背景技术
市面现有的大部分利用滚刷系统清洁平面(一般为地面或玻璃面)的清洁装置中,由于清洁面基本是平整的,即使在越过少量突起物时被顶起,掠过的未清洁区域也可以忽略不计,所以滚刷和尘桶清洁系统一般都是固定的(如图1所示)。
有些清洁产品上将滚刷组件设计为小幅度摆动部件,当机器被顶起时,滚刷组件会摆动落下,以更好地适应情况复杂的地面,可以达到更好的清洁效果。虽然在越过凸起物的时候滚刷组件会下落依然接触地面,但其滚刷组件与集尘盒间的密封连接就会断开,影响尘土收集的效果。公布号为CN 103491839A的中国专利公开了一种自移动机器人,包括清洁头和灰尘箱,它们之间可提供面密封件密封。清洁头主要由滚轮,真空入口,及中心增压室组成,真空入口与中心增压室连接的地方可由环形密封件密封。滚轮固定连接到齿轮箱上,齿轮箱通过四连杆组与框架连接,滚轮可相对于框架“浮动”。此种结构,虽然在越过突起物的时候滚刷组件会下落依然接触地面,但由于只有部分清洁头可相对于框架“浮动”,又由于其吸尘过程中各个阶段的要求不同,真空入口,中心增压室往往是不同的材料,所以在“浮动”时清洁头内部以及清洁头与集尘盒之间的密封连接要求很高,致使其结构复杂。

针对现有技术中清洁装置所存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种清洁装置,以便解决当地面突起物较多时清洁效果不好以及密封连接断开、结构复杂的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种清洁装置,包括清洁装置机体、滚刷组件和尘桶,滚刷组件与尘桶通过出尘管道相连通,尘桶上还设有一转轴,尘桶通过所述转轴可旋转的铰接于清洁装置机体,滚刷组件与尘桶固定连接为一体,且能绕所述的转轴相对于清洁装置机体转动。

如图1所示,现有技术中的吸尘器主要由滚刷11、尘盒12和吸尘风机13组成,滚刷11和尘盒12之间通过吸尘管路14相连,尘盒12与吸尘风机13连接,其滚刷11是固定不动的。但是,当清洁平面上分布较多突起物15时,由于机器在清洁过程中频繁翘起,使滚刷11无法接触清洁面,严重影响清洁效果(如图2所示)。
图3是本发明清洁装置的尘桶示意图,图4是本发明清洁装置在平地状态下的剖面示意图,如图3和图4所示,其主要由滚刷组件21,尘桶组件和抽真空装置(图中未示出)组成。其中尘桶组件与抽真空装置连通并位于机体23内,尘桶组件由尘桶22、设在尘桶22底面的出尘管道插入口221、锁钩222、开合把手223及远离出尘管道插入口221的对角位置上设有的一转轴224等组成,所述的尘桶22通过该转轴224可旋转的铰接于清洁装置机体23,滚刷组件21与尘桶22固定连接为一体,且能绕所述的转轴224相对于清洁装置机体转动。所谓的固定连接为一体是指滚刷组件21与尘桶22分别固定连接于一刚性中间部件的两端或者尘桶22与刚性中间部件的一端固定连接、滚刷组件21与该刚性中间部件的另一端铰接。在本发明中刚性中间部件可以是出尘管道24,也可以另外提供刚性中间部件。
所述的转轴224由位于尘桶一端的圆杆所构成。机体23中有一底面水平的容置腔225,用以容置尘桶22,所述圆杆架设在所述的容置腔225的杆架上(图中未示出),所述圆杆可绕该杆架转动。所述的容置腔225底部与所述尘桶的底部留有间隙,所述的尘桶22底部倾斜设置,与容置腔225的水平底面成一夹角,所述清洁装置机体23的上壳体232和所述容置腔225的底面分别形成上、下限位面,本实施例中所述的夹 角被该上、下限位面限制为3°-10°夹角。
需要说明的是,出尘管道插入口221的位置也可以根据需要而适当调整,例如可以设在尘桶22的侧面等。转轴224的位置也不一定要设在远离插入口221的对角位置上,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要来设计转轴的位置,比如设在尘桶22偏上偏中间的位置等,以合理配置滚刷组件21的承重。
机体23底部有一与滚刷组件21对应的凹腔(图中未示出)用以容置所述的滚刷组件21。如图4并结合图5所示,滚刷组件21包括滚刷支架211、两个旋转方向相反的前滚刷和后滚刷以及滚刷盖板213。在图4中垂直纸面向里看,前滚刷位于左侧且逆时针旋转,后滚刷居于右侧且顺时针旋转。滚刷212安装在滚刷支架211上,滚刷盖板213固定在滚刷支架211上与滚刷211一起形成滚刷组件21。滚刷支架211和滚刷212之间还有一出尘管道支架241,出尘管道24一端安装于该出尘管道支架241上并与之固定。所述的滚刷支架211套设于出尘管道支架241上,它们之间通过出尘管道支架转轴242铰接,使滚刷组件21可相对于出尘管道24旋转一定角度,具体来说,出尘管道支架241和滚刷支架211两端中央附近均设有出尘管道支架转轴安装孔243,与之对应的出尘管道支架转轴242两端各一个,分别安装于所述的出尘管道支架转轴安装孔243,使得滚刷组件21可相对于出尘管道支架241,进而可相对于固定安装在出尘管道支架241上的出尘管道24旋转一定角度。滚刷212通过滚刷齿轮箱214驱动,两滚刷211之间有一间隙215以便灰尘能通过此间隙215进入出尘管道24。出尘管道24远离滚刷组件21的一端插入尘桶组件上的插入口221,并通过锁紧机构使出尘管道24与尘桶22固定连接为一体。所述的出尘管道24与所述的插入口221之间还可以加入密封垫使它们密封连接。
所述的锁紧机构如图9所示,包括位于尘桶22上的锁钩222和开合把手223、位于出尘管道上的锁扣244和复位弹簧245,所述锁钩222通过锁钩转轴226可旋转的铰接于尘桶22,一般状态下,在复位弹簧245的弹力作用下,所述锁钩222与锁扣244相锁紧,使得出尘管道24与尘桶22锁合固定,锁合后的整体可随转轴224一起转动。由于滚刷组件21在一定角度内可旋转的与出尘管道24连接,故滚刷组件21也将随锁合为一体的尘桶22与出尘管道24一起绕转轴224转动。
因为出尘管道24的特殊作用,其一般采用刚性耐磨的材料,如PP、ABS材料等,固其可对尘桶22提供支撑。当清洁装置在平面上工作时,与尘桶22固定连接的出尘管道24撑起尘桶22具有出尘管道插入口221的一端,在前述的上、下限位面的作用下,尘桶22的底面与容置腔225的水平底面的夹角被限制为3-10°。在此夹角范围内, 下限位面即容置腔的底面限制尘桶进而限制与尘桶固定连接为一体的滚刷组件最多下落20mm,同时,上限位面即机体23的上壳体232将限制滚刷组件最多上浮5mm。容置腔225与机体23共同构成一限位机构,限制尘桶22进而限制滚刷组件21的转动范围。
当出尘管道24是刚性的,则前述的刚性中间部件可为出尘管道24,如果出尘管道24是柔性的,则可另外提供刚性中间部件,以便将滚刷组件21与尘桶22固定连接为一体,此时尘桶22与刚性中间部件固定连接,滚刷组件21与刚性中间部件固定连接或者铰接。
另外,容置腔225的底面不一定要水平,只要起到限定滚刷组件21相对于转轴224的转动范围即可,另外,这个目的也可以由其它限位机构来实现,如图6所示,限位机构包括限位座215和滚刷轨道支架216,限位座215与滚刷组件21的滚刷支架211连接,滚刷轨道支架216固定于机体23上。限位座215上具有至少一限位柱217,所述滚刷轨道支架216上设有与所述限位柱217相匹配的轨道,限位柱217位于该轨道内,在该轨道限制的范围内移动,从而限制滚刷组件21相对于转轴224的转动范围。
当机器处于平面上时,滚刷组件21依靠自重与地面贴合。当机器被平面上的突起物15顶起或者陷入凹陷时,如图7和图8所示,固定连接为一体的滚刷组件21和尘桶组件依靠自重绕转轴224相对于机体23向下转动,同时滚刷组件21可相对于出尘管道支架241在一定范围内转动,故能实现在转动过程中,当遇到凸起还是凹陷时,无论滚刷组件21是在爬坡、下行还是平地状态,始终最大可能地与地面保持贴合,障碍区域的清扫效果由此得以保证。需要说明的是,滚刷组件21与出尘管道的连接方式也可以不用铰接而是固定连接,这样可以牺牲部分性能换来成本上的优势。另外,滚刷组件21的滚刷支架的前端面218为向上倾斜的斜面,左右两端面也是向上倾斜的斜面(图中未示出),即越往下滚刷组件的前侧和左右两侧越往里收缩。由于滚刷组件21的前端面和左右两端面为斜面,当机器在运行过程中滚刷组件21碰到突起物15时,会由于其斜面更方便地掠过突起物15。以上方式可以消除当机器被顶起时,清洁组件无法接触并清洁被清洁面的问题。清洁装置机体23的底部还设有两个以上的倒梯形的凸脚231,其中的两个凸脚231分别位于机体的前端和后端。其作用与滚刷组件向上倾斜的前侧和左右两侧的端面相同,皆是方便掠过凸起物。
由于本发明是将出尘管道24和尘桶组件锁合为一体随转轴224转动,出尘管道24和尘桶组件之间的密封性连接就不会产生问题,因为不必考虑在经受旋转力和平移力的组合的状态下的密封问题。
当尘桶需要清洁而被取出的时候,可以通过推动开合把手223使之处于打开位置将锁钩222释放,使尘桶组件和滚刷组件21相脱离,达到使其分离的目的。
图10是本发明尘桶上开合把手的结构示意图,为了看起来更加清楚,图中省略了复位弹簧245,图11,图12也一样。如图10所示,与锁钩222通过锁钩转轴226与尘桶22铰接一样,开合把手223与锁钩222也通过该锁钩转轴226铰接在一起,也可绕锁钩转轴226转动,开合把手223与锁钩222同轴。开合把手223与锁钩222的相对面各削掉一半,垂直于相对面的相互匹配的两倾斜端面构成开合作用面227。参见图9和图11,如前所述,一般状态下,在复位弹簧245的作用下,锁钩222与锁扣244扣合在一起,进而使出尘管道24与尘桶组件锁合在一起。当需要取出尘桶22时,如图12所示,作用力F于开合把手223使之靠近尘桶22转动,开合把手223通过锁扣244的开合作用面227作用力于锁扣244,使锁钩222转动压缩复位弹簧245并脱离锁扣244,此时开合把手223处于打开位置,开合把手上的开合作用面227与锁钩222的开合作用面重合;取出尘桶后,锁钩222在复位弹簧245的作用下复位,作用力于开合把手223使之远离尘桶22转动,开合把手223上的开合作用面会与锁钩222上的开合作用面脱离,如图9所示,此时,开合把手223只能当做尘桶22的提手用,并不能使锁钩222转动。另外,所述尘桶上还设有限制锁钩222转动的锁钩限位部228,所述尘桶上还设有限制把手转动的把手限位部229,它们共同作用限制开合把手223与锁钩222的转动范围,保证实现其功能。
当然,锁钩222和开合把手223的连接方式并限于此,也可以通过其它诸如卡合、一体铸造等方式将两者固定连接。
综上所述,本发明通过将滚刷和尘桶固定连接为一体随转轴转动,有效的解决了出尘管道相对尘桶浮动时密封连接困难,以及滚刷组件上下浮动的结构复杂的问题。本发明结构简单有效,清洁效果好。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种清洁装置,包括清洁装置机体(23)、滚刷组件(21)和尘桶(22),滚刷组件(21)与尘桶(22)通过出尘管道(24)相连通,其特征在于,尘桶上还设有一转轴(224),尘桶通过所述转轴(224)可旋转的铰接于清洁装置机体(23),滚刷组件(24)与尘桶(22)固定连接为一体,且能绕所述的转轴(224)相对于清洁装置机体(23)转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置上设有一限位机构,用以限制固定连接为一体的滚刷组件(21)和尘桶(22)的转动范围。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括设置在滚刷组件(21)上的至少一个限位柱(217)和设置在清洁装置机体(23)上的滚刷轨道支架(216),所述滚刷轨道支架(216)上设有与所述限位柱(217)对应匹配的轨道,所述限位柱(217)在所述轨道限制的范围内移动。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的限位机构包括清洁装置机体(23)和清洁装置机体上容置尘桶(22)的容置腔(225),所述容置腔(225)的底部与所述尘桶(22)的底部之间留有间隙,所述清洁装置机体(23)的上壳体(232)和容置腔(225)的底面分别形成上、下限位面。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述尘桶的底部倾斜设置,所述容置腔(225)的底面呈水平面,所述尘桶(22)的底面与容置腔(225)的底面的夹角为3°-10°。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的容置腔(225)底面设有出尘管插入口(221),所述的转轴(224)位于远离出尘管道插入口(221)的对角位置,所述的出尘管道(24)穿过出尘管插入口(221)与尘桶(22)通过锁紧机构固定连接,所述的出尘管道(24)对所述的尘桶(22)提供支撑。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括位于尘桶上的锁钩(222)、开合把手(223)、复位弹簧(245)和位于出尘管道上(24)的锁扣(244), 所述锁钩(222)可旋转的铰接于尘桶(22),在复位弹簧(245)的弹力作用下,所述锁钩(222)与锁扣(244)相锁紧,推动所述的开合把手(223)使之处于打开位置,将释放所述的锁钩。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述开合把手(223)与所述锁钩(222)同轴,所述开合把手(223)处于打开位置时,所述开合把手(223)通过开合作用面(227)作用于锁钩,使得锁钩(222)与锁扣(244)相脱离;当作用力于开合把手(223)使之远离尘桶(22)转动,开合把手(223)上的开合作用面(227)与锁钩(222)上的开合作用面(227)脱离。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述滚刷组件(21)包括滚刷支架(211),所述滚刷支架(211)的前端面(218)为斜面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述滚刷组件(21)与出尘管道(24)铰接,使滚刷组件(21)能相对于出尘管道(24)旋转一定角度。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述的清洁装置还包括出尘管道支架(241),所述的出尘管道(24)安装于所述的出尘管道支架(241)上并与之固定;所述的滚刷组件(21)包括滚刷支架(211)、滚刷(212)、滚刷盖板(213);所述的出尘管道支架(241)位于所述的滚刷支架(211)和滚刷(212)之间,所述的滚刷支架(211)套设于所述的出尘管道支架(241)上,它们之间通过出尘管道支架转轴(242)铰接。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置机体的底部还设有两个以上的倒梯形的凸脚(231),其中的两个凸脚(231)分别位于机体的前端和后端。
