本实施例所述凹凸限位机构的另一种实施方式是:所述凹凸限位机构,包括一设置于拖把板4上方的凸位42、一设置于手推式清扫机的壳体1底部的孔位,所 述手推式清扫机与拖把板4连接时,凸位42嵌入孔位。上述凹凸限位机构可结合下述竖向连接机构的实施,所述凸位42与孔位过盈装配。
本实施例还包括当推杆3倾斜时壳体1的垃圾入口朝上倾斜的调整机构,所述推杆3与壳体1转动连接,调整机构设置在推杆3与壳体1的转动连接处。
本实施例所述调整机构为扭簧6,推杆3与壳体1采用万向接头转动连接,万向接头包括上接头71、下接头72,上接头71一端与下接头72一端转动连接,下接头72另一端与拖把板4转动连接,上接头71另一端与推杆3固定安装;所述扭簧6一端施力在拖把板4,扭簧6另一端施力在下接头72。推杆3与手推式清扫机的壳体1之间采用扭簧6弹性连接,当清洁工具脱离地面倾斜时,壳体1的垃圾入口也随之向上倾斜,避免壳体1内的垃圾从垃圾入口掉落;而在清洁使用时,拖把板4或壳体1贴地,推杆3可克服扭簧6弹力而倾斜,清扫的便利性不受扭簧6影响。
本实用新型还包括用于防止扫辊2反转的锁止机构,所述锁止机构包括扫辊2设置在安装部后具有可活动的行程空间2-4,作为优选,所述行程空间2-4为设置安装部的长条空腔。锁止机构还包括设置在扫辊2与壳体1之间的锁定机构,所述扫地机前行清扫时,所述扫辊2移动至行程空间2-4的后端,扫辊2位于行程空间2-4的后端时,所述扫辊2在周向可顺畅转动;所述扫地机在后退时,所述扫辊2移动至行程空间2-4的前端,所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊2旋转。作为优选,所述锁定机构包括凸体2-5、凹体2-6,所述凸体2-5、凹体2-6分别设置在壳体1和扫辊2,所述扫辊2移动至行程空间2-4的前端时,凸体2-5嵌入凹体2-6从而阻碍扫辊2旋转。
本实施例所述扫辊2包括转轴21、清扫条22、滚轮23,所述转轴21上固定设置有清扫条22,滚轮23设置在转轴21两端。所述滚轮23贴地滚动时可带动转轴21转动。所述滚轮23设有滚轴231,所述滚轴231设置在安装部。
本实施例所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊2旋转时,作为优选,所述凸体2-5嵌入凹体2-6中,扫辊2旋转受阻碍,此时所述清扫条22停留在垃圾入口位置,清扫条22阻挡了垃圾从该入口因回流而泄漏。
本实施例所述锁定机构包括凸体2-5、凹体2-6,所述凸体2-5、凹体2-6分别设置在壳体1和扫辊2,所述扫辊2移动至行程空间2-4的前端时,凸体2-5嵌入凹体2 -6从而阻碍扫辊2旋转,所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊2旋转时,所述清扫条22旋转至垃圾入口位置。
本实施例所述凸体2-5设置在壳体1,凹体2-6设置在转轴21或滚轮23。作为优选,所述凹体2-6设置在滚轮23的滚轴231。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种清洁工具,包括手推式清扫机,所述手推式清扫机包括一壳体,壳体内具有存储垃圾的空间;一随手推式清扫机推动而转动的扫辊;扫辊滚动可将垃圾扫入壳体内;一连接壳体的推杆;所述壳体设有用于安装扫辊的安装部;
    其特征是:还包括拖把板、拖布、拖把板与手推式清扫机可活动固定的装配机构,拖把板下方连接拖布,拖把板与手推式清扫机采用装配机构连接;所述拖把板与手推式清扫机连接时,拖把板将手推式清扫机与地面阻隔,所述清洁工具作为拖把使用;所述拖把板与手推式清扫机分离时,所述清洁工具作为手推式清扫机使用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述装配机构包括竖向连接机构和凹凸限位机构,所述手推式清扫机与拖把板采用凹凸限位机构在前后左右向限位;手推式清扫机与拖把板采用竖向连接机构在竖向活动装配。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述竖向连接机构包括磁体,所述手推式清扫机与拖把板采用磁体相吸合。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述竖向连接机构包括设于手推式清扫机壳体的凸起部、设于拖把板的凹陷部,所述凸起部可嵌入凹陷部中将手推式清扫机与拖把板装配连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述凹凸限位机构,包括一设置于拖把板上方的凹位,手推式清扫机的壳体置于凹位中。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述凹凸限位机构,包括一设置于拖把板上方的凸位、一设置于手推式清扫机的壳体底部的孔位,所述手推式清扫机与拖把板连接时,凸位嵌入孔位。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述手推式清扫机的壳体与拖把板上方的凹位过盈装配。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述凸位与凹位过盈装配。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:还包括当推杆倾斜时壳体的垃圾入口朝上倾斜的调整机构,所述推杆与壳体转动连接,调整机构设置在推杆与壳体的转动连接处。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是:所述调整机构为扭簧,推杆与壳体采用万向接头转动连接,万向接头包括上接头、下接头,上接头一端与下接头一端转动连接,下接头另一端与拖把板转动连接,上接头另一端与推杆固定安装;所述扭簧一端施力在拖把板,扭簧另一端施力在下接头。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是,还包括用于防止扫辊反转的锁止机构,所述锁止机构包括扫辊设置在安装部后具有可活动的行程空间、设置在扫辊与机体之间的锁定机构,所述扫地机前行清扫时,所述扫辊移动至行程空间的后端;所述扫地机在后退时,所述扫辊移动至行程空间的前端,所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊旋转。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是,所述扫辊包括转轴、清扫条、滚轮,所述转轴上设有清扫条,滚轮设置在转轴两端,所述滚轮设有滚轴,所述滚轴设置在安装部。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是,所述锁定机构包括凸体、凹体,所述凸体、凹体分别设置在壳体和扫辊,所述扫辊移动至行程空间的前端时,凸体嵌入凹体从而阻碍扫辊旋转。
  14. 如权利要求11或13所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是,所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊旋转时,所述清扫条旋转至垃圾入口位置。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的一种清洁工具,其特征是,所述锁定机构包括凸体、凹体,所述凸体、凹体分别设置在壳体和扫辊,所述扫 辊移动至行程空间的前端时,凸体嵌入凹体从而阻碍扫辊旋转,所述锁定机构阻碍扫辊旋转时,所述清扫条旋转至垃圾入口位置。
