Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係るベース部材の構成を例示する斜視図である。
図1には、ベース部材1とともにインプラント装置(構造)100の分解斜視図が示される。
図2は、本実施形態に係るベース部材の構成を例示する平面図である。
歯科矯正用のインプラント装置100は、口腔P内の骨に埋め込まれるスクリュー5と、このスクリュー5に固定されるベース部材1と、ベース部材1に取り付けられる補助具9とを備える。本実施形態に係るベース部材1は、複数のスクリュー5に固定して使用されるものである。補助具9は矯正方法に合わせて適宜選択される。例えば、補助具9には、プレート型の補助具9Aやワイヤー型の補助具9Bが挙げられる。
補助具9は、ベース部材1に設けられた固定部30に取り付けられる。本実施形態のベース部材1には第1固定部31および第2固定部32が設けられる。以下の説明において、第1固定部31および第2固定部32を区別しない場合には固定部30と称することにする。第1固定部31は第1ベース部11から外方に設けられ、第2固定部32は第2ベース部12から外方に設けられる。
図3(a)~(c)は、インプラント装置の取り付けについて説明する模式図である。
図3では、硬口蓋PLにインプラント装置100を取り付ける例が示される。
先ず、図3(a)に示すように、硬口蓋PLに3つのスクリュー5を埋め込む。スクリュー5のねじ部51は硬口蓋PLの骨(上顎骨)に埋め込まれる。スクリュー5は、フランジ部53の下面が硬口蓋PLの口蓋粘膜に当たる位置まで埋め込まれる。硬口蓋PLにはスクリュー5の多角柱頭部52が露出する状態になる。
図4(a)~(c)は、ベース部の位置関係および回転角度について説明する模式図である。
図4(a)にはベース部材1の斜視図が示され、図4(b)には第2方向D2にみたベース部材1の図が示され、図4(c)には第1方向D1にみたベース部材1の図が示される。
本実施形態のベース部材1においては、第1ベース部11と第2ベース部12との間に第1連結部21が設けられ、第1ベース部11と第3ベース部13との間に第2連結部22が設けられる。この第1連結部21の弾性によって第1ベース部11と第2ベース部12との位置関係および回転角度に自由度が生じる。また、第2連結部22の弾性によって第1ベース部11と第3ベース部13との位置関係および回転角度に自由度が生じる。
図5(a)~(c)は、他のベース部材の例を示す模式平面図である。
図5(a)に示すベース部材1Bは、第1ベース部11、第2ベース部12、第3ベース部13および第4ベース部14を有する。各ベース部には係合孔hが設けられる。第1ベース部11、第3ベース部13および第4ベース部14の係合孔hは第1方向D1に伸びる長孔になっている。また、第1固定部31は第1ベース部11の外方に接続され、第2固定部32は第1ベース部11と第2ベース部12との間に設けられる。第1ベース部11と第3ベース部13との間、および第1ベース部11と第4ベース部14との間にはそれぞれ連結部20が設けられる。

Claims (7)
- 歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられ、口腔内の骨に埋め込まれた複数のスクリューに固定されるベース部材であって、
前記複数のスクリューのそれぞれは、前記骨に埋め込まれるねじ部と、前記口腔内で露出する多角柱頭部とを有し、
前記ベース部材は、前記多角柱頭部と係合可能に設けられた少なくとも3つの係合孔を有し、
前記少なくとも3つの係合孔の相対位置は、前記少なくとも3つの係合孔のそれぞれに挿通されて固定される3つの前記スクリューが上面視で同一直線上に並ばない配置となるように設定されることを特徴とする歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。 - 前記複数のスクリューは、第1、第2および第3スクリューを有し、
前記ベース部材は、
前記第1スクリューの前記多角柱頭部と係合可能に設けられた第1係合孔を有する第1ベース部と、
前記第2スクリューの前記多角柱頭部と係合可能に設けられた第2係合孔とを有する第2ベース部と、
前記第1係合孔の中心と前記第2係合孔の中心とを結ぶ直線上に並ばず、前記第3スクリューの前記多角柱頭部と係合可能に設けられた第3係合孔を有する第3ベース部と、を有する請求項1記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。 - 前記第1ベース部と前記第2ベース部との間、および前記第1ベース部と前記第3ベース部との間の少なくとも一方に設けられた可撓性を有する連結部をさらに備えた請求項2記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。
- 前記連結部は、一方向に延在する第1腕部分と、前記第1腕部分に接続され前記一方向とは異なる他方向に延在する第2腕部分と、を有する請求項3記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。
- 前記連結部は、前記第2腕部分に接続され、前記第2腕部分に対して前記第1腕部分が接続されている側に延在する第3腕部分をさらに有する、請求項4記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。
- 前記第1、第2および第3係合孔の少なくとも1つは長孔になっている、請求項2~5のいずれか1つに記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。
- 前記第1、第2および第3ベース部の少なくともいずれかに接続され、補助具を着脱可能に固定する固定部をさらに備えた請求項2~6のいずれか1つに記載の歯科矯正用インプラント装置に用いられるベース部材。
