Abstract
波長420nmの光のカット率に優れ、更に外観に優れた眼鏡レンズの製造方法、及び眼鏡レンズを提供することを課題とする。 〔1〕インドール系紫外線吸収剤を含有する浸漬液に、基材を浸漬する工程、を含む、眼鏡レンズの製造方法、〔2〕基材を備える眼鏡レンズであって、基材にインドール系紫外線吸収剤が染色法により含浸されている、眼鏡レンズ。
Description
本開示は、眼鏡レンズの製造方法及び眼鏡レンズに関する。
眼鏡レンズ等の光学部材において、青色領域(380~500nmの波長域)の光線をカットすることにより、眩しさが低減され、視認性、コントラストが向上する。また、目の健康に対して、青色領域(380~500nm)の光線はエネルギーが強いため、網膜などの損傷の原因になるとされている。青色光による損傷を「ブルーライトハザード」といい、特に低波長側の420nm付近の光が危険であり、この領域の光をカットすることが望ましいとされている。
特許文献1では、合成樹脂製の眼鏡用レンズに紫外線吸収剤を配合し、所定波長以下の紫外・可視光線を遮光する保護眼鏡用遮光レンズにおいて、合成樹脂100質量部に対して融点140~150℃のインドール系紫外線吸収剤を0.01~2質量部配合し、波長430nm以下の紫外・可視光線を遮光したことを特徴とする保護眼鏡用遮光レンズが記載されている。
特許文献1によれば、波長420nm付近の光のカット率を高められる。しかし、当該文献に記載の製造方法のように、インドール系紫外線吸収剤を合成樹脂原料に配合し、その後硬化して眼鏡レンズを製造すると、インドール系紫外線吸収剤が変性し、茶色の色調を帯び、外観が損なわれるという問題があった。特に、眼鏡レンズが茶色みを帯びた色調となると、ブルーイング剤等により色調を補正しても、良好な色調は得られず、光学特性の観点から課題を有していた。
本開示の一実施例は、波長420nmの光のカット率に優れ、更に光学特性に優れた眼鏡レンズの製造方法、及び眼鏡レンズを提供することを課題とする。

本発明者らは、インドール系紫外線吸収剤を含有する浸漬液に基材を浸漬し、浸透させることで、波長420nmの光のカット率に優れ、更に光学特性に優れた眼鏡レンズが得られることを見出した。
本開示の一実施例は、以下の〔1〕及び〔2〕に関する。

〔界面活性剤〕
浸漬液は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤の浸透性を向上させる観点から、好ましくは、界面活性剤を更に含有する。
界面活性剤としては、例えば、陰イオン界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤が挙げられる。陰イオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、アルキルスルホコハク酸塩、ラウリル硫酸塩が挙げられる。非イオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルが挙げられる。これらの界面活性剤は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
これらの中でも、インドール系紫外線吸収剤の浸透性を向上させる観点から、陰イオン系界面活性剤が好ましい。
浸漬液は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤の浸透性を向上させる観点から、好ましくは、界面活性剤を更に含有する。

界面活性剤の市販品としては、陰イオン系界面活性剤である「ニッカサンソルト7000」(日華化学株式会社製)等が挙げられる。
界面活性剤の含有量は、浸漬液中、好ましくは1mL/L以上、より好ましくは10mL/L以上、より好ましくは20mL/L以上、より好ましくは30mL/L以上である。また界面活性剤の含有量は、浸漬液中、好ましくは100mL/L以下、より好ましくは80mL/L以下、より好ましくは60mL/L以下、より好ましくは50mL/L以下である。

〔キャリア〕
キャリアとは、紫外線吸収剤の浸透を促進する効果を有する化合物である。
キャリアとしては、例えば、芳香族化合物が挙げられる。芳香族化合物としては、例えば、ベンジルアルコール、シンナミルアルコール等の芳香族置換基を有するアルコール、オルソフェニルフェノール、パラフェニルフェノール等のフェノール系化合物、メチルナフタレン、各種ベンゾフェノン系化合物、モノクロロベンゼン、o-ジクロロベンゼン、m-ジクロロベンゼン、1,2,4-トリクロロベンゼン、1,2,5-トリクロロベンゼン、1,3,5-トリクロロベンゼン、1,2,3-トリクロロベンゼン、テトラクロロベンゼン、ペンタクロロベンゼン、ヘキサクロロベンゼン、モノクロロナフタレン、各種ポリクロロナフタレン化合物が挙げられる。これらのキャリアは、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
これらの中でも、インドール系紫外線吸収剤の浸透性を向上させる観点から、芳香族置換基を有するアルコールが好ましく、ベンジルアルコール、シンナミルアルコールがより好ましく、ベンジルアルコールが更に好ましい。

これらの中でも、インドール系紫外線吸収剤の浸透性を向上させる観点から、芳香族置換基を有するアルコールが好ましく、ベンジルアルコール、シンナミルアルコールがより好ましく、ベンジルアルコールが更に好ましい。
キャリアの含有量は、浸漬液中、好ましくは1mL/L以上、より好ましくは2mL/L以上、更に好ましくは3mL/L以上である。また当該含有量は、浸漬液中、好ましくは30mL/L以下、より好ましくは20mL/L以下、更に好ましくは10mL/L以下である。
浸漬液中、キャリアの含有量は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤100質量部に対し、好ましくは1質量部以上、より好ましくは5質量部以上、更に好ましくは10質量部以上、更に好ましくは15質量部以上、更に好ましくは20質量部以上である。キャリアの含有量は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤100質量部に対し、好ましくは500質量部以下、より好ましくは200質量部以下、更に好ましくは100質量部以下、更に好ましくは60質量部以下、更に好ましくは40質量部以下である。
浸漬液中、キャリアの含有量は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤100質量部に対し、好ましくは1質量部以上、より好ましくは5質量部以上、更に好ましくは10質量部以上、更に好ましくは15質量部以上、更に好ましくは20質量部以上である。キャリアの含有量は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤100質量部に対し、好ましくは500質量部以下、より好ましくは200質量部以下、更に好ましくは100質量部以下、更に好ましくは60質量部以下、更に好ましくは40質量部以下である。
〔溶媒〕
溶媒としては、好ましくは水系溶媒であり、より好ましくは水である。
水系溶媒とは、水を60質量%以上含有する溶媒である。水系溶媒中、水の含有量は、好ましくは70質量%以上、より好ましくは80質量%以上、更に好ましくは90質量%以上である。また、水系溶媒中、水の含有量は、100質量%以下であり、より好ましくは100質量%である。
溶媒としては、好ましくは水系溶媒であり、より好ましくは水である。
水系溶媒とは、水を60質量%以上含有する溶媒である。水系溶媒中、水の含有量は、好ましくは70質量%以上、より好ましくは80質量%以上、更に好ましくは90質量%以上である。また、水系溶媒中、水の含有量は、100質量%以下であり、より好ましくは100質量%である。
その他、浸漬液には、色調を補正する観点から、ブルーイング剤などが含まれていてもよい。
<基材>
基材は、例えば、眼鏡レンズ基材である。
基材を形成する樹脂としては、例えば、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ウレタンウレア樹脂、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂、エピスルフィド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等が挙げられる。(チオ)ウレタン樹脂とは、チオウレタン樹脂、及びウレタン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種を意味する。これらの中でもポリカーボネート樹脂、ウレタンウレア樹脂、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂、エピスルフィド樹脂が好ましい。
基材は、例えば、眼鏡レンズ基材である。
基材を形成する樹脂としては、例えば、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ウレタンウレア樹脂、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂、エピスルフィド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等が挙げられる。(チオ)ウレタン樹脂とは、チオウレタン樹脂、及びウレタン樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種を意味する。これらの中でもポリカーボネート樹脂、ウレタンウレア樹脂、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂、エピスルフィド樹脂が好ましい。
基材は、好ましくは単量体を含む重合性組成物を重合して得られる基材であり、より好ましくはジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネートを含む重合性組成物を重合して得られる基材である。
単量体は、三次元架橋された光学用樹脂を得るために、好ましくは重合性不飽和結合を分子内に2以上有する単量体を含む。
重合性不飽和結合としては、例えば、(メタ)アクリレート基、アリル基、ビニル基等が挙げられる。なお、(メタ)アクリレート基とは、メタクリレート基、及びアクリレート基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
これらの中でも、好ましくは、メタアクリレート基及びアリル基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
重合性不飽和結合としては、例えば、(メタ)アクリレート基、アリル基、ビニル基等が挙げられる。なお、(メタ)アクリレート基とは、メタクリレート基、及びアクリレート基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
これらの中でも、好ましくは、メタアクリレート基及びアリル基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。
重合性不飽和結合を分子内に2以上有する単量体としては、好ましくは、ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネートを含み、より好ましくは、ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネート、ベンジルメタクリレート、ジアリルフタレート及びアルキル基の炭素数が1~4のアルキルメタクリレートを含む。
ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは20質量%以上であり、好ましくは100質量%以下、より好ましくは80質量%以下、更に好ましくは50質量%以下、更に好ましくは40質量%以下である。
ベンジルメタクリレート、ジアリルフタレート及びアルキル基の炭素数が1~4のアルキルメタクリレートと組み合わせて使用する場合、ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、より好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは20質量%以上であり、より好ましくは40質量%以下、より好ましくは35質量%以下である。
ベンジルメタクリレート、ジアリルフタレート及びアルキル基の炭素数が1~4のアルキルメタクリレートと組み合わせて使用する場合、ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、より好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは20質量%以上であり、より好ましくは40質量%以下、より好ましくは35質量%以下である。
ベンジルメタクリレートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは10質量%以上、更に好ましくは15質量%以上であり、好ましくは40質量%以下、より好ましくは30質量%以下、更に好ましくは25質量%以下である。
ジアリルフタレートとしては、ジアリルイソフタレート及びジアリルテレフタレートからなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種が挙げられる。
ジアリルフタレートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは14質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、更に好ましくは30質量%以上であり、好ましくは88質量%以下、より好ましくは70質量%以下、更に好ましくは60質量%以下である。
ジアリルフタレートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは14質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、更に好ましくは30質量%以上であり、好ましくは88質量%以下、より好ましくは70質量%以下、更に好ましくは60質量%以下である。
アルキル基の炭素数が1~4のアルキルメタクリレートとしては、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、n-プロピルメタクリレート、iso-プロピルメタクリレート、n-ブチルメタクリレート、sec-ブチルメタクリレート、iso-ブチルメタクリレート、及びtert-ブチルメタクリレートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種が挙げられる。
アルキルメタクリレートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは1質量%以上、より好ましくは2質量%以上、更に好ましくは3質量%以上であり、好ましくは6質量%以下、より好ましくは5質量%以下である。
アルキルメタクリレートの配合量は、単量体全量に対して、好ましくは1質量%以上、より好ましくは2質量%以上、更に好ましくは3質量%以上であり、好ましくは6質量%以下、より好ましくは5質量%以下である。
重合に用いられるラジカル開始剤としては、1,1-アゾビスシクロヘキサンカーボネート、ジイソプロピルパーオキシカーボネート、1,1’-アゾビスシクロヘキサンナイトレート、ジ-tert-ブチルパーオキサイド等が挙げられる。
ラジカル開始剤の配合量は、単量体100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.1質量部以上、より好ましくは0.5質量部以上、更に好ましくは1.0質量部以上であり、好ましくは10質量部以下、より好ましくは8質量部以下、更に好ましくは5質量部以下である。
ラジカル開始剤の配合量は、単量体100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.1質量部以上、より好ましくは0.5質量部以上、更に好ましくは1.0質量部以上であり、好ましくは10質量部以下、より好ましくは8質量部以下、更に好ましくは5質量部以下である。
〔ウレタンウレア樹脂〕
ウレタンウレア樹脂は、例えば、分子中に環状構造を有する脂肪族ジイソシアネートと300~2500の平均分子量を有するジオールとの反応生成物であるイソシアネート末端プレポリマーと、芳香族ジアミンとの重合体を含有する。また、ウレタンウレア樹脂は好ましくはリン酸モノエステル又はリン酸ジエステルを含む。
ウレタンウレア樹脂は、例えば、分子中に環状構造を有する脂肪族ジイソシアネートと300~2500の平均分子量を有するジオールとの反応生成物であるイソシアネート末端プレポリマーと、芳香族ジアミンとの重合体を含有する。また、ウレタンウレア樹脂は好ましくはリン酸モノエステル又はリン酸ジエステルを含む。
分子中に環状構造を有する脂肪族ジイソシアネートとは、主鎖又は側鎖に環状構造を有する脂肪族ジイソシアネートであり、環状構造は、脂環、芳香環、又は複素環のいずれであってもよいが、脂環式ジイソシアネートが好ましい。
脂環式ジイソシアネートとしては、例えば、4,4’-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,2-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,3-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,4-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,2-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、1,3-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、1,4-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、ノルボルネンジイソシアネートが挙げられる。
また、芳香環を有するジイソシアネートとしては、例えば、m-キシリレンジイソシアネート、o-キシリレンジイソシアネート、p-キシリレンジイソシアネート、m-テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート等を挙げることができる。特に、4,4'-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,3-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン及びノルボルネンジイソシアネートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。
脂環式ジイソシアネートとしては、例えば、4,4’-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,2-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,3-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,4-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,2-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、1,3-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、1,4-ジイソシアナートシクロヘキサン、ノルボルネンジイソシアネートが挙げられる。
また、芳香環を有するジイソシアネートとしては、例えば、m-キシリレンジイソシアネート、o-キシリレンジイソシアネート、p-キシリレンジイソシアネート、m-テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート等を挙げることができる。特に、4,4'-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,3-ビス(イソシアナートメチル)シクロヘキサン及びノルボルネンジイソシアネートからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。
ジオールの平均分子量は、好ましくは、400~1000である。
ジオールとしては、例えば、ポリオキシエチレングリコール、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール、エチレングリコールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、プロピレングリコールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、ジエチレングリコールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,4-ブタンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、ネオペンチルグリコールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,10-デカンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,4-ブタンジオールとセバシン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、エチレングリコールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、プロピレングリコールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、ジエチレングリコールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、1,10-デカンジオールとε-カプロラクトンからなるポリカプロラクトンジオール、ポリカーボネートグリコール等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、ポリオキシプロピレングリコール、ポリオキシテトラメチレングリコール、1,4-ブタンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、ネオペンチルグリコールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオール、1,10-デカンジオールとアジピン酸からなるポリエステルジオールが好ましい。

芳香族ジアミンとしては、例えば、1,3,5-トリメチル-2,4-ジアミノベンゼン、1,3,5-トリメチル-2,6-ジアミノベンゼン、1,3,5-トリエチル-2,4-ジアミノベンゼン、1,3,5-トリエチル-2,6-ジアミノベンゼン、1,3,5-トリチオメチル-2,4-ジアミノベンゼン、1,3,5-トリチオメチル-2,6-ジアミノベンゼン、3,5-ジエチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジエチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジチオメチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジチオメチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、1-エチル-3,5-ジメチル-2,4-ジアミノベンゼン、1-エチル-3,5-ジメチル-2,6-ジアミノベンゼン、1-エチル-3,5-ジチオメチル-2,4-ジアミノベンゼン、1-エチル-3,5-ジチオメチル-2,6-ジアミノベンゼン、1-チオメチル-3,5-ジメチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、1-チオメチル-3,5-ジメチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、1-チオメチル-3,5-ジエチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、1-チオメチル-3,5-ジエチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、3-エチル-5-チオメチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、3-エチル-5-チオメチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、3-チオメチル-5-エチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエンが挙げられる。これらの中でも、3,5-ジエチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジエチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジチオメチル-2,4-ジアミノトルエン、3,5-ジチオメチル-2,6-ジアミノトルエン等を挙げることができる。
イソシアネート末端プレポリマーと、芳香族ジアミンとの割合は、芳香族ジアミンのアミノ基に対する、プレポリマーのイソシアネート基のモル比が、好ましくは1.00~1.15、より好ましくは1.02~1.12である。
〔(チオ)ウレタン樹脂〕
(チオ)ウレタン樹脂としは、例えば、ポリイソシアナート化合物及びポリチオール化合物の重合物、ポリイソシアナート化合物及びポリオール化合物の重合物が挙げられる。

基材として、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂を使用する場合には、単量体全量100質量部に対して、ポリイソシアナート化合物とポリチオール化合物との合計質量が、好ましくは60質量部以上、より好ましくは80質量部以上、更に好ましくは90質量部以上である原料から重合される。
〔エピスルフィド樹脂〕

耐衝撃性、加工性等のレンズ物性を変質させるため、例えば前述した(チオ)ウレタン樹脂を形成する単量体等の他の光学部材用単量体を添加することも可能である。

耐衝撃性、加工性等のレンズ物性を変質させるため、例えば前述した(チオ)ウレタン樹脂を形成する単量体等の他の光学部材用単量体を添加することも可能である。
また、(チオ)ウレタン樹脂又はエピスルフィド樹脂を形成する単量体に、ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネート系の単量体を添加することができる。

基材として、エピスルフィド樹脂を使用する場合には、単量体の全量100質量部に対して、エピスルフィド基を有する単量体の量が、好ましくは60質量部以上、より好ましくは80質量部以上、更に好ましくは90質量部以上である原料から重合される。
基材の厚さ及び直径は、特に限定されるものではないが、厚さは通常1~30mm程度、直径は通常50~100mm程度である。
基材の屈折率neは、好ましくは1.53以上、より好ましくは1.55以上、より好ましくは1.58以上、更に好ましくは1.60以上、更に好ましくは1.67以上であり、好ましくは1.80以下、より好ましくは1.70以下である。

(基材の前処理)
基材は、インドール系紫外線吸収剤との親和性を高める観点から、浸漬する前に洗浄処理又は表面処理等の前処理を行ってもよい。
洗浄処理としては、例えばオゾン処理、プラズマ処理等が挙げられる。基材の被染色面にオゾン処理やプラズマ処理を施しておくと、基材表面に付着している有機物が取り去られ、また、基材表面の親水性が高まることから、浸漬液と基材表面との親和性が向上するものと考えられる。
オゾン処理、プラズマ処理に特に制限はなく、公知のオゾン処理装置やプラズマ処理装置を用いて洗浄処理を行えばよい。プラズマ処理におけるプラズマ出力は、好ましくは50~500W、より好ましくは100~300W、更に好ましくは200~300Wである。真空度は、好ましくは略真空圧下(例えば真空度1×10-3~1×104Pa、より好ましくは1×10-3~1×103Pa、更に好ましくは1×10-2~5×102Pa)である。

浸漬液への浸漬時間は、好ましくは1分以上、より好ましくは2分以上である。また、当該浸漬時間は、好ましくは120分以下、より好ましくは60分以下である。
浸漬液から引き揚げた基材は、必要に応じて水洗や乾燥処理を行ってもよい。乾燥温度、乾燥時間等の条件は適宜選択することができる。

得られる基材は、視感透過率が、眼鏡レンズの透明性確保のため、好ましくは70%以上、より好ましくは75%以上、さらに好ましくは80%以上である。当該視感透過率が、好ましくは99%以下、より好ましくは98%以下、更に好ましくは95%以下である。視感透過率は、JIS T7333‐2005に規定の方法により得られる値である。
得られる基材は、YI値が、眼鏡レンズの透明性確保のため、好ましくは18以下、より好ましくは15以下、さらに好ましくは13以下である。当該YI値が、好ましくは3以上、より好ましくは5以上、更に好ましくは8以上である。

本開示の一実施形態に係る眼鏡レンズの製造方法は、上記浸漬する工程後、基材に更に機能層を積層する工程を有していてもよい。
機能層としては、例えば、ハードコート層、プライマー層、反射防止膜及び撥水膜から選ばれる少なくとも1種が挙げられる。

プライマー層は、耐衝撃性を向上させるために設けられ、例えば、ポリウレタンを主成分とする。ここでポリウレタンの含有量は、プライマー層中、好ましくは50質量%以上である。
反射防止膜としては、酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化タンタル等を積層した膜が挙げられる。
撥水膜としては、フッ素原子を有する有機ケイ素化合物を用いて形成することができる。
プライマー層は、耐衝撃性を向上させるために設けられ、例えば、ポリウレタンを主成分とする。ここでポリウレタンの含有量は、プライマー層中、好ましくは50質量%以上である。
反射防止膜としては、酸化ケイ素、二酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化タンタル等を積層した膜が挙げられる。
撥水膜としては、フッ素原子を有する有機ケイ素化合物を用いて形成することができる。

眼鏡レンズは、上述の方法により得られる眼鏡レンズであり、すなわち、基材にインドール系紫外線吸収剤が染色法により含浸されている眼鏡レンズである。

三波長蛍光灯下でレンズの外観を観察し、以下の基準により判定を行った黄色の色調については、ブルーイングにより色調調整が可能である。一方、茶色の色調では、ブルーイングによる色調補正は不可であり、光学特性不適合と判断する。

比較例1
ADC樹脂の液体モノマーであるCR-39(ジエチレングリコールビスアリルカーボネート)に重合開始剤として、ジイソプロピルパーオキシジカーボネートを添加したもの100質量部に対して、インドール系紫外線吸収剤(化合物名(Z)-エチル-2-シアノ-3-(1-メチル-2-フェニル-1H-インドール-3-イル)アクリレート、CASNo.102311-49-9)1.5質量部を配合し、これらを適量の溶媒と共に混合・攪拌して真空脱気して液状の成形材料を調製した。これを2枚のガラスモールドにガスケットを装着した厚さが2.2mmのモールド型に注入した。このモールド型を電気炉へ投入し、15℃から100℃まで20時間かけて徐々に昇温し、2時間保持した。重合終了後、電気炉からモールド型を取り出し、離型して眼鏡レンズを得た。得られた眼鏡レンズをさらに100℃で3時間アニールした。各種評価を行い結果を表2に示した。

実施例1~6によれば、比較例1,2の樹脂の重合前にインドール系紫外線吸収剤を配合する場合と比較して、浸漬法によりインドール系紫外線吸収剤を基材に浸漬させることで色の変色を抑え、良好な外観が得られることがわかる。実施例1と比較例3との対比により、インドール系紫外線吸収剤を用いることで、波長420nmの光のカット率において、優れた結果が得られることがわかる。実施例1と実施例2との対比により、キャリアとしてベンジルアルコールを用いることで、波長420nmの光のカット率において、より優れた結果が得られることがわかる。また、実施例1,4~6の結果から、広い範囲の基材において、浸漬法によりインドール系紫外線吸収剤を基材に浸漬させることができることがわかる。
最後に、本開示の実施の形態を総括する。
