Abstract

Предусмотрен улучшенный способ крупномасштабного получения белков и/или полипептидов в клеточной культуре. Согласно настоящему изобретению способ предусматривает культивирование клеток, в которых произошел метаболический сдвиг. Применение такого способа или системы обеспечивает высокие уровни производства белка или полипептида и снижает накопление такого нежелательного отхода метаболизма, как лактат. Белки и полипептиды, экспрессированные согласно настоящему изобретению, могут успешно применяться в получении фармацевтических, иммуногенных или других коммерческих биологических композиций, таких как антитела.
