキシ基)等が挙げられる。
これらは1種単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
なお、これら乾燥機構の一部としても用いることができる装置、例えば、高周波加熱、オイルヒーター等の熱媒循環式ヒーター、及び遠赤外線式ヒーター等のヒーター自体も乾燥機構として用いることができる。これらの中でも、生産性の向上の観点からホットエアースルー機構が好ましい。
当該乾燥機構で調整される乾燥温度は、通常、20~250℃、好ましくは50~200℃、より好ましくは65~150℃、特に好ましくは80~120℃である。乾燥時間は、通常、1秒から120分、好ましくは10秒から10分、より好ましくは20秒から5分、特に好ましくは30秒から3分である。
したがって、分子接着剤層を形成する際は、通常、分子接着剤を粘着剤層に固定する処理(以下、固定処理ということがある。)が行われる。固定処理は、分子接着剤の反応性基(Zα)の特性に応じて適宜選択することができる。通常は、分子接着剤を粘着剤層上に塗布することにより化学結合が生成し、加熱することにより化学結合の生成が促進するため、加熱処理を行うことが生産性の向上の観点から好ましい。加熱温度は、通常、40~250℃、好ましくは60~200℃、より好ましくは80~120℃である。加熱時間は、通常、1秒から120分、好ましくは1~60分、より好ましくは1~30分である。
加熱方法としては、特に限定されず上述の乾燥機構と同様の機構及び装置を用いることができる。
紫外線の照射は、水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、紫外線LED、無電極ランプ等の光源を使用した紫外線照射装置を用いて行うことができる。
本発明の接着シートは上記の粘着剤層を有するため、このように分子接着剤層が薄くても被着体に容易に貼着することができる。
本発明の接着シートは、前記粘着剤層上に、前記分子接着剤層が直接積層されてなるものである。
本発明の接着シートは、前記粘着剤層の片側のみに、分子接着剤層を有するものであってもよいし、前記粘着剤層の両側に、分子接着剤層を有するものであってもよい。
粘着剤層、分子接着剤層以外の層としては、支持体や剥離シートが挙げられる。
剥離シートとしては、前記支持体表面に剥離層を設けたもの等が挙げられる。

本発明の積層体の製造方法は、本発明の接着シートの分子接着剤層を被着体に圧着することを特徴とする、粘着剤層/分子接着剤層/被着体の層構造を有する積層体の製造方法である。
したがって、通常、被着体としては、反応性基(Zβ)との反応性を有する基をその表面に有するものが用いられる。
そのような被着体としては、ガラス、無機酸化物、シリコーン樹脂等が挙げられる。
また、表面にこれらの成分を含有しないものであっても、表面処理を施して、反応性基(Zβ)との反応性を有する基を含む層を表面に設けることにより、被着体として用いることができる。
圧着する際の圧力は、ローラーやラミネートで圧着する場合は、線圧として好ましくは5N/mm以下、より好ましくは3N/mm以下、さらに好ましくは1N/mm以下である。また線圧として好ましくは0.1N/mm以上、より好ましくは0.2N/mm以上、さらに好ましくは0.3N/mm以上である。
プレス機で圧着する場合は、プレス圧力として好ましくは10MPa以下、より好ましくは5MPa以下、さらに好ましくは3MPa以下、特に好ましくは1MPa以下である。またプレス圧力として好ましくは0.1MPa以上、より好ましくは0.2MPa以上、さらに好ましくは0.3MPa以上、特に好ましくは0.4MPa以上である。
各例中の部及び%は、特に断りのない限り、質量基準である。
粘弾性測定装置(レオメトリック・サイエンティフィック・エフ・イー社製、商品名「RDAII」)を使用し、ねじり剪断法により測定周波数1Hzにて、23℃における貯蔵弾性率を測定した。
n-ブチルアクリレート(BA)/アクリル酸(AA)=90/10(%)のアクリル系共重合体(質量平均分子量(Mw)47万)を含有する固形分濃度33.6%のトルエンと酢酸エチルとの混合溶液100部(固形分:33.6部)に対して、イソシアネート系架橋剤(東ソー株式会社製、製品名「コロネートL」、固形分濃度75%の酢酸エチル溶液)2部(固形分:1.5部)を添加し、トルエンで希釈して固形分濃度26%の粘着剤溶液(1)を得た。
イソブチレンとイソプレンの共重合体(日本ブチル株式会社製、Exxon Butyl 268、質量平均分子量260,000、イソプレンの含有率1.7mol%)100部、カルボン酸系官能基を有するポリイソプレンゴム(株式会社クラレ製、LIR410、質量平均分子量30,000、1分子あたりの平均カルボキシ基数:10)5部、脂肪族系石油樹脂(日本ゼオン株式会社製、クイントンA100、軟化点100℃)20部、架橋剤(エポキシ化合物)(三菱化学株式会社製、TC-5)1部をトルエンに溶解し、固形分濃度25%の粘着剤溶液(2)を得た。
WO2012/046651号に記載の方法に従って、6-(3-トリエトキシシリルプロピル)アミノ-1,3,5-トリアジン-2,4-ジアジド(前記式(10)で示される化合物)を含有する分子接着剤溶液(溶媒:エタノール、濃度0.1g/L)を得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡株式会社製、製品名「コスモシャイン A4100」、厚さ50μm、一方の面に易接着層を有する)の、易接着層を有する面に、製造例1で得られた粘着剤溶液(1)を乾燥後の粘着剤層の厚さが20μmとなるようにバーコーターで塗布し、100℃で1分間乾燥した。
次に、得られた粘着剤層に、製造例3で得られた分子接着剤溶液をディッピング法にて、5秒間浸漬塗布し、110℃で30秒乾燥した。その後、紫外線照射装置(ヘレウス株式会社製、製品名「ライトハンマー 10 MARK II」、光源:水銀ランプ)を用いて分子接着剤層側から紫外線を照射して接着シートを得た。
紫外線照射条件は、照度84mW/cm2、光量29mJ/cm2とし、当該照度及び光量は照度・光量計(EIT社製、製品名「UV Power Puck II」)を用いてUVCの領域の照度および光量を測定した。
粘着剤溶液(1)の代わりに製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を用いて、乾燥後の厚さが10μmの粘着剤層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして接着シートを得た。
〔実施例3〕
粘着剤溶液(1)の代わりに製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を用いて、乾燥後の厚さが1μmの粘着剤層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして接着シートを得た。
〔参考例1〕
粘着剤溶液(1)の代わりに製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を用いて、乾燥後の厚さが150μmの粘着剤層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして接着シートを得た。
分子接着剤層を形成しなかったことを除き、実施例1と同様にして接着シートを得た。
〔比較例2〕
分子接着剤層を形成しなかったことを除き、実施例2と同様にして接着シートを得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡株式会社製、製品名「コスモシャイン A4100」、厚さ50μm、一方の面に易接着層を有する)の、易接着層を有する面に、粘着剤層を形成する代わりに、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(三井化学株式会社製、製品名「EPT」)の酢酸エチル溶液を乾燥後の厚さが20μmとなるようにバーコーターで塗布し、100℃で1分間乾燥して、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴムからなる層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして分子接着剤層を形成し、接着シートを得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡株式会社製、製品名「コスモシャイン A4100」、厚さ50μm、一方の面に易接着層を有する)の、易接着層を有する面に、ドライラミネート用接着剤(DIC株式会社製、製品名「LX-401A/SP-60」)を塗布、乾燥した。次いで、粘着剤層を形成する代わりに、無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(三井化学東セロ株式会社製、製品名「SC」、厚さ50μm)をドライラミネートして、無延伸ポリプロピレンからなる層を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして分子接着剤層を形成し、接着シートを得た。
実施例及び比較例で作製した接着シートを縦25mm×横300mmの大きさに切断した後、当該接着シートの分子接着剤層を、23℃、50%RH(相対湿度)の環境下で、重さ2kgのローラーを用いてガラス板(コーニング株式会社製、製品名「イーグルXG」)に貼付し、次いで、同じ環境下で30分間静置した。静置後、JIS Z0237:2000に基づき、180°引き剥がし法により、引っ張り速度300mm/分にて、各接着シートの接着力を測定した。その測定結果を第1表に示す。
実施例及び比較例で作製した接着シートを縦50mm×横50mmの大きさに切断した後、縦70mm×横150mm×厚さ2mmのポリカーボネート板(三菱ガス化学株式会社製、「ユーピロンシート NF-2000VU」)に貼付し、スキージーを用いて強く圧着し、試験サンプルを作製した。
この試験サンプルを、23℃で12時間静置した後、80℃の熱風乾燥機内に1.5時間静置し、さらに90℃の熱風乾燥機内に1.5時間静置して、加熱促進後のブリスターの発生状態を目視により観察し、以下の基準により、各接着シートの耐ブリスター性を評価した。その評価結果を第1表に示す。
A:ブリスターが全く確認されなかった。
B:部分的にブリスターが確認された。
C:全面にブリスターが確認された。
実施例1~3の接着シートは、接着力及び耐ブリスター性に優れている。
また、参考例1の接着シートは、粘着剤層の厚みが150μmであるが、これらの評価試験においては、実施例1~3と同等の性質を有する。
一方、比較例1、2の接着シートは、耐ブリスター性に劣り、比較例3、4の接着シートは接着力に劣っている。
基材として、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの代わりにアルミ箔とポリエチレンテレフタレートの貼合フィルム(厚さ38μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに7μmのアルミ箔が積層されたフィルム)の、アルミ箔を有する面に、製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を塗布したこと以外は実施例2と同様にして接着シートを得た。
基材として、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの代わりに、アルミ箔とポリエチレンテレフタレートの貼合フィルム(厚さ38μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに7μmのアルミ箔が積層されたフィルム)の、アルミ箔を有する面に、製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を塗布したこと以外は比較例2と同様にして接着シートを得た。
基材として、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの代わりに、アルミ箔とポリエチレンテレフタレートの貼合フィルム(厚さ38μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに7μmのアルミ箔が積層されたフィルム)の、アルミ箔を有する面に、製造例2で得られた粘着剤溶液(2)を塗布したこと以外は参考例1と同様にして接着シートを得た。
無アルカリガラス基板(コーニング社製、45mm×45mm)上に、真空蒸着法にて、縦35mm、横35mmで膜厚150nmのカルシウム層を形成した。
次に、実施例4、比較例5、6で得られた接着シートの剥離シートをそれぞれ剥離し、露出した分子接着剤層又は粘着剤層と、ガラス基板上のカルシウム層とを、乾燥窒素雰囲気下にて、ラミネータを用いて貼合し、40℃、0.5MPaにてオートクレーブ処理して、カルシウム層を封止し、水分遮断性試験用試験片を得た。
得られた試験片を、60℃、90%RHの環境下で500時間放置し、カルシウム層の変色の割合(水分浸入の割合)を目視で確認し、下記の基準により水分遮断性を評価した。評価結果を第2表に示す。
(評価基準)
A:カルシウム層の変色は見られなかった。
B:カルシウム層の端部の変色は見られたが、変色した面積は半分未満だった。
C:カルシウム層の面積の半分以上が変色した。
実施例4の接着シートは、水分遮断性に優れる。
一方、比較例5の接着シートは分子接着剤層を有しないものであり、水分遮断性に劣る。
比較例6の接着シートは、粘着剤層が厚いものである。このような粘着剤層が厚い接着シートは上記の参考例1で示したように、接着性等には優れるが、水分遮断性に劣る。
Claims (12)
- 粘着性樹脂(P)を含む粘着剤層上に、
アミノ基、アジド基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zα)と、シラノール基、及び加水分解反応によりシラノール基を生成させる基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の反応性基(Zβ)とを有する分子接着剤を含む分子接着剤層が直接積層されてなる接着シートであって、
前記粘着性樹脂(P)は、前記分子接着剤の反応性基(Zα)と化学結合を形成し得る反応性部分構造(Zγ)を有し、
前記粘着剤層の23℃における剪断貯蔵弾性率は、0.10~3.30MPaであり、 前記粘着剤層の厚さは、0.1~100μmである接着シート。 - 前記分子接着剤層は、前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)と前記粘着性樹脂(P)が有する反応性部分構造(Zγ)との化学結合により、前記分子接着剤が、前記粘着剤層に化学的に固定されてなるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接着シート。
- 前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)が、アミノ基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、ウレイド基及びエポキシ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であって、
前記粘着性樹脂(P)が有する反応性部分構造(Zγ)が、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、アルデヒド基、及びアミノ基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載の接着シート。 - 前記分子接着剤が有する反応性基(Zα)が、アジド基であって、
前記粘着性樹脂(P)が有する反応性部分構造(Zγ)が、炭素-炭素単結合、炭素-炭素二重結合、及び炭素-水素単結合からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載の接着シート。 - 前記粘着剤層が、コロナ処理、プラズマ処理、紫外線処理、電子線処理、オゾン処理、エキシマ紫外線処理、酸処理、及び塩基処理からなる群から選ばれる表面処理が施されていないものである、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- 前記分子接着剤層の厚さが、200nm以下である、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- 前記粘着剤層の片側のみに、分子接着剤層を有するものである、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- 前記粘着剤層の両側に、分子接着剤層を有するものである、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- さらに支持体を有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- 請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の接着シートの分子接着剤層を被着体に圧着することを特徴とする、粘着剤層/分子接着剤層/被着体の層構造を有する積層体の製造方法。
- 圧着する際の温度Tが、-20~140℃である請求項11に記載の積層体の製造方法。
