可折叠容器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可折叠容器,具体涉及容器的侧板。
背景技术
现代使用的可折叠大型容器,主要有金属材料以及塑胶材料两类,在盛放医药、化学、食品等场合通常会使用对货物更安全的塑胶折叠容器。如果箱体内承载的货物为流体或半流体,货物就会对侧板产生一个大的侧向压力,这时塑料材质的侧板就需要内置金属管材进行辅助增强。目前市面上对采用内置铝管或钢管(下述均以钢管为例)的方式进行侧板的抗弯性能增强,这在一定情况下能够解决塑胶侧板抗弯性能不足的问题。
但是,目前市面上侧板所内置的钢管无论其横放或竖置都无法达到侧板的最大宽度或高度,钢管的两端距离相应的侧板两侧均还具有一定距离,于是当承受弯曲力时,侧板的弯曲幅度有钢管自身的形变还要叠加侧板物钢管区的形变。也就是说,受限于侧板本身的外形或制造工艺,传统的钢管增强往往效果有限。尤其是侧板大变形时,钢管两端会以固定支点的力传导方式对塑料侧板施加一个反作用力,于是内置钢管的侧板在受到大的弯曲变形时侧板在钢管两端的位置会明显凸出甚至应力发白,对侧板使用寿命以及箱体安全带来一定隐患。
另外,某些特定的货物如药品、化工品、食品等会储藏温度有限制要求,例如低温零下20度或高温60度,这时塑胶箱体由于热胀冷缩特性其尺寸会有很大改变,这就要求钢管两端和侧板两端的预留距离需要更加放大。同时常用塑料低温脆化和高温软化的特性也要求钢管两端对侧板的反作用力越小越好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的侧板强度不足,并解决折叠容器在承重较大时,侧板发白甚至膨出变形失效的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠容器,所述容器包括底座和两对侧板,所述侧板以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式连接于所述底座,其中每 个所述侧板设有至少一个第一加强件,以及在所述侧板直立状态下,相邻侧板中的所述第一加强件相互连接。

以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
如图1所示,容器100包括第一对侧板1和3,第二对侧板2和4,以及底座5,其中,所有侧板以可相对于底座5折叠的方式连接于底座5上。例如,侧板通过铰链连接于底座5。第一对侧板可以是长侧板,第二对侧板可以是短于第一对侧板的短侧板。侧板1、2、3和4中设有加强件,在侧板直立状态下,相邻侧板中的至少一部分加强件相互连接(例如相互咬合)而形成一个整体,而在侧板推倒时,相邻侧板中的这部分加强件可以相互脱开。侧板中的加强件可以包括横向加强件和竖向加强件,竖向加强件连接于横向加强件。相邻侧板中的横向加强件可相互连接,而相邻侧板中的竖向加强件不连接。不同侧板中的横向加强件可以相同,也可以不相同,横向加强件又称为第一加强件或第一 类加强件。类似的,不同侧板中的竖向加强件可以相同,也可以不相同,竖向加强件又称为第二加强件或第二类加强件。这里,横向加强件或第一加强件指的是大致平行于底座的加强件,而竖向加强件或第二加强件指的是大致垂直于底座的加强件。这里,大致平行的意思包括平行和与底座形成一定的小夹角,例如小于30度的夹角。类似地,大致垂直的意思包括与底座正好垂直和稍微偏离垂直,例如偏离小于30度。一优选实施例中,第一加强件设置于侧板的中部。这里,侧板的中部指的是在侧板的高度方向上侧板中间约占三分之一侧板高度的侧板部分。
如图2-2B示出根据本发明的一实施例的容器的两个相邻侧板中的一个侧板1,为便于描述,该侧板1称为长侧板1。如图所示,长侧板1包括内板11和外板12,内板11和外板12相互焊接而形成长侧板1。在长侧板1的下部设有铰链13,长侧板1通过铰链13铰接于底座,从而能够相对于底座折叠。
在长侧板的内板11与外板12之间设有加强件6,加强件6容纳于内板11的限位槽111中。内板11的面向外板的一面布置有凸筋112以增强长侧板1的强度。加强件6包括钢管7和位于钢管7两端的T形楔子8,T形楔子8通过螺钉9连接于钢管7的两端。较佳地,钢管7为方形管,其横截面为方形。钢管7两端设有安装孔91且两端的侧面切除一部分以露出钢管的内表面。T形楔子8上设有T字形咬合结构81和安装孔82。T字形咬合结构81用于与相邻侧板上的加强件的插槽配合,实现两个加强件之间的咬合。加强件组装时,螺钉9依次穿过安装孔91和安装孔82,从而将T形楔子8固定在钢管的端部。加强件6组装完成后,放入长侧板1的外板12与内板11之间,外板12与内板11焊接起来,将加强件6固定在其中。
图3-3B示出与图2-2B所示的侧板相邻的侧板2的结构示意图,为便于描述,该侧板2称为短侧板2。如图所示,短侧板2包括内板21和外板22,内板21和外板22相互焊接而形成短侧板2。在短侧板2的下部设有铰链10,短侧板2通过铰链10铰接于底座5,从而能够相对于底座5折叠。
在短侧板2的内板21与外板22之间还设有加强件14,加强件14容纳于内板21的限位槽221中。内板21的面向外板的一面布置有凸筋以增强短侧板2的强度。加强件14包括钢管17和位于钢管17两端的咬合件15,咬合件15 通过螺钉16连接于钢管17的两端。具体地,咬合件15包括咬合部151和插销部152。咬合部151上设有插槽151a,插槽151a为T字形槽,即其横截面为T字形以与T字形楔子配合,下文将进一步描述。插销152上设有孔152a。钢管17上设有孔171。组装时,咬合件15的插销部152插入钢管17,螺钉16依次穿过孔171和孔152a,从而将钢管17和咬合件15固定在一起。加强件14组装完成后,放入短侧板2的外板22与内板21中,外板22与内板21焊接起来,将加强件14固定在其中。
在长侧板1和短侧板2完成组装和焊接后,通过铰链装入底座5中,从而短侧板及长侧板均可相对于底座推倒折叠或直立。当侧板折叠时(此处以短侧板2为例进行说明),如图4所示,当短侧板2推倒时,咬合件15与T形楔子8咬合分开,此时短侧板2和长侧板1的加强件分离。当侧板处于直立状态时,如图5-6所示,咬合件15和T形楔子8咬合在一起,即T形楔子8插入咬合件15的插槽151a中,从而短侧板2和长侧板1的加强件连接在一起。以此方式,两对侧板中的对应加强件相互连接而形成一个环形整体,如图6所示。
应理解的是,上述实施例中,加强件6也可放置于短侧板2中,相应地,加强件14放置于长侧板1中。或者,长侧板1和短侧板2的加强件的结构也可以基本相同,例如在这种情况下,短侧板和长侧板中的加强件的一端设有咬合件,而另一端设有T形楔子。加强件6和加强件14可以称为第一类加强件或第一加强件或横向加强件。
除了加强件6和加强件14(即第一加强件或横向加强件)之外,在侧板中还可以布置第二加强件或竖向加强件18。如图7和8所示,在每根第一加强件6、14上连接有两根竖向的加强件18,各加强件18可以通过焊接的方式相应地连接于加强件6和14。加强件18的一端延伸至侧板的顶端,即延伸至侧板的靠近侧板顶表面的部分。加强件18的另一端延伸至侧板的底端。图8示出由第一加强件6、14和第二加强件18构成的加强件网络。通过该加强件网络,可以有效地加强侧板,并且容器在承重较大时,防止出现侧板发白甚至膨出变形失效的缺陷。这是因为相互连接的第一加强件和第二加强件使得侧板作用在第一加强件上的力被分散开,减少了应力集中,进一步地,第二加强件的两端分别延伸至侧板的上下两端也减少了第二加强件端部对侧板的反作用力, 这进一步降低了侧板发白甚至膨胀变形的概率。
图9-10示出根据本发明的第二实施例的侧板201及其内置加强件206的示意图。为便于描述,该侧板称为长侧板201。如图9-10所示,长侧板201包括内板2011和外板2012,内板2011和外板2012相互焊接而形成长侧板201。在长侧板201的下部,具体地外板2012下部设有铰链2013,长侧板201通过铰链2013铰接于底座5,从而能够相对于底座5折叠。
在长侧板201的内板2011与外板2012之间设有加强件206,加强件206安装于内板2011上。内板2011的面向外板的一面布置有凸筋20112以增强长侧板201的强度。内板2011上还设有用于连接加强件206的连接孔20111。加强件206包括钢管207和位于钢管207两端的燕尾形件2015,燕尾形件2015通过铆钉2016以及U形固定片2017连接于钢管207的两端。具体地,钢管207的横截面为方形或长方形。钢管207两端的侧面的一部分切除。燕尾形件2015包括燕尾形部20151和连接部20152,燕尾形部20151上设有插槽20151a,插槽20151a的横截面为T形,从而与T形楔子配合,下文将进一步描述。连接部20152上设有孔20152a。钢管207上在部分切除的部分处设有孔2071。较佳地,孔2071为长条形孔。U形固定片2017上设有孔20171。进一步地,如图11-14所示,长侧板201的外板2012上在与固定于内板2011上的U形固定片2017相对应的位置处设有限位凹坑10121,限位凹坑10121用于在长侧板201组装后对U形固定片2017进行固定。
组装时,铆钉2016依次穿过孔20171、孔20152a和内板2011上的连接孔20111,从而将钢管207、燕尾形件2015和U形固定片2017一起固定至长侧板的内板2011。接着,将外板2012与内板2011焊接起来,从而将加强件206固定在其中。焊接完成后,U形固定片2017被外板2012上的限位凹坑10121固定。上述组装完成后,当侧板承受弯曲应力时,钢管207的两端的反作用力被传递到燕尾形件2015上,同时钢管207的长条形孔2071允许长侧板201在温度变化而尺寸收张时钢管207仍然能和燕尾形件2015有效连接。
图15-19示出与图9-10所示的侧板201相邻的侧板302的结构示意图,为便于描述,该侧板302称为短侧板302。如图所示,短侧板302包括内板3021和外板3022,内板3021和外板3022相互焊接而形成短侧板302。在短侧板302 的下部设有铰链3010,短侧板302通过铰链3010铰接于底座5,从而能够相对于底座5折叠。
在短侧板302的内板3021与外板3022之间也设有加强件3014,加强件3014容纳于内板3021的限位槽30211中。内板3021的面向外板3022的一面布置有凸筋以增强短侧板302的强度。加强件3014包括钢管30141、位于钢管30141两端的T形楔子30142和U形固定片30143,其中T形楔子30142通过铆钉30144连接于钢管30141的两端。加强件3014组装完成后,放入内板3021的限位槽30211中,位于短侧板302的外板3022与内板3021之间,外板3022与内板3021焊接起来,将加强件3014固定在其中。
具体地,如图15A所示,钢管30141上设有长形卡槽301411和301412,分别用于在组装时容纳U形固定片30143。钢管30141上还设有安装孔301413,安装孔301413用于供竖向加强件插入其中并通过诸如焊接连接至加强件3014。T形楔子30142设有T形咬合部301421和连接部301422。T形咬合部301421上设有T字形咬合结构,用于与相邻侧板上的加强件的插槽配合,实现两个加强件之间的咬合。连接部301422用于在组装时插入钢管30141中。连接部301422上设有连接孔301422a。
如图16-17所示,短侧板302的内板3021上设有分别用于容纳两个U形固定片30143的限位槽30212和30213以及用于供T形楔子穿过的通孔30214。
组装时,两个U形固定片30143分别安装在卡槽301411和301412中并分别放置于短侧板302的内板3021上的限位槽30212和30213中。接着,T形楔子30142通过通孔30214插入钢管30141中。然后,一个铆钉依次穿过U形固定片30143上的孔301431和连接部301422上的孔301422a,另一个铆钉依次穿过U形固定片30143上的孔301431和连接部301422上的孔301422a,从而将两个U形固定片30143、T形楔子30142以及钢管30141固定连接在一起。最后,将安装有加强件3014的内板3021和外板3022焊接起来。安装后,钢管30141上的卡槽允许U形固定片和T形楔子相对于钢管相对运动一预定距离。
在长侧板201和短侧板302完成组装和焊接后,通过铰链装入底座5中,从而短侧板及长侧板均可相对于底座推倒折叠或直立。当侧板折叠时(此处以 短侧板302为例进行说明),如图4所示,当短侧板302推倒时,燕尾形件2015与T形楔子30142咬合分开,此时短侧板302和长侧板201的加强件分离。当侧板处于直立状态时,如图21-22所示,燕尾形件3015和T形楔子30142咬合在一起,即T形楔子30142插入燕尾形件2015的燕尾形20151a中,从而短侧板302和长侧板201的加强件连接在一起。以此方式,两对侧板中的对应加强件相互连接而形成一个环形整体,如图22所示。
应理解的是,上述实施例中,加强件206也可放置于短侧板302中,相应地,加强件3014放置于长侧板201中。或者,长侧板201和短侧板302的加强件的结构也可以基本相同,例如在这种情况下,短侧板和长侧板中的加强件的一端设有燕尾形件,而另一端设有T形楔子。加强件206和加强件3014可以称为第一类加强件或第一加强件或横向加强件。
类似于图2-8所示的实施例,图9-22所示的实施例中,除了加强件206和加强件3014(即第一加强件或横向加强件)之外,在侧板中还可以布置第二加强件或竖向加强件,在此不在详述。
图9-22所示的实施例的加强件组装完成后,当侧板承受弯曲应力时,钢管的两端的反作用力被传递到T形楔子,同时钢管的卡槽301411和301421允许侧板在温度变化而尺寸收张时,一个侧板中的加强件仍然能和另一侧板中的加强件有效连接。相互连接的各加强件使得侧板作用在加强件上的力被分散开,减少了应力集中,降低了侧板发白甚至膨胀变形的概率。
上述各实施例中,采用了钢管作为加强件,应理解的是,也可以采用铝合金或碳纤维等任何合适的材料并将其形成为管状或杆状来作为加强件。另外,钢管的横截面形状可以为方形或长方形等任何合适的形状。
另外,上述各实施例中,采用了T形楔子和带有T形槽的燕尾形件来实现两个相邻侧板的加强件之间的连接或咬合。应理解的是,也可以采用本领域已知的任何合适的咬合结构,置于能够实现在侧板折叠时,相邻侧板的对应加强件能够分开,而在侧板直立时,相邻侧板的对应加强件能够连接或咬合即可。
此外,上述各实施例中,可折叠容器仅设有一层第一加强件,即每个侧板中设有一个第一加强件。应理解的是,每个侧板可以设置2个、3个或更多个第一加强件,从而可折叠容器在高度方向上可具有多层第一加强件。
还需要指出的是,上述各实施例,加强件先置于侧板的内板与外板之间,然后将内板和外板相互焊接而成。应理解的是,侧板也可以一体制成,然后将加强件装入侧板内部。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠容器,所述容器包括底座和两对侧板,所述侧板以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式连接于所述底座,其特征在于,每个所述侧板设有至少一个第一加强件,以及在所述侧板直立状态下,相邻侧板中的对应第一加强件相互连接。
    一优选实施例中,在所述侧板直立状态下,所述两对侧板中相邻侧板的对应第一加强件相互连接而形成环形整体。
    一优选实施例中,所述第一加强件设置于所述侧板的中部。
    一优选实施例中,所述第一加强件平行于所述底座。
    另一实施例中,所述第一加强件与所述底座形成一定夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述侧板包括相互固定连接的内板和外板,所述第一加强件设置于所述内板与所述外板之间。
    一优选实施例中,所述侧板由内板和外板相互焊接而成。
    一优选实施例中,所述内板和/或所述外板的放置有第一加强件的一侧上设有加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,相邻的两个侧板中一个的第一加强件的一端设有第一连接结构,相邻的两个侧板中另一个的第一加强件的对应一端设有第二连接结构,在侧板直立状态下,所述第一连接结构与所述第二连接结构相互连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构与所述第一加强件为单独的构件并通过紧固件连接在一起;和/或所述第二连接结构与所述第一加强件为单独的构件并通过紧固件连接在一起。
    一实施例中,所述紧固件为螺钉或铆钉。
    一实施例中,所述第一连接结构和所述第二连接结构外露于所述侧板的面向相邻侧板的一面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构设有第一咬合结构,所述第二连接结构设有第二咬合结构,其中在侧板直立状态下,所述第一咬合结构与所述第二咬合结构相互咬合。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构 设有T字形咬合结构并通过紧固件固定于所述第一加强件,以及所述第二连接结构设有T字形槽,所述T字形槽与所述T字形咬合结构可脱开地咬合。
    一实施例中,所述第二连接结构设有咬合部和连接部,所述咬合部设有所述T字形槽,所述连接部插入所述第一加强件并通过所述紧固件固定在所述第一加强件上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构和/或所述第二连接结构与所述第一加强件可活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,两个相邻的侧板中的一个侧板包括相互固定连接的第一内板和第一外板,该侧板内的第一加强件包括第一钢管以及位于第一钢管两端的燕尾形件、第一U形固定片和紧固件,其中所述第一钢管的端部上设有长形孔,所述燕尾形件包括T形槽并设于第一连接孔,所述第一U形固定片上设有第二连接孔,所述第一内板上设有第三连接孔,以及所述紧固件依次穿过所述第二连接孔、所述长形孔、所述第一连接孔和所述第三连接孔从而将所述第一加强件固定于所述第一内板;所述第一外板上设有用于容纳所述U形固定片的凹槽;以及
    两个相邻侧板中的另一个侧板包括相互固定连接的第二内板和第二外板,该侧板内的第一加强件包括第二钢管以及位于第二钢管两端的T形楔子、第二U形固定片和紧固件,其中所述第二钢管的端部上设有长形卡槽,用于容纳所述第二U形固定片,所述T形楔子包括T形咬合部和连接部,该连接部设有第四连接孔并插入所述第二钢管中,所述第二U形固定片上设有第五连接孔,以及所述紧固件依次穿过所述第五连接孔和所述第四连接孔从而将所述U形固定片和所述T形楔子连接于所述第二钢管,所述内板上设有用于容纳所述第二钢管和所述第二U形固定片的限位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,每个所述侧板还包括第二加强件,所述第二加强件固定连接于所述第一加强件。
    一优选实施例中,所述第二加强件垂直于所述底座。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述第二加强件的一端延伸至所述侧板的顶端,所述第二加强件的另一端延伸至所述侧板的底端。
