Description

一种可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅及其使用密封圈 技术领域
本发明涉及一种烹饪工具炒锅,尤其是一种可以增加锅内压强的炒锅及其使用密封圈。
背景技术
炒锅是中国一种烹饪工具,为锅的一种,特征是顶部开口大,圆底,由于中国南方食物多以小炒为主,故炒锅设计成有手柄以方便抛炒。由于食物在烹饪过程中会粘锅,有一些炒锅添加了特氟龙涂层或陶瓷涂层等使得食物不会粘锅。
炒锅主要用作煎或炒食物。当需要对食物进行蒸炖时,使用者得选用其他炊具,例如高压锅,电饭煲等。
尽管目前也有人采用炒锅蒸炖,但其密封效果较差。蒸炖时产生的蒸汽容易从锅体和锅盖之前的间隙散发,导致食物蒸炖时间长,且不易熟透,造成蒸炖效果不佳和能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明设计了一种可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅及其使用密封圈,其解决了以下技术问题:(1)现有炒锅用于蒸炖时,由于锅内的压力有限,蒸炖食物所需时间较长,并且食物不易熟透。(2)现有炒锅进行蒸炖时,由于锅盖与锅体之间的密封效果不佳,造成蒸炖效果不佳和能源的浪费。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用了以下方案:

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图6,对本发明做进一步说明:
如图1-3所示,该可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅包括锅体1以及盖合在锅体1上方的锅盖2,锅盖2的上方开有排气孔。锅体1的开口处设有支撑平台11,锅体1的侧边一体成型有环形凸起13。
锅盖2的下方设置有密封圈3,该密封圈3的材质为食品级硅胶,安全可靠,并且耐高温。密封圈3包括连接在锅盖2上的压环33以及一体成型在压环33下方的连接环31,连接环31的下方向外延伸有卡 环32。压环33下部位于支撑平台11上。连接环31伸入锅体1内,卡环32卡入环形凸起13的下方。
压环33上部开有锅盖环形固定槽34,锅盖2的边缘处固定在所述锅盖环形固定槽34中。因此,该锅盖环形固定槽34的槽壁为斜面结构,以配合锅盖2的锥体结构。
支撑平台11外边缘向上延伸有限制锅盖2和密封圈3水平移动的外圈12。外圈12的内壁挡住密封圈的压环33的外壁,所以可以避免锅盖2和密封圈3在水平方向移动。
此外,外圈12为变径结构,其上端直径小于下端直径以避免锅盖2和密封圈3在热蒸汽的作用下向上发生位移。加热过程,密封圈3会受到向上的蒸汽推力,上述变径结构以及密封圈3自身受热膨胀,可以确保密封圈3和锅盖2在受热后不会离开锅体1。
锅盖2设有两个排气孔,其中一个排气孔上安装有排气阀4,另一个排气孔上安装有安全阀5。安全阀5可以在锅体1的压力高于安全值时,让锅体1自动降压。所以,两者都可以避免锅体1内的蒸汽压力过高而发生爆炸,提高使用的安全性。
为了方便使用,锅盖2上还设置有提手6,可以避免人直接接触到高温锅盖2。同理,在锅体1上设置有把手7,可以避免人直接接触到高温锅体1。
如图4所示,本发明可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅的密封结构如下:密封圈3由连接环31、卡环凸起32以及压环33组成,卡环凸起32通过连接环31与压环33连接。锅体1由开口处向内依次设有支撑平台11和环形凸起13。卡环32卡在环形凸起13的下方并在热蒸汽的作用下形成第一密封部35,连接环31被环形凸起13分成上、下两个部分,上、下两个部分在热蒸汽的作用下与环形凸起13两侧分别形成第二密封部36和第三密封部37,压环33上部与锅盖2连接,压环33底部位于支撑平台11上并通过锅盖2重量作用下形成第四密封部38。
由此可见,环形凸起13为一山脊结构,卡环凸起32在蒸汽向上 的作用下与山脊的下斜坡相互作用形成第一密封部35,该密封部35是垂直向上的。第二密封部36和第三密封部37作用力是来自水平方向。第四密封部38作用力是垂直向下的。所以,密封圈3同时在多重密封的作用下,可以确保气密性,增加锅体1内的压力。

卡环凸起32、连接环31以及压环33形成一U型槽结构,卡环凸起32和压环33分别为U型槽的一边,卡环凸起32长度小于压环33长度。
密封圈3的材质为食品级硅胶或硅胶。如果使用食品级硅胶不仅仅安全可靠,而且还可以耐高温。

  1. 一种可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,包括锅体(1)和锅盖(2),锅体(1)与锅盖(2)通过密封圈(3)进行密封,其特征在于:所述密封圈(3)由连接环(31)、卡环凸起(32)以及压环(33)组成,卡环凸起(32)通过连接环(31)与压环(33)连接;锅体(1)由开口处向内依次设有支撑平台(11)和环形凸起(13);卡环凸起(32)卡在环形凸起(13)的下方并在热蒸汽的作用下形成第一密封部(35),连接环(31)被环形凸起(13)分成上、下两个部分,上、下两个部分在热蒸汽的作用下与环形凸起(13)两侧分别形成第二密封部(36)和第三密封部(37),压环(33)上部与锅盖(2)连接,压环(33)底部位于支撑平台(11)上并通过锅盖(2)重量作用下形成第四密封部(38)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述支撑平台(11)外边缘向上延伸有限制锅盖(2)和密封圈(3)水平移动的外圈(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述外圈(12)为变径结构,其上端直径小于下端直径以避免锅盖(2)和密封圈(3)在热蒸汽的作用下向上发生位移。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任何一项所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述压环(33)上部开有锅盖环形固定槽(34),锅盖(2)的边缘处固定在所述锅盖环形固定槽(34)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所 述锅盖(2)设有两个排气孔,其中一个排气孔上安装有排气阀(4),另一个排气孔上安装有安全阀(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述锅盖(2)上还设置有提手(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述锅体(1)上设置有把手(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述可提高蒸炖压力的炒锅,其特征在于:所述密封圈(3)的材质为食品级硅胶或硅胶。
  9. 一种炒锅使用的密封圈(3),其特征在于:包括连接环(31)、卡环凸起(32)以及压环(33),卡环凸起(32)通过连接环(31)与压环(33)连接;锅体(1)由开口处向内依次设有支撑平台(11)和环形凸起(13);卡环凸起(32)卡在环形凸起(13)的下方并在热蒸汽的作用下形成第一密封部(35),连接环(31)被环形凸起(13)分成上、下两个部分,上、下两个部分在热蒸汽的作用下与环形凸起(13)两侧分别形成第二密封部(36)和第三密封部(37),压环(33)上部与锅盖(2)连接,压环(33)底部位于支撑平台(11)上并通过锅盖(2)重量作用下形成第四密封部(38)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述密封圈,其特征在于:所述密封圈(3)的材质为食品级硅胶或硅胶。
