選択された前記配線工程選択釦を前記表示手段に通知する選択手段として機能させるためのワイヤーハーネス配線作業用プログラム。

次に、本実施の形態の動作の一例を図2~図6を参照して説明する。
作業者は、入力部4を操作して作業案内画面を表示部5に表示させる。制御部2は、入力部4の操作により表示部5に作業案内画面を表示する。
本実施の形態によれば、以下の作用、効果を奏する。
(a)ワイヤーハーネスの配線工程の順序に対応して配線工程選択釦120が工程表示領域100に表示されるため、全体の工程に対して現在どこの工程を行っているかが視覚的に認識することができる。
(b)配線工程選択釦120を選択することで、それに対応するワイヤーハーネスの配線位置220が配線位置表示領域200に表示されている仮想経路空間に重ねて表示されるため、仮想経路空間のどこにワイヤーハーネスを配置するかが視覚的に認識することができる。
(c)したがって、熟練を必要とせずにワイヤーハーネスの配線作業を短期間に行うことができる。
(d)ワイヤーハーネスごとに仮想経路空間に「START」と基準点番号が表示されるため、ワイヤーハーネスの長手方向の位置ずれや布線方向の誤りを防げる。
なお、本発明の実施の形態は、上記各実施の形態に限定されず、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々な実施の形態が可能である。また、本発明の要旨を変更しない範囲内で、上記実施の形態の組立工程において、工程の追加、削除、変更、入替え等が可能である。
