Abstract
本発明は、一般式(1)で表される化合物を香料前駆体として使用する方法であって、一般式(1)で表される化合物に光照射して一般式(2)で表される不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させる方法に関する。(式(1)及び式(2)中、R1~R8及び波線は、それぞれ、明細書中に記載された定義と同様である。また、R1とR2、R1とR3、R1とR4、R1とR5、R3とR4、又はR3とR5とで環を形成してもよい。)
Description
本発明は、光の作用により不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出する香料前駆体に関する。
近年、消費者の香りに対する関心の高まりとともに、製品使用時の香りに対する要望も多岐にわたっている。香りの持続性向上ニーズに対しては、一般的に揮発性の低いラストノート成分を多く配合した調合香料や香料カプセル等が使用されている。また、香りの持続性強化剤として、例えば、p-メンタン-3,8-ジオール(特許文献1)や3-(メントキシ)-1,2-プロパンジオール(特許文献2)等の保留剤が提案されている。
しかしながら、香りの感じ方には個人差があり、また、体調等によっても左右されることがあり、長期間、不必要に香りがすることで気分を害することや、不快感を持つ場合もあった。
また、長い間香りを楽しむ消費者ニーズ以外に、必要な時だけ香りを楽しみたいという消費者ニーズも多数存在している。

本発明は、日常生活におけるあるきっかけで芳香成分を発散することができる香料前駆体の開発を課題とする。
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するために鋭意検討した結果、特定構造の化合物が、光の作用で芳香性の不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させることができることを見出して、本発明を完成した。
すなわち、本発明は以下の[1]~[7]に関するものである。

本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、光の作用で芳香性の不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させることができる。また、一般式(1)で表される化合物を含有させることにより、光を作用させたときに芳香を発する香料組成物、芳香製品、衣類用製品、頭髪用製品、化粧品、又は洗浄剤を提供することができる。
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明では、一般式(1)で表される化合物を香料前駆体として用い、光照射することにより、香気成分である一般式(2)で表される化合物である、α,β-不飽和アルデヒドまたはα,β-不飽和ケトンを発生させることができる。

アルケニル基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状の、例えば、炭素数2~20、好ましくは炭素数2~10のアルケニル基、ならびに環状の、例えば、炭素数3~20、好ましくは炭素数5~10のアルケニル基が挙げられる。具体的なアルケニル基としては、例えば、ビニル基、1-プロペニル基、2-プロペニル基、1-ブテニル基、2-ブテニル基、3-ブテニル基、1-ペンテニル基、2-ペンテニル基、3-ペンテニル基、4-ペンテニル基、1-シクロペンテニル基、3-シクロペンテニル基、1-ヘキセニル基、2-ヘキセニル基、3-ヘキセニル基、4-ヘキセニル基、5-ヘキセニル基、4-メチル-3-ペンテニル基、4,8-ジメチル-3,7-ノナジエニル基、1-シクロヘキセニル基及び3-シクロヘキセニル基等が挙げられる。
アリール基としては、例えば、炭素数6~14のアリール基が挙げられ、具体的にはフェニル基、ナフチル基、アントリル基、フェナンスリル基及びビフェニル基等が挙げられる。
アラルキル基としては、例えば、炭素数7~12のアラルキル基が好ましく、具体的にはベンジル基、2-フェニルエチル基、1-フェニルプロピル基及び3-ナフチルプロピル基等が挙げられる。
芳香族複素環基としては、例えば、炭素数2~15であり、ヘテロ原子として少なくとも1個、好ましくは1~3個の窒素原子、酸素原子、又は硫黄原子等を含んでいる基が挙げられる。好ましくは、5又は6員の単環の芳香族複素環基、及び多環又は縮合環の芳香族複素環基が挙げられる。芳香族複素環基の具体例としては、例えば、フリル基、メチルフリル基、チエニル基、ピリジル基、ピリミジニル基、ピラジニル基、ピリダジニル基、ピラゾリニル基、イミダゾリル基、オキサゾリニル基、チアゾリニル基、ベンゾフリル基、ベンゾチエニル基、キノリル基、イソキノリル基、キノキサリニル基、フタラジニル基、キナゾリニル基、ナフチリジニル基、シンノリニル基、ベンゾイミダゾリル基、ベンゾオキサゾリル基及びベンゾチアゾリル基等が挙げられる。
脂肪族複素環基としては、例えば、炭素数2~14であり、ヘテロ原子として少なくとも1個、好ましくは1~3個の窒素原子、酸素原子、又は硫黄原子等を含んでいる基が挙げられる。好ましくは、5又は6員の単環の脂肪族複素環基、及び多環又は縮合環の脂肪族複素環基が挙げられる。脂肪族複素環基の具体例としては、例えば、2-オキソ-1-ピロリジニル基、ピペリジノ基、ピペラジニル基、モルホリノ基、テトラヒドロフリル基、テトラヒドロピラニル基及びテトラヒドロチエニル基等が挙げられる。
アシル基としては、例えば、アセチル基、プロパノイル基、ブタノイル基、オクタノイル基、ベンゾイル基、トルオイル基、キシロイル基、ナフトイル基、フェナンスロイル基及びアンスロイル基等が挙げられる。

水素原子以外のR1~R8各基は置換基を有していてもよく、該置換基としては、例えば、アルケニル基、アルキニル基、アリール基、脂肪族複素環基、芳香族複素環基、アルコキシ基、アルキレンジオキシ基、アリールオキシ基、アラルキルオキシ基、ヘテロアリールオキシ基、アミノ基、置換アミノ基、ニトロ基、シアノ基、アルコキシカルボニル基、ハロゲン原子及びハロゲン化アルキル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアルケニル基としては、直鎖状でも分岐状でもよく、例えば、炭素数2~20、好ましくは炭素数2~10、より好ましくは炭素数2~6のアルケニル基が挙げられ、具体的にはビニル基、プロペニル基、1-ブテニル基、ペンテニル基及びヘキセニル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアルキニル基としては、直鎖状でも分岐状でもよく、例えば、炭素数2~15、好ましくは炭素数2~10、より好ましくは炭素数2~6のアルキニル基が挙げられ、具体的にはエチニル基、1-プロピニル基、2-プロピニル基、1-ブチニル基、3-ブチニル基、ペンチニル基及びヘキシニル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアリール基としては、例えば、炭素数6~14のアリール基が挙げられ、具体的にはフェニル基、ナフチル基、アンスリル基、フェナンスリル基、ビフェニル基、トリル基、キシリル基、メシチル基、メトキシフェニル基、ジメトキシフェニル基及びフルオロフェニル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としての脂肪族複素環基としては、例えば、炭素数2~14であり、ヘテロ原子として少なくとも1個、好ましくは1~3個の、例えば、窒素原子、酸素原子、硫黄原子等を含んでいる基が挙げられる。好ましくは、5又は6員の単環の脂肪族複素環基、及び多環又は縮合環の脂肪族複素環基が挙げられる。脂肪族複素環基の具体例としては、例えば、2-オキソ-1-ピロリジニル基、ピペリジノ基、ピペラジニル基、モルホリノ基、テトラヒドロフリル基、テトラヒドロピラニル基及びテトラヒドロチエニル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としての芳香族複素環基としては、例えば、炭素数2~15、好ましくは炭素数3~11であり、ヘテロ原子として少なくとも1個、好ましくは1~3個の窒素原子、酸素原子、硫黄原子等を含んでいる基が挙げられる。好ましくは、5又は6員の単環の芳香族複素環基、及び多環又は縮合環の芳香族複素環基が挙げられる。芳香族複素環基の具体例としては、例えば、フリル基、チエニル基、ピリジル基、ピリミジニル基、ピラジニル基、ピリダジニル基、ピラゾリニル基、イミダゾリル基、オキサゾリニル基、チアゾリニル基、ベンゾフリル基、ベンゾチエニル基、キノリル基、イソキノリル基、キノキサリニル基、フタラジニル基、キナゾリニル基、ナフチリジニル基、シンノリニル基、ベンゾイミダゾリル基、ベンゾオキサゾリル基及びベンゾチアゾリル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアルコキシ基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状の、例えば、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基が挙げられ、具体的にはメトキシ基、エトキシ基、n-プロポキシ基、イソプロポキシ基、n-ブトキシ基、2-ブトキシ基、イソブトキシ基、tert-ブトキシ基、n-ペンチロキシ基、2-メチルブトキシ基、3-メチルブトキシ基、2,2-ジメチルプロポキシ基、n-ヘキシロキシ基、2-メチルペンチロキシ基、3-メチルペンチロキシ基、4-メチルペンチロキシ基及び5-メチルペンチロキシ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアルキレンジオキシ基としては、例えば、炭素数1~3のアルキレンジオキシ基が挙げられ、具体的にはメチレンジオキシ基、エチレンジオキシ基、プロピレンジオキシ基及びイソプロピリデンジオキシ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアリールオキシ基としては、例えば、炭素数6~14のアリールオキシ基が挙げられ、具体的にはフェノキシ基、ナフチロキシ基及びアンスリロキシ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアラルキルオキシ基としては、例えば、炭素数7~12のアラルキルオキシ基が挙げられ、具体的にはベンジルオキシ基、2-フェニルエトキシ基、1-フェニルプロポキシ基、2-フェニルプロポキシ基、3-フェニルプロポキシ基、1-フェニルブトキシ基、2-フェニルブトキシ基、3-フェニルブトキシ基、4-フェニルブトキシ基、1-フェニルペンチロキシ基、2-フェニルペンチロキシ基、3-フェニルペンチロキシ基、4-フェニルペンチロキシ基、5-フェニルペンチロキシ基、1-フェニルヘキシロキシ基、2-フェニルヘキシロキシ基、3-フェニルヘキシロキシ基、4-フェニルヘキシロキシ基、5-フェニルヘキシロキシ基及び6-フェニルヘキシロキシ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのヘテロアリールオキシ基としては、例えば、ヘテロ原子として少なくとも1個、好ましくは1~3個の窒素原子、酸素原子、硫黄原子等を含んでいる、炭素数2~14のヘテロアリールオキシ基が挙げられ、具体的には、2-ピリジルオキシ基、2-ピラジルオキシ基、2-ピリミジルオキシ基及び2-キノリルオキシ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としての置換アミノ基としては、例えば、N-メチルアミノ基、N,N-ジメチルアミノ基、N,N-ジエチルアミノ基、N,N-ジイソプロピルアミノ基、N-シクロヘキシルアミノ基等のモノ又はジアルキルアミノ基;N-フェニルアミノ基、N,N-ジフェニルアミノ基、N-ナフチルアミノ基、N-ナフチル-N-フェニルアミノ基等のモノ又はジアリールアミノ基;N-ベンジルアミノ基、N,N-ジベンジルアミノ基等のモノ又はジアラルキルアミノ基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのアルコキシカルボニル基としては、例えば、炭素数1~30のアルコキシカルボニル基が好ましく、具体的にはメトキシカルボニル基、エトキシカルボニル基、n-プロポキシカルボニル基、イソプロポキシカルボニル基、n-ブトキシカルボニル基、2-ブトキシカルボニル基、イソブトキシカルボニル基、tert-ブトキシカルボニル基、n-ペンチロキシカルボニル基、2-メチルブトキシカルボニル基、3-メチルブトキシカルボニル基、2,2-ジメチルプロポキシカルボニル基、n-ヘキシロキシカルボニル基、2-メチルペンチロキシカルボニル基、3-メチルペンチロキシカルボニル基、4-メチルペンチロキシカルボニル基、5-メチルペンチロキシカルボニル基、シクロペンチロキシカルボニル基、シクロヘキシロキシカルボニル基、ジシクロペンチルメトキシカルボニル基、ジシクロヘキシルメトキシカルボニル基、トリシクロペンチルメトキシカルボニル基、トリシクロヘキシルメトキシカルボニル基、フェニルメトキシカルボニル基、ジフェニルメトキシカルボニル基及びトリフェニルメトキシカルボニル基等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのハロゲン原子としては、例えば、フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子及びヨウ素原子等が挙げられる。
R1~R8の置換基としてのハロゲン化アルキル基としては、例えば、炭素数1~10のパーハロゲノアルキル基が好ましく、例えば、トリフルオロメチル基、ペンタフルオロエチル基、ヘプタフルオロプロピル基、ウンデカフルオロペンチル基、ヘプタデカフロロオクチル基、ウンデカフルオロシクロヘキシル基及びジクロロメチル基等が挙げられる。
一般式(1)で表される化合物において、R1とR2、R1とR3、R1とR4、R1とR5、R3とR4、又はR3とR5とで形成する環としては、例えば、シクロペンタン環、シクロヘキサン環、インダン環、テトラリン環、シクロペンテン環、シクロヘキセン環、シクロヘプテン環、インデン環、ジヒドロナフタレン環、オクタヒドロナフタレン環及びデカヒドロナフタレン環等が挙げられる。これらの環は、前述したようなアルキル基等で置換されていてもよい。
一般式(2)で表される化合物において、R1とR2、R1とR3、R1とR4、又はR3とR4とで形成する環としては、例えば、シクロペンタン環、シクロヘキサン環、インダン環、テトラリン環、シクロペンテン環、シクロヘキセン環、シクロヘプテン環、インデン環、ジヒドロナフタレン環、オクタヒドロナフタレン環及びデカヒドロナフタレン環等が挙げられる。これらの環は、前述したようなアルキル基等で置換されていてもよい。
R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8は、上記した中でも、水素原子または置換基を有してもよい炭素数10以下のアルキル基が好ましい。
炭素数10以下のアルキル基としては、例えば、直鎖状又は分岐状の炭素数1~10のアルキル基が好ましく、具体的にはメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、n-ブチル基、2-ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、2-ペンチル基、3-ペンチル基、tert-ペンチル基、2-メチルブチル基、3-メチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルプロピル基、1,2-ジメチルプロピル基、n-ヘキシル基、2-ヘキシル基、3-ヘキシル基、2-メチルペンチル基、3-メチルペンチル基、4-メチルペンチル基、1,1-ジメチルブチル基、1,2-ジメチルブチル基、1,3-ジメチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルブチル基、2,3-ジメチルブチル基、3,3-ジメチルブチル基、2-エチルブチル基、1,1,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1,2,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1-エチル-1-メチルプロピル基、1-エチル-2-メチルプロピル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基及びデシル基等が挙げられる。
炭素数10以下のアルキル基としては、例えば、直鎖状又は分岐状の炭素数1~10のアルキル基が好ましく、具体的にはメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、n-ブチル基、2-ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、2-ペンチル基、3-ペンチル基、tert-ペンチル基、2-メチルブチル基、3-メチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルプロピル基、1,2-ジメチルプロピル基、n-ヘキシル基、2-ヘキシル基、3-ヘキシル基、2-メチルペンチル基、3-メチルペンチル基、4-メチルペンチル基、1,1-ジメチルブチル基、1,2-ジメチルブチル基、1,3-ジメチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルブチル基、2,3-ジメチルブチル基、3,3-ジメチルブチル基、2-エチルブチル基、1,1,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1,2,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1-エチル-1-メチルプロピル基、1-エチル-2-メチルプロピル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基及びデシル基等が挙げられる。
R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8のより好ましい例としては、R1が置換基を有してもよい炭素数1~6のアルキル基、R2、R3、R4及びR5が水素原子またはメチル基、R6、R7及びR8が置換基を有してもよい炭素数1~6のアルキル基である。
炭素数1~6のアルキル基としては、具体的にはメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、n-ブチル基、2-ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、2-ペンチル基、3-ペンチル基、tert-ペンチル基、2-メチルブチル基、3-メチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルプロピル基、1,2-ジメチルプロピル基、n-ヘキシル基、2-ヘキシル基、3-ヘキシル基、2-メチルペンチル基、3-メチルペンチル基、4-メチルペンチル基、1,1-ジメチルブチル基、1,2-ジメチルブチル基、1,3-ジメチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルブチル基、2,3-ジメチルブチル基、3,3-ジメチルブチル基、2-エチルブチル基、1,1,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1,2,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1-エチル-1-メチルプロピル基及び1-エチル-2-メチルプロピル基等が挙げられる。
炭素数1~6のアルキル基としては、具体的にはメチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、イソプロピル基、n-ブチル基、2-ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、2-ペンチル基、3-ペンチル基、tert-ペンチル基、2-メチルブチル基、3-メチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルプロピル基、1,2-ジメチルプロピル基、n-ヘキシル基、2-ヘキシル基、3-ヘキシル基、2-メチルペンチル基、3-メチルペンチル基、4-メチルペンチル基、1,1-ジメチルブチル基、1,2-ジメチルブチル基、1,3-ジメチルブチル基、2,2-ジメチルブチル基、2,3-ジメチルブチル基、3,3-ジメチルブチル基、2-エチルブチル基、1,1,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1,2,2-トリメチルプロピル基、1-エチル-1-メチルプロピル基及び1-エチル-2-メチルプロピル基等が挙げられる。
本発明において、香料前駆体として用いられる一般式(1)で表される化合物は、炭素数6~14のα,β-不飽和アルデヒドから調製されるものが好ましい。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物の具体例としては、例えば、以下のような化合物が挙げられる。なお、一般式(1)の化合物において、波線はE、Z幾何異性体のいずれか一方もしくはそれらの混合物であることを示す。

上記式中、Meはメチル基、Etはエチル基を表す。
本発明で使用する一般式(1)で表される化合物は、既知の方法により容易に合成することできる。一般式(1)で表される化合物の内、以下の式(4)で表されるトリエチル(1,3-ヘキサジエニルオキシ)シランの製造方法について説明する。
一般式(1)で表される化合物は、例えば、Bull.Chem.Soc.Jpn.1977,50,1161-1168、及びTetrahedron 1987,43,2089-2100に記載されている方法に従って合成することができる。当該方法は、以下のScheme1で表すことができる。
Scheme1中、式(4)で表される化合物は、Tetrahedron 1987,43,2089-2100に記載されている方法に従って合成することができる。
式(4)で表される化合物の合成は、2-ヘキセナール(式(3)の化合物)、トリエチルアミン及び一般式MXnで表される金属ハロゲン化合物を有機溶媒に溶解した溶液に、クロロトリエチルシランを滴下し、0~120℃の範囲で反応させ調製することができる。一般式MXnで表される金属ハロゲン化合物としては、例えば、LiBr、LiI、NaBr、NaI、ZnCl2、ZnBr2、ZnI2等が挙げられ、好ましくはNaIまたはZnCl2である。
上記のようにして得られた式(4)で表される化合物は、例えば、抽出、再結晶、各種クロマトグラフィー等の通常用いられる操作により、単離精製を行うことができる。
式(4)で表される化合物の合成は、2-ヘキセナール(式(3)の化合物)、トリエチルアミン及び一般式MXnで表される金属ハロゲン化合物を有機溶媒に溶解した溶液に、クロロトリエチルシランを滴下し、0~120℃の範囲で反応させ調製することができる。一般式MXnで表される金属ハロゲン化合物としては、例えば、LiBr、LiI、NaBr、NaI、ZnCl2、ZnBr2、ZnI2等が挙げられ、好ましくはNaIまたはZnCl2である。
上記のようにして得られた式(4)で表される化合物は、例えば、抽出、再結晶、各種クロマトグラフィー等の通常用いられる操作により、単離精製を行うことができる。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、香料前駆体として使用することができる。一般式(1)で表される化合物は光照射することにより、香気成分である一般式(2)で表されるα,β-不飽和アルデヒドまたはα,β-不飽和ケトンを放出させることができる。
照射する光の波長は、280~780nmが好ましく、太陽光も含まれる。

本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は香料組成物に配合することができる。
一般式(1)で表される化合物は単独で使用することができるが、公知の香料成分と適宜組み合わせて使用することもできる。公知の香料成分としては、例えば、レモンオイル、オレンジオイル、ライムオイル、ベルガモットオイル、ラバンジンオイル、ラベンダーオイル、ゼラニウムオイル、ローズオイル及びサンダルウッドオイル等の天然精油、α-ピネン、β-ピネン、リモネン、p-サイメン及びツヨン等の炭化水素類、オクタノール及びp-tert-ブチルシクロヘキサノール等の脂肪族アルコール類、メントール、シトロネロール及びゲラニオール等のテルペン系アルコール類、ベンジルアルコール及びフェニルエチルアルコール等の芳香族アルコール類、脂肪族アルデヒド類、テルペン系アルデヒド類、芳香族アルデヒド類、アセタール類、鎖式ケトン類、ダマスコン、β-ヨノン(イオノン)及びメチルヨノン等の環式ケトン類、カルボン、メントン、イソメントン及びカンファー等のテルペン系ケトン類、アセトフェノン及びラズベリーケトン等の芳香族ケトン類、ジベンジルエーテル等のエーテル類、リナロールオキサイド及びローズオキサイド等のオキサイド類、シクロペンタデカノリド及びシクロヘキサデカノリド等のムスク類、γ-ノナラクトン、γ-ウンデカラクトン及びクマリン等のラクトン類、酢酸エステル及びプロピオン酸エステル等の脂肪族エステル類、安息香酸エステル及びフェニル酢酸エステル等の芳香族エステル類等が挙げられる。
一般式(1)で表される化合物は単独で使用することができるが、公知の香料成分と適宜組み合わせて使用することもできる。公知の香料成分としては、例えば、レモンオイル、オレンジオイル、ライムオイル、ベルガモットオイル、ラバンジンオイル、ラベンダーオイル、ゼラニウムオイル、ローズオイル及びサンダルウッドオイル等の天然精油、α-ピネン、β-ピネン、リモネン、p-サイメン及びツヨン等の炭化水素類、オクタノール及びp-tert-ブチルシクロヘキサノール等の脂肪族アルコール類、メントール、シトロネロール及びゲラニオール等のテルペン系アルコール類、ベンジルアルコール及びフェニルエチルアルコール等の芳香族アルコール類、脂肪族アルデヒド類、テルペン系アルデヒド類、芳香族アルデヒド類、アセタール類、鎖式ケトン類、ダマスコン、β-ヨノン(イオノン)及びメチルヨノン等の環式ケトン類、カルボン、メントン、イソメントン及びカンファー等のテルペン系ケトン類、アセトフェノン及びラズベリーケトン等の芳香族ケトン類、ジベンジルエーテル等のエーテル類、リナロールオキサイド及びローズオキサイド等のオキサイド類、シクロペンタデカノリド及びシクロヘキサデカノリド等のムスク類、γ-ノナラクトン、γ-ウンデカラクトン及びクマリン等のラクトン類、酢酸エステル及びプロピオン酸エステル等の脂肪族エステル類、安息香酸エステル及びフェニル酢酸エステル等の芳香族エステル類等が挙げられる。
本発明の香料組成物には、エタノール、ジプロピレングリコール(以下、DPGと略すこともある。)、ジエチルフタレート、プロピレングリコール、トリエチルシトレート、ベンジルベンゾエート、グリセリン、トリアセチン、トリエチルシトレート等の溶媒を用いてもよい。また、必要に応じて、可溶化剤、安定化剤等の公知成分をさらに混合させてもよい。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、芳香製品、衣類用製品、頭髪用製品、化粧品、又は洗浄剤等の製品に使用することができる。
芳香製品としては、例えば、香水、コロン、液体芳香剤、ゲル状芳香剤、粉末状芳香剤、含浸芳香剤、ミスト状芳香剤、エアゾール状芳香剤及び熱蒸散式芳香剤等が挙げられる。
衣類用製品としては、例えば、衣類用ミスト、衣類用洗剤及び衣類用柔軟剤等が挙げられる。
頭髪用製品としては、例えば、シャンプー、リンス、コンディショナー、トリートメント及びヘアスタイリング剤等が挙げられる。
化粧品としては、例えば、化粧水、乳液、クリーム及び液体石鹸等が挙げられる。
洗浄剤としては、例えば、トイレ用洗浄剤及びガラス用洗浄剤等が挙げられる。
芳香製品としては、例えば、香水、コロン、液体芳香剤、ゲル状芳香剤、粉末状芳香剤、含浸芳香剤、ミスト状芳香剤、エアゾール状芳香剤及び熱蒸散式芳香剤等が挙げられる。
衣類用製品としては、例えば、衣類用ミスト、衣類用洗剤及び衣類用柔軟剤等が挙げられる。
頭髪用製品としては、例えば、シャンプー、リンス、コンディショナー、トリートメント及びヘアスタイリング剤等が挙げられる。
化粧品としては、例えば、化粧水、乳液、クリーム及び液体石鹸等が挙げられる。
洗浄剤としては、例えば、トイレ用洗浄剤及びガラス用洗浄剤等が挙げられる。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、光照射により香気成分を放出するため、製品を使用した後に光に照射される環境下となるような製品に配合すると有用である。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物の各製品中への配合量は、厳密に制限されるものではなく、その用途により種々変えることができる。本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物の各製品中への配合量は、0.0001~10重量%であることが好ましく、0.001~5重量%であることがより好ましい。
以下に実施例を挙げて本発明を具体的に説明するが、本発明は、これらにより何ら限定されるものではない。
(実施例1)
トリエチル(1,3-ヘキサジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-ヘキセナール6.93ml(60mmol)、トリエチルアミン10.5ml(75mmol)及び臭化亜鉛1.35g(6mmol)のトルエン溶液40mlに室温にてトリエチルクロロシラン10.6ml(63mmol)を滴下し、110℃(オイルバス)にて24時間撹拌した。飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で反応液をクエンチ後、トルエンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を水で3回洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーで精製して1.76gの目的物を得た。

(実施例2)
トリエチル(1,3-ヘキサジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-ヘキセナール23.1ml(200mmol)、トリエチルアミン41.8ml(300mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム42.0g(280mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液200mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン18.8ml(112mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で反応液をクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を水で3回洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(64-68℃、107Pa)にて精製し、10.05gの目的物を得た。
トリエチル(1,3-ヘキサジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-ヘキセナール23.1ml(200mmol)、トリエチルアミン41.8ml(300mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム42.0g(280mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液200mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン18.8ml(112mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で反応液をクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を水で3回洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(64-68℃、107Pa)にて精製し、10.05gの目的物を得た。
(実施例3)
トリエチル(1,3-ヘプタジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-ヘプテナール8.97g(80mmol)、トリエチルアミン16.7ml(120mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム16.8g(112mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液100mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン18.8ml(112mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で反応液をクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を水で3回洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(70-82℃、133Pa)にて精製し、7.21gの目的物を得た。
トリエチル(1,3-ヘプタジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-ヘプテナール8.97g(80mmol)、トリエチルアミン16.7ml(120mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム16.8g(112mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液100mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン18.8ml(112mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で反応液をクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を水で3回洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(70-82℃、133Pa)にて精製し、7.21gの目的物を得た。
(実施例4)
トリエチル(1,3-オクタジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-オクテナール12.62g(100mmol)、トリエチルアミン19.5ml(140mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム8.99g(60mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液70mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン20.1ml(120mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。反応液をメタノールでクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、ヘキサン層を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(89-92℃、80Pa)にて精製し、12.89gの目的物を得た。
トリエチル(1,3-オクタジエニルオキシ)シランの合成
トランス-2-オクテナール12.62g(100mmol)、トリエチルアミン19.5ml(140mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム8.99g(60mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液70mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン20.1ml(120mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。反応液をメタノールでクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、ヘキサン層を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(89-92℃、80Pa)にて精製し、12.89gの目的物を得た。
(比較例1)
トリエチル(1-ヘキセニルオキシ)シランの合成
ヘキセナール9.77ml(80mmol)、トリエチルアミン15.6ml(112mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム7.19g(48mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液56mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン16.1ml(96mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。反応液をメタノールでクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、ヘキサン層を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(63-67℃、67Pa)にて精製し、7.26gの目的物を得た。
トリエチル(1-ヘキセニルオキシ)シランの合成
ヘキセナール9.77ml(80mmol)、トリエチルアミン15.6ml(112mmol)及びヨウ化ナトリウム7.19g(48mmol)のアセトニトリル溶液56mlに0℃にてトリエチルクロロシラン16.1ml(96mmol)を滴下し、室温にて2日間撹拌した。反応液をメタノールでクエンチ後、ヘキサンにて抽出し、ヘキサン層を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物を減圧蒸留(63-67℃、67Pa)にて精製し、7.26gの目的物を得た。
(比較例2)
3,7-ジメチル-1,6-オクタジエニルアセテートの合成
無水酢酸3.27ml(32mmol)、トリエチルアミン3.62ml(26mmol)及び酢酸カリウム118mg(1.20mmol)の混合溶液に室温にてl-シトロネラール3.08ml(20mmol)を滴下し、還流下にて7時間撹拌した。反応液にトルエン及び水を加えてクエンチ後、トルエンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液及び水で洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーで精製して3.20gの目的物を得た。
3,7-ジメチル-1,6-オクタジエニルアセテートの合成
無水酢酸3.27ml(32mmol)、トリエチルアミン3.62ml(26mmol)及び酢酸カリウム118mg(1.20mmol)の混合溶液に室温にてl-シトロネラール3.08ml(20mmol)を滴下し、還流下にて7時間撹拌した。反応液にトルエン及び水を加えてクエンチ後、トルエンにて抽出し、得られた有機層を飽和炭酸水素ナトリウム水溶液及び水で洗浄した。有機層を硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥後、濾液を減圧濃縮して粗生成物を得た。得られた粗生成物をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィーで精製して3.20gの目的物を得た。
(実施例5~実施例6、比較例3~比較例4)
光照射試験
実施例2~3の化合物及び比較例1~2の化合物100mgをそれぞれバイアル瓶に入れ密閉後、キセノンランプ(キセノンフェードメーターXA25/スガ試験機株式会社製)を用い、放射照度60W/m2(300~400nm)の光を1時間照射した。
光照射後の試料にエタノール5gを加えた後、GC/MS分析を行うことにより不飽和アルデヒドの放出量を求めた。結果を表1に示す。

実施例2~3の化合物及び比較例1~2の化合物100mgをそれぞれバイアル瓶に入れ密閉後、キセノンランプ(キセノンフェードメーターXA25/スガ試験機株式会社製)を用い、放射照度60W/m2(300~400nm)の光を1時間照射した。
光照射後の試料にエタノール5gを加えた後、GC/MS分析を行うことにより不飽和アルデヒドの放出量を求めた。結果を表1に示す。

表1の結果から、本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、光照射により不飽和アルデヒドを放出し、香料前駆体として効果を有することが確認された。
(実施例7)
衣類用スプレー向け香料組成物
表2の処方に従い、衣類用スプレー向け香料組成物を調製した。

(実施例8~10、比較例5~6)
日光暴露試験
実施例2、3の化合物、実施例7の香料組成物及び比較例1、2の化合物を使用し、表3の処方に従い、衣類用スプレーを調製した。木綿タオルに衣類用スプレーを1g噴霧した後、30分間屋外にて直射日光を暴露させた(2016年5月、神奈川県、晴、気温22~23℃)。専門パネラー10名により下記の基準に従い香りを評価した。評価点数は専門パネラーの評価値を平均して求めた。結果を表4に示す。

実施例2、3の化合物、実施例7の香料組成物及び比較例1、2の化合物を使用し、表3の処方に従い、衣類用スプレーを調製した。木綿タオルに衣類用スプレーを1g噴霧した後、30分間屋外にて直射日光を暴露させた(2016年5月、神奈川県、晴、気温22~23℃)。専門パネラー10名により下記の基準に従い香りを評価した。評価点数は専門パネラーの評価値を平均して求めた。結果を表4に示す。

表4の結果から、本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、日光に暴露することにより不飽和アルデヒドを放出し、香りが強くなることが確認された。
本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。本出願は2016年8月1日出願の日本特許出願(特願2016-151468)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物は、光照射により香気成分である不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出することができるため、香料前駆体として使用でき有用である。本発明の一般式(1)で表される化合物を香料組成物または各種製品に配合することにより、太陽光等の光照射により香気成分である不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出することができる香料組成物または製品を製造することができ、香料産業における利用可能性を有している。
Claims (7)
- 一般式(1)で表される化合物を香料前駆体として使用する方法であって、一般式(1)で表される化合物に光照射して一般式(2)で表される不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させる方法。
- 使用する光の波長が280~780nmである請求項1記載の不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させる方法。
- R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8が、それぞれ独立して、水素原子又は置換基を有してもよい炭素数10以下のアルキル基である請求項1または2に記載の不飽和アルデヒドまたはケトンを放出させる方法。
- 一般式(1)で表される化合物を含む香料組成物。
- R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8が、それぞれ独立して、水素原子又は置換基を有してもよい炭素数10以下のアルキル基である請求項4記載の香料組成物。
- 一般式(1)で表される化合物を含有する芳香製品、衣類用製品、頭髪用製品、化粧品、又は洗浄剤。
- R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8が、それぞれ独立して、水素原子又は置換基を有してもよい炭素数10以下のアルキル基である請求項6記載の芳香製品、衣類用製品、頭髪用製品、化粧品、又は洗浄剤。
