Abstract

본 발명은 7-아미노세팔로스포란산의 고농도 생산 재조합 아크레모니움 크리 소제눔 균주의 제조방법 및 이 방법으로 제조된 균주에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하 게는 7-ACA 고생산성 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주의 제조 방법, 이 방법으로 제 조된 재조합 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주, 상기 균주를 7-ACA를 생산할 수 있는 조건에서 배양하고, 이를 회수하는 7-ACA의 생산방법, 상기 제조방법에 이용된 아 크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주에서의 단백질 고발현용 프로모터, 아크레모니움 크리 소제눔 균주에서의 CPC 아실라제 고발현용 발현 백터, 상기 균주를 7-ACA 생산에 사용하는 용도, 상기 생산된 7— ACA를 항생제 제조에 사용하는 용도 및 상기 7-ACA 를 투여하는 것을 포함하는 세균 감염성 질환의 치료방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 의 방법에 의하면 재조합 아크레모니움 크리소제눔 균주를 제조하여 이의 발효를 통하여 7-ACA를 고농도로 제조할수 있다.
