Description

吸収性物品
 本発明は、吸収性物品に関する。
 従来、吸収性物品として、パンツ型着用物品が知られている。例えば、特許文献1には、腹側部と、股下部と、背側部と、を有し、腹側部の側縁部と背側部の側縁部とが接合されたパンツ型おむつが開示されている。
 腹側部及び背側部には、内層材と外層材とを積層した外装体が配されている。内層材と外層材とは、ホットメルト接着剤等の接着剤により、横方向(幅方向)に伸縮性を有する弾性体を介して互いに接合固定されている。外層材には、横方向に沿った横長のスリット部が縦方向(身丈方向)に複数配されており、弾性体が横方向に収縮すると、スリット部が広がり通気口となっておむつ内の湿気等の排出を促し、通気性を高めている。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載のおむつでは、内層材と外層材とが接着剤により接合固定されているため、熱や湿気が溜まりやすく、複数のスリット部を設けただけでは熱や湿気の排出が不十分であり、胴回りに蒸れが生じてしまう可能性があった。
 本発明は、上記のような問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、通気性を向上させることができる吸収性物品を提供することにある。
 上記目的を達成するための主たる発明は、互いに直交する縦方向と横方向と厚さ方向と、を有し、着用者の腹側に設けられる腹側部と、前記着用者の背側に設けられる背側部と、前記腹側部及び前記背側部の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられ、前記横方向に沿った弾性部材と、を備える吸収性物品であって、前記厚さ方向に積層された複数のシート部材を肌側から非肌側に貫通する貫通孔が設けられており、前記縦方向において、前記貫通孔は、前記弾性部材と重なっており、前記横方向において、前記弾性部材は、前記貫通孔内で非連続であり、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域の少なくとも一部では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていないことを特徴とする吸収性物品である。本発明の他の特徴については、本明細書及び添付図面の記載により明らかにする。
 本発明によれば、通気性を向上させることができる。

 本明細書及び添付図面の記載により、少なくとも以下の事項が明らかとなる。
 互いに直交する縦方向と横方向と厚さ方向と、を有し、着用者の腹側に設けられる腹側部と、前記着用者の背側に設けられる背側部と、前記腹側部及び前記背側部の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられ、前記横方向に沿った弾性部材と、を備える吸収性物品であって、前記厚さ方向に積層された複数のシート部材を肌側から非肌側に貫通する貫通孔が設けられており、前記縦方向において、前記貫通孔は、前記弾性部材と重なっており、前記横方向において、前記弾性部材は、前記貫通孔内で非連続であり、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域の少なくとも一部では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていないが明らかとなる。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域の少なくとも一部において厚さ方向に積層された複数のシート部材が接合されていないため、弾性部材が伸長状態から横方向に収縮すると、貫通孔が横方向に開口すると共に、非接合部分が厚さ方向に開口する(隣り合うシート部材が厚さ方向に離間する)。これにより、シート部材間の空間に溜まった熱や湿気を当該非接合部分から外部へ逃がすことができ、胴回りの蒸れを抑制して通気性を向上させることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域のうち前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の上側及び下側のうちの少なくとも一方では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていないことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域の上方又は下方において複数のシート部材が接合されていないため、弾性部材が伸長状態から横方向に収縮した際、広い範囲で隣り合うシート部材が厚さ方向に離間する。これにより、熱や湿気を外部へ逃がしやすくなる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の上側、且つ前記貫通孔の上端より下側であって、前記横方向における前記貫通孔の一端から他端までの領域、又は、前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の下側、且つ前記貫通孔の下端より上側であって、前記横方向における前記貫通孔の前記一端から前記他端までの領域では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていないことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔の上方又は下方において複数のシート部材が接合されていないため、弾性部材が伸長状態から横方向に収縮した際、より広い範囲で隣り合うシート部材が厚さ方向に離間する。これにより、熱や湿気を外部へより逃がしやすくなる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の上側から隣接する上方弾性部材と、前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の下側から隣接する下方弾性部材と、を有し、前記横方向において、前記上方弾性部材及び前記下方弾性部材の、前記貫通孔と重なる部分が連続していることが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、縦方向において上方弾性部材と下方弾性部材とにより貫通孔が挟まれているため、上方弾性部材及び下方弾性部材が弾性部材と共に伸長状態から横方向に収縮すると、上方弾性部材及び下方弾性部材の弾性力によって貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域における非接合部分が厚さ方向に開口しやすくなる。これにより、熱や湿気を外部へ逃がしやすくすることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記縦方向において、前記貫通孔の上端から前記弾性部材までの距離が、前記上方弾性部材から前記弾性部材までの距離の半分以上である、又は、前記貫通孔の下端から前記弾性部材までの距離が、前記下方弾性部材から前記弾性部材までの距離の半分以上であることが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔の上端がより上方弾性部材に近いほど、又は貫通孔の下端がより下方弾性部材に近いほど貫通孔が大きくなるため、通気性が向上する。また、貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域が上方弾性部材又は下方弾性部材に近づくため、上方弾性部材及び下方弾性部材の弾性力がより作用しやすくなり、非接合部分が厚さ方向により開口しやすくなる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、複数の前記シート部材は、前記非肌側に配置された前記シート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間が、前記肌側に配置された前記シート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間よりも多いことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、複数のシート部材のうち非肌側に配置されたシート部材の方が肌側に配置されたシート部材よりも通気性が高いため、熱や湿気を非肌側へ向かってより逃がしやすくなる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、吸収性本体を備えており、前記吸収性本体の一方側の端部は、前記腹側部に重ねて接合され、他方側の端部は、前記背側部に重ねて接合されており、前記吸収性本体の前記一方側の端より下側及び前記他方側の端より下側のうち少なくとも一方に前記貫通孔を有することが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、汗をかきやすい股下側に貫通孔を設けることにより、蒸れを生じにくくして通気性を向上させることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記背側部では、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より上側にも前記貫通孔を有することが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、お腹側よりも背中側の方が汗をかきやすいため、背側部では下側だけでなく上側にも貫通孔を設けることにより、背中側の蒸れを生じにくくして通気性を向上させることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記背側部では、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より上側における前記貫通孔の総面積が、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より下側における前記貫通孔の総面積よりも大きいことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、背中に汗をかきやすいため、貫通孔の総面積を股下側(下側)よりも背側部の胴回り側(上側)において大きくすることで、通気性をより向上させることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の上側から隣接する上方弾性部材と、前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の下側から隣接する下方弾性部材と、を有し、前記貫通孔を第1貫通孔としたとき、前記横方向において、前記第1貫通孔と重ならず前記弾性部材が連続している部分と重なる部分に、前記第1貫通孔とは異なる第2貫通孔が設けられており、前記縦方向において、前記第2貫通孔は前記上方弾性部材又は前記下方弾性部材のいずれか一方と重なっており、前記横方向において、前記上方弾性部材又は前記下方弾性部材のいずれか一方は、前記第2貫通孔内で非連続であることが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、第1貫通孔の近くに第2貫通孔が設けられているため、第1貫通孔からだけでなく第2貫通孔からもシート部材間に溜まった熱や湿気を外部へ逃がすことができる。これにより、通気性がより向上する。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記横方向において、前記弾性部材の前記貫通孔の側の端は、前記貫通孔の外縁よりも内側に突出していないことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔の外縁よりも内側に弾性部材の端が突出していないため、着用者の肌に弾性部材の端が触れにくく、剛性を有する弾性部材の端による違和感を軽減することができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿った領域のうち前記横方向における前記貫通孔の両端領域における目付量は、前記横方向における前記両端領域の外側で前記弾性部材に沿った領域における目付量よりも多いことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔から遠い領域よりも貫通孔の近くの領域の方がシート部材の白色度(濃度)が高くなるため、弾性部材が伸長状態から横方向に収縮した際、横方向に開口した貫通孔の視認性が向上する。これにより、吸収性物品の外観において、通気性が良好である印象を購入者に与えることができる。
 かかる吸収性物品であって、前記両端領域における目付量は、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿った領域のうち前記縦方向における前記貫通孔の上端領域及び下端領域における各目付量よりも多いことが望ましい。
 このような吸収性物品によれば、貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域のうち縦方向の領域よりも横方向の領域の方がシート部材の白色度(濃度)が高いため、弾性部材が伸長状態から横方向に収縮した際、横方向に開口した貫通孔の視認性がより向上する。これにより、吸収性物品の外観において、通気性が良好である印象を購入者に与えることができる。
===本実施形態に係る使い捨ておむつについて===
<<<使い捨ておむつ1の構成について>>>
 図1は、本実施形態の吸収性物品の一例としてのおむつ1の概略斜視図である。図2は、展開した伸長状態のおむつ1を肌側から見た平面図である。図3は、図2のA-A断面について表す図である。
 以下の説明では、図1の状態(着用状態)のおむつ1は、「縦方向」と、縦方向と交差する「横方向」と、縦方向及び横方向と交差する「厚さ方向」とを有する。また、図2の状態(展開状態)でのおむつ1の長手方向を「長手方向」、おむつ1の長手方向における一端と他端をそれぞれ「上端」といい、長手方向におけるおむつ1の略中央部C10を「下端」ともいう。さらに、厚さ方向のうち、着用者に接触する側を「肌側」、その反対側を「非肌側」という。図2等におけるA-Aは、横方向中心を示している。なお、「伸長状態」とは、おむつ1を皺がなくなるまで伸長させた状態をいい、具体的には、おむつ1を構成する部材(例えば、腹側外装部材30や背側外装部材40)の寸法がその部材単体の寸法と一致又はそれに近い長さになるまで伸長された状態をいう。
 本実施形態にかかる使い捨ておむつ1(以下、「おむつ1」と呼ぶ。)は、主に乳幼児を着用対象とした所謂3ピースタイプのパンツ型おむつであり、着用者の股間に配置される吸収性本体10と、着用者の腹側部を覆う腹側外装部材(腹側部)30と、背側外装部材(背側部)40を有している。
 図2の展開状態では、吸収性本体10は、長手方向における各端部が、腹側外装部材30と背側外装部材40と重なるように、腹側外装部材30から背側外装部材40に亘って設けられ、接着剤等により腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40にそれぞれ肌側から接合固定されている。その外観形状は平面視略H形状をなしている。そして、長手方向の略中央部C10を折り返し位置として二つ折りして、互いに対向する腹側外装部材30と背側外装部材40の横方向の各端部である腹側外装部材側縁部30se、背側外装部材縁部40seにて接合・連結すると、胴回り開口部1HB及び一対の脚回り開口部1HLが形成されたおむつ1(図1)となる。
 腹側外装部材30のうち、縦方向の上側の端部30eの領域には、吸収性本体10が重ねられておらず、端部30eよりも縦方向の中央側の部分30cに吸収性本体10が重ねられている。また、腹側外装部材30のうち、横方向の中央部には、吸収性本体10が重ねられており、吸収性本体10の横端10eより横方向外側の領域30sには、吸収性本体10が重ねられていない。
 同様に、背側外装部材40のうち、縦方向の上側の端部40eの領域には、吸収性本体10が重ねられておらず、端部40eよりも縦方向の中央側の部分40cに吸収性本体が重ねられている。また、背側外装部材40のうち、横方向の中央部には、吸収性本体10が重ねられており、吸収性本体10の横端10eより横方向外側の領域40sには、吸収性本体10が重ねられていない。
 図2及び図3に示すように、吸収性本体10は、吸収体11と、吸収体11を肌側から覆う表面シート部材13と、吸収体11を非肌側から覆う裏面シート部材15を備えている。表面シート部材13は、不織布等の液透過性のシート部材である。裏面シート部材15は、ポリエチレン等の液不透過性の防漏シート15aと不織布等の液透過性の外装シート15bとの2層から構成されるシート部材である。また、外装シート15b等によって立体ギャザーや脚周りギャザーが形成されていてもよい(不図示)。
 吸収体11は、液体吸収性素材を積層してなる吸収性コアであり、尿等の排泄物を吸収することができる。吸収体11は、パルプ繊維等の液体吸収性繊維や、吸収性ポリマー(SAP)等を用いることができ、本実施形態においては、平面視略砂時計形状を有している(図2)。また、吸収体11は、ティッシュペーパー等の液透過性シート(不図示)で被覆されていても良い。
 腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40は、いずれも不織布等の柔軟な素材からなる平面視略矩形のシート部材である。図3に示すように、腹側外装部材30は、厚さ方向の肌側から順に肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32が重ねて接合されており、背側外装部材40は、厚さ方向の肌側から順に肌側シート41及び非肌側シート42が重ねて接合されている。
 図3に示すように、腹側外装部材30の上部は、肌触りの向上と耐久性向上のために、非肌側シート32が、腹側外装部材30の上端である腹側上端30etを起点として、肌側の下方へ折り返されて、折り返し部分32fが形成されている。同様に、背側外装部材40の上部も、非肌側シート42が、背側外装部材40の上端である背側上端40etを起点として、肌側の下方へ折り返されて、折り返し部分42fが形成されている。
 また、腹側外装部材30は、折り返し部分32fの下端部と吸収性本体10の腹側の上端部を肌側から覆うように配置した別シート部材34を備えている。同様に、背側外装部材40は、折り返し部分42fより下側から、吸収性本体10の背側の上端部を肌側から覆うように配置した別シート部材44を備えている。別シート部材34、44は、肌側シート31,41及び非肌側シート32,42とは異なる、不織布等からなる矩形状のシート部材である。この別シート部材34、44を設けることによって、吸収性本体10の縦方向における腹側上端縁部や背側上端縁部が着用者の肌と直接接触することを抑制することができ、着用時における胴回りの肌触りを良好なものにすることができる。また、別シート部材34、44は、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40の縦方向の上側端部における強度を高めることができる。
 肌側シート31,41、非肌側シート32,42、及び別シート部材34,44は、厚さ方向に積層された複数のシート部材の一態様である。なお、本実施形態では、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40はそれぞれ、最大3枚のシート部材(肌側シート31,41、非肌側シート32,42、及び別シート部材34,44)が厚さ方向に積層されているが、必ずしも3枚である必要はなく、2枚であってもよいし、4枚以上であってもよい。
 さらに、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40には、縦方向に所定の長さを有し、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40を形成する各シート部材を、肌側から非肌側に貫通する貫通孔50が、縦方向及び横方向に所定の間隔で複数設けられている。貫通孔50の詳細については、後述する。
 腹側外装部材30の肌側シート31と非肌側シート32の間には、横方向に沿った糸ゴム等の複数の弾性部材35、35・・・が配置されている。弾性部材35は、横方向に伸長された状態で、肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32に、接着剤により接合固定されている。具体的には、接着剤が塗布された複数の弾性部材35、35・・・が肌側シート31と非肌側シート32との間において横方向に伸長された状態で配置されることにより、複数の弾性部材35、35・・・が肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32に伸長状態で接合固定される。換言すれば、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とは、接着剤が塗布された複数の弾性部材35、35・・・を介して互いに接合固定されている。複数の弾性部材35、35・・・は、縦方向に間隔をあけながら、並んで設けられている。
 同様に、背側外装部材40の肌側シート41と非肌側シート42の間には、横方向に沿った糸ゴム等の複数の弾性部材45、45・・・が配置されている。弾性部材45は、横方向に伸長された状態で、肌側シート41及び非肌側シート42に、接着剤により接合固定されている。具体的には、腹側外装部材30と同様にして、接着剤が塗布された複数の弾性部材45、45・・・が肌側シート41と非肌側シート42との間において横方向に伸長された状態で配置されることにより、複数の弾性部材45、45・・・が肌側シート41及び非肌側シート42に伸長状態で接合固定される。換言すれば、肌側シート41と非肌側シート42とは、接着剤が塗布された複数の弾性部材45、45・・・を介して互いに接合固定されている。複数の弾性部材45、45・・・は、縦方向に間隔をあけながら、並んで設けられている。
 弾性部材35、45は、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40に対して横方向の伸縮性を付与し、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40に複数の皺を形成させている。腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40に形成された皺の多くは、縦方向に沿った形状を有している。皺の形状については、後述する。
 なお、弾性部材35、45のうち、横方向の中央部付近の吸収体11と重複する領域を一部非連続として、伸縮力が作用しないようにしている。これにより、吸収体11に作用する横方向の収縮が抑制されて、吸収体11が略平坦に維持されやすくなるため、排泄物の漏れ等を抑制することができる。
<<<貫通孔50について>>>
 まず、貫通孔50の形成について説明する。腹側外装部材30の貫通孔50は、おむつ1の製造において、腹側外装部材30の製造過程で形成される。腹側外装部材30は、肌側から順に帯状肌側シート310、連続弾性部材350、帯状非肌側シート320(図6A参照)が配置された帯状腹側外装部材300を、個々の腹側外装部材30に分離して形成される。
 図4Aは、スリットS(貫通孔50)を形成する前の伸長状態の帯状腹側外装部材300の一部を示した図である。図4Bは、スリットS(貫通孔50)を形成したときの伸長状態の帯状腹側外装部材300の一部を示した図である。図4Cは、着用状態における腹側外装部材30の一部を示した図である。図4A、図4B、及び図4Cは、それぞれ肌側から見た図である。
 図4Aは、スリットSを形成する前の帯状腹側外装部材300について、帯状肌側シート310及び帯状非肌側シートの皺がほぼなくなるまで伸長させた状態を示している。
 続いて、図4Bに示すように、伸長状態の帯状腹側外装部材300に、一部の連続弾性部材350を横断するように、縦方向に沿った線状のスリットSを形成する。スリットSは、所定の刃物を用いて、帯状肌側シート310と連続弾性部材350と帯状非肌側シートをカットすることで形成される。図4Bは、カットしてスリットSを形成した瞬間を示している。スリットSは、その後連続弾性部材350によって図4Cのような貫通孔50となる。なお、本実施形態のスリットSは、線状のスリットであり、所定の面積を有する形状を切り抜いた場合と異なり、切り屑が生じにくい。
 図4Cは、着用者がおむつ1を着用している状態における腹側外装部材30の一部を示している。着用状態の腹側外装部材30の貫通孔50は、その輪郭が横方向の両側に開いて、貫通孔50の形状は略ひし形となる。これは、図4Cに示すように、弾性部材35が伸長状態から収縮することによって、貫通孔50の周囲が横方向に引っ張られるからである。これによって、着用状態において、貫通孔50がより大きく開孔するため、おむつ1の通気性をより向上させることができる。1つの貫通孔50が、より大きく開孔されることによって、より少ない数の貫通孔50で、おむつ1の通気性を確保することができる。さらに、着用前の状態においても、収縮状態の弾性部材35によって、貫通孔50を横方向により開孔させることができるため、乳幼児等の着用者におむつ1を履かせる保護者等に、外観的に貫通孔50を視認させることができ、通気性の向上を認識させることができる。また、収縮した弾性部材35が、貫通孔50の周囲の不織布を引っ張ることによって、貫通孔50の周囲には、貫通孔50の輪郭(外縁)に沿った皺が複数形成される。この複数の皺によって、おむつ1の肌触りをより柔らかくすることができる。特に、貫通孔を所定範囲の切り抜きで形成した場合には貫通孔の周囲がほぼ平坦な状態で開孔するのに対し、本実施形態においては、貫通孔50を線状のスリットSで形成しているため、貫通孔50の周囲には、開孔によって引っ張られた不織布が盛り上がり複数の皺を形成する。そのため、おむつ1の肌触りをより向上させることができる。
 背側外装部材40の貫通孔50も、腹側外装部材30の貫通孔50と同様に形成される。なお、本実施形態においては、腹側外装部材30と背側外装部材40の各貫通孔50を、それぞれ別途形成する場合を考慮して説明したが、これに限られない。腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40を一体として形成し、貫通孔50を形成した後、腹側外装部材30と背側外装部材40に分離するものであってもよい。なお、スリットSの形成は、腹側外装部材30に吸収性本体10及び別シート部材34を重ねてから行ってもよいし、腹側外装部材30にスリットSを形成してから吸収性本体10及び別シート部材34を重ねてもよい。同様に、背側外装部材40に吸収性本体10及び別シート部材44を重ねてからスリットSを形成してもよいし、背側外装部材40にスリットSを形成してから吸収性本体10及び別シート部材44を重ねてもよい。
 続いて、貫通孔50の構成について説明する。なお、腹側外装部材30に設けられた貫通孔50の構成と、背側外装部材40に設けられた貫通孔50の構成とは同様であるため、以下では主に腹側外装部材30に設けられた貫通孔50の構成について説明する。
 図2に示すように、腹側外装部材30の貫通孔50は、腹側外装部材30のうち、折り返し部32f、シート部材34、及び吸収性本体10が設けられていない領域に複数個設けられている。具体的には、縦方向は、端部30eより下側で、かつ、別シート部材34の下端より下側の領域であり、横方向は、吸収性本体10より外側に設けられている。また、腹側外装部材30の横方向における一方側と他方側とで、横方向中心A-Aに対して左右対称に配置されている。
 また、貫通孔50は、縦方向において、腹側外装部材30の最も上側に位置する最上側弾性部材35tより下側で、腹側弾性部材30の最も下側に位置する最下側弾性35uより上側に設けられている。貫通孔50によって、弾性部材35の一部が非連続とされている。上述のように、貫通孔50の形成時に、連続弾性部材350を、帯状肌側シート310及び帯状非肌側シート320と共にカットするからである。なお、上側弾性部材35t及び最下側弾性部材35uは、貫通孔50によって非連続とはされていない。
 図2に示すように、腹側外装部材30では、縦方向の中央側の部分30cかつ横方向の外側の領域30sに貫通孔50が設けられており、縦方向の上側の端部30eの領域には貫通孔50が設けられていない。すなわち、腹側外装部材30は、縦方向において、吸収性本体10の一方側の端10taより下側に貫通孔50を有している。背側外装部材40では、縦方向の中央側の部分40cかつ横方向の外側の領域40s、及び縦方向の上側の端部40eの領域に貫通孔50が設けられている。すなわち、背側外装部材40は、縦方向において、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbより下側に貫通孔50を有すると共に、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbより上側にも貫通孔50を有している。このように、比較的汗をかきやすい股下側や背中側に貫通孔50を設けることにより蒸れを生じにくくし、通気性を向上させている。なお、必ずしも貫通孔50は上述する位置に設けられている必要はなく、少なくとも腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられていればよい。
 本実施形態において、複数の貫通孔50は、千鳥状に配置されている。図5Aは、図2の部分Bについて拡大して示した模式図である。図5Bは、貫通孔50aについて説明する図である。図5A及び図5Bでは、形成された皺を模式的に示している。図5Aにおいて、貫通孔(第1貫通孔)50aと、貫通孔50aの左斜め上に位置し、縦方向において隣接している貫通孔50bと、貫通孔50aの上側に位置し、横方向において貫通孔50aと重なっている貫通孔50cと、貫通孔50aの横方向の左側に位置し、縦方向において貫通孔50aと重なっている貫通孔50dと、貫通孔50aの横方向右側に位置し、縦方向において貫通孔50a、50dと重なっている貫通孔50eと、貫通孔50aの右斜め上に位置し、縦方向において隣接している貫通孔50fを示している。また、弾性部材35aが貫通孔50a、貫通孔50d及び貫通孔50eと縦方向で重なっており、同様に、弾性部材35bが貫通孔50b及び貫通孔50fと縦方向で重なり、弾性部材35cが貫通孔50cと縦方向で重なっている。縦方向において、弾性部材(下方弾性部材)35dは、貫通孔50aより下側に設けられており、弾性部材(上方弾性部材)35eは、貫通孔50aより上側で貫通孔50bより下側に設けられており、弾性部材35fは、貫通孔50bと貫通孔50cとの間に設けられている。弾性部材35d、35e、35fは、いずれの貫通孔50とも縦方向において重なっていない。
 図5A及び図5Bに示すように、各貫通孔50は、略ひし形の形状を有しているが、貫通孔50は、厳密なひし形ではなく、縦方向における上側の上端(第1上端)etと下側の下端eb、横方向における外側の2つの外側端(第1外側端)esの、4つの頂点を有しているという点についてはひし形と共通している。貫通孔50は、4つの頂点を認識できる形状であって、その輪郭の多くは直線ではなく湾曲している。また、貫通孔50の内側は、肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32を肌側から非肌側まで貫通しており、肌側シート31や非肌側シート32のたくれた部分が貫通孔50の内側又は外側に倒れ込んだ形状を有していたり、肌側又は非肌側に突出していたりする。このとき、横方向において、略ひし形の横方向の頂点(外側端es)と、弾性部材35の切断端がほぼ同じ位置である。すなわち、横方向において、弾性部材35の貫通孔50の側の端(切断端)は、貫通孔50の外縁よりも内側に突出していない。これにより、おむつ1の着用時において、着用者の肌に弾性部材35の切断端が触れにくくなり、剛性を有する弾性部材35の切断端による違和感を軽減することができる。そして、各貫通孔50の内側には、切断された弾性部材35が設けられておらず、切断された弾性部材35は横方向において貫通孔50内で非連続となっている。これは、貫通孔50の形成時に、貫通孔50の形成位置に設けられた弾性部材35が一緒に切断されているからである。そのため、例えば、弾性部材35aは、貫通孔50aより横方向の外側から貫通孔50dの横方向外側まで連続しており、貫通孔50a及び貫通孔50dの内側には設けられていない。同様に、弾性部材35bは貫通孔50b内に設けられておらず、弾性部材35cは貫通孔50c内に設けられていない。このように、おむつ1の貫通孔50は、厚さ方向に積層された肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32を肌側から非肌側に貫通することによる通気性の向上とともに、弾性部材35を切断することによって、弾性部材35の張力の調整を行うことができる。
 例えば、図5Aにおける、弾性部材35aと縦方向で重なっている貫通孔50a及び貫通孔50dの場合について説明する。弾性部材35aと弾性部材35eは、同じ材質の弾性部材で、スリットS(貫通孔50a及び貫通孔50d)が形成される前は、同様の伸長状態で肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32へ接合固定されたものである。弾性部材35aは、スリットS(貫通孔50a及び貫通孔50d)によって切断され、弾性部材35eは、いずれのスリットSによっても切断されない。そのため、弾性部材35aと縦方向で隣接する弾性部材35eの横方向への張力の大きさをTeとし、貫通孔50dの左側(中央側)から吸収体11と厚さ方向で重なる位置まで設けられた弾性部材35aの横方向への張力の大きさをTa1としたとき、張力Ta1は、張力Teより小さい(Ta1<Te)。同様に、貫通孔50dと貫通孔50aとの間に位置する弾性部材35aの横方向への張力の大きさをTa2としたとき、張力Ta2は、張力Teよりも小さく(Ta2<Te)、また、張力Ta1よりも小さい(Ta2<Ta1)。
 さらに、弾性部材35aは、貫通孔50a、50d等によって非連続とされているため、縦方向及び横方向への力が加えられた場合に、弾性部材35aは、連続している場合に比べてより自由に伸縮することができる。つまり、貫通孔50dより左側の弾性部材35aと、貫通孔50aと貫通孔50dの間に位置する弾性部材35aは、連続している場合に比べて動きに対してより自由に伸縮することができるため、横方向への動きだけでなく縦方向への動きに対しても追従しやすくなる。これによって、おむつ1の腹部や臀部のフィット性を向上させることができる。
 このように、スリットS(貫通孔50)によって切断された弾性部材35と、スリットS(貫通孔50)によって切断されていない弾性部材35を設けることによって、弾性部材35の張力を調整することができるため、胴回りの締め付けを確保しつつ、過度に締め付けてしまう恐れを軽減し、おむつ1のフィット性を向上させることができる。図5A及び図5Bに示すように、横方向において、貫通孔50aと重なる部分である部分Xでは、弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dが連続している。
 各貫通孔50に外接する横方向に沿った辺gと縦方向に沿った辺hで囲まれた矩形領域(図5Aの左下斜線部)には、接着剤等が設けられておらず、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが互いに接合されていない。なお、必ずしも矩形領域全体である必要はなく、縦方向における弾性部材35の上側かつ貫通孔50の上端(上端et)より下側であって、横方向における貫通孔50の一端(一方の外側端es)から他端(他方の外側端es)までの領域(矩形領域のうちの上半分の領域)、又は縦方向における弾性部材35の下側かつ貫通孔の下端(下端eb)より上側であって、横方向における貫通孔50の一端(一方の外側端es)から他端(他方の外側端es)までの領域(矩形領域のうちの下半分の領域)でもよい。ここで、「弾性部材35の上側」とは、縦方向における弾性部材35が配置された位置の胴回り側を示しており、「弾性部材35の下側」とは、縦方向における弾性部材35が配置された位置の股下側をいう。
 また、各貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域301(図5Aの右下斜線部)においても、接着剤等が設けられておらず、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが互いに接合されていない。なお、必ずしも貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域全体である必要はなく、貫通孔50に沿う領域のうち縦方向における弾性部材35の上側及び下側のうちの少なくとも一方でもよい。ここで、「貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域のうち縦方向における弾性部材35の上側」とは、例えば縦方向において弾性部材35aと弾性部材35eとの間に挟まれた領域のうちの貫通孔50の外縁に沿った範囲の領域をいう。同様にして、「貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域のうち縦方向における弾性部材35の下側」とは、例えば縦方向において弾性部材35aと弾性部材35dとの間に挟まれた領域のうちの貫通孔50の外縁に沿った範囲の領域をいう。図6A及び図6Bを参照して、厚さ方向に隣り合う肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが互いに接合されていない「非接合部分」について説明する。
 図6Aは、図4BのD-D線断面模式図であり、腹側外装部材30の製造段階における帯状腹側外装部材300では、連続弾性部材350が横方向に伸長しており、帯状腹側シート310及び帯状非肌側シート320には皺が生じておらず、横方向にピンと張った状態である。なお、図6Aでは、帯状腹側外装部材300を模式的に示しているため、連続弾性部材350の厚み分だけ帯状肌側シート310と帯状非肌側シート320とが厚さ方向に離間しているが、実際は帯状肌側シート310と帯状非肌側シート320とは厚さ方向に接触している場合もある。
 図6Bは、図5BのE-E線断面模式図であり、製品状態となったおむつ1における腹側外装部材30では、弾性部材35が横方向に収縮しており、肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32には複数の皺が生じている。非接合部分では、弾性部材35の横方向の収縮により、肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32に弛みや緩みが生じて、当該非接合部分が厚さ方向に開いて、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが、図6Aの状態(肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが厚さ方向に接触した状態)よりも厚さ方向に離間している。具体的には、肌側シート31が、図6Aの状態から厚さ方向の肌側に向かって盛り上がるように突出し、非肌側シート32が、図6Aの状態から厚さ方向の非肌側に向かって盛り上がるように突出している。図6Bでは、図6Aの状態における肌側シート31(帯状肌側シート310)及び非肌側シート32(帯状非肌側シート320)の位置を二点鎖線で示している。
 このように、着用状態では、貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域301の非接合部分において肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが厚さ方向により大きく離間するため、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32との間の空間に溜まった熱や湿気等を貫通孔50から外部へ逃がすことができるため、腹側胴回りの蒸れを抑制して通気性を向上させることができる。
 本実施形態では、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが、縦方向に隣り合う弾性部材35,35の間において互いに接合されていないため、図5Aに示すように、各貫通孔50に外接する横方向に沿った辺gと縦方向に沿った辺hで囲まれた矩形領域全体や貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域301全体といった広い範囲が被非接合部分となって肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが厚さ方向に離間しているが、これに限らず、少なくとも貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域301の少なくとも一部において、厚さ方向に隣り合う肌側シート31と非肌側シート32とが互いに接合されていなければよい。
 また、接着剤等が設けられていないこれらの領域では、接着剤の固化によって貫通孔50の周囲が固くなってしまったり、開孔が不十分になってしまったりする恐れを軽減することができる。また、接着剤によって、固化されていないため、貫通孔50の周囲が不織布等の素材本来の柔らかさによって、肌側及び非肌側に突出した複数の皺を形成して、より柔らかい肌触りにすることができる。
 また、本実施形態において、腹側外装部材30は、弾性部材35a(35)に縦方向の上側から隣接する弾性部材35e(上方弾性部材)と、弾性部材35aに縦方向の下側から隣接する弾性部材35d(下方弾性部材)と、を有し、横方向において、弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dの、貫通孔50と重なる部分が連続しているため、弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dが弾性部材35aと共に伸長状態から横方向に収縮すると、弾性部材35の張力Ta1,Ta2よりも大きい張力Teを有する弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dの張力によって貫通孔50の外縁に沿う領域301における非接合部分が厚さ方向に開口しやすくなる。これにより、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32との間に溜まっていた熱や湿気等を外部へ逃がしやすくなる。
 また、本実施形態において、各貫通孔50は、ほぼ同じ大きさであり、縦方向において、貫通孔50aと貫通孔50cとは、横方向において重なっている。この貫通孔50aの下端と貫通孔50cの下端との縦方向における距離をL1とし、貫通孔50の縦方向の長さL2としたとき、L1はL2より大きい(L1>L2)。
 貫通孔50によって非連続にされた弾性部材と、非連続にされた弾性部材と縦方向に隣接し、貫通孔50によって非連続とされていない弾性部材との、縦方向における距離L3は、貫通孔50の長さL2より短い(L3<L2)。例えば、弾性部材35aと弾性部材35eとの距離L3が貫通孔50aの縦方向の長さL2より小さい。
 さらに、貫通孔50の上端etから、貫通孔50によって非連続にされた弾性部材35までの距離L2aは、貫通孔50によって非連続にされた弾性部材35と、非連続にされた弾性部材35と縦方向に隣接する弾性部材35との間の距離L3の半分以上の長さである(L2a≧(L3)/2)。同様に、貫通孔50の下端ebから、貫通孔50によって非連続にされた弾性部材35までの距離L2bは、貫通孔50によって非連続にされた弾性部材35と縦方向に隣接する弾性部材35との間の距離L3の半分以上の長さである(L2b≧(L3)/2)。つまり、図5Bにおいて、貫通孔50aの上端etから弾性部材35aまでの距離L2aが、弾性部材35aと弾性部材35eとの距離L3の半分以上である。同様に、貫通孔50aの下端ebから弾性部材35aまでの距離L2bが、弾性部材35aと弾性部材35dとの距離L3の半分以上である。
 したがって、縦方向において、貫通孔50aの上端etは弾性部材35eにより近い位置に設けられ、貫通孔50aの下端ebは、弾性部材35dにより近い位置に設けられている。そのため、通常、連続状態の弾性部材35e付近は縦方向に沿った皺が形成されるが、貫通孔50aの上端etを弾性部材35eのより近くに設けることで、弾性部材35aより上側の斜め方向の皺をより長くすることができる。同様に、連続状態の弾性部材35d付近は縦方向に沿った皺が形成されるが、貫通孔50aの下端ebを弾性部材35dのより近くに設けることで、弾性部材35aより下側の斜め方向の皺をより長くすることができる。より長い斜め方向の皺を形成することで、縦方向の皺に干渉されて斜め方向の皺が減少してしまうことを軽減し、斜め方向の皺をより維持しやすくすることができる。また、貫通孔50aの上端etがより弾性部材35eに近いほど、貫通孔50aの下端ebがより弾性部材35dに近いほど、貫通孔50aが大きくなるため、通気性が向上する。そして、貫通孔50aに対して弾性部材35e,35dの張力がより作用しやすくなるため、貫通孔50aの外縁に沿う領域301における非接合部分が厚さ方向に開口しやすくなり、肌側シート31と非肌側シート32との間に溜まった熱や湿気等を外部へ逃がしやすくなる。
 また、弾性部材35と横方向において重なっている貫通孔50の数は任意に変更することができる。例えば、図5Aに示すように、弾性部材35aと横方向において重なっている貫通孔50は貫通孔50a、50d、50eの3つであるのに対し、弾性部材35bと横方向において重なっている貫通孔50は貫通孔50b、50fの2つである。
 また、本実施形態では、非肌側シート32にスパンボンド不織布が用いられ、肌側シート31にSMS不織布が用いられており、非肌側シート32における単位体積当たりの繊維間の隙間が、肌側シート31における単位体積当たりの繊維間の隙間よりも多い。したがって、非肌側シート32の方が肌側シート31よりも通気性が高いため、熱や湿気等を非肌側(外部)へ向かって逃がしやすくなっている。なお、腹側外装部材30が2枚のシート部材ではなく、3枚以上のシート部材が厚さ方向に積層されて形成されている場合には、厚さ方向に隣り合うシート部材において、非肌側に配置されたシート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間が、肌側に配置されたシート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間よりも多ければよい。
 続いて、腹側外装部材30に設けられた皺W、特に貫通孔50の周囲に形成された皺Wについて説明する。図7Aは、貫通孔50とその周囲に皺Wについて説明する図である。図7Aにおいては、皺Wの形状を簡略化して示している。なお、図7Aにおいては、自然状態のおむつ1の皺の形状について説明している。ここでいう「自然状態」とは、おむつ1を腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40の皺が見えなくなるまで伸長させた状態を15秒間保った後、その伸長を開放してから5分間放置した状態をいう。
 図7Aに示すように、縦方向の上側から下側に向かった、複数の皺Wが形成されており、各皺Wには横方向中央付近にそれぞれ頂部が設けられている。この各皺Wの頂部は、肌側に最も突出した部分である。図7Aにおける2点鎖線t、uは、複数の皺Wのうちの一部の皺Wの頂部t、頂部uを示しており、隣接する頂部tと頂部uとで挟まれる2本の実線部分は、非肌側の最も深いところに位置している。なお、図7Aにおいては、頂部tと頂部uのみを記載しているが、頂点t及び頂点uを除く頂部については便宜上省略している。
 図7Aに示すように、通常、腹側外装部材30には、横方向に沿った弾性部材35の収縮によって、貫通孔50から比較的離れた部分である部分Gのように縦方向に沿った複数の皺が設けられる。一方、貫通孔50の周囲である部分Fにおいては、貫通孔50の周囲に、貫通孔50の輪郭に沿った斜め方向の皺が複数設けられている。特に、本実施形態は、貫通孔50がスリットSによって形成されているため、弾性部材35の収縮によって、貫通孔50の外側端esをより外側に引っ張ることによってより開孔する。このとき、スリットSから貫通孔50となっても上端et及び下端ebの位置はほぼ変わらない。つまり、貫通孔50は、縦方向の長さの変化は少ないが、横方向の長さは、弾性部材35の収縮によって外側端esが引っ張られるほど大きくなる。横方向の長さが大きくなるほど、その貫通孔50の輪郭に沿った斜め方向の皺がより多く形成される。例えば、頂部tを有する皺Wは、上側から順に、貫通孔50の上端部付近まで縦方向に沿った形状の皺(上側縦皺)W1と、貫通孔50の上側端部付近から左斜め下に向かって傾斜した形状の皺(斜め皺)W2と、貫通孔50の左側端部付近から右斜め下に向かって傾斜した形状の皺(斜め皺)W3と、貫通孔50の下側端部付近から縦方向に沿った形状の皺(下側縦皺)W4を有している。
 また、貫通孔50aによって非連続とされた弾性部材35aと、弾性部材35aに縦方向の上側から隣接する弾性部材35eと、弾性部材35aに縦方向から隣接する弾性部材35dを有しており、横方向において、弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dの、貫通孔50aと重なる部分が連続している。これにより、貫通孔50aの周囲に形成された斜め方向の皺は、連続した弾性部材35e及び弾性部材35dで一旦縦方向に沿った形状に収束し、貫通孔50aより上側に位置する貫通孔50bや貫通孔50fの周囲に形成された皺と干渉する恐れを軽減することができる。
 本実施形態では、皺W1、W2、W3、W4の各頂部は、連続している。これにより、形成された皺がきれいに維持されていることを外観的に認識することができ、おむつ1の美観をより向上させることができる。また、肌側に設けられた皺Wの頂部によって、着用者は、より柔らかい肌触りを実感することができる。ただし、全ての皺Wの頂部が連続している必要はなく、皺W1、W2、W3、W4の各頂部が断続的に形成されたものを有していてもよい。
 図7Bは、図7Aの部分Fについての拡大図である。貫通孔50(50a)の外縁に沿った領域301(図5A参照)のうち横方向における貫通孔50の両端領域301sにおける目付量は、横方向における両端領域301sの外側で弾性部材35(35a)に沿った領域351における目付量よりも多い。さらに、両端領域301sにおける目付量は、貫通孔50に沿う領域301のうち縦方向における貫通孔50の上端領域301t及び下端領域301bにおける目付量よりも多い。なお、「目付量」とは、腹側外装部材30を形成する肌側シート31及び非肌側シート32の単位面積当たりの重量をいう。これにより、両端領域301sにおける白色度(濃度)が高くなって貫通孔50との色差が際立つため、弾性部材35が伸長状態から横方向に収縮した際に、横方向に開口した貫通孔50の視認性が向上する。よって、着用前のおむつ1の外観において、通気性が良好である印象を購入者に与えることが可能となる。ここで、「白色度」とは、繊維製品であるおむつ1の白さの程度を表し、JIS L 1916に規定される繊維製品の白色度測定方法により測定される値である。なお、両端領域301sにおける目付量は、必ずしも上端領域301tや下端領域301b、両端領域301sの横方向外側で弾性部材35に沿った領域351における目付量よりも多い必要はない。
===その他===
 上記の実施形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするためのものであり、本発明を限定して解釈するためのものではない。本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱することなく、変更、改良され得ると共に、本発明にはその等価物が含まれることは言うまでもない。
 図8は、他の実施形態の貫通孔50の模式図である。図8においては、形成された皺を模式的に示している。図8に示す他の実施形態における複数の貫通孔50も千鳥状に配置されている。図8において、貫通孔(第1貫通孔)50aと、貫通孔50aの左斜め上に位置し、縦方向において隣接している貫通孔(第2貫通孔)50iと、貫通孔50aの上側に位置し、横方向において貫通孔50aと重なっている貫通孔50j等の貫通孔50が配置されている。また、弾性部材35aが貫通孔50aと縦方向で重なっており、同様に、弾性部材(上方弾性部材)35iが貫通孔50i等と縦方向で重なっており、弾性部材35jが貫通孔50jと縦方向で重なっている。また、弾性部材35aは貫通孔50a内で非連続であり、弾性部材35iは貫通孔50iで非連続であり、弾性部材35kは、貫通孔50j内で非連続である。弾性部材35aより下側には、いずれの貫通孔50とも縦方向において重なっていない、弾性部材(下方弾性部材)35hが設けられている。
 このとき、横方向において貫通孔50aと重なる部分である部分Yにおいて、貫通孔50aと貫通孔50jとの間に連続した弾性部材35iを設けることで、貫通孔50aの周囲に形成された斜め方向の皺と、貫通孔50jの周囲に形成された斜め方向の皺が互いに干渉し合う恐れを軽減させることができる。つまり、貫通孔50aの周囲に形成された斜め方向の皺と、貫通孔50jの周囲に形成された斜め方向の皺は、貫通孔50aと貫通孔50jとの間に設けられた連続した状態の弾性部材35iにおいて、斜め方向の皺が縦方向に沿った皺に収束する。そのため、貫通孔50aの周囲に設けられた斜め方向の皺が、弾性部材35iより上側まで形成されることをより軽減し、同様に、貫通孔50jの周囲に設けられた斜め方向の皺が、弾性部材35iより下側まで形成されることをより軽減することができる。
 その結果、貫通孔50aの周囲に設けられた斜め方向の皺をより多く維持することができ、斜め方向に形成された皺によって、弾性部材35による横方向の動きだけでなく、皺の方向に沿った同じ斜め方向の動きに対して、おむつ1が追従しやすくなるため、着用者がおむつ1のフィット性の向上をより感じることができる。また、貫通孔50aの近くに貫通孔50iが設けられているため、貫通孔50aからだけでなく貫通孔50iからも熱や湿気等を外部へ逃がすことができ、より通気性が向上する。
 また、図9は、他の実施形態のおむつ100Aを肌側から見た平面図である。このように、より汗をかきやすい下側のみに貫通孔50を設けてもよく、着用者のそけい部に沿って貫通孔50を配置してもよい。また、図9に示すように、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40における貫通孔50の配置はほぼ同じとしてもよい。貫通孔50の配置は、適宜変更することができる。
 また、図10は、他の実施形態のおむつ100Bを肌側から見た平面図である。おむつ100Bの背側外装部材40では、縦方向において、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbより上側における貫通孔50の総面積が、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbより下側における貫通孔50の総面積よりも大きい。図10では、複数の貫通孔50の大きさがすべて同じであるため、縦方向において、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbよりも上側に設けられた貫通孔50の数が、吸収性本体10の他方側の端10tbよりも下側に設けられた貫通孔50の数よりも多くなっている。特に背中に汗をかきやすいため、背側外装部材40では、貫通孔50の総面積を股下側よりも胴回り側において大きくすることで通気性をより向上させることが可能である。
 上述の実施形態においては、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40に、それぞれ貫通孔50を形成したが、これに限られない。腹側外装部材30又は背側外装部材40のいずれかに貫通孔50を形成したものでもよい。ただし、腹側外装部材30と背側外装部材40の両方に貫通孔50形成することによって、おむつ1の通気性をより向上させることができる。
 上述の実施形態においては、腹側外装部材30及び背側外装部材40のそれぞれ肌側に別シート部材34、44を設けているが、これに限られない。腹側外装部材30又は背側外装部材40のいずれかに別シート部材34、44を設けてもよいし、両方ともに設けなくてもよい。また、別シート部材34,44が設けられた位置に配置された貫通孔50は、肌側シート31,41及び非肌側シート32,42に加えて別シート部材34,44も肌側から非肌側に貫通しているため、2枚のシート部材ではなく3枚のシート部材を貫通しているが、貫通孔50が貫通するシート部材は複数であればよく、枚数については特に制限はない。
 上述の実施形態においては、縦方向において互いに隣接する弾性部材35の間の距離をほぼ等しく配置したがこれに限られない。弾性部材35は、縦方向において任意の間隔で配置することができ、それぞれ異なる間隔で配置してもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態においては、貫通孔50を縦方向に沿った線状スリットを形成して、開孔させることにしたが、これに限られない。一定の面積の範囲を切り抜いて貫通孔を形成してもよいし、湾曲形状のスリット等を形成してもよい。
 上記実施の形態に係るおむつ1は、乳幼児を着用対象としたが、これに限定されるものではなく、大人を着用対象としてもよい。また、上述の実施形態においては、吸収性物品の一例として所謂3ピースタイプの使い捨ておむつ1を例示したが、何らこれに限られない。例えば、腹側部と股下部と背側部とを有した外装シートを第1部品、外装シートの肌側面に固定される吸収性本体を第2部品として有する2ピースタイプの使い捨ておむつや、テープ式の使い捨ておむつでもよい。

Claims (13)

  1.  互いに直交する縦方向と横方向と厚さ方向と、を有し、
     着用者の腹側に設けられる腹側部と、
     前記着用者の背側に設けられる背側部と、
     前記腹側部及び前記背側部の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられ、前記横方向に沿った弾性部材と、
    を備える吸収性物品であって、
     前記厚さ方向に積層された複数のシート部材を肌側から非肌側に貫通する貫通孔が設けられており、
     前記縦方向において、前記貫通孔は、前記弾性部材と重なっており、
     前記横方向において、前記弾性部材は、前記貫通孔内で非連続であり、
     前記貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域の少なくとも一部では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていない
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  2.  請求項1に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記貫通孔の外縁に沿う領域のうち前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の上側及び下側のうちの少なくとも一方では、複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていない
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  3.  請求項2に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の上側、且つ前記貫通孔の上端より下側であって、前記横方向における前記貫通孔の一端から他端までの領域、
     又は、
     前記縦方向における前記弾性部材の下側、且つ前記貫通孔の下端より上側であって、前記横方向における前記貫通孔の前記一端から前記他端までの領域では、
     複数の前記シート部材のうち少なくとも前記厚さ方向に隣り合ういずれか2枚の前記シート部材が互いに接合されていない
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  4.  請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の上側から隣接する上方弾性部材と、
     前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の下側から隣接する下方弾性部材と、を有し、
     前記横方向において、前記上方弾性部材及び前記下方弾性部材の、前記貫通孔と重なる部分が連続している
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  5.  請求項4に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記縦方向において、
     前記貫通孔の上端から前記弾性部材までの距離が、前記上方弾性部材から前記弾性部材までの距離の半分以上である、
     又は、
     前記貫通孔の下端から前記弾性部材までの距離が、前記下方弾性部材から前記弾性部材までの距離の半分以上である
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  6.  請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     複数の前記シート部材は、前記非肌側に配置された前記シート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間が、前記肌側に配置された前記シート部材における単位体積あたりの繊維間の隙間よりも多い
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  7.  請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     吸収性本体を備えており、
     前記吸収性本体の一方側の端部は、前記腹側部に重ねて接合され、他方側の端部は、前記背側部に重ねて接合されており、
     前記吸収性本体の前記一方側の端より下側及び前記他方側の端より下側のうち少なくとも一方に前記貫通孔を有する
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  8.  請求項7に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記背側部では、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より上側にも前記貫通孔を有する
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  9.  請求項8に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記背側部では、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より上側における前記貫通孔の総面積が、前記吸収性本体の前記他方側の端より下側における前記貫通孔の総面積よりも大きい
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  10.  請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の上側から隣接する上方弾性部材と、
     前記弾性部材に前記縦方向の下側から隣接する下方弾性部材と、を有し、
     前記貫通孔を第1貫通孔としたとき、
     前記横方向において、前記第1貫通孔と重ならず前記弾性部材が連続している部分と重なる部分に、前記第1貫通孔とは異なる第2貫通孔が設けられており、
     前記縦方向において、前記第2貫通孔は前記上方弾性部材又は前記下方弾性部材のいずれか一方と重なっており、
     前記横方向において、前記上方弾性部材又は前記下方弾性部材のいずれか一方は、前記第2貫通孔内で非連続である
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  11.  請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記横方向において、前記弾性部材の前記貫通孔の側の端は、前記貫通孔の外縁よりも内側に突出していない
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  12.  請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記貫通孔の外縁に沿った領域のうち前記横方向における前記貫通孔の両端領域における目付量は、前記横方向における前記両端領域の外側で前記弾性部材に沿った領域における目付量よりも多い
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
  13.  請求項12に記載の吸収性物品であって、
     前記両端領域における目付量は、前記貫通孔の外縁に沿った領域のうち前記縦方向における前記貫通孔の上端領域及び下端領域における各目付量よりも多い
    ことを特徴とする吸収性物品。
