That is, the moment balance is set so that the moment on the ladder 7 side and the moment on the counterweight 10 side satisfy the following relational expression (1). (1) ... (W1) x (L1) ⁇ (W2) x (L2)
- the weights of the ladder 7 and the counterweight 10 and the values of the distances from the ladder 7 and the counterweight 10 to the rotating shaft 12 are expressed by the relational expression (1). Adjustments are made in advance to satisfy the balance. As a result, the seesaw-shaped mounting arm 9 is lowered on the counterweight 10 side with a large moment as viewed from the rotary shaft 12 and rises on the ladder 7 side with a small moment, so that the ladder 7 side is on the upper side and the counterweight is on the side. Displaced so that the 10 side is the lower side.
- the ladder 7 maintains the vertical direction in the vertical direction, while the counterweight 10 is inclined and lowered toward the ladder 7 together with the mounting arm 9, so that the ladder 7 and the counterweight 10 are close to each other.
- the pit ladder device 4 is in a state in which the ladder 7 and the counterweight 10 are disposed closest to each other, that is, in a state in which the ladder 7 is disposed in the storage position.
- the ladder 7 is moved only by a moment that counteracts (F) adjusted to be small in advance. be able to. Further, since the weight of the worker always acts on the ladder 7 during use, the load due to the weight of the worker is sufficiently larger than (F), so that the worker can be stably positioned at the use position. Further, after use, when the worker leaves the ladder 7, the pit ladder apparatus 4 is displaced from the use position to the storage position by itself by satisfying the relational expression (1).
- the pit ladder device 4 that is arranged in the elevator hoistway 1 and enters and exits the pit from the landing 6, it is provided on the fixing bracket 5 fixed to the hoistway 1 and used.
- a displacement device 8 capable of displacing the ladder 7 at any one of a use position to be used and a storage position for storing the elevator so as not to hinder the operation of the elevator.

Can provide ladder equipment That.
- FIG. 7 illustrates a pit ladder device 13 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, and is a perspective view showing a main part.
- the counterweight 14 of the pit ladder device 13 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is different from the counterweight 14 in that a plurality of weights are overlapped, and the same symbols are attached to the other similar parts and the description is omitted. .
- the counterweight 14 is formed by overlapping a plurality of weights.
- the plurality of weights have a single minimum unit, and the weight is formed of a flat plate.
- a flat plate having the same shape as the single flat plate is arranged so as to be selected from one to a plurality of plates.
- the weights of the ladder 7 and the counterweight 14 in the displacement device 15 and the distances from the ladder 7 and the counterweight 14 to the rotary shaft 12 are set so as to satisfy the relational expressions (1) and (2). Adjust the value in advance.
- a plurality of flat plate weights are arranged in an overlapping manner.
- one or more flat plates are added, or one or more flat plates are pulled out from the arranged weights to obtain an optimal balance.
- the weight of the counterweight 14 is selectively adjusted so that it is obtained.
- the counterweight 14 is formed by overlapping a plurality of weights. Accordingly, one or more flat plates forming the counterweight 14 are added according to the weights of the ladder 7 and the counterweight 14 and the values of the distances from the ladder 7 and the counterweight 14 to the rotary shaft 12. Or adjusting the weight of the counterweight 14 by pulling it out. That is, since the weight of the counterweight 14 can be adjusted simply by increasing or decreasing the number of flat plates constituting the counterweight 14, the moment balance in the displacement device 15 can be easily adjusted.
- FIG. 2 to 3 illustrate a pit ladder device 4 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
- the lower end portion of the ladder 7 disposed at the use position is different from the pit surface of the pit portion 3, and the same symbols are added to other similar portions. The description is omitted.
- the lower end portion of the ladder 7 in the use position is disposed in contact with the pit surface of the pit portion 3.
- the operation of the third embodiment configured as described above will be described.
- a load that is acted upon by the worker raising and lowering acts on the guide rail 2 from the ladder 7 via the mounting arm 9 and the fixing bracket 5.
- the strength of the guide rail 2 that can withstand the load acting from the pit ladder 7 is required.
- the guide rail 2 may be deformed by this load.
- the strength of the guide rail 2 is determined so as to ensure a predetermined safety factor according to specifications such as the capacity, speed, and elevation height of the car.
- the strength of the guide rail 2 tends to be low in an area where the capacity of the car is small and the speed is low or the elevation height is low. Therefore, in such a region, in order to use the pit ladder 7 safely, this strength may be insufficient.
- the strength of the guide rail 2 must be increased only to use the pit ladder 7 even though the setting criteria for using the elevator are satisfied. Therefore, the load acting on the guide rail 2 is supported by the lower end portion of the ladder 7 by bringing the lower end portion of the ladder 7 into contact with the pit surface of the pit portion 3 at the use position. Thereby, when using the pit ladder 7, the load which acts on the guide rail 2 can be reduced significantly.
- the lower end portion of the ladder 7 disposed at the use position is disposed in contact with the pit surface of the pit portion 3.
- the ladder 7 is provided with the displacement devices 8 at the upper part and the lower part, respectively, but one may be provided at the upper part. In other words, it is sufficient that at least one displacement device 8 is attached to the ladder 7 above the position of the center of gravity of the ladder 7.
- the minimum unit of the counterweight 14 is constituted by one flat plate, but the shape may not be a flat plate.
- the minimum unit of the counterweight 14 is composed of one block shape or a spherical weight.
- the present invention relates to an elevator pit ladder apparatus used for a maintenance worker to move between an elevator hall and a pit floor.
