歯科技工所向けの指示書を正確かつ簡便に発行し、効率的かつ低コストな発注を実現することが可能な指示書発行システム、指示書発行方法及びプログラムが提供される。前記指示書発行システムは、技工物を選択するための技工物リスト表示部と、前記技工物リスト表示部から選択された技工物を作成するための指示書を発行する発注部とを含む歯科医院インターフェイス部を有する。前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、技工物の標準的な呼称と、技工物の別称とを対応づけた別称リストをさらに有する。前記技工物リスト表示部は、標準的な呼称又は別称のいずれによっても技工物を選択可能とする。

Description

指示書発行システム、指示書発行方法及びプログラム
　本発明は指示書発行システム、指示書発行方法及びプログラムに関し、特に歯科技工所向けの指示書を正確かつ簡便に発行し、効率的かつ低コストな発注を実現する技術に関する。
　従来より、歯科医院と歯科技工所との間の受発注は指示書を介して行われている。指示書は、歯科医院が発行する書面であって、例えば患者の氏名、技工物名及び技工物の仕様（使用材料や作成方法等に関する指示を含み得る）、発注元の歯科医院名、発注先の歯科技工所名等が記載される。一般に、歯科医院は既製の指示書用紙に必要事項を手書きで記入して指示書を作成する。
　特許文献１には、複数の歯科医院と複数の歯科技工所との間で補綴物（上記技工物に相当）の受発注を行うことのできるコンピュータシステムが記載されている。
特開２０１６－０７１７８４号公報
　特許文献１記載のシステムは、従来の書面ベースの受発注業務をコンピュータシステム化することにより、利便性を向上させるものである。しかしながら、特許文献１の記載のシステムは、従来の受発注業務が抱えていた種々の問題点を解決するものではない。
　例えば、技工物の呼称は歯科技工所毎に異なることがある。そのため歯科医院は、発注先の歯科技工所毎に異なる技工物名を使い分けながら指示書を作成する必要があった。また、技工物の作成費用や納期は歯科技工所毎に異なるところ、これらを比較しつつ適切な発注先を選択することは容易ではなかった。さらに、紙の書面として指示書を作成することが法で義務付けられているため、特許文献１記載のシステムを利用したとしても、歯科医院は従来通り指示書を手書きで作成することを免れず、これに多大な手間と時間を要していた。
　本発明は、このような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、歯科技工所向けの指示書を正確かつ簡便に発行し、効率的かつ低コストな発注を実現することが可能な指示書発行システム、指示書発行方法及びプログラムを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の一実施の形態に係る指示書発行システムは、技工物を選択するための技工物リスト表示部と、前記技工物リスト表示部から選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を印刷する発注部と、を含む歯科医院インターフェイス部を有する指示書発行システムであって、前記発注部は、前記指示書を一意に識別するための識別子を前記指示書上に印刷し、前記識別子を用いて、レセプトデータ、患者データ又はカルテデータのうち少なくともいずれか１つが参照可能であることを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行方法は、コンピュータが、技工物を選択するための技工物リストを表示する表示ステップと、前記技工物リストから選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を印刷する発注ステップと、を有し、前記発注ステップにおいては、前記指示書を一意に識別するための識別子を前記指示書上に印刷し、前記識別子を用いて、レセプトデータ、患者データ又はカルテデータのうち少なくともいずれか１つが参照可能であることを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係るプログラムは、コンピュータに上記指示書発行方法を実行させるためのプログラムである。
　また、本発明の一実施の形態に係る指示書発行システムは、技工物を選択するための技工物リスト表示部と、前記技工物リスト表示部から選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を発行する発注部と、を含む歯科医院インターフェイス部を有する指示書発行システムであって、前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、前記技工物の標準的な呼称と、前記技工物の別称とを対応づけた別称リストをさらに有し、前記技工物リスト表示部は、前記標準的な呼称又は前記別称のいずれによっても前記技工物を選択可能とすることを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行システムでは、前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、前記技工物の大区分を選択するための技工種別選択部と、保険又は自責を選択するための保険・自責選択部とをさらに有し、前記技工物リスト表示部は、前記大区分、及び、前記保険又は自責の選択結果に適合する前記技工物のみを選択可能とすることを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行システムでは、前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、前記技工物の発注先となり得る複数の技工所各々について、前記技工物の料金及び納期を表示できる発注先選択部をさらに有することを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行システムでは、前記発注部は、前記指示書の内容と、前記指示書を一意に識別可能な識別子とを記載した書面を印刷することを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行システムでは、前記指示書をステータス情報とともに格納する指示書管理部と、前記ステータス情報を変更可能な指示書ステータス変更部を有する歯科技工所インターフェイス部と、をさらに有することを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係る他の指示書発行方法は、コンピュータが、技工物を選択するための技工物リストを表示する表示ステップと、前記技工物リストから選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を発行する発注ステップとを有し、前記表示ステップにおいては、前記技工物の標準的な呼称と、前記技工物の別称とを対応づけた別称リストを参照することで、前記標準的な呼称又は前記別称のいずれによっても前記技工物を選択可能であることを特徴とする。
　他の実施の形態に係るプログラムは、コンピュータに上記指示書発行方法を実行させるためのプログラムである。

　以下、本発明を適用した具体的な実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。まず、図１のブロック図を用いて、本発明の実施の形態にかかる指示書発行システム１００の構成について説明する。
　指示書発行システム１００は、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０、指示書管理部１２０、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０を有する。指示書発行システム１００は、典型的には中央処理装置（ＣＰＵ）が記憶装置から読み出したプログラムを実行することにより、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０、指示書管理部１２０、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０等の処理部を論理的に実現する情報処理装置である。指示書発行システム１００を実現するためのハードウェア構成は種々考えられる。例えば、これらの処理部は全て１又は複数のサーバ上に実装され、サーバは指示書管理部１２０を備えるとともに、歯科医院及び歯科技工所それぞれの端末装置からリモートアクセスされた際に、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０及び歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０の機能を提供するよう構成しても良い。あるいは、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０及び歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０の機能が歯科医院及び歯科技工所の端末装置上にそれぞれ実装され、サーバとこれらの端末装置とが互いに通信可能に接続されることにより指示書発行システム１００が実現されても良い。
　歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、歯科医院向けに、指示書に記載する事項の入力機能、指示書管理部１２０への指示書データの登録機能、指示書書面の出力機能、指示書のステータス情報の取得及び変更機能等を提供する。
　指示書管理部１２０は、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０が作成した指示書の内容を保存する。また、指示書管理部１２０は指示書のステータス情報を保持し、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０又は歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０からの要求に応じステータス情報を変更する。
　指示書管理部１２０は、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０により作成された指示書データに対し一意の識別子（指示書ＩＤと称する）を発行し、指示書ＩＤと指示書データとを関連付けて保存することが好ましい。さらに好ましくは、指示書ＩＤは、レセプトデータの識別子（レセプトＩＤと称する）、患者データの識別子（患者ＩＤと称する）、又はカルテデータの識別子（カルテＩＤと称する）のうち少なくともいずれか１つと関連付けられる。レセプトデータは、診療報酬の明細データであって、典型的にはレセプトコンピュータにより作成され、レセプトＩＤが付されて所定の記憶領域に保存される。指示書ＩＤとレセプトＩＤとが関連付けられることにより、例えばレセプトデータを起点として、当該レセプトに関連する指示書データを検索したり、指示書データを起点として、当該指示書に関連するレセプトデータを検索したりすることが可能となる。患者データ、カルテデータについても、患者ＩＤ及びカルテＩＤと、指示書ＩＤとをそれぞれ関連付けることで、同様の効果を得ることができる。上述の関連付けを行う方法は種々考えられる。例えば歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０が、指示書データを作成する際、関連するレセプトＩＤ、患者ＩＤ又はカルテＩＤを指示書データに含ませても良い。又は指示書管理部１２０が、指示書ＩＤと、関連するレセプトＩＤ、患者ＩＤ又はカルテＩＤとの対応関係を示すテーブル等を作成しても良い。あるいは、レセプトコンピュータ等が当該テーブルを作成しても良い。
　歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、歯科技工所向けに、指示書の内容の取得機能、指示書のステータス情報の取得及び変更機能等を提供する。
　次に、図２のフローチャートを用いて、指示書発行システム１００の動作の一例について説明する。なお、ステップＳ１０１からＳ１０６までは主に歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０による歯科医院側の処理フロー、ステップＳ１０７からＳ１０９までは主に歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０により歯科技工所側の処理フローである。
＜歯科医院側処理フロー＞
　Ｓ１０１：患者指定
　歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、歯科医院の端末装置に、患者指定画面を表示させる。図３に、患者指定画面の一例を示す。
　患者リスト表示部１１０１には、所定の条件に合致する患者が一覧表示される。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、図示しないレセプトコンピュータや電子カルテシステム等が管理する患者データベース、及び指示書管理部１２０等を参照し、所定の条件に合致する患者を抽出して患者リスト表示部１１０１に一覧表示する。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、患者データベースに格納されている様々な情報、例えば患者名、患者番号、性別、年齢、生年月日、住所、電話番号、過去の来院日時、来院予定日時等を抽出条件として用いることができる。また、指示書管理部１２０に格納されている指示書の発行日、当該指示書にかかる技工物の納品予定日、納品日等を抽出条件として用いても良い。
　抽出条件は、種々の方法で指定され得る。例えば、図３の患者リスト表示部１１０１は「来院」「発行中」等の複数のタブを備えている。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、「来院」タブが選択された場合には、当日来院予定の患者を抽出する。「発行中」タブが選択された場合には、指示書が既に発行されているが納品日が未だ登録されていない患者を抽出する。また、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、検索ボックス１１０２に入力された任意の語句をキーとして患者を抽出しても良い。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、他の任意の検索インターフェイスを用い、任意の検索条件で患者を抽出することもできる。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、こうして抽出した患者を患者リスト表示部１１０１に一覧表示する。
　指示書リスト表示部１１０３には、特定の患者について過去に発行された指示書が一覧表示される。ユーザが患者リスト表示部１１０１に表示された患者の１人を選択すると、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、指示書管理部１２０を参照し、選択された患者の過去の指示書データを抽出して、抽出された指示書データを識別できる情報、例えば発行日を指示書リスト表示部１１０３に一覧表示する。また、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、指示書の新規作成を開始するための指示インターフェイスも表示する。図３の例では、「新規指示書発行」ボタンがこれにあたる。
　Ｓ１０２：患者指定
　指示書リスト表示部１１０３において過去の指示書が選択された場合、ステップＳ１０４に遷移する。一方、「新規指示書発行」が選択された場合はステップＳ１０３に遷移する。
　Ｓ１０３：指示書入力
　歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、ステップＳ１０１で指定された患者にかかる指示書を新規に作成するため、必要な情報の入力を受け付ける。図４Ａ乃至図４Ｃに、指示書入力画面の一例を示す。
　技工種別選択部１１０４は、技工物の大区分を指定するためのインターフェイスである。この例では、「デンチャー」「架工」「インプラント」の３種類から１つを選択するためのボタンが配置されている。
　保険・自責選択部１１０５は、保険適用の有無を指定するためのインターフェイスである。この例では、「保険」「自責」から１つを選択するためのラジオボタンが配置されている。
　技工物リスト表示部１１０６は、技工物の小区分を指定するためのインターフェイスである。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、技工種別選択部１１０４で選択された大区分に属する技工物であって、保険・自責選択部１１０５で選択された保険適用の有無に対応した技工物を、技工物リスト表示部１１０６に一覧表示する。例えば、大区分「架工」のもとには、小区分として「クラウン」「硬質レジン」「メタルボンド」「ｅ．ｍａｘ」等の技工物が属している。ここで、「クラウン」「硬質レジン」は保険適用が可能であるが、「メタルボンド」「ｅ．ｍａｘ」は保険適用外である。このとき、大区分として「架工」、保険・自責の別として「保険」が選択されたならば、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、これらすべての条件に適合する小区分「クラウン」「硬質レジン」のみを抽出して技工物リスト表示部１１０６に一覧表示する。図４Ａの例では、複数の小区分から１つを選択するためのボタンが配置されている。
　なお、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、上述の技工種別選択部１１０４、保険・自責選択部１１０５、技工物リスト表示部１１０６に併せて、又はこれらに代えて、技工物を選択するための他の任意の手段を備えても良い。例えば、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、技工物を検索する手段、発注頻度の高い技工物のリストから所望の技工物を選択させる手段等を有しても良い。あるいは、技工種別、保険・自責の別に加えて、又はこれらに代えて、他の任意の条件による絞込み検索手段を提供しても良い。
　ところで、同一の技工物であっても、歯科技工所や歯科医院によって異なる呼称（別称）が用いられていることがある。例えば、標準的な技工物名「クラウン」を、Ａ技工所は「Ｃｒ」と称し、Ｂ技工所は「ＦＭＣ」と称することがある。そのため、歯科医院は従来、発注先に応じて指示書に記載する技工物名を使い分けていた。図９に、技工物の標準的な呼称及び別称の一例を示す。
　本実施の形態では、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０が、図９に示すような別称のリストを予め保持することができる。例えば、標準的な呼称「クラウン」に対応する別称リストとして、「Ｃｒ」「ＦＭＣ」を保持しておく。そして、小区分「クラウン」が選択された場合、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、別称リストを表示し、別称のうち１つをユーザに選択させることができる。なお、標準的な呼称は、厚生労働省より発行されている保険点数表に記載されている技工物名をベースに選定することが好ましい。また、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０又は歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、標準的な呼称に対応する別称を任意に登録するためのインターフェイスを備えていても良い。
　すなわち、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、小区分の技工物それぞれに関連付けて、当該技工物が属する大区分、保険適用の可否、好ましくは別称リストを予め保持している必要がある。本実施の形態では、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、これらの情報を図示しない記憶領域に予め記憶しているものとする。
　指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７には、現時点までに入力された情報に基づいて想定される指示書の内容が表示される。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、患者データベース等から患者の氏名、年齢、性別等を取得し、指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７内の所定の位置に表示する。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０はさらに、保険・自責選択部１１０５で選択された保険・自責の別、及び技工物リスト表示部１１０６で選択された技工物名を、指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７内の所定の位置に表示する。
　ここで、指示書発行システム１００は、図示しない記憶領域に、歯科医院情報を予め保持していても良い。この場合、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、この歯科医院情報に含まれる任意の情報を取得し、指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７内の所定の位置に表示しても良い。歯科医院情報には、例えば医院名、住所、電話番号等が含まれ得る。なお、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、歯科医院情報を登録するためのインターフェイスを別途備えていても良い。
　設計情報入力部１１０８は、技工物の設計情報を入力するためのインターフェイスである。例えば、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、歯式入力欄でユーザが選択した数字を、指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７に反映する。また、選択した本数を計数し、本数欄に反映する。
　また、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、口腔写真の入力を受け付けても良い。例えば、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、ユーザが口腔写真欄を選択すると、歯科医院端末のカメラ機能を起動する。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、カメラで撮影された写真を取得及び保存し、そのサムネイルを口腔写真欄に表示する。あるいは、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、歯科医院端末内又はその他の記憶領域内に予め保存されている画像を選択するためのインターフェイスを提供し、選択された画像を取得及び保存し、そのサムネイルを口腔写真欄に表示しても良い。
　さらに、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、細かな指示内容を入力するための備考欄を備えても良い。例えば、歯科医院側で技工物の材料を指定したい場合には、この備考欄に指定内容を記述することができる。
　発注先選択部１１０９は、料金や納期等を比較しながら発注先を選択するためのインターフェイスである。図４Ｃの例では、発注先選択部１１０９は、発注先の候補である複数の歯科技工所を表示している。また、料金表示欄と納期カレンダーとを有している。また、発注先選択部１１０９は、図示しない記憶領域内に、技工物毎の技工料金、及び技工物毎の最短納期を、歯科技工所毎に保持している。発注先選択部１１０９は、ユーザにより歯科技工所の１つが選択されると、技工物リスト表示部１１０６で選択された技工物及び設計情報入力部１１０８に入力された設計情報に対応する、選択された技工所の技工料金及び納期を上記記憶領域から取得し、料金表示欄と納期カレンダーに表示する。例えば、技工物「クラウン」を２本発注する場合、発注先選択部１１０９は、予め記憶された「クラウン」の単価に基づき２本分の料金を算出し、料金表示欄に表示できる。また、納期カレンダーに表示された納期を、医院側で適宜変更可能に構成しても良い。
　Ｓ１０４：指示書編集
　指示書リスト表示部１１０３において過去の指示書が選択された場合、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、指示書管理部１２０を参照して選択された指示書データを読み出す。そして、図４Ａ乃至図４Ｃと同様の画面を、選択された指示書の内容が記載された状態で表示する。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、ユーザによる指示書の記載内容の変更を受け付ける。
　Ｓ１０５：指示書発行
　発注部１１１０は、発注ボタン及び指示書印刷ボタンを有する。これら２つのボタンは１つに統合されていても良い。発注ボタンが押下されると、発注部１１１０は、上述の一連の処理で入力された情報を指示書管理部１２０の所定の記憶領域内に格納することで、指示書を発行する。指示書管理部１２０が管理する情報には、技工物やその仕様を特定する情報のほか、発行日、納入予定日、保険・自責の別、患者情報、発注元の歯科医院情報、発注先の歯科技工所情報等を含み得る。
　ここで、指示書発行システム１００は、図示しない記憶領域に、歯科技工所情報を予め保持していても良い。歯科技工所情報には、例えば技工所名、住所、電話番号等が含まれ得る。この場合、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、この歯科技工所情報に含まれる任意の情報を取得し、指示書を構成する情報の一部として指示書管理部１２０に格納しても良い。なお、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０が、歯科技工所情報を登録するためのインターフェイスを備えていても良い。
　指示書管理部１２０は、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０により指示書が発行されると、指示書を一意に識別するための識別子、すなわち指示書ＩＤを生成し、指示書と指示書ＩＤとを対応づけて記憶する。また、指示書管理部１２０は、指示書毎にステータス情報を対応づけて記憶する。図８に、ステータス情報の一例を示す。この例によれば、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０により発行された指示書のステータスは「未着手」となる。
　Ｓ１０６：指示書印刷
　指示書印刷ボタンが押下されると、発注部１１１０は、指示書を印刷する。好ましくは、発注部１１１０は、指示書フォーマット表示部１１０７と同様のフォーマットで印刷を行う。指示書に印刷される情報は、指示書管理部１２０に保存されたものと同じ情報に基づくべきである。また、発注部１１１０は、指示書ＩＤ、指示書ＩＤに対応する他の識別子、又は指示書ＩＤや上記識別子をエンコードしたバーコード等を指示書に印刷することが好ましい。印刷された指示書は、通常、模型とともに歯科技工所へ送られる。また、発注部１１１０は、上記指示書ＩＤや上記識別子を他の任意の手段により歯科技工所に通知しても良い。
　なお、発注部１１１０は取消しボタンを有しても良い。取消しボタンが押下されると、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０はこれまでに入力された情報を破棄し、ステップＳ１０１に遷移する。
＜歯科技工所側処理フロー＞
　Ｓ１０７：指示書参照
　歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、歯科技工所の端末装置において、指示書データの選択を受け付ける。図５に示す指示書表示画面は、指示書ＩＤや指示書ＩＤに対応する識別子を入力するための入力ボックス１３０１を有している。歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、入力ボックス１３０１に入力された上記指示書ＩＤや上記識別子をキーとして、指示書管理部１２０から該当する指示書データを抽出し、指示書表示欄１３０２にその内容を表示する。なお、指示書データの選択は、例えば図示しないバーコードスキャナが、印刷された指示書に記載されたバーコードを読み取って上記指示書ＩＤ又は上記識別子を出力し、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０がその指示書ＩＤ又は識別子に基づいて指示書管理部１２０から指示書を抽出しても良い。あるいは、所定の条件に基づいて指示書管理部１２０から抽出された指示書を一覧表示し、ユーザに所望の指示書を選択させるよう構成しても良い。
　歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、指示書ステータス変更部１３０３により、指示書のステータス情報の変更を受け付ける。本実施の形態では、指示書ステータス変更部１３０３は「作成中」「納品可能」の２つのボタンを有する。例えば、歯科技工所のユーザは、指示書に基づいて技工物の作成を開始するとき、「作成中」ボタンを押下する。すると、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、指示書管理部１２０に記憶されているこの指示書のステータス情報を「作成中」に書き換える。また、ユーザが技工物を完成して「納品可能」ボタンを押下すると、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、指示書管理部１２０に記憶されているこの指示書のステータス情報を「納品可能」に書き換える。
　指示書表示画面は、使用材料記入部１３０４を有していても良い。使用材料記入部１３０４は、使用した材料名、使用量等の情報の入力を受け付ける。歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、ここで入力された情報を、指示書に関連づけて指示書管理部１２０に記憶させる。好ましくは、ステータス情報及び使用材料にかかる情報は、「保存」ボタンの押下を契機として指示書管理部１２０に保存される。
　Ｓ１０８：納品書発行
　図６は、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０が提供する納品画面の一例である。歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、指示書管理部１２０に保存されている指示書データのうち、例えばステータス情報が「納品可能」であって、ユーザに指定された指示書データを読み出し、納品書１３０５を作成する。例えば、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、ステータス情報が「納品可能」であって、入力ボックスに入力された指示書ＩＤ又は指示書ＩＤに対応する他の識別子を有する指示書、又は、図示しないバーコードスキャナが出力する上記指示書ＩＤや上記識別子を有する指示書を抽出しても良い。あるいは、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０はステータス情報が「納品可能」である指示書のリストを納品画面に表示し、ユーザに所望の指示書を選択させるよう構成しても良い。納品書に記載される事項は、典型的には指示書に記載された事項と同様である。加えて、納品日や、使用材料記入部１３０４で入力された使用材料にかかる情報を記載しても良い。
　歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、例えば「発行」ボタンの押下を契機として、納品書データを指示書管理部１２０に格納する。このとき、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、上述のユーザに指定された指示書データと、この納品書データとを関連づけて格納することで、納品書を発行する。指示書管理部１２０は、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０により納品書が発行されると、納品書を一意に識別するための識別子（納品書ＩＤ）を生成し、納品書と識別子とを対応づけて記憶する。
　Ｓ１０９：納品書印刷
　この際、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、納品書を印刷することが好ましい。
納品書に印刷される情報は、指示書管理部１２０に保存された納品書と同じ情報に基づくべきである。また、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、納品書ＩＤ、納品書ＩＤに対応する他の識別子、又は納品書ＩＤや上記識別子をエンコードしたバーコード等を納品書に印刷することが好ましい。印刷された納品書は、通常、技工物とともに歯科医院へ送られる。また、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、上記識別子を他の任意の手段により歯科医院に通知しても良い。この際、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、納品書に関連づけられている指示書のステータス情報を、例えば「発送済み」に変更する。
　図７は、技工物を受領した歯科医院側が使用する納品チェック画面の一例である。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０が納品チェック画面を提供する。歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、指示書管理部１２０に保存されている指示書のうち、例えばステータス情報が「発送済み」である指示書に関連づけられ、かつユーザに指定された納品書を読み出し、納品書表示部１１１１に表示する。例えば、歯科技工所インターフェイス部１３０は、ステータス情報が「発送済み」である指示書に関連づけられ、かつ、入力ボックスに入力された上記納品書ＩＤや上記識別子を有する納品書、又は、図示しないバーコードスキャナが出力する納品書ＩＤや上記識別子を有する納品書を抽出しても良い。あるいは、歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、ステータス情報が「納品可能」である指示書に関連づけられた納品書のリストを納品チェック画面に一覧表示し、ユーザに所望の納品書を選択させるよう構成しても良い。
　そして歯科医院インターフェイス部１１０は、例えばユーザによる「受領」ボタンの押下を契機として、上述の選択された納品書に関連づけられている指示書のステータスを「納品済み」に変更する。
　本実施の形態によれば、指示書発行システム１００は、歯科技工所毎に異なることがある技工物の別称を予め把握しており、標準的な技工物の呼称との対応関係を保持している。したがって、発注先の歯科技工所毎に異なる技工物名を使い分けながら指示書を作成する必要がなく、正確、簡便かつ効率的に指示書を作成できる。
　また、技工物の作成費用や納期は歯科技工所毎に異なるところ、指示書発行システム１００は、技工所毎の料金と納期を保持しており、入力された指示書に記載された技工物を作成するための料金と納期とを容易に比較することができる。これにより、歯科医院は簡便かつ低コストで技工物を発注することが可能である。
　さらに、本実施の形態では、指示書発行システム１００に入力された指示書を紙の書面として出力することができるので、従来のように指示書を手書きで作成する必要がなく、多大な手間と時間とを削減することが可能となる。
　なお、本発明は上記実施の形態に限られたものではなく、趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変更することが可能である。例えば、上述の実施の形態では、納品書にも識別子を発行したが、本発明はこれに限定されず、納品書に紐づけられた指示書の識別子をもって納品書を識別するよう構成しても差し支えない。
　また、本発明を構成する各処理手段は、ハードウェアにより構成されるものであってもよく、任意の処理を、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ　Ｕｎｉｔ）にコンピュータプログラムを実行させることにより論理的に実現するものであってもよい。この場合、コンピュータプログラムは、様々なタイプの非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体（ｎｏｎ－ｔｒａｎｓｉｔｏｒｙ　ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒ　ｒｅａｄａｂｌｅ　ｍｅｄｉｕｍ）を用いて格納され、コンピュータに供給することができる。また、プログラムは、様々なタイプの一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体（ｔｒａｎｓｉｔｏｒｙ　ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒ　ｒｅａｄａｂｌｅ　ｍｅｄｉｕｍ）によってコンピュータに供給されてもよい。一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体は、電気信号、光信号、及び電磁波を含む。一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体は、電線及び光ファイバ等の有線通信路、又は無線通信路を介して、プログラムをコンピュータに供給できる。

Claims (10)

  1. 　技工物を選択するための技工物リスト表示部と、前記技工物リスト表示部から選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を印刷する発注部と、を含む歯科医院インターフェイス部を有する指示書発行システムであって、
    　前記発注部は、前記指示書を一意に識別するための識別子を前記指示書上に印刷し、
    　前記識別子を用いて、レセプトデータ、患者データ又はカルテデータのうち少なくともいずれか１つが参照可能であることを特徴とする
    　指示書発行システム。
  2. 　コンピュータが、
    　技工物を選択するための技工物リストを表示する表示ステップと、
    　前記技工物リストから選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を印刷する発注ステップと、を有し、
    　前記発注ステップにおいては、前記指示書を一意に識別するための識別子を前記指示書上に印刷し、
    　前記識別子を用いて、レセプトデータ、患者データ又はカルテデータのうち少なくともいずれか１つが参照可能であることを特徴とする
    　指示書発行方法。
  3. 　コンピュータに請求項２記載の指示書発行方法を実行させるためのプログラム。
  4. 　技工物を選択するための技工物リスト表示部と、前記技工物リスト表示部から選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を発行する発注部と、を含む歯科医院インターフェイス部を有する指示書発行システムであって、
    　前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、前記技工物の標準的な呼称と、前記技工物の別称とを対応づけた別称リストをさらに有し、
    　前記技工物リスト表示部は、前記標準的な呼称又は前記別称のいずれによっても前記技工物を選択可能とすることを特徴とする
    　指示書発行システム。
  5. 　前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、
    　前記技工物の大区分を選択するための技工種別選択部と、
    　保険又は自責を選択するための保険・自責選択部とをさらに有し、
    　前記技工物リスト表示部は、前記大区分、及び、前記保険又は自責の選択結果に適合する前記技工物のみを選択可能とすることを特徴とする
    　請求項４記載の指示書発行システム。
  6. 　前記歯科医院インターフェイス部は、
    　前記技工物の発注先となり得る複数の技工所各々について、前記技工物の料金及び納期を表示できる発注先選択部をさらに有することを特徴とする
    　請求項４記載の指示書発行システム。
  7. 　前記発注部は、前記指示書の内容と、前記指示書を一意に識別可能な識別子とを記載した書面を印刷することを特徴とする
    　請求項４記載の指示書発行システム。
  8. 　前記指示書をステータス情報とともに格納する指示書管理部と、
    　前記ステータス情報を変更可能な指示書ステータス変更部を有する歯科技工所インターフェイス部と、をさらに有することを特徴とする
    　請求項４記載の指示書発行システム。
  9. 　コンピュータが、
    　技工物を選択するための技工物リストを表示する表示ステップと、
    　前記技工物リストから選択された前記技工物を作成するための指示書を発行する発注ステップと、を有し、
    　前記表示ステップにおいては、前記技工物の標準的な呼称と、前記技工物の別称とを対応づけた別称リストを参照することで、前記標準的な呼称又は前記別称のいずれによっても前記技工物を選択可能であることを特徴とする
    　指示書発行方法。
