まず、層状物質含有液の構成に関して説明する。
イオン液体は、液体の塩である。このイオン液体は、カチオン及びアニオンを含んでいる。
カチオンは、任意の陽イオンのうちのいずれか1種類又は2種類以上を含んでいる。
アニオンは、任意の陰イオンのうちのいずれか1種類又は2種類以上を含んでいる。
高分子化合物は、加水分解性高分子化合物及び熱分解性高分子化合物のうちの一方又は双方を含んでいる。即ち、高分子化合物は、加水分解性高分子化合物だけを含んでいてもよいし、熱分解性高分子化合物だけを含んでいてもよいし、加水分解性高分子化合物及び熱分解性高分子化合物の双方を含んでいてもよい。
加水分解性高分子化合物は、加水分解性基、即ち水との反応に起因して分解する性質を有する基を主鎖中に有する高分子化合物であり、その加水分解性基のうちのいずれか1種類又は2種類以上を含んでいる。この加水分解性高分子化合物の種類は、1種類だけでもよいし、2種類以上でもよい。
熱分解性高分子化合物は、炭素-炭素結合のみからなる主鎖を有する高分子化合物であり、炭素-炭素不飽和結合のみが関与する反応により得られる高分子化合物及びその誘導体のうちのいずれか1種類又は2種類以上を含んでいる。
オキソ酸系化合物は、リン酸系化合物、硫酸系化合物、スルホン酸系化合物及び過塩素酸系化合物のうちのいずれか1種類又は2種類以上を含んでいる。
リン酸系化合物は、上記したように、リン酸骨格(リン原子に4個の酸素原子が結合された構造)を有する化合物の総称である。

層状物質含有液を調製する場合には、最初に、上記した高分子化合物と、上記したオキソ酸系化合物と、層状積層物とを含有する溶液(層状積層物含有液)を準備する。この層状積層物含有液は、さらに、イオン液体を含有していてもよい。
層状物質含有液を調製した後、必要に応じて、その層状物質含有液を精製してもよい。
上記した層状物質含有液及びその製造方法によれば、上記した高分子化合物と、上記したオキソ酸系化合物と、層状積層物とを含有する層状積層物含有液に音波等を照射し、又は層状積層物含有液を加熱することにより、層状物質含有液を得ている。この場合には、層状積層物含有液の調製処理、照射処理及び加熱処理という簡単な処理だけを用いているにも関わらず、層状積層物から層状物質が容易に剥離するため、その層状物質が高濃度に分散される。しかも、層状物質は安定かつ再現性よく剥離するため、その層状物質の層数は均一化する。また、剥離時において層状物質は破損しにくいため、その層状物質の面積は十分に大きくなる。よって、高品質な層状物質を容易に得ることができる。

(実験例1~93)
以下の手順により、層状物質含有液を製造した。この場合には、層状積層物から層状物質を剥離させる方法として、照射法又は加熱法を用いた。
下記の化合物1:ビス((トリフルオロメチル)スルホニル)アミド・1-ブチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム
下記の化合物2:トリフルオロメチルスルホン酸・1-ブチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム
下記の化合物3:リン酸ジメチル・1,3-ジメチルイミダゾリウム
下記の化合物4:硫酸・1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム
下記の化合物5:酢酸・1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム
下記の化合物6:ビス((トリフルオロメチル)スルホニル)アミド・1,1’-((エタン-1,2-ジイルビス(オキシ))ビス(エタン-2,1-ジイル))ビス(3-ブチルイミダゾリウム)
PEG1:ポリエチレングリコール(和光純薬工業株式会社製のPEG-20000,重量平均分子量=約20000)
PEG2:ポリエチレングリコール(和光純薬工業株式会社製のPEG-2000,重量平均分子量=約2000)
PEG3:ポリエチレングリコール(和光純薬工業株式会社製のPEG-600,重量平均分子量=約600)
MC:メチルセルロース(東京化成工業株式会社製の10%水溶液(90mPa・s~110mPa・s(5%,トルエン:エタノール=80:20,25℃))
PVA:ポリビニルアルコール(株式会社クラレ製のPVA-217)
PA:アクリル系ポリマー(東亜合成化学株式会社製のアルフオンUP-1000,重量平均分子量=約3000)
PPG1:ポリプロピレングリコール(株式会社ADEKA製のアデカポリエーテルP-3000,重量平均分子量=約3000)
PPG2:ポリプロピレングリコール(株式会社ADEKA製のアデカポリエーテルP-1000,重量平均分子量=約1000)
PAG1:グリセリンのプロピレンオキシド付加物(株式会社ADEKA製のアデカポリエーテルG-4000,重量平均分子量=約4000)
PAG2:ショ糖のプロピレンオキシド付加物(株式会社ADEKA製のアデカポリエーテルSC-1000,重量平均分子量=約1000)
PAG3:ソルビトールのプロピレンオキシド付加物(株式会社ADEKA製のアデカポリエーテルSP-600,重量平均分子量=約600)
リン酸:和光純薬工業株式会社製の90%リン酸
ピロリン酸:和光純薬工業株式会社製の二リン酸(リン酸含有)
リン酸トリメチル:和光純薬工業株式会社製
リン酸トリフェニル:和光純薬工業株式会社製
リン酸モノブチル:和光純薬工業株式会社製
リン酸二水素カリウム:和光純薬工業株式会社製
ATP・Na(アデノシン5’-三リン酸二ナトリウム水和物):東京化成工業株式会社製
硫酸:和光純薬工業株式会社製の96%硫酸
メタンスルホン酸:和光純薬工業株式会社製
過塩素酸:和光純薬工業株式会社製の60%過塩素酸
天然黒鉛:和光純薬工業株式会社製(2θ=約27°)
膨張化黒鉛:伊藤黒鉛工業株式会社製のEC1500(2θ=約27°)
SnS2 :三津和化学薬品株式会社製の硫化スズ(IV)(2θ=約15°)
MoTe2 :三津和化学薬品株式会社製のテルル化モリブデン(2θ=約12.6°)
GeS:三津和化学薬品株式会社製の硫化ゲルマニウム(II)(2θ=約34.1°)
ZrS2 :三津和化学薬品株式会社製の硫化ジルコニウム(2θ=約15.1°)
NbSe2 :三津和化学薬品株式会社製のセレン化ニオブ(2θ=約14°)
XRD法(集中法)を用いて、層状物質含有液を分析した。この場合には、層状物質含有液を試料板の表面に塗布することにより、分析用サンプルを作製した。
Claims (9)
- (A)加水分解性高分子化合物及び熱分解性高分子化合物のうちの少なくとも一方を含む高分子化合物と、
(B)リン酸系化合物、硫酸系化合物、スルホン酸系化合物及び過塩素酸系化合物のうちの少なくとも1種を含むオキソ酸系化合物と、
(C)層状物質と
を含有する、層状物質含有液。 - さらに、(D)イオン液体を含有する、
請求項1記載の層状物質含有液。 - 前記リン酸系化合物は、無機リン酸、無機リン酸のアルカリ金属塩、酸性リン酸エステル、酸性リン酸のアルカリ金属塩、リン酸トリエステル、ヌクレオチド及びヌクレオチドのアルカリ金属塩のうちの少なくとも1種を含み、
前記硫酸系化合物は、硫酸、硫酸水素ナトリウム及び硫酸水素カリウムのうちの少なくとも1種を含み、
前記スルホン酸系化合物は、メタンスルホン酸、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸、ベンゼンスルホン酸及びp-トルエンスルホン酸のうちの少なくとも1種を含み、
前記過塩素酸系化合物は、過塩素酸、過塩素酸ナトリウム及び過塩素酸カリウムのうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の層状物質含有液。 - 前記オキソ酸系化合物の含有量は、0.1重量%以上20重量%以下である、
請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の層状物質含有液。 - 前記加水分解性高分子化合物は、エーテル結合、スルフィド結合、エステル結合、アミド結合、カーボネート結合、ウレア結合及びイミド結合のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、
請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の層状物質含有液。 - (A)加水分解性高分子化合物及び熱分解性高分子化合物のうちの少なくとも一方を含む高分子化合物と、(B)リン酸系化合物、硫酸系化合物、スルホン酸系化合物及び過塩素酸系化合物のうちの少なくとも1種を含むオキソ酸系化合物と、(C)層状物質の積層物とを含有する溶液を準備し、
前記溶液に音波及び電波のうちの少なくとも一方を照射する、
層状物質含有液の製造方法。 - 前記溶液は、さらに、(D)イオン液体を含有する、
請求項6記載の層状物質含有液の製造方法。 - (A)加水分解性高分子化合物及び熱分解性高分子化合物のうちの少なくとも一方を含む高分子化合物と、(B)リン酸系化合物、硫酸系化合物、スルホン酸系化合物及び過塩素酸系化合物のうちの少なくとも1種を含むオキソ酸系化合物と、(C)層状物質の積層物とを含有する溶液を準備し、
前記溶液を加熱する、
層状物質含有液の製造方法。 - 前記溶液は、さらに、(D)イオン液体を含有する、
請求項8記載の層状物質含有液の製造方法。
