からなるので、汚水タンクから臭いを外部に漏らすことなく、かつ、廃棄処理をせずに汚物処理をすることができる。
前記汚水タンク19にこの汚水タンク19内で固形物を粉砕する汚物粉砕部43を設けたので、汚水タンクから外部へ排便を確実に流し込むことができる。
前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、椅子型便器9の汚水を流す配管63に連結される吸引口44aと、この吸引口44aを開閉するスライダー123とを有するので、汚水タンク19に椅子型便器9を連結して汚水の処理を自動的に行うことができる。
前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、差し込み型便座100の汚水を流す配管39に連結される吸引口44bと、この吸引口44bを開閉するスライダー123とを有するので、汚水タンク19に差し込み型便座100を連結して汚水の処理を自動的に行うことができる。
前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、椅子型便器9の汚水を流す配管63に連結される吸引口44aと、差し込み型便座100の汚水を流す配管39に連結される吸引口44bと、これらの吸引口44aと吸引口44bを選択的に開閉するスライダー123とを有するので、要介護の利用者でも昼間の間は、介護者の手助けがあれば、椅子型便器で排便、肺に用の処理ができ、また、夜間には、介護者の手助け無しで排便の処理ができ、介護の世話を大幅に軽くすることができる。
椅子型便器9の便槽12には、小便センサー56と大便センサー57を具備したので、小便か大便かにより、洗浄水の消費を変更でき、洗浄水タンクを小型化できるとともに、便槽の適切な処理ができる。
前記吸引弁44は、左右に揺動するモーター軸121aを有する切換モーター121と、前記モーター軸121aに結合された切換アーム122の先端に設けたスライダー支持板124と、このスライダー支持板124に弾性軸126を介して指示され、前記吸引口44aと吸引口44bの両方の閉鎖と前記吸引口44aと吸引口44bの選択的な開閉をするスライダー123と、前記弾性軸126を、抑え板127を介在して前記スライダー123を前記吸引口44aと吸引口44b押圧する押圧ローラー129とを有するので、スライダー123を吸引口との間の汚物の詰まりがなくなるだけでなく、汚水タンクに圧搾空気を吹き込んでも臭いが外に漏れるのを極力減らすことができる。
前記椅子型便器9の便槽12に接続され、1回洗浄分の洗浄水を貯留する増圧タンク22と、この増圧タンク22内の洗浄水を便槽12の洗浄水噴出口17に送り出すために前記増圧タンク22に空気圧を送るサクションモーター20とからなるので、必要最小限の水量、例えば、大便は、約400~500cc、小便は、200~300ccで排出できる。
増圧タンク22は、外容器62の内部に、軟質の洗浄水袋33を設け、この洗浄水袋33の入り口側を、水ポンプ27を介して洗浄水タンク18に連結し、前記洗浄水袋33の出口側を、前記便槽12の洗浄水噴出口17に連結し、前記外容器62を、前記洗浄水袋33を圧縮して洗浄水を圧送するための圧搾空気を送るサクションモーター20に連結したので、洗浄水に十分な水圧を与えて便槽を洗浄することができる。
洗浄水袋33は、独立した複数個に分割し、これらの複数個の洗浄水袋33を便槽12の異なる洗浄水噴射口17に連結したので、便槽の複数の洗浄個所毎に目的の水流を与えて洗浄することができる。
1台のサクションモーター20と、このサクションモーター20の空気吸引口と空気吐出口とに臨ませてA、AB、Bの3モードに切換える切換え弁53を設け、この切換え弁53のAモードでは、前記空気吸引口と汚水タンク19とを結合して椅子型便器9と差し込み型便座100から汚水タンク19への汚水の吸引をし、ABモードでは、前記空気吸引口から外部空気を吸引して増圧タンク22と差し込み型便座100への送風をし、Bモードでは、前記空気吸引口から外部空気を吸引して汚水タンク19へ圧送し、外部への汚水の圧送の機能を果たすように構成したので、1大のサクションモーターと3モードの切換え弁とで効率よく汚水の吸引、臭いの排出、汚水の圧送等の作業を行うことができる。
椅子型便器9の便槽12の便座縁13に、左右に、細長い吸臭孔99を設け、この吸臭孔99に臨ませた外側に、吸引箱119を取り付け、これらの吸引箱119を吸引ホース120により消臭ファン60を介して前記消臭フィルター21に連結したので、便器9の便槽12内の臭気を確実に吸引することができる。
汚水タンク19の吸引弁44の吸引口を開き、前記汚水タンク19の排水弁46を閉じる工程と、
前記汚水タンク19の空気入出口45から前記汚水タンク19内の空気を吸引し、前記吸引弁44の吸引口に連結された配管から汚水を吸引して貯留する工程と、
汚水タンク19の吸引弁44の吸引口を閉じ、前記汚水タンク19の排水弁46を開く工程と、
前記汚水タンク19の空気入出口に圧搾空気を圧入して貯留した汚水を前記排水弁46から外部へ排出する工程と
からなる。
汚水タンク19と、
この汚水タンク19に設けられ、前記汚水タンク19に連結された汚水の配管との吸引口を開閉する吸引弁44と、
前記汚水タンク19に設けられ、貯留した汚水を外部へ排出する排水弁46と、
前記汚水タンク19に設けられ、前記吸引弁44の吸引口に連結された配管との吸引口から汚水を吸引するたに空気を吸引し、前記排水弁46から貯留した汚水を外部へ排出するために圧搾空気を圧入する空気入出口45と、
この空気入出口45に連結され、前記汚水タンク19に空気の吸引と圧搾空気の圧入を行うサクションモーター20と
からなる。
図1~図4において、本発明の排泄物処理装置は、椅子型便器9と差し込み型便座100を備えており、便器本体10は、前記椅子型便器9に使用できるとともに、前記差し込み型便座100にも使用できるように共有している。
以下の説明では、前記椅子型便器9を便器9と略称し、前記差し込み型便座100をカップ100と略称する。また、汚水とは、汚水だけでなく、汚水の中に固形状の汚物を含むものとする。
前記カップ100は、図1(b)及び図4(f)に示すように、利用者6の股間にセットされ、おむつ7で保護される。このカップ100は、排便受け部101に、小便センサー103と大便センサー104が設けられている。
前記便器本体10は、全体が例えば、長さ750mm、幅550mm、高さ800mm程度とし、室内に配置しても違和感のない形状とする。
また、前記水ポンプ27は、洗浄水供給弁32aを介して図3(b)に示すように揺動する噴射ノズル16aに接続され、この噴射ノズル16aで便器9の使用前と使用後に排便の付着や臭い消しのために揺動して広範囲に洗浄水を噴射する。
前記粉砕モーター43aの回転軸43b下端部には、回転羽根43cが設けられ、粉砕篭43dに集められた排便やトイレットペーパー等の固形物を粉砕する。
粉砕された汚水42は、逆止弁28と配管61を経てコネクタ108で結合された外部排出部5の排水管47に結合される。
この吸引弁44の具体的構成を図5(a)(b)(c)に基づき説明する。
前記汚水タンク19の天板部には、便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bとが並んで穿設され、一方の便器吸引口44aには、便器側配管63が結合され、他方のカップ吸引口44bには、カップ側配管39が結合されている。前記天板部の上面には、切換モーター121が取り付けられ、この切換モーター121のモーター軸121aが汚水タンク19の内部まで垂下している。前記天板部の下面には、取り付け板130を介して前記吸引弁44が取り付けられる。この吸引弁44の詳細は、次のとおりである。
前記スライダ123は、図5(b)の実線状態では、便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bの2個同時に閉鎖できる楕円形をなし、2個の押圧ローラー129で抑え板127を押し付けると、スライダー支持板124を介して弾性軸126が圧縮され、スライダ123を便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bの2個同時に圧接して閉鎖する。切換モーター121のモーター軸121aを図5(b)の鎖線のように左または右方向に60度回転すると、便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bのいずれか一方が開口し、他方が閉鎖する。
前記3位置切換用切換え弁53の弁体A、AB、Bの切換えは、モーター弁49で行われる。
図6のCPU71において、75はカップ100の小便センサー103及び大便センサー104からの入力端子、76はカップ100の洗浄と吸引の指示入力端子、79はサクションモーター20への出力端子、80は増圧タンク22の水位センサー34の入力端子、81は操作パネル入出力端子、82は洗浄水水位センサー入力端子、83は水圧センサー入力端子、84は水ポンプ出力端子、85は増圧タンク22への洗浄水供給弁32bへの出力端子、86は消臭ファン60への出力端子、87は着座センサー58の入力端子、88は大便センサー57の入力端子、89は小便センサー56の入力端子、90は汚物粉砕部43への出力端子、91はモーター弁49への出力端子、92は吸引弁44への出力端子、93は排出弁46への出力端子、94は汚水満水センサー41の入力端子、95は汚水空センサー40の入力端子、96は便槽満水センサー16aの入力端子、98は噴射ノズル16bの制御弁32aへの出力端子、114は保温タンク109の入力端子、115はカップ洗浄弁110への出力端子、116は水抜きポンプ111への出力端子である。
1.温水便座ユニット11への給水動作

・コネクター30が温水便座ユニット11に連結されていることを確認し、電源スイッチ73aをオンする。
・便槽満水センサー16aがNo、洗浄水センサー24がNo、水圧センサー29がYes、タイマータイムアップがNoであれば、水ポンプ27が作動し、洗浄水タイマーがスタートする。
・タイマーが20~30秒経過し、便槽満水センサー16aがYes、洗浄水センサー24がYes、水圧センサー29がNo、タイマータイムアップがYesになれば、水ポンプ27が停止し、洗浄水タイマーが停止する。
以下の便器9の動作説明において、カップ100のコネクタ108を外すと、このコネクタ108の部分で空気と水の流れは遮断される。

・電源73aをオンし、水不足表示器74cが非点灯となり、アラーム発生がNoとなり、便座蓋14aの開がYesとなり、着座センサー58がYesになると、図8(b)のプレ洗浄がスタートする。

・プレ洗浄がスタートすると、洗浄水弁32a開、水ポンプ27作動、タイマー3秒後、水ポンプ27停止、洗浄水弁32a閉となる。このプレ洗浄で、便槽12を濡らし、排泄物が便槽12に付着しづらくする。
・プレ洗浄後、排便して小便センサー56検知Yesになり、小便センサー56フラグ=1?を判断し、Noであれば、小便センサー56フラグ=1を設定し、図8(c)の洗浄水増圧タンク22の水供給をスタートする。
・プレ洗浄後、排便して小便センサー56検知Noになり、大便センサー57検知Yesになると、大便センサー57フラグ=1?を判断し、Noであれば、大便センサー57フラグ=1を設定し、図8(c)の洗浄水増圧タンク22の水供給をスタートする。
・図8(c)において、洗浄水増圧タンク22への水供給のため、洗浄水弁32b開とし、水ポンプ27を作動し、タイマーが10秒経過後、水ポンプ27を停止し、洗浄水弁32b閉とする。
・排便後、着座センサー58がNoとなると、図9に示す吸引動作がスタートする。
・その後、図10に示す圧送動作がスタートする。なお、便器9では、原則として排便を吸引する毎に、圧送動作に移行するが、何回かの排便の後で圧送動作をスタートしてもよい。
・圧送動作の後、大便センサー57のプラグ=0とし、かつ、小便センサー56のプラグ=0として初期状態に戻る。

・吸引スイッチ73bを入れて吸引動作をスタートする。
・吸引弁44のスライダー123を60度回転して、便器吸引口44aを開、カップ吸引口44bを閉とし、また、排水弁46を閉とする。
・切換え弁53をABにセットし、サクションモーター20を2秒間駆動することにより、外気50を吸引し、増圧タンク22内の洗浄水袋33内の洗浄水を一気に便槽12内に放出する。
・切換え弁53をAにセットし、サクションモーター20を2秒間駆動し、空気入出口45から汚水タンク19内の空気を吸引し、その空気をミストフィルター52を介して増圧タンク22に送る。
・吸引弁44のスライダー123で便器吸引口44aを開、カップ吸引口44bを閉とした状態で、サクションモーター20を15秒間駆動することにより、便槽12内の大便、トイレットペーパーを含む汚水を配管63を通して汚水タンク19内に吸引する。
・吸引後、洗浄水弁32aを開き、水ポンプ27を3秒間作動して便槽12内を再度洗浄する。
・便槽12内の再度洗浄後、水ポンプ27を停止し、洗浄水弁32aを閉じ、吸引弁44のスライダー123を元に戻して便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bをともに閉じて便器9の吸引を終了する。

・吸引弁44のスライダー123で便器吸引口44aとカップ吸引口44bをともに閉じ、排水弁46を閉じ、切換え弁53をBにセットし、粉砕モーター43aを5秒間回転して汚水タンク19内の汚物を粉砕する。
・排水弁46を開き、サクションモーター20を駆動して、外気50を空気入出口45から汚水タンク19内に圧送し、汚水タンク19内の汚水を逆止弁28を介して配管61から排出管47へ送る。
・汚水タンク19の空センサー40からの空出力がYesになったら、さらにサクションモーター20を5秒間駆動して停止し、排水弁46を閉じて圧送動作を終了する。
以下のカップ100の動作説明において、カップ100のコネクタ108を結合すると、このコネクタ108の部分で空気と水の流れが連通する。

・電源73aをオンし、水不足表示器74cが非点灯となり、アラーム発生がNoとなると、カップ動作に待機する。
・カップ小便センサー103がYesになると、後述する図12のカップ小吸引動作がスタートし、カウンターで+1を加算する。
・カップ小便センサー103がNoで、カップ大便センサー104がYesになると、後述する図13のカップ大吸引動作がスタートし、カウンターで+2を加算する。
・カウンターでは、小吸引が4を超えると(4回分の小モードの汚水が溜まり)、大吸引が2を超えると(2回分の小モードの汚水が溜まり)、前述した図10による圧送動作がスタートし、カウンターが0になると元に戻る。

・切換え弁53がAであることを確認し、サクションモーター20を作動する。
・図12(b)によるカップ洗浄動作をスタートし、洗浄弁111を開き、水ポンプ27を作動し、洗浄水を2秒間送り洗浄して、水ポンプ27を停止する。この時、保温タンク109で保温された洗浄水の温度を安全タンク112でチェックする。
・タイマーで2秒後、小吸引モードのパラメータとして、水ポンプ27の洗浄作業時間を2秒、洗浄回数3回、洗浄間隔18秒の各設定値をそれぞれのレジスタに設定する。
・再度、図12(b)によるカップ洗浄動作をスタートしてカップ100を洗浄する。
・温水ポンプ洗浄カウンタを+1とする。ついで、カップ大便センサー104が検出されなければ、洗浄カウンタが3回になるまで繰り返す。
・カップ大便センサー104が検出されれば、大吸引モードのパラメータとして、水ポンプ27の洗浄作業時間を4秒、洗浄回数5回、洗浄間隔16秒の各設定値をそれぞれのレジスタに設定する。なお、小吸引処理の洗浄時に、大便センサー104を検出したときは、第吸引モードに移行して小吸引モードには移行しない。
・洗浄カウンタが洗浄回数に達すると、配管内の水にある残圧の影響を避けるため、タイマーで5秒後に、水抜きポンプ111を5秒間作動し、便器9とカップ100の配管内の残水と空気を送り、カップ100内に排出する。
・水抜き動作の5秒後にサクションモーター20を停止して終了する。

・切換え弁53がAであることを確認し、サクションモーター20を作動する。
・前述の図12(b)によるカップ洗浄動作をスタートし、洗浄弁111を開き、水ポンプ27を作動し、洗浄水を2秒間送り洗浄して、水ポンプ27を停止する。この時、保温タンク109で保温された洗浄水の温度を安全タンク112でチェックする。
・タイマーで2秒後、大吸引モードのパラメータとして、水ポンプ27の洗浄作業時間を4秒、洗浄回数5回、洗浄間隔16秒の各設定値をそれぞれのレジスタに設定する。
・再度、図12(b)によるカップ洗浄動作をスタートしてカップ100を洗浄する。
・温水ポンプ洗浄カウンタを+1とする。ついで、カップ大便センサー104が検出されなければ、洗浄カウンタが5回になるまで繰り返す。
・洗浄カウンタが洗浄回数に達すると、配管内の水にある残圧の影響を避けるため、タイマーで5秒後に、水抜きポンプ111を5秒間作動し、便器9とカップ100の配管内の残水と空気を送り、カップ100内に排出する。
・水抜き動作の5秒後にサクションモーター20を停止して終了する。
・カップ100から吸引した汚水の汚水タンク19からの圧送動作は、図10に示す便器9から吸引した汚水の圧送と変わるところはない。ただし、便器9から吸引した汚水の圧送は、便器9からの吸引毎に行うが、カップ100から吸引した汚水は、複数回分を貯留してから行う。しかし、これらの回数は、適宜決定する。
しかし、これに限られるものではなく、それぞれの機能を独立したサクションモータとしてもよく、また、いずれか2つの機能と1つの機能のサクションモーターとしてもよい。
Claims (14)
- 汚水タンク19の吸引弁44の吸引口を開き、前記汚水タンク19の排水弁46を閉じる工程と、
前記汚水タンク19の空気入出口45から前記汚水タンク19内の空気を吸引し、前記吸引弁44の吸引口に連結された配管から汚水を吸引して貯留する工程と、
汚水タンク19の吸引弁44の吸引口を閉じ、前記汚水タンク19の排水弁46を開く工程と、
前記汚水タンク19の空気入出口に圧搾空気を圧入して貯留した汚水を前記排水弁46から外部へ排出する工程と
からなることを特徴とする排泄物処理方法。 - 貯留した汚水を前記排水弁46から外部へ排出する工程の前に、前記汚水タンク19内で固形物を粉砕する工程を付加してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の排泄物処理方法。
- 汚水タンク19と、
この汚水タンク19に設けられ、前記汚水タンク19に連結された汚水の配管との吸引口を開閉する吸引弁44と、
前記汚水タンク19に設けられ、貯留した汚水を外部へ排出する排水弁46と、
前記汚水タンク19に設けられ、前記吸引弁44の吸引口に連結された配管との吸引口から汚水を吸引するたに空気を吸引し、前記排水弁46から貯留した汚水を外部へ排出するために圧搾空気を圧入する空気入出口45と、
この空気入出口45に連結され、前記汚水タンク19に空気の吸引と圧搾空気の圧入を行うサクションモーター20と
からなることを特徴とする排泄物処理装置。 - 前記汚水タンク19にこの汚水タンク19内で固形物を粉砕する汚物粉砕部43を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、椅子型便器9の汚水を流す配管63に連結される吸引口44aと、この吸引口44aを開閉するスライダー123とを有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、差し込み型便座100の汚水を流す配管39に連結される吸引口44bと、この吸引口44bを開閉するスライダー123とを有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 前記汚水タンク19に設けられた吸引弁44は、椅子型便器9の汚水を流す配管63に連結される吸引口44aと、差し込み型便座100の汚水を流す配管39に連結される吸引口44bと、これらの吸引口44aと吸引口44bを選択的に開閉するスライダー123とを有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 椅子型便器9の便槽12には、小便センサー56と大便センサー57を具備したことを特徴とする請求項5記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 前記吸引弁44は、左右に揺動するモーター軸121aを有する切換モーター121と、前記モーター軸121aに結合された切換アーム122の先端に設けたスライダー支持板124と、このスライダー支持板124に弾性軸126を介して指示され、前記吸引口44aと吸引口44bの両方の閉鎖と前記吸引口44aと吸引口44bの選択的な開閉をするスライダー123と、前記弾性軸126を、抑え板127を介在して前記スライダー123を前記吸引口44aと吸引口44b押圧する押圧ローラー129とを有することを特徴とする請求項5,6又は7記載の排泄物処理装置。

- 増圧タンク22は、外容器62の内部に、軟質の洗浄水袋33を設け、この洗浄水袋33の入り口側を、水ポンプ27を介して洗浄水タンク18に連結し、前記洗浄水袋33の出口側を、前記便槽12の洗浄水噴出口17に連結し、前記外容器62を、前記洗浄水袋33を圧縮して洗浄水を圧送するための圧搾空気を送るサクションモーター20に連結したことを特徴とする請求項10記載の排泄物処理装置。
- 洗浄水袋33は、独立した複数個に分割し、これらの複数個の洗浄水袋33を便槽12の異なる洗浄水噴射口17に連結したことを特徴とする請求項11記載の排泄物処理装置。
