技术领域
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,尤其是指一种旋脱退模机构及注塑机。
背景技术
常用的注塑退模机采用半热流道或冷流道的注塑机构,配合油缸或者马达带动旋脱机构,对产品注胶再进行退模的动作,这种结构的注塑机存在开模周期长的缺陷,降低了生产效率,长久来看不利于企业的竞争力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种脱模与模具开模同步,不占用模具设计周期的注塑退模装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种旋脱退模机构,包括旋脱单元和多个牙芯单元,多个牙芯单元环绕于所述旋脱单元;
所述旋脱单元包括来复线、来复线司套,所述来复线司套套接于所述来复线,来复线司套内侧与来复线外侧对应设有相适配的内螺纹和外螺纹,所述来复线司套外侧设有轴承,轴承外侧设有主齿轮;
所述牙芯单元包括牙芯、牙芯镶件、止转齿轮和牙套,所述牙芯镶件设置于牙芯一端,牙套设置于牙芯的另一端,所述牙套设有螺纹导向结构,所述牙芯镶件通过止转齿轮与牙芯连接,所述牙芯设有从齿轮,所述牙芯通过从齿轮与旋脱单元的主齿轮啮合联动。
进一步的,旋脱退模时,来复线沿轴向运动,带动来复线司套转动,通过主齿轮带动牙芯的从齿轮,牙芯跟随来复线司套进行转动,牙芯单元在牙套的螺纹导向结构的作用下,带动牙芯向牙套端方向移动,牙芯镶件由于止转齿轮作用,不跟随牙芯一并转动,待来复线移动到位,旋脱单元停止工作,牙芯单元也旋移到位,旋脱退模动作完成;
退模完成后,来复线沿轴向进行反向运动,带动来复线司套反向转动,通过主齿轮带动牙芯的从齿轮,牙芯跟随来复线司套进行反向转动,牙芯单元在牙套的螺纹导向结构的作用下,带动牙芯向牙套端的反方向移动,待来复线复位,旋脱单元停止工作,牙芯单元也旋移复位。
本发明还涉及一种注塑机,其特征在于:包括注塑机构和旋脱退模机构,所述注塑机构可分离的设置于旋脱退模机构上面,所述注塑机构包括多个注塑头,多个注塑头与所述退膜机构的多个牙芯单元对应设置,所述注塑头和所述牙芯单元之间形成有空腔,所述注塑头包括热嘴和浇口套;
所述注塑机构设有与所述旋脱退模机构的旋脱单元的来复线的联动机构。
进一步的,工作时,溶融状态的塑胶通过注塑头的热嘴,再经过浇口套注入所述注塑头和牙芯单元之间的空腔,形成产品,注胶完毕后,由冷却系统对产品冷却成型,
而后将注塑机构与旋脱退模机构分离,分离过程中,通过所述联动机构,旋脱退模机构同时进行旋脱退模动作,待注塑机构与旋脱退模机构分离到位,旋脱退模机构的旋脱退模动作完成。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过来复线的往复运动,使动来复线司套、轴承及主齿轮转动,再带动牙芯旋转,配合牙芯底部的牙套的螺纹导向结构,使牙芯带动产品后退,产品由于牙芯镶件的止转齿轮的作用不会跟随转动,因而达到旋脱抽芯的目的,实现了产品脱模与模具开模同步进行,大大提高了生产效率。

实施例1
旋脱退模时,来复线沿轴向运动,带动来复线司套转动,通过主齿轮带动牙芯的从齿轮,牙芯跟随来复线司套进行转动,牙芯单元在牙套的螺纹导向结构的作用下,带动牙芯向牙套端方向移动,牙芯镶件由于止转齿轮作用,不跟随牙芯一并转动,待来复线移动到位,旋脱单元停止工作,牙芯单元也旋移到位,旋脱退模动作完成;
退模完成后,来复线沿轴向进行反向运动,带动来复线司套反向转动,通过主齿轮带动牙芯的从齿轮,牙芯跟随来复线司套进行反向转动,牙芯单元在牙套的螺纹导向结构的作用下,带动牙芯向牙套端的反方向移动,待来复线复位,旋脱单元停止工作,牙芯单元也旋移复位。
由上可知,采用来复线式的旋脱退模机构,可以使具备内螺纹的产品在注塑成型完成后,在脱模的同时,将产品内侧的设有外螺纹的模具通过牙芯抽离产品,实现了开模与脱模同时进行的效果,有效节省了生产时间,提高了生产效率。
本发明还涉及一种注塑机,包括注塑机构和旋脱退模机构,所述注塑机构可分离的设置于旋脱退模机构上面,所述注塑机构包括多个注塑头,多个注塑头与所述退膜机构的多个牙芯单元对应设置,所述注塑头和所述牙芯单元之间形成有空腔,所述注塑头包括热嘴21和浇口套22;
所述注塑机构设有与所述旋脱退模机构的旋脱单元的来复线的联动机构。
由上可知,通过在注塑头的热嘴设置浇口套,可以避免水口残留,以致产生废料,同时浇口套的保温效果,可以使注塑机构更快进入下一次的注胶工作中,提高了生产效率。
实施例2
工作时,溶融状态的塑胶通过注塑头的热嘴21,再经过浇口套22注入所述注塑头和牙芯单元之间的空腔,形成产品,注胶完毕后,由冷却系统对产品23冷却成型,
而后将注塑机构与旋脱退模机构分离,分离过程中,通过所述联动机构,旋脱退模机构同时进行旋脱退模动作,待注塑机构与旋脱退模机构分离到位,旋脱退模机构的旋脱退模动作完成。
由上可知,具备联动机构的注塑机,具备更快的注胶、成型、旋脱退模速度,可以大大提高生产效率,提高企业的竞争力。
