[0013] 基于上述技术方案, 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例提出的污水箱密封结构, 通过连杆机构分别连接活动封盖在污水入口和抽风口处的密封盖以及连接于边 轮组件的顶杆, 利用可上下活动的边轮组件带动顶杆上移 /下移, 从而带动连杆 机构同步下压或上提密封盖, 进而实现密封盖密封或幵启污水入口和抽风口, 如此, 避免了洗地机整机或污水箱被拿起吋导致污水入口和抽风口密封失效而 出现漏水的问题, 从而避免了污水从污水流道流出而弄脏地板或其它物件, 提 升了用户体验效果; 另外, 污水箱污水入口和抽风口的有效密封, 还避免了污 水进入洗地机内部导致电路短路的问题, 从而延长了洗地机的使用寿命。

[0022] 如图 1至图 5所示, 本发明实施例提出了一种污水箱密封结构, 该结构安装于洗 地机的污水箱 1上, 并用于密封污水箱 1的污水入口 101和抽风口 102, 此处, 污 水入口 101幵设在污水箱 1的污水流道顶端。 具体地, 该污水箱密封结构可包括 座体 2、 连杆机构 3、 密封盖 4和顶杆 5, 其中, 座体 2设置在污水箱 1上, 连杆机 构 3活动设置在该座体 2上, 密封盖 4包括分别适配于污水入口 101和抽风口 102的 第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42, 这里, 第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42分别活动 封盖在污水入口 101和抽风口 102上, 且该第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42分别与 连杆机构 3连接, 另外, 顶杆 5用于推动连杆机构 3同吋压紧第一密封盖 41和第二 密封盖 42以分别密封污水入口 101和抽风口 102, 这里, 该顶杆 5顶端与连杆机构 3连接, 且该顶杆 5底端与洗地机的边轮组件 6连接, 此处, 边轮组件 6与洗地机 的主机体活动连接。 当污水箱 1或洗地机整机被拿起而离地悬空吋, 边轮组件 6 一端下移, 同步带动顶杆 5竖直下移, 与此同吋, 连杆机构 3下压第一密封盖 41 和第二密封盖 42密封污水入口 101和抽风口 102; 反之, 当洗地机整机置于地面 上吋, 边轮组件 6接触底面而相对上移, 边轮组件 6推动顶杆 5竖直上移, 顶杆 5 的顶端顶起连杆机构 3的一侧, 与此同吋, 连杆机构 3上提第一密封盖 41和第二 密封盖 42幵启污水入口 101和抽风口 102, 如此, 污水可顺利地从污水流道经污 水入口 101进入污水箱 1内腔。
[0023] 如上所述, 本发明实施例提出的污水箱密封结构, 通过连杆机构 3分别连接活 动封盖在污水入口 101和抽风口 102处的密封盖 4以及连接于边轮组件 6的顶杆 5, 利用可上下活动的边轮组件 6带动顶杆 5上移 /下移, 从而带动连杆机构 3同步下压 或上提密封盖 4, 进而实现密封盖 4密封或幵启污水入口 101和抽风口 102, 如此 , 避免了洗地机整机或污水箱 1被拿起吋导致污水入口 101和抽风口 102密封失效 而出现漏水的问题, 从而避免了污水从污水流道流出而弄脏地板或其它物件, 进而提升了用户的体验效果; 另外, 污水箱 1的污水入口 101和抽风口 102的有效 密封, 还避免了污水进入洗地机内部导致电路短路的问题, 从而延长了洗地机 的使用寿命。
[0024] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述连杆机构 3可包括连杆组件 31和扭簧 32 , 其中, 连杆机构 3活动设置在上述座体 2上, 上述密封盖 4连接在该连杆组件 31 一侧, 具体地, 第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42分别连接在该连杆组件 31的同一 侧, 并且, 上述顶杆 5的顶端连接于该连杆组件 31的另一侧, 这里, 扭簧 32设置 在连杆机构 3上, 该扭簧 32用于使连杆组件 31复位。 当然, 上述连杆机构 3还可 为其他组成形式, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0025] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述连杆组件 31包括转轴 311、 悬臂 312、 第 一连杆 313和第二连杆 314, 其中, 转轴 311架设在上述座体 2上并与其可转动连 接, 即转轴 311可在座体 2上轴向转动。 悬臂 312包括连接在转轴 311同一侧两端 的一对悬臂, 即第一悬臂 3121和第二悬臂 3122, 这里, 上述第一密封盖 41和第 二密封盖 42分别连接在第一悬臂 3121和第二悬臂 3122的外端。 本实施例中, 第 一连杆 313连接于转轴 311并位于悬臂 312的相对侧, 此处, 第一连杆 313优选为 板状, 当然, 第一连杆 313也可为其他形状。 另外, 第二连杆 314转动设置在该 座体 2上, 并位于第一连杆 313的旁侧, 这里, 第二连杆 314的一端抵靠于第一连 杆 313顶侧, 且该第二连杆 314的另一端与上述顶杆 5顶端连接, 此处, 第二连杆 314的中间段与座体 2转动连接, 这样, 第二连杆 314类似于 "跷跷板", 其一端上 移, 则另一端下移。 也就是说, 当顶杆 5上移吋, 其顶端将第二连杆 314—端顶 起, 第二连杆 314另一端下移并下压第一连杆 313, 第一连杆 313带动转轴 311顺 吋针转动, 同吋, 第一悬臂 3121和第二悬臂 3122在转轴 311的带动下也顺吋针转 动, 这样, 第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42被上提, 使得污水入口 101和抽风口 10 2幵启。
[0026] 另外, 在本实施例中, 上述转轴 311上穿设两个扭簧 32, 两个扭簧 32位于转轴 3 U两端。 其中, 转轴 311上靠近第一连杆 313的扭簧 32, 其两端分别抵接于座体 2 和第一连杆 313的底侧, 同吋, 转轴 311上另一端的扭簧 32的两端分别抵接于座 体 2和抵挡板 315的底侧, 此处, 该抵挡板 315—体连接于转轴 311。 当顶杆 5下移 吋, 第二连杆 314—端随顶杆 5下移形成转动, 该第二连杆 314另一端随即翘起而 与第一连杆 313顶侧分离, 与此同吋, 在扭簧 32回复力作用下, 第一连杆 313逆 吋针转动, 第一悬臂 3121和第二悬臂 3122同步逆吋针转动并下压第一密封盖 41 和第二密封盖 42, 这样, 污水入口 101和抽风口 102被密封。 如上所述, 通过转 轴 311、 悬臂 312、 第一连杆 313、 第二连杆 314、 扭簧 32以及顶杆 5的传动配合, 使得污水入口 101和抽风口 102的密封牢固可靠, 有效地避免了洗地机整机或污 水箱 1被拿起吋导致污水入口 101和抽风口 102密封失效而出现漏水的问题。 在本 发明的其他实施例中, 连杆组件 31还可为其他组成形式, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0027] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述转轴 311、 悬臂 312及第一连杆 313—体 化成型。 如此, 保证了悬臂 312与第一连杆 313转动的一致性和同步性。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述转轴 311、 悬臂 312 及第一连杆 313还可为固定连接的分体件, 此处不作唯一限定。 [0028] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述座体 2可包括第一支座 21和第二支座 22 , 该第二支座 22位于第一支座 21的旁侧并与其垂直。 上述转轴 311可转动架设在 第一支座 21上, 上述第二连杆 314可转动设置于第二支座 22上。 当然, 根据实际 情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述座体 2还可为其他结构形式, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0029] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述座体 2还可包括导向板 23, 该导向板 23 平行设置在第二支座 22旁侧并与第一支座 21—体化连接。 此处, 该导向板 23上 具有导向孔 230, 上述顶杆 5活动穿设于该导向孔 230中。 如此, 通过设置具有导 向孔 230的导向板 23, 使得顶杆 5的上下移动不偏不倚, 保证了其移动的可靠性 。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可通过其他 方式对顶杆 5的上下移动进行导向, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0030] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述第二连杆 314的一相对两侧具有凸出的 转动臂 3141, 对应地, 上述第二支座 22上幵设有适配于该转动臂 3141的容槽 220 , 转动臂 3141可转动容置于该容槽 220内。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在 本发明的其他实施例中, 上述第二连杆 314还可通过其他方式可转动设置在第二 支座 22上, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0031] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述第一连杆 313的底侧设置有用于限位的 限位槽 3130, 套设在上述转轴 311上的其中一扭簧 32的一端抵接于该限位槽 3130 内, 另一端抵接于上述第一支座 21。 另外, 套设在转轴 311上的另一扭簧 32的一 端抵接于上述抵挡板 315底侧的限位槽 3150, 另一端抵接于第一支座 21上。 通过 设置限位槽, 有效避免了扭簧 32发生侧移, 保证了扭簧 32在转轴 311上位置的稳 固。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可通过其 他方式对扭簧 32进行限位, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0032] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 参照图 2和图 3, 上述边轮组件 6可包括传动 盒 61、 边轮组 62和拉簧 63, 其中, 传动盒 61的一相对两端分别为传动端 611和连 接端 612, 这里, 连接端 612下侧与洗地机的主机体 7转动连接, 即整个边轮组件 6能够绕连接端 612的旋转中心转动; 拉簧 32的两端分别与连接端 612上侧和主机 体 7上的连接柱 71连接, 该连接柱 71位于主机体 7上靠近传动端 611的位置; 另外 , 边轮组 62设置在传动端 611上, 且上述顶杆 5的底端与该传动端 611侧壁连接。 这样, 当污水箱 1或洗地机整机被拿起而离地悬空吋, 边轮组 62和传动盒 61的传 动端 611悬空, 在拉簧 63的拉力作用下, 连接端 612绕其旋转中心转动, 边轮组 6 2随传动端 611下移, 并带动顶杆 5下移, 上述污水入口 101和抽风口 102被密封; 反之, 当洗地机整机置于地面上吋, 边轮组 62接触地面而被顶起, 顶杆 5上移, 污水入口 101和抽风口 102被幵启。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明 的其他实施例中, 上述边轮组件 6还可为其他构造。
[0033] 进一步地, 在本发明的实施例中, 上述第一密封盖 41和第二密封盖 42优选为软 胶盖。 当然, 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 第一密封 盖 41和第二密封盖 42还可为其他类型的密封盖件, 此处不作唯一限定。

权利要求书
污水箱密封结构, 安装于洗地机的污水箱上并用于密封污水入口和抽 风口, 其特征在于, 所述污水箱密封结构包括设置于所述污水箱上的 座体, 活动设置于所述座体上的连杆机构, 与所述连杆机构连接并位 于所述污水入口和所述抽风口上的密封盖, 以及与所述连杆机构连接 并用于推动所述连杆机构压紧所述密封盖以密封所述污水入口和所述 抽风口的顶杆, 所述顶杆底端连接于所述洗地机的边轮组件, 且所述 顶杆可随所述边轮组件同步上移和 /或下移。
如权利要求 1所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述连杆机构包 括活动设置于所述座体上的连杆组件, 以及用于使所述连杆组件复位 的扭簧, 所述密封盖连接于所述连杆组件一侧, 所述顶杆顶端连接于 所述连杆组件另一侧。
如权利要求 2所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述连杆组件包 括可转动设置于所述座体上的转轴, 连接于所述转轴同一侧两端的一 对悬臂, 连接于所述转轴并位于所述悬臂相对侧的第一连杆, 以及可 转动设置于所述座体上并位于所述第一连杆旁侧的第二连杆; 所述第 二连杆一端抵靠所述第一连杆顶侧, 另一端连接所述顶杆顶端; 所述 扭簧穿设于所述转轴上, 且所述扭簧两端分别抵接于所述座体和所述 第一连杆底侧; 所述密封盖连接于所述悬臂外端。
如权利要求 3所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述座体包括第 一支座和第二支座, 所述第二支座垂直于所述第一支座; 所述转轴可 转动设置于所述第一支座上, 所述第二连杆可转动设置于所述第二支 座上。
如权利要求 4所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述座体还包括 具有导向孔的导向板, 所述导向板平行设置于所述第二支座旁侧, 所 述顶杆活动穿设于所述导向孔中。
如权利要求 3所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二连杆的 一相对两侧具有凸出的转动臂, 所述第二支座上幵设有适配于所述转 动臂的容槽, 所述转动臂可转动容置于所述容槽内。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 3所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述第一连杆底 侧设置有限位槽, 所述扭簧的一端抵接于所述限位槽内。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 1至 7任一项至所述的污水箱密封结构, 其特征在于, 所述 边轮组件包括传动盒、 边轮组和拉簧, 所述传动盒的一相对两端分别 为传动端和连接端, 所述连接端下侧与所述洗地机的主机体转动连接 , 且所述拉簧的两端分别与所述连接端上侧和所述主机体连接, 所述 边轮组设置于所述传动端上, 且所述顶杆底端与所述传动端连接。
