本申请涉及烹饪器具技术领域,特别涉及一种电烤机。
背景技术
以热辐射方式的非接触式加热的电烤机,在烧烤食物过程中具有食物不易被烧焦,食材烤熟后鲜嫩的特点,且在烧烤过程中不易产生油烟,深受消费者的喜爱。
但由于产生热辐射源的热辐射装置也会将部分热量向电烤机的外壳方向辐射,使得电烤机的外壳温度升高,容易伤及使用者,同时造成热量损失并降低了电烤机的食材加热效率。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种电烤机,旨在减少电烤机加热食材过程中的热量损失,提高电烤机的加热效率,同时降低外壳的温度。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的电烤机,包括外壳以及容置于所述外壳内的内壳和加热装置,所述内壳位于所述外壳和所述加热装置之间,所述内壳和所述加热装置之间形成隔热腔。
在一实施例中,所述加热装置位于所述隔热腔所在高度范围之间。
在一实施例中,所述隔热腔为由金属材料围成的上端封闭的腔体。
在一实施例中,所述加热装置包括反射罩、以及安装于所述反射罩的辐射热源,所述反射罩形成有反射腔,所述辐射热源位于所述反射腔内,所述反射罩背离所述辐射热源的一侧外壁和所述内壳共同围成所述隔热腔。
在一实施例中,所述内壳面向所述反射罩的表面涂覆有反射层,该反射层为镀锌层或镀铝层。
在一实施例中,所述加热装置还包括保护窗,所述反射腔形成有第一让位口,所述保护窗封盖于所述第一让位口而与所述反射罩围成密闭空间。
在一实施例中,所述内壳包括两长侧边,所述加热装置设有两个,一所述加热装置安装于一所述长侧边,且每一所述加热装置在所述长侧边的长度方向上延伸。
在一实施例中,所述外壳和所述内壳之间形成有散热通道。
在一实施例中,所述外壳和所述内壳之间形成的间距d的范围为3≤d≤30毫米。
在一实施例中,所述散热通道的上端开设有出风口。
在一实施例中,所述内壳包括相连接的水平段和折弯段,所述外壳包括相连接的封盖段和倾斜段,所述水平段和所述封盖段相对设置,所述折弯段和所述倾斜段相对设置,所述水平段和所述封盖段之间的间距小于所述折弯段和所述倾斜段之间的间距。

本申请技术方案通过在电烤机的加热装置和内壳之间形成隔热腔,通过隔热腔的隔离作用,在电烤机加热食物过程中,加热装置产生的热量以及烤架上的热量向电烤机外部辐射传导的能力被隔热腔大大削弱,从而降低了电烤机在食物加热过程中的热量损失,提高了电烤机的食物加热效率,同时也降低了外壳的温度,可避免使用者接触外壳时被烫伤,也提高了电烤机的使用安全性。

本申请提出一种电烤机100。
请结合参照图1至图3,在本申请一实施例中,该电烤机100,包括外壳10以及容置于外壳10内的内壳30和加热装置50,内壳30位于所述外壳10和加热装置50之间,内壳30和加热装置50之间围成有隔热腔60。
本申请外壳10为塑料材质,并通过一体注塑方式生产完成。内壳30可为不锈钢材质或者铝合金材质。其中外壳10为长方体的框体形状,其上下两端设置开口,内壳30和加热装置50均设置于外壳10所围成的空间内。内壳30也呈框体结构,其形状和外壳10的形状相匹配,外壳10套设于内壳30外部。内壳30可由多段金属板首尾拼接构成。本申请电烤机100在外壳10和内壳30的底部连接有底壳80,底壳80滑动连接有接油盘90,并在金属外壳10的上端架设有烤架70,在电烤机100工作过程中,加热装置50向烤架70方向辐射出加热光线,对放置于烤架70上的食物进行非接触式加热,食物如肉类在加热过程中,产生的油脂可下落并滴落于接油盘90,当然食物所带的水分也可滴落于接油盘90由接油盘90进行收集。由于接油盘90和底壳80为滑动连接,可于电烤机100的一侧将接油盘90拉出,方便清理接油盘90上的油污。
本申请技术方案通过在电烤机100的加热装置50和内壳30之间形成隔热腔60,在电烤机100加热食物过程中,加热装置50以及烤架70上的热量因为隔热腔60的空气保温层的作用,使得加热装置50产生的热量向电烤机100外部辐射传导的能力被大大削弱,降低了加热装置50的热量损失,提高了电烤机100的食物加热效率,同时降低了外壳10的温度,降低了触摸电烤机100外壳10时被烫伤的风险,使用者在电烤机100附近时也不会感到过于炎热,使得电烤机100的使用效果更佳。
可以理解的,本实施例的隔热腔60可以是密闭腔体,也可以是设有开口的腔体,本实施例的隔热腔60优选为密闭腔体,当隔热腔60为设有开口的腔体时,其可于内壳30的下部分设置有开口,而内壳30和加热装置50的上部分为封闭结构。
为了提高本电烤机100的隔热保温性能,所述加热装置50位于隔热腔60所在高度范围之间。如此可以实现隔热腔60的空间区域包覆加热装置50的外壁。本申请的隔热腔60的空间区域完全包覆加热装置50朝向外壳10一侧的外壁,如此可形成对加热装置50向外壳10方向辐射出的热量进行较完全的隔离效果,使得电烤机100的隔热保温效果更好。
请参照图3,加热装置50包括反射罩51、以及安装于反射罩51的辐射热源53,反射罩51形成有反射腔55,辐射热源53位于反射腔55内,反射罩51的周缘和内壳30抵接,反射罩51背离辐射热源53的一侧外壁和内壳30共同围成隔热腔60。
本申请加热装置50通过辐射热源53进行热量辐射而对食材进行加热,辐射热源53为红外灯管。反射罩51所形成的反射腔55的腔道整体为向上倾斜设置,并且在反射腔55的上部设置有第一让位口(未标示),从而实现将辐射热源53所辐射出的热量导向架设于内壳30上端的烤架70,实现烤架70上食物的非接触式加热。其中反射罩51可以是金属材质(如铝合金)的基体,并于基体面向辐射热源53的一侧表面覆盖反射材料层(如镀锌层)的结构,反射罩51可为一体式板状结构并通过弯折形成,也可以是由多块板材拼接构成。本实施例的辐射热源53也可以替换为卤素灯、线圈式灯丝、陶瓷加热器等结构。
可以理解的,本实施例还可于反射罩51与内壳30的抵接处设置有密封圈,其中密封圈可为耐高温的塑料材质,如此可以在加热装置50与内壳30的连接处形成柔性缓冲,在搬运电烤机100的过程中,具有辐射热源53的加热装置50更不容易因碰撞而损坏,同时也可以提高隔热腔50的密封性,并且也减少反射罩51通过接触式热传递传导至内壳30的热量,从而进一步减少本电烤机100向除了烤架70方向以外方向辐射的热量,电烤机100的热利用率得到提升,加热效果进一步提高。
本实施例利用反射罩51的外壁和内壳30围成隔热腔60,实现对加热装置50向外壳10方向辐射热量的阻隔,结构简单的同时,也提高电烤机100的加热效率。
为了进一步减少电烤机100向外壳10方向辐射热量的损失,提升本电烤机100的加热效率。本实施例内壳30面向反射罩51的表面涂覆有反射层(未标示),该反射层为镀锌层或镀铝层。
通过于内壳30面向反射罩51的表面涂覆反射层,则加热装置50向外壳10方向辐射的热量可通过内壳30反射回去,相当于在隔热腔60的基础上再添加一个反射罩,如此更进一步减少热量的损失,提高电烤机100的加热效率
本实施例加热装置50还包括保护窗57,保护窗57封盖于第一让位口而与反射罩51围成密闭空间。
所述保护窗57优选为玻璃材质。保护窗57的设置一方面可对辐射热源53所发出的光线(如紫外线)进行过滤,降低辐射热源53发出的有害光线对人体的危害,提高了本电烤机100的安全性,另一方面保护窗57与反射罩51围成密闭空间,辐射热源53处于封闭的环境内,在食物加热过程中,下滴至接油盘90的油滴或水分不会溅射至辐射热源53上,如此避免了油滴或水分对辐射热源53的腐蚀,提高了电烤机100的使用寿命。
由上述的内容可知, 所述内壳30为与外壳10相适配的框体结构,内壳30包括两长侧边,加热装置50设有两个,一所述加热装置50安装于一所述长侧边,且每一所述加热装置50在所述长侧边的长度方向上延伸。内壳30以及两加热装置50围成容置腔31,两个加热装置50位于容置腔31内的相对两侧,
本申请的电烤机100通过两个相对设置的加热装置50,一方面使得烧烤架70上的食物实现相对两侧同时加热,食物受热均匀,烧烤后获得的食物成品品质优良,另一方面也提高了食物的加热效率。
请参照图3,所述内壳30或反射罩51的上端形成有第二让位口(未标示),将烤架70架设于第二让位口处,且烤架70部分嵌设于第二让位口内。通过将烤架70部分嵌设于第二让位口内内,一方面可以提升烤架70安装后结构的稳固性,另一方面,将隔热腔60延伸至烤架70的两侧,使得隔热腔60对烤架70所在平面的两侧进行包裹,则烤架70向外壳10方向热传递的能力被削弱,两个加热装置50所辐射出的热量也较多的聚集在烤架70上,则对烤架70上食物的加热效率得到进一步提升。
由于本实施例构成隔热腔60的内壳30和加热装置50的反射罩51的侧壁均为金属材质,即隔热腔60由金属材料围成,并且隔热腔60为上端封闭的腔体。则在电烤机100食物加热过程中,由于加热装置50的加热作用,隔热腔60内的热空气上升,较多热量聚集在隔热腔60的上端,而又因为烤架70架设于第二让位口,靠近隔热腔60的上端,在电烤机100使用过程中,隔热腔60上端的温度可接近烤架70的温度,则烤架70与隔热腔60之间的温差较小,从而减少了烤架70的热量通过隔热腔60的顶部进行热传递而散失,则电烤机100的热利用率更高,食材的加热效果更好。
请结合参照图3和图4,所述内壳30或反射罩51于第二让位口处设置有抵接斜面33(本实施例抵接斜面33形成于内壳30),烤架70形成有导向斜面71,当烤架70部分嵌入第二让位口内时,抵接斜面33和导向斜面71相互平行或抵接设置。
本实施例通过抵接斜面33和导向斜面71的配合,使得烤架70安装于内壳30上端开口时结构更稳固,并且安装过程中对位也较方便,同时,在抵接斜面33和导向斜面71相抵接的情况下,内壳30于抵接斜面33的部分在辐射热源53热辐射光线照射过程中发热,热量通过导向斜面71传递至烤架70的周缘,如此处于烤架70周缘的食物也能得到较高温度加热,烤架70上的食材的加热效果更好,加热效率更高。
当所述抵接斜面33和所述导向斜面71相互平行时,本实施例抵接斜面33和导向斜面71的间距范围为大于0小于等于3毫米。如此烤架70的装配结构更牢固,同时导热能力得到进一步提高。
在上述内容中,本申请实施例通过设置在内壳30和加热装置50之间围成有隔热腔60,来减少加热装置50向外壳10方向辐射损伤的热量,提高热利用率,同时降低外壳10的温度,使得本申请的电烤机100使用安全。而本申请为了进一步提升本电烤机100使用的安全性,在降低外壳10温度的方案上还进行了以下设计。
具体地,请再次结合参照图1至图3,本申请于外壳10和内壳30之间形成有散热通道20,本申请技术方案通过采用在电烤机100的外壳10和内壳30之间形成散热通道20,在电烤机100加热食物过程中,加热装置50向外壳10方向辐射的热量,具体而言,加热装置50将热量传递至内壳30,内壳30面向外壳10一侧表面的热量被散热通道20内的空气对流带走排出,而只有较少的热量能传递至外壳10,使得外壳10在电烤机100工作过程中不会温度过高,一方面可以避免外壳10处于较高温度环境下出现变形老化现象,另一方面可以避免使用者触摸外壳10而被烫伤,则电烤机100的安全性能得到提升。
本实施例散热风道20的上端开设有出风口24,并且出风口24外壳10位于靠近内壳30的一侧,具体而言,所述底壳80盖合连接于外壳10和内壳30的下端,底壳80开设有连通散热通道20的进风口22,外壳10的上端开设有连通散热通道20的出风口24,即出风口24设于外壳10的靠近内壳30的一侧。
在本电烤机100工作过程中,散热风道20内的风流向为至下而上,进入散热风道20内的空气由电烤机100的侧边向上方吹出。采用底部进风的方式,可以避免散热通道200的进风口22将架设烤架70上的食材在烧烤过程中产生的少量油烟进入散热通道20,造成散热通道20的内壁被油污覆盖,而较难清洗。同时,本申请的烧烤机100通过外壳10、内壳30以及底壳80合围成散热风道20,形成可拆卸方案,在电烤机100的后期拆装维护时更方便。
进一步地的,本申请还将内壳30和外壳10之间的间距设为3到30毫米,在电烤机100食物加热过程中,加热装置50产生的热量通过内壳30向外壳10方向辐射时,由于内壳30和外壳10的间距设置,使得内壳30向外壳10的热传递能力被大大削弱,电烤机使用过程中,外壳10不会升温过高,则可以避免外壳10处于较高温度环境下而出现变形老化现象,同时可以避免使用者触摸外壳10而被烫伤,则电烤机100的安全性能得到提升,另外内壳30和外壳10之间3到30毫米的间距设置,也使得电烤机100的整体结构紧凑。
具体而言,本方案内壳30包括相连接的水平段32和折弯段34,外壳10包括相连接的封盖段12和倾斜段14,水平段32和封盖段12相对设置,折弯段34和倾斜段14相对设置,水平段32和封盖段12之间的间距小于折弯段34和倾斜段14之间的间距。
本实施例内壳30的水平段32和折弯段34为内壳30的中间部分,并且水平段32位于上方,内壳30还包括分别与水平段32和折弯段34连接的板体部分,使得内壳30整体为近似长方体开口的罩体形状,即水平段32和折弯段34为罩体的中间部分。其中水平段32和折弯段34共同构成上述的长侧边以对应加热装置50设置。外壳10也由封盖段12和倾斜段14构成近似长方形开口的罩体形状,其中折弯段34和倾斜段14对应电烤机100的机身的侧部具有较大的面积,在电烤机100加热过程中,加热装置50产生向外壳10方向辐射的热量也较多通过折弯段34和倾斜段14进行热传递,本实施例通过将折弯段34和倾斜段14的间距设置得比较大,则折弯段34向倾斜段14传递温度的能力被削弱,则外壳10的温度不会升高过快。
进一步地,所述倾斜段14和竖直面的夹角a的范围为5到30度。本实施例倾斜段14为向电烤机100的内部倾斜,使得电烤机100整体具有梯形的横截面,在电烤机100使用过程中,使用者更不容易触碰到外壳10。
为了实现较佳的散热效果,所述散热通道20靠近进风口22一端的内腔横截面面积大于靠近出风口24一端的内腔横截面面积。由于热空气一般具有向上运动的趋势,本电烤机100食物加热过程中,大量空气由进风口22进入散热通道20,由于在进风口22至出风口24的方向上为缩口设置,使得散热风道20内的空气流速加快,散热效果更好。
进一步地,所述进风口22和/或出风口24处设置有防尘网(未图示)。通过防尘网的设置可以防止异物进入散热通道20内,更有利于保持散热通道20内的清洁。
进一步地,所述底壳20上多个进风口22在加热装置50的长度方向上排布,将多个所述进风口22的排布长度设为L1,加热装置50的长度设为L2,其中,0.5≤L1/L2≤1.1。
本申请技术方案通过在电烤机100的外壳30和内壳10形成散热通道20,并在底壳80开设连通散热通道20的多个进风口22,且多个进风口22在加热装置50的长度方向上线性排列,且将多个进风口22的排列长度L1与加热装置50的长度L2的比值设为0.5≤L1/L2≤1.1,通过上述设置,多个进风口22可满足电烤机100加热食物过程中的散热进风需求,使得电烤机100工作过程中外壳10不会温度过高,一方面可以避免外壳10处于较高温度环境下出现变形老化现象,另一方面可以避免使用者触摸外壳10而被烫伤,则电烤机100的安全性能得到提升。
优选地,多个进风口22于水平面的投影与加热装置50于水平面的投影至少部分重合。如此,由进风口22进入散热风道20并向上方运动的冷风,可迅速且较完全的吸收加热装置50传递至内壳30的热量,并通过出风口24排出。
进一步地,为了降低外壳10的温度,请参照图6和图7,本申请还将内壳30于第二让位口处形成有烤架支撑部35,烤架支撑部35的上端面高于外壳10的上端面。
本申请技术方案烤架支撑部35形成于与内壳30的水平段32连接的板体,通过设置烤架支撑部35的上端面高于外壳10的上端面,可使得电烤机100的烤架70架设于烤架支撑部35时,其侧边缘高于外壳10,这样,即使烤架70在烤制过程中出现较大偏移,其侧边缘也是无法接触到外壳10,从而有效避免了电烤机100的外壳10被烤架70的高温烫坏,保障了电烤机100的结构完好性。
所述烤架支撑部35包括多个,多个烤架支撑部35间隔设置,并环绕第二让位口,两相邻烤架支撑部35之间形成一气流通道37。
具体地,本实施例中,由于第二让位口大致呈长方形,所以,烤架支撑部35设置有四个,且分布与第二让位口的四个角处,以实现对烤架70的四个角的支撑,增加烤架70架设于烤架支撑部35的稳定性及使用安全性。并且,相邻两烤架支撑部35之间间隔,还形成气流通道37,从而有利于内壳30内产生的带有烟雾的热气排出。此外,烤架支撑部35设置还可进一步节省制造材料,降低成本。
本申请,所述烤架支撑部的上端面与所述外壳的上端面的高度差大于0、小于或等于10mm。其中该高度差可优选为大于3、小于或等于10mm,如此,在有效保障电烤机100的结构完好性的同时,还可使得烤架70的位置恰当,内壳30的热量不易传递至烤架70,同时避免了烤架70架设过高所带来了材料浪费,另一方面,还可使得电烤机100的整体更加美观,使用过程中持握烤架70时不易触碰到温度较高的内壳30,如此使用更加安全。
请结合参照图3和图5,本申请的电烤机100为了提高接油盘90的接油效果,接油盘90位于所述烤架70的正下方,且接油盘90于水平面的投影面积和烤架70位于水平面的投影面积大小相当。如此有烤架70上的食物滴落的油脂和水分等均可直接落于接油盘90上。其中接油盘90与底壳80的滑动连接,可以通过在底壳80的两侧设置滑槽,接油盘90的两侧周缘嵌设于滑槽内,并且于外壳10底部设置缺口,接油盘90的端部位于缺口处,通过手动推拉实现接油盘90的端部进出容置腔31,使得电烤机100的清理操作简便。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种电烤机,其特征在于,包括外壳以及容置于所述外壳内的内壳和加热装置,所述内壳位于所述外壳和所述加热装置之间,所述内壳和所述加热装置之间形成隔热腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电烤机,其中,所述加热装置位于所述隔热腔所在高度范围之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电烤机,其中,所述隔热腔为由金属材料围成的上端封闭的腔体。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电烤机,其中,所述加热装置包括反射罩、以及安装于所述反射罩的辐射热源,所述反射罩形成有反射腔,所述辐射热源位于所述反射腔内,所述反射罩背离所述辐射热源的一侧外壁和所述内壳共同围成所述隔热腔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电烤机,其中,所述内壳面向所述反射罩的表面涂覆有反射层,该反射层为镀锌层或镀铝层。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电烤机,其中,所述加热装置还包括保护窗,所述反射腔形成有第一让位口,所述保护窗封盖于所述第一让位口而与所述反射罩围成密闭空间。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电烤机,其中,所述内壳包括两长侧边,所述加热装置设有两个,一所述加热装置安装于一所述长侧边,且每一所述加热装置在所述长侧边的长度方向上延伸。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的电烤机,其中,所述外壳和所述内壳之间形成有散热通道。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电烤机,其中,所述散热通道的上端开设有出风口。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电烤机,其中,所述外壳和所述内壳之间形成的间距d的范围为3≤d≤30毫米。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电烤机,其中,所述内壳包括相连接的水平段和折弯段,所述外壳包括相连接的封盖段和倾斜段,所述水平段和所述封盖段相对设置,所述折弯段和所述倾斜段相对设置,所述水平段和所述封盖段之间的间距小于所述折弯段和所述倾斜段之间的间距。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电烤机,其中,所述倾斜段和竖直面的夹角a的范围为5到30度。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的电烤机,其中,还包括底壳,所述底壳盖合连接于所述外壳和所述内壳的下端,所述底壳开设有连通所述散热通道的进风口,所述外壳的上端设有连通所述散热通道的出风口。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电烤机,其中,所述出风口位于外壳靠近所述内壳的一侧。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的电烤机,其中,所述散热通道靠近所述进风口一端的内腔横截面面积大于靠近所述出风口一端的内腔横截面面积。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的电烤机,其中,所述进风口位于所述加热装置的下方且具有多个,多个所述进风口在所述加热装置的长度方向上间隔排布,且多个所述进风口于水平面的投影与所述加热装置于水平面的投影至少部分重合。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电烤机,其中,将所述进风口的排布长度设为L1,所述加热装置的长度设为L2,其中,0.5≤L1/L2≤1.1。
  18. 如权利要求8所述的电烤机,其中,该电烤机还包括烤架,所述内壳的上端形成有第二让位口,所述烤架架设于所述第二让位口,且所述烤架部分嵌设于所述第二让位口内。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电烤机,其中,所述内壳于所述第二让位口处形成有烤架支撑部,所述烤架支撑部的上端面高于所述外壳的上端面。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电烤机,其中,所述烤架支撑部包括多个,多个所述烤架支撑部间隔设置,并环绕所述第二让位口,两相邻烤架支撑部之间形成一气流通道。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的电烤机,其中,所述烤架支撑部的上端面与所述外壳的上端面的高度差大于0、小于或等于10mm。
  22. 如权利要求18所述的电烤机,其特征在于,该电烤机还包括接油盘,所述接油盘位于所述烤架的正下方,且所述接油盘于水平面的投影面积和所述烤架位于水平面的投影面积大小相当。
