本发明涉及STM接料带加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机。
背景技术
随着电子设备的发展,接料带的应用也日益广泛,需求量日益加大,接料带在电子设备加工过程中,可以实现不停机接料,相比停机接料,极大的减少了接料时间,提高了接料效率,进而大大降低了接料的成本。
接料带会随着时间的推移而出现损坏,往往是一段的损坏就导致整根报废,进而相对的增加了接料的成本,因此如何对破坏的接料带进行再次利用,以便节约接料的成本成了研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,通过新接料带和旧接料带输送装置将新旧接料带向中心输送,然后通过粘贴机构将新接料带和旧接料带进行粘接缝合,进而可以使旧接料带可以再次利用,同时不会损坏接料带的接料效果,一定程度上减少了接料的成本。

进一步的,所述的粘接机构7包括设置在支架板1上的粘接座21,所述的粘接座21上设置有粘接丝杆座23,所述的粘接丝杆座23上设置有粘接前后活动丝杆24,所述的粘接前后活动丝杆24通过同步带和同步轮与粘接座21上的粘接前后活动电机22连接,所述的粘接前后活动丝杆24上套接有与其配合的粘接前后活动座25,且粘接前后活动座25与粘接座21上设置的粘接前后活动滑轨20配合,所述的粘接前后活动座25上设置有胶带座26,所述的胶带座26上设置有胶带卷28,且胶带座26的下方设置有与接料带配合的贴胶装置27,所述的粘接前后活动电机22和贴胶装置27连接到控制器。
进一步的,所述的贴胶装置27包括设置在胶带座26下方的送胶装置35及其下方并与其配合的压胶装置34,所述的送胶装置35包括送胶座36,所述的送胶座36内设置有送胶电机37和与胶带卷28配合的导向筒38,所述的导向筒38的下方设置有与其配合的第一送胶筒39和与第一送胶筒39配合的压紧筒41,所述的第一送胶筒39通过同步带和同步轮连接到送胶电机37,所述的压胶装置34和送胶电机37连接到控制器。
进一步的,所述的第一送胶筒39的下方设置有第二送胶筒40,所述的第二送胶筒40与压紧筒41配合,且第二送胶筒40与第一送胶筒39通过同一同步轮连接到送胶电机37,所述的送胶座36的侧面设置有与同步带配合的张紧轮42,所述的第一送胶筒39和第二送胶筒40均有圆块按照一定间距组合而成,且它们的间隙互补。
进一步的,所述的压紧筒41安装在送胶座36下方的压紧座43上,且压紧座43上设置有与其配合的调节槽44,所述的压紧筒41的端部通过拉紧弹簧46连接有调节螺栓47,所述的调节螺栓47与压紧座43上的调节孔45配合,且压紧座43上设置有不少于两个调节孔45。
进一步的,所述的压胶装置34包括设置在送胶座36下方的压胶座49,所述的压胶座49的后侧设置有与胶带配合的倒胶块50,下部从前往后依次设置有压胶筒52和切胶口51,所述的压胶座49上设置有与压胶电机连接的输送轴53,所述的输送轴53通过同步带和同步轮连接有凸轮轴54,所述的凸轮轴54上设置有切胶凸轮55,所述的切胶凸轮55连接有与切胶口51配合的切胶刀56,所述的压胶电机连接到控制器。
进一步的,所述的压胶座49设置在贴胶升降座32上,且贴胶升降座32位于压胶座49的后侧设置有散热器48,所述的贴胶升降座32固连有贴胶升降块31,所述的 贴胶升降块31套设在送胶座36上的贴胶升降丝杆30上,所述的贴胶升降丝杆30通过同步轮和同步带连接打送胶座36上的贴胶升降电机29,所述的贴胶升降座32与送胶座36上设置的贴胶升降滑块33配合,所述的散热器48和贴胶升降电机29连接到控制器。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过新接料带和旧接料带输送装置将新旧接料带向中心输送,然后通过粘贴机构将新接料带和旧接料带进行粘接缝合,进而可以使旧接料带可以再次利用,同时不会损坏接料带的接料效果,一定程度上减少了接料的成本。
2、前输送架可以通过输送调节板调节前后位置,进而可以调节新旧输送架的宽度,使其能够适应多种规格的接料带粘接。
3、顶料装置的结构简单,操作方便,同时可以很好的顶住新旧料带缝合的部位,使其能够更好的粘接。
4、粘接机构将贴胶装置通过粘接前后活动丝杆进行前后调节,进而可以一次性完成两个接料带的粘接,结构简单,操作方便,且前后活动十分精准。
5、送胶装置的结构简单,操作方便,且可以有效的将胶带筒胶带卷中拉出。
6、第二送胶筒的设计,且与第一送胶筒的互补设计,可以利用同一个压紧筒对胶带进行二次拉动,极大的提高了送胶的效率,张紧轮的设计,可以使带动第一送胶筒和第二送胶筒的同步带时刻处于张紧状态。
7、压紧筒的位置可以在调节槽中进行调节,且可以通过调节螺栓与不同的调节孔配合而实现调节后的压紧筒定位,进而可以使压紧筒针对不同厚度规格的胶带进行相应的调整,实现更好的送胶效果。
8、压胶装置的结构简单,并且可以通过导胶块使胶带垂直落下,方便压胶筒的压胶,同时通过凸轮实现切胶刀的上下活动,极大的方便了切胶操作。
9、压胶装置设置在贴胶升降座上,进而可以通过贴胶升降丝杆实现压胶装置的升降,进而可以极大的提高压胶的准确度。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1-图8所示,本发明的具体结构为:一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,它包括支架板1,所述的支架板1上设置有相向的新接料带输送装置3和旧接料带输送装置4,且两组输送装置的两侧均设置有与接料带配合的限位块9,所述的支架板1的中部设置有与接料带配合的顶料装置8,所述的顶料装置8的上方设置有与接料带配合的粘接机构7,所述的新接料带输送装置3、旧接料带输送装置4、顶料装置8和粘接机构7连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的新接料带输送装置3和旧接料带输送装置4共用前输送支架2,所述的前输送支架2连接有两块关于其中心对称且成前后走向的输送调节板14,所述的输送调节板14安装在输送活动块13上,所述的输送活动块13与支架板1上前后走向的输送调节滑轨15配合,且输送活动块13固连在输送调节皮带12,所述的输送调节皮带12与支架板1上的输送调节电机11配合,所述的输送调节电机11连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的顶料装置8包括设置在支架板1前后部的顶料升降装置10,前部的顶料升降装置10上连接有顶料活动滑槽座19,后部的顶料升降座10上通过滑轨配合有顶料升降座17,所述的顶料升降座17上设置有顶料活动气缸16,所述的顶料活动气缸16连接有与接料带配合的顶料块18,且顶料块18的前端与顶料活动滑槽座19配合,所述的顶料升降装置10和顶料活动气缸16连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的粘接机构7包括设置在支架板1上的粘接座21,所述的粘接座21上设置有粘接丝杆座23,所述的粘接丝杆座23上设置有粘接前后活动丝杆24,所述的粘接前后活动丝杆24通过同步带和同步轮与粘接座21上的粘接前后活动电机22连接,所述的粘接前后活动丝杆24上套接有与其配合的粘接前后活动座25,且粘接前后活动座25与粘接座21上设置的粘接前后活动滑轨20配合,所述的粘接前后活动座25上设置有胶带座26,所述的胶带座26上设置有胶带卷28,且胶带座26的下方设置有与接料带配合的贴胶装置27,所述的粘接前后活动电机22和贴胶装置27连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的贴胶装置27包括设置在胶带座26下方的送胶装置35及其下方并与其配合的压胶装置34,所述的送胶装置35包括送胶座36,所述的送胶座36内设置有送胶电机37和与胶带卷28配合的导向筒38,所述的导向筒38的下方设置有与其配合的第一送胶筒39和与第一送胶筒39配合的压紧筒41,所述的第一送胶筒39通过同步带和同步轮连接到送胶电机37,所述的压胶装置34和送胶电机37连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的第一送胶筒39的下方设置有第二送胶筒40,所述的第二送胶筒40与压紧筒41配合,且第二送胶筒40与第一送胶筒39通过同一同步轮连接到送胶电机37,所述的送胶座36的侧面设置有与同步带配合的张紧轮42,所述的第一送胶筒39和第二送胶筒40均有圆块按照一定间距组合而成,且它们的间隙互补。
优选的,所述的压紧筒41安装在送胶座36下方的压紧座43上,且压紧座43上设置有与其配合的调节槽44,所述的压紧筒41的端部通过拉紧弹簧46连接有调节螺栓47,所述的调节螺栓47与压紧座43上的调节孔45配合,且压紧座43上设置有不少于两个调节孔45。
优选的,所述的压胶装置34包括设置在送胶座36下方的压胶座49,所述的压胶座49的后侧设置有与胶带配合的倒胶块50,下部从前往后依次设置有压胶筒52和切胶口51,所述的压胶座49上设置有与压胶电机连接的输送轴53,所述的输送轴53通过同步带和同步轮连接有凸轮轴54,所述的凸轮轴54上设置有切胶凸轮55,所述的切胶凸轮55连接有与切胶口51配合的切胶刀56,所述的压胶电机连接到控制器。
优选的,所述的压胶座49设置在贴胶升降座32上,且贴胶升降座32位于压胶座49的后侧设置有散热器48,所述的贴胶升降座32固连有贴胶升降块31,所述的贴胶升降块31套设在送胶座36上的贴胶升降丝杆30上,所述的贴胶升降丝杆30通过同步轮和同步带连接打送胶座36上的贴胶升降电机29,所述的贴胶升降座32与送胶座36上设置的贴胶升降滑块33配合,所述的散热器48和贴胶升降电机29连接到控制器。
具体使用时,先将设备安装好,之后通过输送调节电机11带动输送调节皮带12活动,进而带动输送活动块13活动,进而通过输送调节板14带动前输送架2活动,进而调节好了新旧接料带输送装置的规则,之后将新接料带和旧接料带分别放上新接料带输送装置3和旧接料带输送装置4,使其带动新旧接料带向中间输送,使粘接前后活动座25向前活动,进而带动贴胶装置27向前活动,之后控制送胶电机37工作,进而使第一送胶筒39和第二送胶送40转动,进而使胶带卷28上的胶带先经过导向筒38然后同第一送胶筒39和第二送胶送40与压胶筒41配合的部位送出,经过压胶装置34的导胶块50使胶带垂直落下,然后通过贴胶升降电机29通过贴胶升降丝杆30带动贴胶升降座32升降到合适的位置,进而使压胶装置34处于合适的位置,然后再控制粘接前后调节电机22通过粘接前后调节丝杆24带动粘接前后活动座25向后运动,进而带动整个贴胶装置27向后运动,进而使压胶筒52将胶带从前往后压在新旧接料带缝合部位,完成新旧接料带的粘接。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,它包括支架板(1),其特征在于,所述的支架板(1)上设置有相向的新接料带输送装置(3)和旧接料带输送装置(4),且两组输送装置的两侧均设置有与接料带配合的限位块(9),所述的支架板(1)的中部设置有与接料带配合的顶料装置(8),所述的顶料装置(8)的上方设置有与接料带配合的粘接机构(7),所述的新接料带输送装置(3)和旧接料带输送装置(4)共用前输送支架(2),所述的前输送支架(2)连接有两块关于其中心对称且成前后走向的输送调节板(14),所述的输送调节板(14)安装在输送活动块(13)上,所述的输送活动块(13)与支架板(1)上前后走向的输送调节滑轨(15)配合,且输送活动块(13)固连在输送调节皮带(12),所述的输送调节皮带(12)与支架板(1)上的输送调节电机(11)配合,所述的顶料装置(8)和粘接机构(7)和输送调节电机(11)连接到控制器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的顶料装置(8)包括设置在支架板(1)前后部的顶料升降装置(10),前部的顶料升降装置(10)上连接有顶料活动滑槽座(19),后部的顶料升降座(10)上通过滑轨配合有顶料升降座(17),所述的顶料升降座(17)上设置有顶料活动气缸(16),所述的顶料活动气缸(16)连接有与接料带配合的顶料块(18),且顶料块(18)的前端与顶料活动滑槽座(19)配合,所述的顶料升降装置(10)和顶料活动气缸(16)连接到控制器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的粘接机构(7)包括设置在支架板(1)上的粘接座(21),所述的粘接座(21)上设置有粘接丝杆座(23),所述的粘接丝杆座(23)上设置有粘 接前后活动丝杆(24),所述的粘接前后活动丝杆(24)通过同步带和同步轮与粘接座(21)上的粘接前后活动电机(22)连接,所述的粘接前后活动丝杆(24)上套接有与其配合的粘接前后活动座(25),且粘接前后活动座(25)与粘接座(21)上设置的粘接前后活动滑轨(20)配合,所述的粘接前后活动座(25)上设置有胶带座(26),所述的胶带座(26)上设置有胶带卷(28),且胶带座(26)的下方设置有与接料带配合的贴胶装置(27),所述的粘接前后活动电机(22)和贴胶装置(27)连接到控制器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的贴胶装置(27)包括设置在胶带座(26)下方的送胶装置(35)及其下方并与其配合的压胶装置(34),所述的送胶装置(35)包括送胶座(36),所述的送胶座(36)内设置有送胶电机(37)和与胶带卷(28)配合的导向筒(38),所述的导向筒(38)的下方设置有与其配合的第一送胶筒(39)和与第一送胶筒(39)配合的压紧筒(41),所述的第一送胶筒(39)通过同步带和同步轮连接到送胶电机(37),所述的压胶装置(34)和送胶电机(37)连接到控制器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的第一送胶筒(39)的下方设置有第二送胶筒(40),所述的第二送胶筒(40)与压紧筒(41)配合,且第二送胶筒(40)与第一送胶筒(39)通过同一同步轮连接到送胶电机(37),所述的送胶座(36)的侧面设置有与同步带配合的张紧轮(42),所述的第一送胶筒(39)和第二送胶筒(40)均有圆块按照一定间距组合而成,且它们的间隙互补。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的压紧筒(41)安装在送胶座(36)下方的压紧座(43)上,且压紧座(43) 上设置有与其配合的调节槽(44),所述的压紧筒(41)的端部通过拉紧弹簧(46)连接有调节螺栓(47),所述的调节螺栓(47)与压紧座(43)上的调节孔(45)配合,且压紧座(43)上设置有不少于两个调节孔(45)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的压胶装置(34)包括设置在送胶座(36)下方的压胶座(49),所述的压胶座(49)的后侧设置有与胶带配合的倒胶块(50),下部从前往后依次设置有压胶筒(52)和切胶口(51),所述的压胶座(49)上设置有与压胶电机连接的输送轴(53),所述的输送轴(53)通过同步带和同步轮连接有凸轮轴(54),所述的凸轮轴(54)上设置有切胶凸轮(55),所述的切胶凸轮(55)连接有与切胶口(51)配合的切胶刀(56),所述的压胶电机连接到控制器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新旧SMT接料带的粘接机,其特征在于,所述的压胶座(49)设置在贴胶升降座(32)上,且贴胶升降座(32)位于压胶座(49)的后侧设置有散热器(48),所述的贴胶升降座(32)固连有贴胶升降块(31),所述的贴胶升降块(31)套设在送胶座(36)上的贴胶升降丝杆(30)上,所述的贴胶升降丝杆(30)通过同步轮和同步带连接打送胶座(36)上的贴胶升降电机(29),所述的贴胶升降座(32)与送胶座(36)上设置的贴胶升降滑块(33)配合,所述的散热器(48)和贴胶升降电机(29)连接到控制器。
